    @virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay £45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

    Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

    @virginmedia hello area 14 is there an issue as had no internet since 2pm I have all the checks etc 5 times I can't book an engineer so normally an issue, I work from home not ideal and no way of watching TiVo either without internet

    Service from @virginmedia is disgusting for existing customers! Dial 150 hold for 20mins someone answers but can hardly speak English then hang up when I ask for a new deal #customerservice try calling back & it’s busy so “sorry can’t help today call tomorrow 8am some of us work!

    @virginmedia I understand your call centres are suffering, but 2 hours for text chat support and a phone line that 4 menu levels deep hangs up is not good enough. Massively annoyed and time wasted.

    @PaulaCoyscot I wouldn’t say I’m against it or anything, but like the sad wee sod I am, I wonder how our broadcasting system would be affected by it, considering how Ireland has a completely distinct system from the UK (with RTÉ, the Virgin Media network (which was TV3 until 2018), TG4, etc.)

    This really is boring @virginmedia. I returned my kit on 26th April with your vendor (Yodel) per your instructions. It’s been stuck in there network and now you’ve charged me for it. Even though you can see I’ve sent it (I provided all the details to customer services on WhatsApp). I won’t be taking a credit, I’ll be disputing the charge. You have no right to charge me for the equipment when it’s with your courier and I have evidenced that to customer services.
