@virginmedia lnternet very intermittent. Router fault. But you won't send replacement so I am changing to Vodafone. Sick to death of the awful service I get from Virginmedia.

  • djbowers14 D J Bowers (@djbowers14) reported from Great Harwood, England

Moved from @skytv to @virginmedia after 8 years and being a VIP customer with Sky. Poor service and a huge increase in price. Lost a longstanding customer. Now to try Virgin Media and see how this goes.

  • EmilyMc767 Emily (@EmilyMc767) reported from Blackburn, England

@virginmedia It’s a media account, but it was more about the quality of the call. It’s not the way to treat a customer. Thanks

  • subz_1 𝑺𝒖𝒃𝒉𝒂𝒏 🇵🇸 ⏱ (@subz_1) reported from Accrington, England

At this point I don’t know whether my snapchat is down or my WiFi is aids #virginmedia

  • Logical1966 Aaron (@Logical1966) reported from Keighley, England

@virginmedia what the hell is the point of not having a team available for broadband faults but you can send a link to log on to your website- I can’t access your website because I my bloody broadband isn’t working are you stupid or something 🤬🤬🤬

  • shadiebrfc_ Shadie (@shadiebrfc_) reported from Accrington, England

  • ryanchapmanx RC (@ryanchapmanx) reported from Blackburn, England

@geewelchx @virginmedia Mate I was on phone for a hour told them to shove their internet up their ass and going elsewhere Lmao their customer service is shocking so I did it back

  • xNasminx Nasmin Shabir ♡ (@xNasminx) reported from Keighley, England

@virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay £45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

  • mooseandme1 Moose And Me (@mooseandme1) reported from Great Harwood, England

@virginmedia you’ve sent me an outrageous bill with £35 in charges that you said you were waiving. Non of your call centres are open (undertandably) I cant get text support & there’s no other help available. You are going to bill me £120 for a £50 service and I can stop you.

  • ryanchapmanx RC (@ryanchapmanx) reported from Blackburn, England

How to waste my time 2019 - @virginmedia sort your customer service out :)

  • NickyRobbo80 Nicky (@NickyRobbo80) reported from Blackburn, England

If 2020 was an Internet provider it would be @virginmedia Solve the problem of losing IP address by restarting router. It was restarting the router that caused it. Restarted anyway and now the router won't connect to the Internet and all devices say no IP address #stressed

  • Salma_abdx Salma Khan (@Salma_abdx) reported from Great Harwood, England

@virginmedia They have improved but this is a regular issue now. This should be looked into, especially with the prices you charge for the services.

  • saeedahmed0 Saeed Uchiha (@saeedahmed0) reported from Burnley, England

@virginmedia your internet is awful! I’m not paying for a black box that flashes lights. Fix up

  • SharonBradbury Sharon Bradbury (@SharonBradbury) reported from Haworth, England

@virginmedia you have an exposed wire that goes down the side of my house and across my back garden so you’re able to provide a service to some houses below. I can’t find any written consent from the previous owners of the house. Major work will be starting soon...

  • SamMcCartney Sam McCartney (@SamMcCartney) reported from Rawtenstall, England

@Craig273 @virginmedia No. I just want to cancel sky sports as for £31.75 a month I don’t get the use out of it. I was lied to saying it would affect my package discount. I already get BT sport for free and if Amazon will be streaming more it’s pointless

  • MATTYB00SH 𝕄𝔸𝕋𝕋𝕐𝔹𝕆𝕆𝕊ℍ (@MATTYB00SH) reported from Burnley, England

Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

  • FunnyTrickster Vincent Brindle 🔶🌍🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@FunnyTrickster) reported from Burnley, England

@jmtb18 @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria Issues in Burnley too. It's been up and down like a yoyo. TV box light keeps flashing too.

  • btownofficial_ officialBtown (@btownofficial_) reported from Rawtenstall, England

  • scottburnley scott mitchell (@scottburnley) reported from Colne, England

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • McN_lty McNulty (@McN_lty) reported

I'm beginning to wonder if @virginmedia services are on strike. There seems to be an awful lot of dissatisfied people who are not getting the service they are paying for and with seemingly no idea when the issues will be resolved. #shitshow

  • robdgreen Rob Green (@robdgreen) reported

@virginmedia Thanks. I've now raised a formal complaint using the link provided and I really hope that someone contacts me to resolve this. I'm really unhappy.

  • fpl_jedi The RedEye FPL Jedi (@fpl_jedi) reported

@virginmedia We have working internet and the 3 x virgin engineers confirm there is signal coming through the tv cables but both the 360 box and 360 mini box show ‘account error CS1011’.

  • desshiels Desmond Shiels (@desshiels) reported

@virginmedia TY. U didn't answer my question though but your reply confirms my suspicions. It takes 30 days to action. So customers CAN give 35 days notice if they wish. But Virgin try to make them call back later in the hope they won't. Bad customer service practise. Thats why I am leaving

  • uweau2 uwe au (@uweau2) reported

@virginmedia Unbelievable customer service, ring to renew the contract. Agent offered for £37 then said system glitched the new offer is £39 and half of the agreed speed. Well done Virgin, this is how you treat your loyalty customers. We are leaving for good.

  • Editmonster Stewart Daniels (@Editmonster) reported

@virginmedia So ,I was emailed today saying someone would be coming over today and asked for a time , I emailed back with a time , never got a email back and no one show up , I am getting very tired of communication breakout from your service

  • viennawaits4_u vienna (@viennawaits4_u) reported

@virginmedia Well we are not permitted to speak to you over the phone as we are not Virgin customers, your WhatsApp means are atrocious so it was escalated to your customer support officer who told us she is the highest level of complaints and has not resolved our complaint other than copying

  • StumpyC94 Scott Cunnington (@StumpyC94) reported

@virginmedia I have. They tried to cancel my SIM that I've had for 6 years as well to top it off but that has been resolved when speaking to someone from O2. Glad this is over

  • fpl_jedi The RedEye FPL Jedi (@fpl_jedi) reported

@virginmedia @bryanadams The only engineers say you will reset this and it will work. It never happens. I just phoned again and was told all you could do is raise a new support ticket and it will take 5 days. Im close to loosing the will to live. Please can I just have the TV I pay for?

  • Fitzy__07 Fitzy (@Fitzy__07) reported

@virginmedia how do you request a replacement for a faulty WiFi router. Speed test are always at an acceptable level, however signal drops intermittently on a regular basis and have done since my router was upgraded to the Hub 4
