    @virginmedia How are things?? Footpath left full of mud. Having to clean footwear off or remove before coming into the house! The whole length of the footpath in front of the houses where your workers have been is a disgrace. Not even rain has washed it clean!! Terrible standard of work! 😤

    @virginmedia absolutely rubbish service since we left @skytv and went over to you. Tv/broadband/phone off again on the whole of our estate-not much help to people working from home. Wont be renewing our contract with you, and will be checking how soon we can cancel!

    @virginmedia hello area 14 is there an issue as had no internet since 2pm I have all the checks etc 5 times I can't book an engineer so normally an issue, I work from home not ideal and no way of watching TiVo either without internet

    @virginmedia I have been trying to get through to customer service for the past two days, the call is usually immediately rejected or I am told the call waiting time is an hour. I have had enough and as soon as I get through I am cancelling my account. 😡

    @virginmedia She is in the process of cancelling but made her decision. The boxes were removed by your engineer although customer services said they were not, but they were. And Virgin about 18months ago charges her £31 ish twice then upped it to £45, £46..

    @virginmedia It was to install a 360 box. Which was Virgin's attempt at an apology for the 3 months of circular customer experience hell I'd experienced prior. It's not just that they never arrived - it's the wasted time and broken promises since, too.

    Hello @virginmedia my phone line is down, and I don't have a mobile, so I can't phone to register the fault. You website 'help' section just keeps sending me round in circles Step1- fix your landline (I click) Step2- cant receive calls (I click), but it takes me back to Step1
