    @virginmedia There isn't anything that could help with the problem because I don't fully understand what everything is or means etc It could do with a technician to have a look, something similar as happened before and you sent a technician out

    @virginmedia It’s technical issues with the broadband and network stability issues. No one wants to help, I’ve spoken to 3 technicians and no one has offered a resolution. Joke

    @virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

    @virginmedia Broadband/TV outage until 2:35pm but can’t register a loss of service as page doesn’t load. On 4G so problem is with you. Why advertise you’ll compensate if there’s no way to get it?!

    @virginmedia absolutely rubbish service since we left @skytv and went over to you. Tv/broadband/phone off again on the whole of our estate-not much help to people working from home. Wont be renewing our contract with you, and will be checking how soon we can cancel!

    @virginmedia Yes it works on my phone browser, but not on laptop, so I'll just continue using that method, thanks. One more question; Why do your customer support agents ask for a security password that I use when speaking to an agent, despite being a new customer and haven't set this up yet

    @virginmedia I have been trying to get through to customer service for the past two days, the call is usually immediately rejected or I am told the call waiting time is an hour. I have had enough and as soon as I get through I am cancelling my account. 😡

    @virginmedia It doesn't do anything, same things happen on 4 different devices and platforms. Why would a reinstall fix issues that show up across multiple platforms? Anyway, maybe if I give it another few years you guys will have a functional version of My virgin media. 🤷

    @virginmedia That is my point KF there is zero information and you need to try and speak to a VM advisor in India and see how difficult the language barrier is KF however that is no excuse for being rude. Almost 20 years with SKY and never had anyone speak to me like your staff abroad.

    @jeffharris_665 @virginmedia Another guy mentioned this- CityFibre are the new kids on the block, getting strong reviews for quality of service and customer service. If yours is dropping out on a schedule that’s 100% Virgin’s problem.

    @virginmedia The only thing holding me back is the speed. I stream and also require it for work... But these new broadband are offering 10x better upload speeds with good reviews and uninterrupted service. Atleast it will be better than having no internet almost every week
