@virginmedia You cannot try to say that leaving an elderly vulnerable person in their eighties for so long without a telephone is acceptable, nor is trying to make COVID an excuse. @virginmedia are failing in their responsibilities. Hub 3 worked fine Hub 4 will not, poor tech by you?

@virginmedia going from bad to worse, trouble with new Hub 4, now tried for two days to get engineer to attend and sort out the faulty phone line for an elderly. & vulnerable relative, appallingly bad customer service, all they do is blame Covid. They are a complete disgrace!

Hi at @virginmedia do you have a contact email address for complaints. Your internet service over the past month has been absolutely awful! Pay for 350mb broadband and currently at the moment having it drop maybe 10-15 times a day and lose all connections.

@virginmedia When I log in and check the status page, it says: "Broadband - No known issues". If I click the "Run Test" button, then I get a message saying: "Network issue - We have detected an issue on our network which maybe affecting your broadband service."

@virginmedia Yes. I changed my password and that got it working. Perhaps you can tell everyone else with the same issue rather than telling them to delete cache and cookies

A scheme was approved via @Ofcom 2 yrs ago stating that if you lose internet for a day a provider won’t compensate you but if you lose service for 48 hours you’ll get £8 a day? Well that seems fair doesn’t it? Really? What if you have eg 5 x 24 hr outages in a month? @virginmedia
