    Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

    @virginmedia you’ve sent me an outrageous bill with £35 in charges that you said you were waiving. Non of your call centres are open (undertandably) I cant get text support & there’s no other help available. You are going to bill me £120 for a £50 service and I can stop you.

    Moved from @skytv to @virginmedia after 8 years and being a VIP customer with Sky. Poor service and a huge increase in price. Lost a longstanding customer. Now to try Virgin Media and see how this goes.

    @virginmedia I have and they haven't. I've been promised it being sent in the post and promised to speak to a manager to resolve the issue. Neither have actually happened so, no they haven't. Pretty shoddy all round really, as I'm sure I've be overcharged, but can't see the bill breakdown.

    @virginmedia virgin sim, just been replaced to see if that was the issue but made no difference, virgin said the 4G is provided by O2 which says there's no issue in MK so i've been at a dead end for months, they just take my money every month and i get no data service
