@virginmedia I start watching movies on the sky store, then around 20-30 minutes in its says there's a connection issue and disconnects completely, not allowing me to get back on. It comes back on about 5 minutes later.

@virginmedia The other services work fine. I have no issues with connectivity other than when streaming on demand shows/movies. The only assistance I need is for you to sort your streaming service.

@MikeEllis65 @virginmedia Virgin customer service is appalling, thankfully they closed the shop in my town, the staff there were downright insulting, literally. I use Virgin for broadband and have no problem service since I use ethernet, their wifi is completely useless and they don't care!

@virginmedia how do I complain? I’ve had terrible customer service when I first tried to open up a phone contract on the 21st March Only to be lied to, hung up on and spoken to like I’m a child and when I asked to speak to someone senior was told I wouldn’t be able to? Ridiculous
