    @virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

    @virginmedia hello area 14 is there an issue as had no internet since 2pm I have all the checks etc 5 times I can't book an engineer so normally an issue, I work from home not ideal and no way of watching TiVo either without internet

    @virginmedia I have been trying to get through to customer service for the past two days, the call is usually immediately rejected or I am told the call waiting time is an hour. I have had enough and as soon as I get through I am cancelling my account. 😡

    @virginmedia @SlimNasty2013 ....or acknowledge his request that you communicate via email instead of phone, so he can have an accurate log of communication. As no resolution can be reached, the final stage is a deadlock letter, something you are also refusing to supply. All in, very poor customer service.

    Day 12 of no broadband or tv @virginmedia customer service in India have not got a clue as to when it will be fixed, keep passing me from person to person with different stories each time, absolutely shocking service, only joined a few weeks ago as well 😡😡
