    @WilfSauce @WrestlingJebus @Archiebald_C I have Virgin Media, so haven't had to use TVPlayer personally, but I know of people who have and it's worked perfectly fine. I believe there is a rolling contract for the service of £6.99 after the event so make sure you cancel afterwards.

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done all that. There was an issue in the post code but it says it’s sorted now, but it’s not. Still nothing at all!

    @virginmedia Had no internet and TV service for over 24hrs now, can’t get through on the phone and it says the broadband issues are sorted on the service check online...it isn’t.

    @virginmedia There isn't anything that could help with the problem because I don't fully understand what everything is or means etc It could do with a technician to have a look, something similar as happened before and you sent a technician out

    @virginmedia Yes it works on my phone browser, but not on laptop, so I'll just continue using that method, thanks. One more question; Why do your customer support agents ask for a security password that I use when speaking to an agent, despite being a new customer and haven't set this up yet

    @virginmedia you’ve sent me an outrageous bill with £35 in charges that you said you were waiving. Non of your call centres are open (undertandably) I cant get text support & there’s no other help available. You are going to bill me £120 for a £50 service and I can stop you.

    @virginmedia when is someone going to ring us back after the failure to apply the package to our account we sorted on the phone yet still hasn’t changed or a manager ringing back to deal with the complaint. Shocking services but soon quick to mailing bills out!

    @virginmedia How are things?? Footpath left full of mud. Having to clean footwear off or remove before coming into the house! The whole length of the footpath in front of the houses where your workers have been is a disgrace. Not even rain has washed it clean!! Terrible standard of work! 😤

    @virginmedia Hi thank you however a good start would be you to know your client base. Some of us are just not tech savvy and being talked to like an idiot is not the way to win hearts and minds let alone customer loyalty. Felt very undermined and very disappointed.

    @virginmedia Yes, it has happened yet again today. Not working at all. Rebooted several times. As usual App says no problems in the area. Happens every 4-6 weeks. Then we call virgin and wait 5-8 days for an engineer!Then it comes back on b4 engineer turns up.!

    @virginmedia absolute garbage- was told moving house would be a ‘smooth’ transition? Instead charging me for two accounts, harassed via email and phone. Told this would be resolved. ALL LIES. Now they’ve cut our internet off. DO NOT TRUST!
