    @virginmedia Yeah I've seen that already thanks, but it's not going to help the kids with accessing homework online. no I am not on a B account as of yet as I have only just started out in the last week ๐Ÿ˜‘ but even if I was on a B account it would still be off so doesn't make any difference

    @virginmedia Yes it works on my phone browser, but not on laptop, so I'll just continue using that method, thanks. One more question; Why do your customer support agents ask for a security password that I use when speaking to an agent, despite being a new customer and haven't set this up yet

    @virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay ยฃ45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

    @virginmedia absolutely rubbish service since we left @skytv and went over to you. Tv/broadband/phone off again on the whole of our estate-not much help to people working from home. Wont be renewing our contract with you, and will be checking how soon we can cancel!

    @virginmedia My Broadband has been down for quite a few days now. I have no received any text updates and would like to speak to somebody with regards to down time and to get an ETA of when it should be back up and running.

    @virginmedia There seems to be a problem in the bd10 area that's effect the TV and internet when your engineerds are fixing the problem or so the automated voice saying but this has been going on since Friday

    @virginmedia You havenโ€™t applied the contract you sent out and the balance on our account is double the contract charge and your advice said pay in full to speak to someone if not it tough. And then said it would then be credited on the account. Your advisor are no help.

    @virginmedia hello area 14 is there an issue as had no internet since 2pm I have all the checks etc 5 times I can't book an engineer so normally an issue, I work from home not ideal and no way of watching TiVo either without internet
