    @virginmedia when will the broadband issues in MK41 be resolved? The connection has been dropping constantly since Wed and I’ve had no connection all day today. Status page shows no issue but there clearly is. Terrible service!

    @virginmedia I’ve run all of these checks multiple times & I’ve rebooted multiple time, but none of it resolves the issue. There is clearly a wider issue as I can see a number of issues being highlighted by other customers, but you don’t appear to be doing anything to resolve the issue

    @virginmedia I normally use my own equipment but I have reset the VM router back to factory settings and diagnostics test which doesn’t tell me anything useful. Still getting packet loss when just using VM router. So is there an issue in the RG22 4DS area as the error isn’t on my end.
