    @virginmedia No TV from 23rd December till 29th! Got a new box fitted, okay for about a week then started playing up again! Spent 3 hours on the phone Thursday night trying to sort to no avail...need an engineer to come out again...but no idea how to arrange!! Terrible service 😑

    @virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

    Cracks me up that the main feature of BT’s internet provision currently being advertised is that it breaks! And you can book a slot to fix it Why not invest your advertising budget in stopping it from breaking? Not to be smug but (touch wood) @virginmedia has never conked out!

    @virginmedia Yeah, we have been charged wrong for the past two months even though the account was clear when we entered a new contract with you, now we been challenging it since August! Told manager will ring and then they don’t and then you charge us wrong, and then to make your customer

    @virginmedia There isn't anything that could help with the problem because I don't fully understand what everything is or means etc It could do with a technician to have a look, something similar as happened before and you sent a technician out

    @virginmedia problems with my router and your tech help told me the cables must have come loose. I didn’t touch or move the router or the cables and your help got it back on by telling me that me tightening it resolved it. I never touched it. can’t you admit the router is faulty

    @virginmedia for the past 2-3 weeks I have had issues with on demand content, and the broadband. When I try to play a sky cinema film, the audio plays; but no picture. BBC iplayer is the same! The router is next to the virgin box, so dont understand what is going on.

    Moved from @skytv to @virginmedia after 8 years and being a VIP customer with Sky. Poor service and a huge increase in price. Lost a longstanding customer. Now to try Virgin Media and see how this goes.

    @virginmedia I have been locked out of "My Virgin Media” account since February, phoned 4 times and get nowhere they say they filled in a form and in 5 days it will unlock, never does. Means I have no access to sky sports, Virgin TV Go, and the new TNT Sports via HBO Max!!!

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia Hello. I had the exact same. Let the contract end. Give the box etc back. Then sign up as a new customer. Mines gone from 69 wanted 120 now as new customer it's 26.99. I had new box with 3 days pal
