    @virginmedia problems with my router and your tech help told me the cables must have come loose. I didn’t touch or move the router or the cables and your help got it back on by telling me that me tightening it resolved it. I never touched it. can’t you admit the router is faulty

    @virginmedia Thanks. I just looked and your site actually says “in areas where there’s no mobile coverage, our Emergency Backup Line won’t work”. That only reinforces my concern: if a major power outage or a storm affects the local mobile mast(s), there will be no longer be a way for anybody

    Hi @vmbusiness we have had no internet for 24 hours now and nothing can be resolved remotely, plus no technician can attend until Saturday! How do you expect people to run a business? Surely there must be a quicker response than this? Really not good service!
