Service from @virginmedia is disgusting for existing customers! Dial 150 hold for 20mins someone answers but can hardly speak English then hang up when I ask for a new deal #customerservice try calling back & it’s busy so “sorry can’t help today call tomorrow 8am some of us work!

@andym1900 @virginmedia My phone goes onto emergency calls only when I leave the UK. Even happened when I went to the Islw of Man🙄 Never had an issue before signing up with them. Poor do.

@WilfSauce @WrestlingJebus @Archiebald_C I have Virgin Media, so haven't had to use TVPlayer personally, but I know of people who have and it's worked perfectly fine. I believe there is a rolling contract for the service of £6.99 after the event so make sure you cancel afterwards.

@virginmedia are you able to get an engineer out before Friday to me? If not I'm leaving. Had 4 engineers out to not fix my issues, not spending more than 5 mins at the property trying to fix the issue. One of them detected line damage and i had an appointment for repair for 2 weeks after 1/2

@virginmedia So I have been trying to get an issue resolved for days, phone calls totaling 4hr 20 mins today alone, to have 1 of your representatives put the phone down on me after being taken off of a 2and half hour hold!!! Absolutely disgusting. Ombudsman will be contacted!!!

Hey @virginmedia I pay for the fastest speed broadband but it seems to go down at least 10 times a day!!!! What is going on? I have checked online for any faults but it says there are none. This is not acceptable when I’m paying so much and working from home.
