    @virginmedia honestly... your call centre/arranging anything is absolutely shocking. Twice had something arranged, twice its not happened and wrong things noted. Please sort out your call centre. This poor engineer has just turned into a complaints department

    @virginmedia Yes it works on my phone browser, but not on laptop, so I'll just continue using that method, thanks. One more question; Why do your customer support agents ask for a security password that I use when speaking to an agent, despite being a new customer and haven't set this up yet

    @virginmedia There isn't anything that could help with the problem because I don't fully understand what everything is or means etc It could do with a technician to have a look, something similar as happened before and you sent a technician out

    @virginmedia bb3 area: internet has been down since yesterday morning & update it's not going to be fixed till tomorrow. I have a online business to run & kids need to do their homework online, can't stream any tv either. Can I ask what the issue is & why its taking so long?

    @virginmedia absolutely rubbish service since we left @skytv and went over to you. Tv/broadband/phone off again on the whole of our estate-not much help to people working from home. Wont be renewing our contract with you, and will be checking how soon we can cancel!

    @virginmedia Broadband/TV outage until 2:35pm but can’t register a loss of service as page doesn’t load. On 4G so problem is with you. Why advertise you’ll compensate if there’s no way to get it?!

    @virginmedia when is someone going to ring us back after the failure to apply the package to our account we sorted on the phone yet still hasn’t changed or a manager ringing back to deal with the complaint. Shocking services but soon quick to mailing bills out!

    @virginmedia Yeah I've seen that already thanks, but it's not going to help the kids with accessing homework online. no I am not on a B account as of yet as I have only just started out in the last week 😑 but even if I was on a B account it would still be off so doesn't make any difference

    @virginmedia still no broadband in bb3 area since Thurs & update now says tomorrow for fix. Shocking customer service, why can't you tell your customers what is happening instead of saying an engineer is on the way on the updates, at least then we would know what to expect

    @HJMKent @virginmedia Give him hell, Howard! Oddly, I had no issues for years and years then suddenly the Wi-Fi lost its reach into any other room than where the router was. We had to buy extenders just to get a signal so they’ve had to go. Plus, they only offered better terms once I’d cancelled.

    @virginmedia Virgin Media is the worst internet provider and customer service by a country mile. Granted they are the fasted but the amount of Mbps is irrelevant when you don’t have internet for nearly two days!!

    @virginmedia Outage of broadband, TV, phone since 15:20 2nd Dec I am in SL6 postcode. Have checked the status page which agrees, initially it said working to resolve before 00:03 today, now 18:00 this evening. Have registered for updates, none received. Please resolve asap.

    @virginmedia I have done and I did, that is where I signed up for notifications on the issue NOT RECEIVED ONE YET, which I why I asked how will I know to reboot my gear. There seems very little effort or concern at Virgin Media's end on actually updating customers.
