    @virginmedia there appears to be an issue with your tv guide. The Great Britain Rugby League v @NZRL_Kiwis starts at 3.30am yet is only showing at 5.30 -6am on @BBCTwo I would like to record the whole game but can't due to this issue

    @virginmedia had text message to say network issue has been fixed, get home, restart router and still not working, can you confirm if there is an actual network issue, as the service status says yes but text message says no...

    @virginmedia It was a marketing letter I received for free installation but I was charged fee on my first bill. Accounts team promised to refund after customer service passed me on to them but they never auctioned it.

    @DoctorBeeching1 @virginmedia The call centre system is a nightmare. Outsourced I'm guessing. Never use the live chat whatever you do. I made a complaint after that experience which was closed down without any further contact. Gone with Sky for the new house.

    @virginmedia having issues with broadband in Leeds LS15 area now after tv issues Fri. Nearly £1200 pa & no service! Hope not going to give the "we're working hard to resolve" line then leaving things as they are until Monday. This is unacceptable compensation should be paid

    @richardbranson your products are great Richard but your Virgin Media customer service and complaints handling is terrible. I can’t find anyone who can actually help me. Very disappointing. I have given up and will be leaving as soon as my contract is up.

    @virginmedia What always happens is the internet constantly drops I and out. Connectivity to the TV network drops so you cannot watch anything via internet like Netflix or catch-up. Far too regular yet your online service status says there’s nothing wrong!

    @virginmedia Service updates were not shown on website. I found out when I rang VM instead of texted as was in the recorded info at start of call. Nothing today. At work now so limited in time I can spend on this 2 days running. BTW, not one VM employee checked the service status for me.
