I believe there is a rolling contract for the service of ยฃ6.99 after the event so make sure you cancel afterwards.

I didnโt touch or move the router or the cables and your help got it back on by telling me that me tightening it resolved it. I never touched it. canโt you admit the router is faulty

Not happy to say we pay ยฃ45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

Having to clean footwear off or remove before coming into the house! The whole length of the footpath in front of the houses where your workers have been is a disgrace. It was restarting the router that caused it. Restarted anyway and now the router won't connect to the Internet and all devices say no IP address #stressed
