    @virginmedia as of about 2 days ago the latency on our internet has been awful (150ms in most online games) plus it seems the speed it's self has dropped significantly too, about half of what it used to be on all devices. Have restarted and factory reset and still broken

    I've had an unstable to non-working @virginmedia broadband connection in Manchester for about 18 hours. Whilst they are aware of the issue and trying to resolve it, it is untenable that in the era of working from home, a major infrastructure requirement will be down for 24 hours.

    @virginmedia I don't have any direct wired connection but my TP link powerline connection seems to be working better now with speeds and gameplay. However, I imagine once high load resumes in the evening it will be terrible again. Feels like we're being heavily throttled during the evening

    @virginmedia nearly everyday the internet connection cuts out and requires the Virgin hub to be rebooted. Some days this happens multiple times. Why is the service so unreliable? I'd rather have slower speeds and a constant connection than this. It's unacceptable.

    Really disappointed with @virginmedia I have little to no Internet for 2 weeks and extremely intermittent service for months. New router made no difference. On hold to #customerservices for 1hr 12mins and then call just disconnected. #wfh practically impossible w/ #virginmedia

    @maverickhas @virginmedia Same here. Internet keeps cutting out which isn’t particularly useful when I’m working from home and my children are trying to access college and uni lessons online. Standard of service is absolutely shocking and we’re just supposed to put up with it. Not good enough
