@virginmedia No TV from 23rd December till 29th! Got a new box fitted, okay for about a week then started playing up again! Spent 3 hours on the phone Thursday night trying to sort to no avail...need an engineer to come out again...but no idea how to arrange!! Terrible service 😑

@virginmedia Plugged in new Wi-Fi hub all good. Paired new remote with box but upgrade to box failed error code M63. Bot is all over place customer service rep basically non-engineer saying turn it off on again!

@virginmedia my internet has been suffering drop outs all day, now I have no working TV or internet. Being told it's my equipment when it never is, it's getting old that excuse. I will apparently have to wait 3 days for "an engineer to come out" - I can't I have to go to work 😤

@virginmedia Still not helpful once we have paid what you told us after not applying your contract! Been told it’s the agents error on a record call and then saying it’s invalid, and prepared to offer new customer better than current! Massive complaint in writing your staff on phone shocking!

@virginmedia You haven’t applied the contract you sent out and the balance on our account is double the contract charge and your advice said pay in full to speak to someone if not it tough. And then said it would then be credited on the account. Your advisor are no help.

@virginmedia bb3 area: internet has been down since yesterday morning & update it's not going to be fixed till tomorrow. I have a online business to run & kids need to do their homework online, can't stream any tv either. Can I ask what the issue is & why its taking so long?

@virginmedia when is someone going to ring us back after the failure to apply the package to our account we sorted on the phone yet still hasn’t changed or a manager ringing back to deal with the complaint. Shocking services but soon quick to mailing bills out!

@virginmedia honestly... your call centre/arranging anything is absolutely shocking. Twice had something arranged, twice its not happened and wrong things noted. Please sort out your call centre. This poor engineer has just turned into a complaints department

@virginmedia Broadband/TV outage until 2:35pm but can’t register a loss of service as page doesn’t load. On 4G so problem is with you. Why advertise you’ll compensate if there’s no way to get it?!

@virginmedia Received the adapter and finally have a working phone line. Shame it took 3 weeks to get to the bottom of the issue. Disappointed that I was told porting number was able to be done by several staff and that they submitted a form to request it, but at least phone is working now

@555Husker @virginmedia Backup! 10 days our area broadband has been down, why you bother for buckuo a line if it does not connect within days. You are taking us for a ride. So frustrating and very disappointing.
