Having to clean footwear off or remove before coming into the house! The whole length of the footpath in front of the houses where your workers have been is a disgrace. When I try to play a sky cinema film, the audio plays; but no picture. BBC iplayer is the same! The router is next to the virgin box, so dont understand what is going on.

It was restarting the router that caused it. Restarted anyway and now the router won't connect to the Internet and all devices say no IP address #stressed

I only had Virgin Media providing "to the property" fibre, my alternatives were BT and 60mbp/s outside of them prior. Hopefully as they grow they'll reach you too
