@virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

@virginmedia hello area 14 is there an issue as had no internet since 2pm I have all the checks etc 5 times I can't book an engineer so normally an issue, I work from home not ideal and no way of watching TiVo either without internet

@virginmedia How are things?? Footpath left full of mud. Having to clean footwear off or remove before coming into the house! The whole length of the footpath in front of the houses where your workers have been is a disgrace. Not even rain has washed it clean!! Terrible standard of work! 😤

@virginmedia I have been trying to get through to customer service for the past two days, the call is usually immediately rejected or I am told the call waiting time is an hour. I have had enough and as soon as I get through I am cancelling my account. 😡

Cracks me up that the main feature of BT’s internet provision currently being advertised is that it breaks! And you can book a slot to fix it Why not invest your advertising budget in stopping it from breaking? Not to be smug but (touch wood) @virginmedia has never conked out!

@virginmedia We’ve had no tv or internet since Tuesday 15th feb when you did some works in BR1 area. Unable to work, kids access homework over half term and racking up mobile data bills as a result. Your engineer out Thursday couldn’t fix it and still no service. Unacceptable.

@virginmedia still does not answer why so many people are having problems with broadband or tv services, prices go up every year but people are still having to put up with the same rubbish service. you just have to come on here to find quite a lot of people are having problems.

@virginmedia Internet continuously drops. Had engineers out who replace wires etc etc and within a few months the same issue. I am talking it drops the internet on all devices every few minutes. Its useless and i’m at the stage id rather be with a reliable provider than with you ‘fast’ net

@virginmedia Hi, no, there are no faults. I stress that this is a very long standing issue with the speed and reliability of the service. It is not a recent issue or a 'one off', hence my comments regarding being completely let down by Virgin and feeling that virgin are in breach of contract

@virginmedia Customer service has been like this for about a month now. Thanks for the quick reply though. Yeah I set the pod up correctly. And I've tried it in several places. Been over 5 days, although it has improved the WiFi dropouts the signal is still really poor in the upstair rooms.
