    @virginmedia my internet has been suffering drop outs all day, now I have no working TV or internet. Being told it's my equipment when it never is, it's getting old that excuse. I will apparently have to wait 3 days for "an engineer to come out" - I can't I have to go to work ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @virginmedia bb3 area: internet has been down since yesterday morning & update it's not going to be fixed till tomorrow. I have a online business to run & kids need to do their homework online, can't stream any tv either. Can I ask what the issue is & why its taking so long?

    @virginmedia There isn't anything that could help with the problem because I don't fully understand what everything is or means etc It could do with a technician to have a look, something similar as happened before and you sent a technician out

    @WilfSauce @WrestlingJebus @Archiebald_C I have Virgin Media, so haven't had to use TVPlayer personally, but I know of people who have and it's worked perfectly fine. I believe there is a rolling contract for the service of ยฃ6.99 after the event so make sure you cancel afterwards.

    @misselledee @virginmedia If virgin cant provide you service from 30 days of you reporting the fault you can leave for nothing, they are very incompetent when dealing with customers, deal with one agent who promises to sort it, never does, you phone back then its a different agent and you start all over

    An in-place upgrade which is causing a 10 day outage - pretty awful planning @virginmedia. And telling us it would be fixed in 1 day, then 2 days, then 4 days, then 3 days, then 4 days, then 10 days - is a bit of a joke.

    @virginmedia @Virgin my broadband has been down for almost 12 hours. The issue was raised via telephone and on the website at 3pm today, the fix time keeps going up by an hour each time on the website and still nothing resolved!!!! Absolute joke!!! FIX IT!!!!!!! USELESS PRICKS
