@virginmedia well, well, well. I haven't wasted my time for a while complaining about the shocking 9mths we spent with you 2nd rate awful company. However the news shows you are clearly still a shockingly poor company!

  • mooseandme1 Moose And Me (@mooseandme1) reported from Great Harwood, England

@virginmedia you’ve sent me an outrageous bill with £35 in charges that you said you were waiving. Non of your call centres are open (undertandably) I cant get text support & there’s no other help available. You are going to bill me £120 for a £50 service and I can stop you.

  • tadhg50 Tim O'Ryan (@tadhg50) reported from Oldham, England

  • SamMcCartney Sam McCartney (@SamMcCartney) reported from Rawtenstall, England

@Craig273 @virginmedia No. I just want to cancel sky sports as for £31.75 a month I don’t get the use out of it. I was lied to saying it would affect my package discount. I already get BT sport for free and if Amazon will be streaming more it’s pointless

  • R1chardHughes pɹɐɥɔıᴚ 🇾🇪 (@R1chardHughes) reported from Rochdale, England

When Virgin Media replies quicker and is actively trying to help the #Fifa20 player base whilst @EAFIFADirect @EASPORTSFIFA haven't done a thing about it yet... #EASPORTSFIFA20 #easportsfifa #fifadown

  • MATTYB00SH 𝕄𝔸𝕋𝕋𝕐𝔹𝕆𝕆𝕊ℍ (@MATTYB00SH) reported from Burnley, England

Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

  • storm_imaging Craig Cooke (@storm_imaging) reported from Bolton, England

Just had a call from @virginmedia - yep right. Saying my broadband was slow because of files being downloaded without my knowledge blah blah. When I said I don’t have Virgin Media broadband was informed that all the internet in my area goes through their servers...😩

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JohnKaysCanoe Digger (@JohnKaysCanoe) reported

@virginmedia Every time I tell you that my broadband is shockingly poor upstairs in my property, your technical team refuses to book an engineer to look into it because the hub looks fine from your call centre. Completely ignoring my lived experience and the information I'm giving to them

  • JohnKaysCanoe Digger (@JohnKaysCanoe) reported

@GashB76 @virginmedia I swear if one more person on the other side of the world tells me there's no issue with my broadband because their computer says so, I'm gonna rip the lot out.

  • goodolway Steve B (@goodolway) reported

@virginmedia Yes, I have done all this. For the second time in three days. Why does it all keep going down? If this keeps happening then your service is no good for me.

  • Salfozzy Sally Foster (@Salfozzy) reported

@virginmedia She has rung several times and keeps getting let down she will try texting but if no reply then will have to take this further!

  • nsp1000 nsp (@nsp1000) reported

@virginmedia I have contacted them via WhatsApp and they said they will be in touch, but I have been waiting for a couple of hours now. I don't want to start paying for a service which I don't have.

  • theollyolsson Steve Olsson 💎 (@theollyolsson) reported

@virginmedia I then asked they guy who sorted it out contract if he could transfer me through to technical support to sort my router bombing out, he did, promptly! I then I think spoke to someone back in ASIA,who couldn’t hear me because of the background noise in HER office, then got cut off

  • theollyolsson Steve Olsson 💎 (@theollyolsson) reported

@virginmedia Could someone from technical support ring me do you think?

  • Minky_monkey Minky (@Minky_monkey) reported

@virginmedia We have received no text or other communication. We have been told three times by virgin that the box has been ordered. It doesn't arrive, we call back and the people say there isn't an order placed?? All we want it the box and the service we're paying for.

  • Bright__Spark Bright Spark Studios (@Bright__Spark) reported

@chrishainstock @Ubiquiti 2/2 wonder if it might be some kind of cache issue. At home, we have Virgin Media as we can’t get FTTC. Don’t seem to experience any slowing issues. Office is FTTP. We use a Draytek router with UniFi APs connected.

  • the_old_kanye badr 🌒 (@the_old_kanye) reported

@virginmedia I just got a call from someone claiming to be from your support company and offering me "loyalty packages" - they seemed to know my full name, address and how long I've been in contract for - however they started asking me a lot of personal questions - is this legit?
