@virginmedia problems with my router and your tech help told me the cables must have come loose. I didn’t touch or move the router or the cables and your help got it back on by telling me that me tightening it resolved it. I never touched it. can’t you admit the router is faulty

Service from @virginmedia is disgusting for existing customers! Dial 150 hold for 20mins someone answers but can hardly speak English then hang up when I ask for a new deal #customerservice try calling back & it’s busy so “sorry can’t help today call tomorrow 8am some of us work!

@virginmedia No it still hasn’t even been looked at my second complaint. I have emailed, filled in the forms online and sent a letter. No1 in the call centre can help as they keep sending me through to different departments. Can someone call me to sort this please.

@virginmedia I emailed my complaint. I recieved a email saying VM had called me, advising an apology was all that was needed and as far as you were concerned it was resolved. No one called me no one has removed my neighbours fibre optic cable from my garden. Some one was to call. No one has.
