@virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay £45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

Moved from @skytv to @virginmedia after 8 years and being a VIP customer with Sky. Poor service and a huge increase in price. Lost a longstanding customer. Now to try Virgin Media and see how this goes.

Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

If 2020 was an Internet provider it would be @virginmedia Solve the problem of losing IP address by restarting router. It was restarting the router that caused it. Restarted anyway and now the router won't connect to the Internet and all devices say no IP address #stressed

@virginmedia I’ve been on the phone to @virginmedia for 57 mins today. Offered me £40 credit to my virgin ac (so no loss of revenue to @virginmedia despite not providing agreed broadband contract performance) I say thanks but, I’ll leave. Guess what? I can’t. System down I have to call again.
