    @virginmedia It says not on there but when I call the support number there is a recorded message saying there is an issue and engineers are working on it.....been same all week.

    @virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

    @virginmedia I have been trying to get through to customer service for the past two days, the call is usually immediately rejected or I am told the call waiting time is an hour. I have had enough and as soon as I get through I am cancelling my account. 😡

    @virginmedia I had an engineer out a few weeks back to fix a fault it didn't work CS refused to book another engineer as they believed the online self help tools could resolve the issue After a lot of back an forth 1 hr later they booked the engineer Cant deviate from the script it's a joke

    @virginmedia @MaireJohnston20 I tried 3 times to speak with them today Maire - gave up trying after 30 mins on hold each time after being cut off during the first call, and even that was put through to some poor bloke in India who didn’t have a scooby why I was calling

    @virginmedia what’s the quickest way to go through some reductions to my package? i’m not prepared to go from £39 to £69 a month when I’ve been trying to sort ongoing issues since installation last year and had to resort to getting a nest system just to get decent WiFi 🙄🙄
