    @virginmedia I understand your call centres are suffering, but 2 hours for text chat support and a phone line that 4 menu levels deep hangs up is not good enough. Massively annoyed and time wasted.

    @virginmedia still no broadband in bb3 area since Thurs & update now says tomorrow for fix. Shocking customer service, why can't you tell your customers what is happening instead of saying an engineer is on the way on the updates, at least then we would know what to expect

    @virginmedia you’ve sent me an outrageous bill with £35 in charges that you said you were waiving. Non of your call centres are open (undertandably) I cant get text support & there’s no other help available. You are going to bill me £120 for a £50 service and I can stop you.

    @virginmedia lnternet very intermittent. Router fault. But you won't send replacement so I am changing to Vodafone. Sick to death of the awful service I get from Virginmedia.

    If 2020 was an Internet provider it would be @virginmedia Solve the problem of losing IP address by restarting router. It was restarting the router that caused it. Restarted anyway and now the router won't connect to the Internet and all devices say no IP address #stressed

    @virginmedia There isn't anything that could help with the problem because I don't fully understand what everything is or means etc It could do with a technician to have a look, something similar as happened before and you sent a technician out

    Service from @virginmedia is disgusting for existing customers! Dial 150 hold for 20mins someone answers but can hardly speak English then hang up when I ask for a new deal #customerservice try calling back & it’s busy so “sorry can’t help today call tomorrow 8am some of us work!

    @virginmedia There seems to be a problem in the bd10 area that's effect the TV and internet when your engineerds are fixing the problem or so the automated voice saying but this has been going on since Friday

    @andym1900 @virginmedia My phone goes onto emergency calls only when I leave the UK. Even happened when I went to the Islw of Man🙄 Never had an issue before signing up with them. Poor do.

    My experience dealing with @virginmedia has been nothing short of shambolic. Was with Virgin for years on £93 for full package inc. 2boxes + @tntsports. 2 years on, they want £150 to retain me as a "valuable" customer. However, if I cancel - create new a/c; it's £114

    @virginmedia I have a contract that expires in November 2026 that applies a recurring discount. Every month the discount doesn’t get applied and I call and am told I don’t have a contract. I email Virgin a copy of the contract and am promised that this will be fixed HELP PLEASE
