Moved from @skytv to @virginmedia after 8 years and being a VIP customer with Sky. Poor service and a huge increase in price. Lost a longstanding customer. Now to try Virgin Media and see how this goes.

@virginmedia My Mums phone line is completely dead. We have tried switching phones so it is an issue with the line. The postcode is DE21 . Any help that can be given as she is reliant on a telephone line. Kind Regards Cath

@virginmedia The issue that this related to was actually resolved… however things have got a hell of a lot worse since! I vowed never to use VM years ago due to poor customer service and I am remembering why!

@virginmedia On a wired connection I get anywhere between 300 and 600 download and still between 0.1 and 2 upload. There has been outage after outage according to your technical team but I don’t see how this can continue happening for 2 months and you think it’s alright?!

@virginmedia It’s not showing any issues, but they are intermittent. So it will just drop randomly for 5-45 mins sometimes

@virginmedia The problem is still continuing with Telegram, I don't seem to have a problem with any other services. Are you able to check if there's a root cause for the issue or if there is any configuration I need to perform on the VM router? It's on default settings at the moment.

@VirginMediaIE The sound has been stopping on playback of #VirginMedia tv channels for weeks. We have turned it off and on, checking connections, etc. There does not seem to be any problem with live tv. Can you please fix this?
