Moved from @skytv to @virginmedia after 8 years and being a VIP customer with Sky. Poor service and a huge increase in price. Lost a longstanding customer. Now to try Virgin Media and see how this goes.

@virginmedia I had to pay extra to get wifi upstairs in a 3 bed terraced house. As a new customer I'd get a better deal so no doubt I'll go somewhere else and when that deal ceases to be competitive you'll be an option, which is strange
