@virginmedia The current issue has been resolved but the signal has been on and off for weeks now, horrendous especially when it forces me to not be able to work from home and have to travel 30 miles to the office. Seriously considering a change of provider after lockdown is over.

@virginmedia It saying my postcode is invalid for some reason. A neighbour has said his is down too apparently a virgin team have cut through the fibre whilst doing repairs. Nobody can come till Saturday which is a joke I have 2 young children 1 that cant access her schoolwork. Nightmare.

@virginmedia my WiFi is so poor and only getting half of what I should. Also the WiFi is non existent in the kitchen. Never had this problem with @skytv broadband. Poor.

Working from home today with loads of interruptions so thought I’d catch up after 4pm, then just before 5, Virgin Media down yet again. Virgin must sort itself out! Lots of people relying on Broadband to work & it’s down again.

@virginmedia I have been trying very contact number I can find for virgin but none of them are letting me through because I don’t have an account number. I have an issue with a recent order so only have an order number. I’ve tried to live chat but waiting ages to get through!

@virginmedia we've had no broadband for 2 days, for 2 weeks it has been cutting constantly. You make it impossible to contact you, this is about as poor as customer service gets.

@virginmedia so each day she clicks on it says it will be fixed that day, then when it comes to the time it says it will be fixed it changes to the next day and just keeps doing that but there’s no fix as of yet
