    @virginmedia How are things?? Footpath left full of mud. Having to clean footwear off or remove before coming into the house! The whole length of the footpath in front of the houses where your workers have been is a disgrace. Not even rain has washed it clean!! Terrible standard of work! ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @virginmedia I understand your call centres are suffering, but 2 hours for text chat support and a phone line that 4 menu levels deep hangs up is not good enough. Massively annoyed and time wasted.

    Cracks me up that the main feature of BTโ€™s internet provision currently being advertised is that it breaks! And you can book a slot to fix it Why not invest your advertising budget in stopping it from breaking? Not to be smug but (touch wood) @virginmedia has never conked out!

    @virginmedia I have been trying to get through to customer service for the past two days, the call is usually immediately rejected or I am told the call waiting time is an hour. I have had enough and as soon as I get through I am cancelling my account. ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @virginmedia hello area 14 is there an issue as had no internet since 2pm I have all the checks etc 5 times I can't book an engineer so normally an issue, I work from home not ideal and no way of watching TiVo either without internet

    @virginmedia It says not on there but when I call the support number there is a recorded message saying there is an issue and engineers are working on it.....been same all week.

    @virginmedia Thereโ€™s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now itโ€™s been awful, I currently have one bar.

    @virginmedia My Broadband has been down for quite a few days now. I have no received any text updates and would like to speak to somebody with regards to down time and to get an ETA of when it should be back up and running.

    @John_B_Stewart @British_Airways Having worked in Support for 25 years, unfortunately I know all of the maths. Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

    @virginmedia Trying to cancel my tv subs and call centre has dropped call twice this morning after holding for 30 mins+. Is there any other way of talking to someone. I appreciate your centre is v busy but it's quite frustrating!
