Shocking customer service, why can't you tell your customers what is happening instead of saying an engineer is on the way on the updates, at least then we would know what to expect

And then said it would then be credited on the account. Your advisor are no help.

They tired to get out of it by saying I never accept it. About 6 hours on the phone and they finally said they where.
