    Moved from @skytv to @virginmedia after 8 years and being a VIP customer with Sky. Poor service and a huge increase in price. Lost a longstanding customer. Now to try Virgin Media and see how this goes.

    @virginmedia you’ve sent me an outrageous bill with £35 in charges that you said you were waiving. Non of your call centres are open (undertandably) I cant get text support & there’s no other help available. You are going to bill me £120 for a £50 service and I can stop you.

    Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

    @virginmedia It's happened 4 times in the last month they DID do this. Reading reviews it's happening to loads. They have my number and they say they will call back if it drops. They never do. If you investigate rather than denying to look good on twitter you might actually get a result.
