Dave Gracey (@lamsom) reported from Blackburn, England@virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

I’ve just tried to phone customer service to cancel my contract but yet again I can’t get through. I have taken 3 days off work and spent over 30 hours on the phone and another 5 hours on the app.

Signed upto M500 in Nov never had more than 80 download, when I ring to complain I get told we need to run tests, no you dont, I told you the problem, issue new routers and sort out the problem, your happy to take money but not give the service
