    @WilfSauce @WrestlingJebus @Archiebald_C I have Virgin Media, so haven't had to use TVPlayer personally, but I know of people who have and it's worked perfectly fine. I believe there is a rolling contract for the service of £6.99 after the event so make sure you cancel afterwards.

    @virginmedia problems with my router and your tech help told me the cables must have come loose. I didn’t touch or move the router or the cables and your help got it back on by telling me that me tightening it resolved it. I never touched it. can’t you admit the router is faulty

    @virginmedia Your system hasn't flagged it because I'm being fobbed off by your "technical team" who have got me to reset the hub twice and plug the ethernet cable into a device and it's still poor. I was tricked into renewing my contract with a promise of fixing the internet issue - lies!

    @virginmedia Your estimated fixed dates are unreliable as your services. The engineer has been sorting the issue out since a year ago. I am always told switch off the hub and restart. It doesn’t work! Send an engineer

    @virginmedia I waited over a year you saying it is reasonable to still wait? You don’t wait a year to charge for the service you don’t provide. I think this needs to be escalated with Watchdog and CISAS to add some weight. VM taking people for a ride
