    @virginmedia when is someone going to ring us back after the failure to apply the package to our account we sorted on the phone yet still hasn’t changed or a manager ringing back to deal with the complaint. Shocking services but soon quick to mailing bills out!

    @virginmedia my internet has been suffering drop outs all day, now I have no working TV or internet. Being told it's my equipment when it never is, it's getting old that excuse. I will apparently have to wait 3 days for "an engineer to come out" - I can't I have to go to work 😤

    @virginmedia bb3 area: internet has been down since yesterday morning & update it's not going to be fixed till tomorrow. I have a online business to run & kids need to do their homework online, can't stream any tv either. Can I ask what the issue is & why its taking so long?

    @virginmedia There isn't anything that could help with the problem because I don't fully understand what everything is or means etc It could do with a technician to have a look, something similar as happened before and you sent a technician out

    @virginmedia £150 a month and the internet doesn’t even work. Amazing. Can’t wait to cancel that.

    @virginmedia Plugged in new Wi-Fi hub all good. Paired new remote with box but upgrade to box failed error code M63. Bot is all over place customer service rep basically non-engineer saying turn it off on again!

    @virginmedia You haven’t applied the contract you sent out and the balance on our account is double the contract charge and your advice said pay in full to speak to someone if not it tough. And then said it would then be credited on the account. Your advisor are no help.

    @virginmedia honestly... your call centre/arranging anything is absolutely shocking. Twice had something arranged, twice its not happened and wrong things noted. Please sort out your call centre. This poor engineer has just turned into a complaints department

    @virginmedia We aren’t getting anywhere and you cut us off. This has to be worst service, if I performed as your advisor I would be sacked! How do we get to resolve the issue via the above method?

    @virginmedia Yeah, we have been charged wrong for the past two months even though the account was clear when we entered a new contract with you, now we been challenging it since August! Told manager will ring and then they don’t and then you charge us wrong, and then to make your customer

    @virginmedia Service even worse you demand full payment and then will credit our account for your error and breach of contract! Your customers service staff rude! Demanding money before we can speak to anyone well I wonder what a solicitor would have to say with copy of the breached contract.

    @virginmedia Yeah I've seen that already thanks, but it's not going to help the kids with accessing homework online. no I am not on a B account as of yet as I have only just started out in the last week 😑 but even if I was on a B account it would still be off so doesn't make any difference

    @virginmedia still no broadband in bb3 area since Thurs & update now says tomorrow for fix. Shocking customer service, why can't you tell your customers what is happening instead of saying an engineer is on the way on the updates, at least then we would know what to expect

    @virginmedia Still not helpful once we have paid what you told us after not applying your contract! Been told it’s the agents error on a record call and then saying it’s invalid, and prepared to offer new customer better than current! Massive complaint in writing your staff on phone shocking!

    @virginmedia No TV from 23rd December till 29th! Got a new box fitted, okay for about a week then started playing up again! Spent 3 hours on the phone Thursday night trying to sort to no avail...need an engineer to come out again...but no idea how to arrange!! Terrible service 😑

    @virginmedia 7th March which is now far too late. No other response from any media (email, phone, website). @virginmedia if this is how new customers are treated…..?? I don’t want to be a customer of such poor service.

    @virginmedia My landline doesn't seem to be working & I'm not prepared to call on my mobile & pay the charges. I think you contacting me is the least you could do after such poor service! You should also be talking to the agent!!

    @virginmedia There is text and email but right now I want to speak to a human not a text or an email! Another part of virgin that is missing for customers. I would of been completely understanding if there was issues on Friday due to weather not today!

    I don't understand why customers cannot be sent an email or text when there will be issues with @virginmedia services We are paying for a service and have chosen to use Virgin as loyal customers we deserve better! How about Virgin updates it's systems for for issues like that?

    Just had a call from a scammer saying that are calling from @virginmedia, apparently they know my router is playing up and internet service is inconsistent. Can’t imagine why they would think that!
