    @virginmedia I’ve spent 168 minutes on the phone with at least 10 people since Sunday. Everyone tells me what I already know. No one takes responsibility. It’s how you’ve designed your customer experience. Your phone tree is circular. No one is in London. I’ve spoken to pre-install. Many x’s.

    Absolutely disgusting how @virginmedia treat customers and lie and don’t call back. Placed a request for contract cancelation on 18 Dec 22 and no luck, made another call on 13 Jan 23 to hear the call recording with Ticket AF130123189 and still waiting for call back.#virginmedia

    @virginmedia You must know where calls originate from. You must know where the scam call centres are. You must pressure the Indian Authorities to shut them down, otherwise your call center's in India becomes unviable as you cannot trust anyone or any calls from Virgin Media.
