@virginmedia I start watching movies on the sky store, then around 20-30 minutes in its says there's a connection issue and disconnects completely, not allowing me to get back on. It comes back on about 5 minutes later.

@JustKaalin @virginmedia ive been with SKY since forever and never had an issue with them. Used to always want Virgin media cause of their speeds but I hear nothing but similar horror stories. Im getting 500-550mb with sky which is more than enough for just me!

@virginmedia. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m waiting for an install and been told different things by everyone involved in the process from your side. I was promised full install by the 5th October. Yet nothing. 1 hour 20 on call last night and was cut off.
