@virginmedia Hi thank you however a good start would be you to know your client base. Some of us are just not tech savvy and being talked to like an idiot is not the way to win hearts and minds let alone customer loyalty. Felt very undermined and very disappointed.

@WilfSauce @WrestlingJebus @Archiebald_C I have Virgin Media, so haven't had to use TVPlayer personally, but I know of people who have and it's worked perfectly fine. I believe there is a rolling contract for the service of £6.99 after the event so make sure you cancel afterwards.

@virginmedia Thx for getting back so quickly. Recent experience of the 150 number (and I've had in excess of 30 calls to them in the last 8 weeks is awful). I guess I'll just need to wait for chat to work to get the POD. Then I can leave Virgin.

@virginmedia your broadband service is woeful. Every single day for months it goes off. Stuck in a contract that does not provide the service we pay for. All we are told there is an issue in our area. You won’t have any customers here soon.

@flossybball @virginmedia I was with them for 12 years. The issues happen when your contract is finished and you call a month in advance to let them know you will not be renewing. After they offer you a deal and you say no thanks they ask you to think about it. They then continue to charge you monthly

David Mayers

@virginmedia What’s an acceptable amount of time to be without services? I’ve had no tv or internet since the 30/11/22. 3 engineers out in that time and the issue not resolved. Called today to be told I’ll have to wait until the 31/01/23 for another appointment. Appalling.

@virginmedia If I had any control over this I could have told the delivery service when I can’t sit in (literally only one 30 minute slot) but I just had to select a day and pray it didn’t clash with the only time I can’t sit in and it has … and the delivery chat bot 😭😭😭

@virginmedia You emailed me a contract and then I had to get in touch to find out what was happening with it and your "customer service" team say they can't find the work order and can't offer the price that is on the contract. I don't think @Ofcom will see it the same way somehow
