    @virginmedia I start watching movies on the sky store, then around 20-30 minutes in its says there's a connection issue and disconnects completely, not allowing me to get back on. It comes back on about 5 minutes later.

    @MicbOliver @virginmedia That’s what I thought. We were with NowTv and we did get slow connections, however we were only on a 10mb connection but didn’t have drop outs. Surely we live in a worked where more and more devices are wireless yet wireless services are not able to keep up?

    @virginmedia Yes, I’ve checked the Service Status and it says everything is good. This is happening on a daily basis and is so frustrating, especially at a time where we are relying on WiFi more than ever. The signal is not consistent unless you’re sitting on the Hub.

    @virginmedia I’ve spent 25 mins on the phone to the technician who said you have no policies for people who are shielding. I have been told you can’t do anything to help and you don’t have any new routers to send out so there’s nothing you can do. Surely this isn’t the case?
