    @virginmedia As I said in my last tweet, it was for the notice period. The point is, I advised you today that I wanted to cancel. The 30 notice period takes me up to 13/2. As my DD came out yesterday (and you charge in advance) I'm covered until that date anyway. So why charge me more??

    @virginmedia I'm not sure why I'm being charged tbh. My DD for the next month came out of my account yesterday. My service is being disconnected on 13/2. Apparently, I'm being charged £17 (which isn't my normal DD amount) on 15/3 for the notice period.

    @virginmedia I will raise it through the app again as the issue relates to continued service drop out, a one time test is not going to provide answers to the issue.
