    @virginmedia lnternet very intermittent. Router fault. But you won't send replacement so I am changing to Vodafone. Sick to death of the awful service I get from Virginmedia.

    @virginmedia you’ve sent me an outrageous bill with £35 in charges that you said you were waiving. Non of your call centres are open (undertandably) I cant get text support & there’s no other help available. You are going to bill me £120 for a £50 service and I can stop you.

    @virginmedia The online complaint I made the references are:C-2501221674 and C-0903221635. Also my father made a complaint too and reference is C-130222662. The complaints have not been resolved to my satisfactory. I haven’t seen anything. I was promised a compensation of £50 but nothing.

    @virginmedia I've upheld my complaint but your complaints department have just emailed me to say it closed which it isn't at all. Despite me asking for it to remain on my file. Its been an absolutely the worst customer service I've received & I could carry on putting up screenshots of it
