Spent 3 hours on the phone Thursday night trying to sort to no avail...need an engineer to come out again...but no idea how to arrange!! Terrible service 😑

Having to clean footwear off or remove before coming into the house! The whole length of the footpath in front of the houses where your workers have been is a disgrace. An engineer called me to explain he had fixed the issue - a rusty screw stopping the connection for 8 houses. He was super helpful. Shame no one on the phone could be clear and helpful.
