    @virginmedia upgraded us to their latest Hub, which they say is vastly technically improved . Not my experience at all in respect of failing to connect via WiFi to my devices. Support is difficult to obtain, very poor by them.

    @virginmedia going from bad to worse, trouble with new Hub 4, now tried for two days to get engineer to attend and sort out the faulty phone line for an elderly. & vulnerable relative, appallingly bad customer service, all they do is blame Covid. They are a complete disgrace!

    @virginmedia How are things?? Footpath left full of mud. Having to clean footwear off or remove before coming into the house! The whole length of the footpath in front of the houses where your workers have been is a disgrace. Not even rain has washed it clean!! Terrible standard of work! 😤

    Really bad customer service from @virginmedia . Was told that manager will call me within 1 hour. As expected, nobody called. Overcharged me and refusing to refund.

    @virginmedia You cannot try to say that leaving an elderly vulnerable person in their eighties for so long without a telephone is acceptable, nor is trying to make COVID an excuse. @virginmedia are failing in their responsibilities. Hub 3 worked fine Hub 4 will not, poor tech by you?

    @virginmedia Hi thanks for trying to help, much appreciated. As you suggested I downloaded the Virgin Connect App but that relates just to Hub 3 not the latest Hub 4 that we have now been given. All Ok now though with the exception of the Teckin WI-FI plugs which will not connect?

    @virginmedia spoke to someone from virgin media on Friday about my broadband not working on set up. I was offered an engineers visit today between 12pm-6pm, no one turned up and now I can’t get through on the phone??? As a new customer this is unacceptable and very unhelpful!

    @virginmedia Virgin media customer service disgraceful!!!!! Been waiting 55mins then hit through explained that contract was ending and I did not wish to continue. Surprise he said he needed to put me through. 45 mins and I’m still waiting-disgraceful!!
