When I try to play a sky cinema film, the audio plays; but no picture. BBC iplayer is the same! The router is next to the virgin box, so dont understand what is going on.

Been told itโs the agents error on a record call and then saying itโs invalid, and prepared to offer new customer better than current! Massive complaint in writing your staff on phone shocking!

Chased up several times and never got it back. Yet they got debt collectors on me for ยฃ25 outstanding bill lol
