    @virginmedia problems with my router and your tech help told me the cables must have come loose. I didn’t touch or move the router or the cables and your help got it back on by telling me that me tightening it resolved it. I never touched it. can’t you admit the router is faulty

    @virginmedia lnternet very intermittent. Router fault. But you won't send replacement so I am changing to Vodafone. Sick to death of the awful service I get from Virginmedia.

    @virginmedia The issue is definitely with you, the status of the internet on my hub 3.0 is ‘Access Denied’. Although this is not a new account, it would seem that there is an activation process to follow by phoning an automated 0800 number which also isn’t working.

    @virginmedia That may be but it has been difficult to contact you and after being stuck in a text loop for a week to be then told you should go on a forum to resolve your problem because you can’t get hold of anyone, not to mention the very high price I pay every month it sticks in your teeth
