    @virginmedia honestly... your call centre/arranging anything is absolutely shocking. Twice had something arranged, twice its not happened and wrong things noted. Please sort out your call centre. This poor engineer has just turned into a complaints department

    @virginmedia In the space of a second? That doesn’t seem very efficient or customer friendly. This is really stressful and we both have exam classes to teach & own kids home education. It’s not just so I can watch Netflix. I thought some consideration of key working might be in place.

    @virginmedia Yeah he turned up unannounced and left then after several calls got another engineer out who said the fibre cable is snapped and needs replacing and he could not give me a date or time as his emails on his pda are not working so I guess it’s left in the hands of the gods

    What #InternetSpeed does a one person household with a laptop /mobile & Roku streaming stick need? I sometimes watch HD movies while on my laptop, but I never play video games. I'm thinking of changing my @virginmedia package (price increase!) & am currently on M250 broadband.

    @virginmedia Yeah, we have been charged wrong for the past two months even though the account was clear when we entered a new contract with you, now we been challenging it since August! Told manager will ring and then they don’t and then you charge us wrong, and then to make your customer

    Why companies like @virginmedia use WhatsApp support I do not know. The system makes you wait an hour, if you don't respond in 10 minutes, it kicks you off the chat just to make you wait again

    @virginmedia really poor customer service. My sister died, I kept her broadband for her lodgers. Months later, house is sold and I’m told I should have returned the router. £40 fee. I live 200 miles away and I’m not psychic! You never told me about this at the time.

    @virginmedia this is ridiculous now! Broadband keeps dropping out, as usual you guys keep claiming nothing wrong at your end but social media says otherwise. There is people all other FB in particular saying they're had nothing but problems past couple of month.whats going on???

    @virginmedia absolutely rubbish service since we left @skytv and went over to you. Tv/broadband/phone off again on the whole of our estate-not much help to people working from home. Wont be renewing our contract with you, and will be checking how soon we can cancel!

    @virginmedia Still bad - have done that. You know about the issue it seems but it hasn’t been sorted in 6 days! Have rang twice, 20 & 40 min hold before line drops. Can you advise me what is being done?

    18/12 12:05pm We’re broadcasting on 106.6fm, but out listen live and listen again online streams are offline at the mo. There’s an outage, which Virgin Media are working on. We hope to be back online soon 🤞

    @helen_ambler @virginmedia Ours is intermittent all the time. Had numerous Internet routers etc. Channels frequency changes. Still goes down. The only time I think we will ever be contacted is if we don't pay our bills. Otherwise, no communication what so ever from themselves.

    @virginmedia They never spoke to me or changed anything this is the problem nothing should be resolved because on my side it isn’t, I’ve just had an email to say I’m getting charged £40 for installation from a box change which I was told was free

    @virginmedia All day/night service keeps dropping out! I’m running my phone on 4G been like for four days now and I’m working from home which is no good. Please can you sort it? It’s intermittent all the time. You send someone out and it’s ok for a while then it goes down again.

    @virginmedia I understand that, it's the fact that I said I was willing to downgrade to get a cheaper offer, instead they offer higher prices & higher speeds. Funny part is, my renew is cheaper than the offers. I've got till July so I'll either cancel & be a new customer, or accept the renew.

    Had 3 @virginmedia engineers round in the last 7 days (for the most part good people no blame) but my broadband is still broken. The Mythical network team will get to me when they get to me … I’ll be off then to a new provider who gives a ****.

    Just had to cancel virgin media fibre after 2 months, constantly dropping out and some times for hours, had to go back to sky which I wish we had not left now

    @FuzziePieRat @virginmedia Mate, we had exactly the same same thing. Tried to reduce packages down (we were paying £131 a MONTH at the time) and we were assured our package had changed and we were paying SIGNIFICANTLY less. Our bill came through, no change…
