    @Deepal29 @virginmedia I don’t think they are prioritising installs for NHS staff, it’s all just fake advertising! We signed up and haven’t had the install dates moved any earlier than any regular new VM customer. Not to worry, I’ll be submitting a full complaint to the advertising standards authority

    @virginmedia been on the phone for an hour trying to sort out my broadband issue. After an hour got put through to gadget team and now cut off! This has been going on for months. Really unimpressed.

    @munrobasher @virginmedia Then you're very lucky, I've had problems for years Unfortunately they're the only service offering more than 6mb\s in my area, so I'm trapped, hostage to their shitty service and appalling customer service.     Hi @virginmedia. I was instructed to text a number to change my direct debit date. I did get through to someone who said she would do it but we didn't get to finish it off (not her fault). Now I'm theough to someone saying he can't do it and I have to call? Please help.

    @virginmedia I’ve run through all the diagnostics to no avail. Considering Working from here is the norm now for myself and my partner, the only solution I feel is going back to the Hub 3 or boosting the speed of my connection perhaps!

    @virginmedia my 92 year old mother's landline in BR2 0UA area has been off twice in the past month for hours. She has a Carelink line in case she falls so this doesn't work as it work through the phone which is worrying. No compensation on the bill either. Phone crackling too.

    @GrievesonAlan @Souts_A You can watch all streaming channels ( apart from live sport you get on amazon ) . All catch up tv (apart from BBCi player) Anything live and you need a licence . I have virgin media , I just now have an internet service with them. They said this is happening a lot.
