@virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay £45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

@duckfullstop I'm pretty sure Openreach are the problem here, and a different ISP won't make much difference. We aren't in a Virgin Media area so Openreach is our only option.
