    Cracks me up that the main feature of BT’s internet provision currently being advertised is that it breaks! And you can book a slot to fix it Why not invest your advertising budget in stopping it from breaking? Not to be smug but (touch wood) @virginmedia has never conked out!

    If 2020 was an Internet provider it would be @virginmedia Solve the problem of losing IP address by restarting router. It was restarting the router that caused it. Restarted anyway and now the router won't connect to the Internet and all devices say no IP address #stressed

    @virginmedia I understand your call centres are suffering, but 2 hours for text chat support and a phone line that 4 menu levels deep hangs up is not good enough. Massively annoyed and time wasted.

    @virginmedia It says not on there but when I call the support number there is a recorded message saying there is an issue and engineers are working on it.....been same all week.

    @virginmedia How are things?? Footpath left full of mud. Having to clean footwear off or remove before coming into the house! The whole length of the footpath in front of the houses where your workers have been is a disgrace. Not even rain has washed it clean!! Terrible standard of work! 😤

    @virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay £45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

    @virginmedia Nothings happening that’s the point . You sent us a new equipment out saying it’s good to go to find only a sky dish here . You make an appointment then cancel it after taking a day off work . Your customer service team needs disbanding a re structuring it’s unworkable.

    @virginmedia There’s a problem with Episode 1 of Catch & Kill: The Podcast Series on the Virgin player Sky Documentaries channel. It keeps stopping every couple of seconds. I tried it yesterday & today, same problem. Other episodes & programmes play ok from that channel. Help!

    @virginmedia No I haven’t, the agents I’ve spoken to on the phone have been very unhelpful & told me to wait for the engineer. Which department should I select to complain via phone? I don’t want to wait up to 7 days for an online complaint, I’ve waited almost 7 weeks for my broadband already

    @virginmedia Why is you customer service team so inadequate ? It absolutely shocking . Moved to a new property and leaving us with out internet over Christmas . Constantly cancelling agreements . No customer care what so ever. No one wants to sort the problem out just #awful
