    @virginmedia Yes it works on my phone browser, but not on laptop, so I'll just continue using that method, thanks. One more question; Why do your customer support agents ask for a security password that I use when speaking to an agent, despite being a new customer and haven't set this up yet

    @virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

    @virginmedia absolutely rubbish service since we left @skytv and went over to you. Tv/broadband/phone off again on the whole of our estate-not much help to people working from home. Wont be renewing our contract with you, and will be checking how soon we can cancel!

    @virginmedia I have been trying to get through to customer service for the past two days, the call is usually immediately rejected or I am told the call waiting time is an hour. I have had enough and as soon as I get through I am cancelling my account. 😡

    @virginmedia hello area 14 is there an issue as had no internet since 2pm I have all the checks etc 5 times I can't book an engineer so normally an issue, I work from home not ideal and no way of watching TiVo either without internet

    @virginmedia I had previously read on the app that Virgin would still automatically take the payment even though I was in credit. I contacted Virgin on Saturday to cancel my direct debit as I was in credit and was told I wouldn't need to do that, I was told they would sort it for me.

    @virginmedia I have asked three different customer service people for written confirmation that my request has been processed. All said they couldn’t but assured me it had been done. Turns out it hadn’t the first two times, hoping that it’s third time lucky. It’s very frustrating.

    @virginmedia Right, so the technicians are aware of a problem. That's good to know. I have often rebooted the hub, but this doesn't always work. Also, most of the issues happen in the evening/night time. Not sure if that info will help!?! Thanks for getting back to me. I'll let you know.

    @virginmedia I have texted called written and written to media along with the proper channels and I am still in the same position I was before. My credit score is adversely effected because you haven’t removed the bad credit.

    @virginmedia We are not receiving WiFi connection in all our rooms, the tv Signal keeps cutting off the reconnecting. Downloading is very slow. We keep requesting a booster but no one in customer service is willing to send us one!
