    @virginmedia Still nothing, we were told 24 hours and they would call but still no call, wondering if you can tell me how long this will take? Cause I'll cancel and go elsewhere

    @virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay £45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

    Moved from @skytv to @virginmedia after 8 years and being a VIP customer with Sky. Poor service and a huge increase in price. Lost a longstanding customer. Now to try Virgin Media and see how this goes.

    @virginmedia you have an exposed wire that goes down the side of my house and across my back garden so you’re able to provide a service to some houses below. I can’t find any written consent from the previous owners of the house. Major work will be starting soon...

    @virginmedia you’ve sent me an outrageous bill with £35 in charges that you said you were waiving. Non of your call centres are open (undertandably) I cant get text support & there’s no other help available. You are going to bill me £120 for a £50 service and I can stop you.

    If 2020 was an Internet provider it would be @virginmedia Solve the problem of losing IP address by restarting router. It was restarting the router that caused it. Restarted anyway and now the router won't connect to the Internet and all devices say no IP address #stressed

    Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

    @virginmedia lnternet very intermittent. Router fault. But you won't send replacement so I am changing to Vodafone. Sick to death of the awful service I get from Virginmedia.

    @Craig273 @virginmedia No. I just want to cancel sky sports as for £31.75 a month I don’t get the use out of it. I was lied to saying it would affect my package discount. I already get BT sport for free and if Amazon will be streaming more it’s pointless

    @virginmedia I understand your call centres are suffering, but 2 hours for text chat support and a phone line that 4 menu levels deep hangs up is not good enough. Massively annoyed and time wasted.

    @virginmedia All my neighbors had broadband from virgin but not me, why? I tried to convince your staff to send me a technician with new router because I reckon is faulty. I can't login to the router, I have no internet and no wifi signal from it.

    @virginmedia My partner stayed in all day twice for 1 man to come out and say can't do it sorry even though we had already told you guys you need 2 men. The second time it was down as 2 men and after ringing up to complain one worker told me that someone changed it to 1 man!!! Doesn't cut it!

    @theroyalfactor @virginmedia any day now they will start offering to credit your account with £10 and arrange an engineers visit. Dont be lulled by them as the Engineers never arrive and neither does the credit

    @virginmedia So I wait until then? Is there anyway you can add to my account that for someone to please ring me instead of emailing the response. Every email says you tried to contact me but couldn't when I have no missed calls/always with signal at home. Feels like you don't even try to call

    @virginmedia Yeah you can ask - it will only be the 7th time Virgin ask me this. Again, Virgin has sent engineers twice. First one changed the coaxial cable, second one changed the routeur. Problem never got fixed. @virginmedia is a joke of a service. Me tweeting = virgin loosing money.

    @virginmedia The original complaint was back in early May - twice VM claimed they had tried to contact me and hadn’t. No phone calls just a generic letter with no apology, admittance of fault or compensation.

    So @virginmedia just swapped from Sky after 15 years to improve our wifi. Apparently tho u now can’t supply me with booster Pod even tho we are badly in need to improve our network. #notimpressed #newcustomer

    @virginmedia So now the Google maps on my phone doesn't work ( doesn't update as I drive) I need Google maps for my job. Do I have to go on hold for 40 mind to see can I get that sorted ? Abysmal service for customers. I'm a customer just over a week now and I'm sorry I moved to @virginmedia
