@virginmedia have you thought about letting people know beforehand that broadband will be down for 7 hours when some of us do our sales online at this time but are unable to do so!!!! Why do we have to ring you first??? Been with you 12 years but seriously thinking about moving.

@virginmedia I understand your call centres are suffering, but 2 hours for text chat support and a phone line that 4 menu levels deep hangs up is not good enough. Massively annoyed and time wasted.

Really fed up with my @virginmedia internet connection. Months of packet loss causing voice calls to be unintelligible. Constantly losing connection. Multiple ‘engineer’ visits and its still terrible. Two days in a row now the hub says No RF Signal. Stay away from it!

@virginmedia @RNID I pay £46/month for my VM package. I'm unable to use a major part - the Store. As a disabled customer, I don't feel you are taking extra care with my accessibility needs. I also urge you to review your language, especially when referring to inaccessibility as an 'inconvenience'.

@virginmedia @virginhelp Hi. I’ve had issues with my WiFi for nearly 2 months and reported it. It got a bit better but About 3 weeks ago it suddenly got so bad I couldn’t work. I’ve run all the tests and my IT dept did too and found the upload / download speeds were almost non existent.
