    @virginmedia No TV from 23rd December till 29th! Got a new box fitted, okay for about a week then started playing up again! Spent 3 hours on the phone Thursday night trying to sort to no avail...need an engineer to come out again...but no idea how to arrange!! Terrible service ๐Ÿ˜‘

    @virginmedia Yes it works on my phone browser, but not on laptop, so I'll just continue using that method, thanks. One more question; Why do your customer support agents ask for a security password that I use when speaking to an agent, despite being a new customer and haven't set this up yet

    @virginmedia bb3 area: internet has been down since yesterday morning & update it's not going to be fixed till tomorrow. I have a online business to run & kids need to do their homework online, can't stream any tv either. Can I ask what the issue is & why its taking so long?

    @virginmedia my internet has been suffering drop outs all day, now I have no working TV or internet. Being told it's my equipment when it never is, it's getting old that excuse. I will apparently have to wait 3 days for "an engineer to come out" - I can't I have to go to work ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @virginmedia you have an exposed wire that goes down the side of my house and across my back garden so youโ€™re able to provide a service to some houses below. I canโ€™t find any written consent from the previous owners of the house. Major work will be starting soon...

    @Benleo In the end, I wasn't prepared to waste my time trying to get blood from a stone, so I called my bank to report it as fraud. Whether they put it down as fraud or not, I don't know, but they knew all about Virgin Media and did a chargeback for me.

    @Benleo @virginmedia Really? They just sent me a new 360 box as they said mine wasn't recording properly yet I had no problems with it, they have ripped me off since I changed the account into my name from my late partners, no difference just a name change ive now been forced into a new contract.

    @virginmedia The biggest joke of a company when it comes to Customer Service, absolutely disgraceful the way the treat customers Had a complaint on going since the 30th March and they still canโ€™t get it right to resolve even after speaking with a Senior Complaints Manager. ๐Ÿ˜ก
