It was restarting the router that caused it. Restarted anyway and now the router won't connect to the Internet and all devices say no IP address #stressed

And then said it would then be credited on the account. Your advisor are no help.

Many disabled customers are put in danger bc their equipment & emergency equipment use Virgin. They charge a lot of money for a terrible service.

Just sign up with a new company that will come to your house and install an order with no problems.. you are already disconnected, so there's nothing they can do.
