If 2020 was an Internet provider it would be @virginmedia Solve the problem of losing IP address by restarting router. It was restarting the router that caused it. Restarted anyway and now the router won't connect to the Internet and all devices say no IP address #stressed

Cracks me up that the main feature of BT’s internet provision currently being advertised is that it breaks! And you can book a slot to fix it Why not invest your advertising budget in stopping it from breaking? Not to be smug but (touch wood) @virginmedia has never conked out!

@virginmedia I understand your call centres are suffering, but 2 hours for text chat support and a phone line that 4 menu levels deep hangs up is not good enough. Massively annoyed and time wasted.

@virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay £45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

@virginmedia How are things?? Footpath left full of mud. Having to clean footwear off or remove before coming into the house! The whole length of the footpath in front of the houses where your workers have been is a disgrace. Not even rain has washed it clean!! Terrible standard of work! 😤

Oh dear @virginmedia, came home. No TV, restarted box, error S101, broadband also off. Exactly the same issue as the last outage, yet when I do a check on my virgin media, allegedly no issue in my area. M34 2 area

@virginmedia Hello. There was an all day outage for broadband in the BT48 area today that your engineers marked resolved almost two hours ago. It's not resolved. No active service and just a green flashing router light. Resets do nothing.

@virginmedia your Internet service and customer support is so sickeningly **** I genuinely feel like I want to throw up. Pay for 500 megs but will be lucky to get 50. Connection CONSTANTLY cuts out, ping goes to 500ms every other second and 6000 each minute. VM was a big mistake
