Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

Moved from @skytv to @virginmedia after 8 years and being a VIP customer with Sky. Poor service and a huge increase in price. Lost a longstanding customer. Now to try Virgin Media and see how this goes.

@Craig273 @virginmedia No. I just want to cancel sky sports as for £31.75 a month I don’t get the use out of it. I was lied to saying it would affect my package discount. I already get BT sport for free and if Amazon will be streaming more it’s pointless

@virginmedia Its a pretty simple fix as I can see who provides your bot platform. The staff member handling my complaint didn’t apologise and instead told me they’d email me a response. This wasn’t quite what I expected. I was told today a Manager would contact me back.

@virginmedia Well, I don’t get to speak to anyone. Your service tells me they need to send a signal to restart my box and then cuts me off. On the rare occasions I’ve spoken to someone in the past they just tell me to restart my box which fixes it temporarily until the next time.

@virginmedia Yes, there is an issue, one u couldn't inform us of in a text when you're happy to text about random stuff we don't care about. A service issue in my area doesn't exactly help when it comes to my job + when we're in a Lockdown, I can't simply go to a friends!! Such a bad service
