    @virginmedia absolutely rubbish service since we left @skytv and went over to you. Tv/broadband/phone off again on the whole of our estate-not much help to people working from home. Wont be renewing our contract with you, and will be checking how soon we can cancel!

    Moved from @skytv to @virginmedia after 8 years and being a VIP customer with Sky. Poor service and a huge increase in price. Lost a longstanding customer. Now to try Virgin Media and see how this goes.

    @virginmedia Still not helpful once we have paid what you told us after not applying your contract! Been told itโ€™s the agents error on a record call and then saying itโ€™s invalid, and prepared to offer new customer better than current! Massive complaint in writing your staff on phone shocking!

    @virginmedia Yes Iโ€™ve done all that. There was an issue in the post code but it says itโ€™s sorted now, but itโ€™s not. Still nothing at all!

    @virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay ยฃ45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

    @virginmedia Yes it works on my phone browser, but not on laptop, so I'll just continue using that method, thanks. One more question; Why do your customer support agents ask for a security password that I use when speaking to an agent, despite being a new customer and haven't set this up yet

    @virginmedia problems with my router and your tech help told me the cables must have come loose. I didnโ€™t touch or move the router or the cables and your help got it back on by telling me that me tightening it resolved it. I never touched it. canโ€™t you admit the router is faulty

    @virginmedia my internet has been suffering drop outs all day, now I have no working TV or internet. Being told it's my equipment when it never is, it's getting old that excuse. I will apparently have to wait 3 days for "an engineer to come out" - I can't I have to go to work ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @Benleo Some years back I was having awful issues with VirginMedia. On one visit my then 3yr old son looked at the engineer and said in a super clear voice - Sky is even better - the tag line at the time. The chap and I stopped arguing and just started laughing our asses off!

    @Benleo @virginmedia You should try EE TV mate, 7 months get fibre installed then it failed time and time again! I'm now with Virgin and have not had any issues....so far ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

    @Benleo @virginmedia They gave me a CCJ because they failed to action my notice and I complained, so they ignored the complaint in and pursued me for the month although had a PAC . I refused to pay it the never wrote to me. They just put a CCJ on me. @virginmedia WORST INTERNET COMPANY IN BRITAIN..

    @virginmedia This issue appeared to be fixed only for the internet connection to drop out again a few minutes later last night and the fix date remains 5 whole days! It doesn't seem to be affecting anyone else in my street other than me. Can anyone help?

    @virginmedia @Benleo I had VM for about 12 years and couldn`t fault the service. I only left because I got a cheaper provider who are okay. I will be returning to VM once my contract is up though.
