    @virginmedia I understand your call centres are suffering, but 2 hours for text chat support and a phone line that 4 menu levels deep hangs up is not good enough. Massively annoyed and time wasted.

    Really fed up with my @virginmedia internet connection. Months of packet loss causing voice calls to be unintelligible. Constantly losing connection. Multiple ‘engineer’ visits and its still terrible. Two days in a row now the hub says No RF Signal. Stay away from it!

    @virginmedia Surely that should have been mentioned when we input our postcode to check whether we can get Virgin? And before we decided to move internet providers? And that still doesn’t answer the non-existent customer support issues. Incompetence on every level.

    @virginmedia No it doesn't, it says great signal, where the tests I've done show speeds of 108 in the room where the modem is located then 9.8 where the blackspots are.....that's a massive drop!!

    @virginmedia Hi I it’s been going on for ages. Have tried everything on the app and virgin connect app. When resigning contract was told about wfif booster and retentions put me though to technical support to discuss . Left in chat for over 4 hours and no contact back from them

    @virginmedia Hi - i signed up to the Big Oooomph back in SEP and one of the incentives was to receive a pair of B&O headphones - these have never arrived, despite receiving mails to suggest they were on the way.. I asked for support with this, but don’t get anything

    @virginmedia And, how would I get access to your ‘internal’ system to check? It appears you’re getting customers signed up on the promise they can receive virgin, and once signed up, telling them further work is needed. I’d say that’s selling a service you know you can’t fulfil!

    @virginmedia I went through this process yest (& again now). Your IVR system ran some tests and said to check my router was plugged in (which it is!) It asked me to book in an engineer visit (earliest: 6 Jan). It‘s resolved quicker & cheaper for you if your tech support called me ASAP!

    @virginmedia 4 days without internet & TV so far. THREE unsuccessful engineers to my house ! I’ve called your customer services over 6 times and they can’t tell me when it will be fixed ! Apparently construction is required at my property ! I’m working from home, Tier 3 ! #media

    @virginmedia No the connect app says that my speeds are great! But checking the speeds through another app, they drop about 90% in certain areas!! It's really bad......I've been trying to get through to someone for days now!!
