Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

@virginmedia I sent a letter of complaint. I got two responses, one a letter telling to click here to access information. Then the complaint was closed in the second letter without anything I complained about being acknowledged. This is scarcely believable. How so I escalate it?

@virginmedia can you confirm there is connection issue in Dublin 24 area pls? Wifi hasn’t worked since 21/11/22 at 21:56. Tried on and off again, unplugging and reset still won’t work. Nothing works without the internet
