Hi @virginmedia. I was instructed to text a number to change my direct debit date. I did get through to someone who said she would do it but we didn't get to finish it off (not her fault). Now I'm theough to someone saying he can't do it and I have to call? Please help.

@Deepal29 @virginmedia I don’t think they are prioritising installs for NHS staff, it’s all just fake advertising! We signed up and haven’t had the install dates moved any earlier than any regular new VM customer. Not to worry, I’ll be submitting a full complaint to the advertising standards authority

@virginmedia 2/2 was told in complaint reply that they are pulling cables through and it would be fulfilled on 12/12. Then received automated text saying it’s new date will be 26/1/23. #so 3 months later!! Is that acceptable? No TV or broadband service for 2 months already, Christmas ruined

@virginmedia Hi, after my complaint I’ve found out there is delay in getting outside work completed and to be fair I don’t believe a word I’m being told, loosing patience fe now and having to chase you up all the time. Terrible customer call centre experience 1/2
