I have virgin media but they don’t have a Customer service that you can speak to. Or email I’ve had a problem for over a month since an engineer messed about in the box in the street. Picture on tv keeps pixilated.

-
Scott Moseley (@roslers_vest) reported from Rochdale, England
@virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience
-
Howard Woolfenden (@Woolfie30) reported from Rochdale, England

@virginmedia my internet has been suffering drop outs all day, now I have no working TV or internet. Being told it's my equipment when it never is, it's getting old that excuse. I will apparently have to wait 3 days for "an engineer to come out" - I can't I have to go to work 😤

@virginmedia well the woeful service in Heywood continues after “fixing” the fault this morning which resulted in me being unable to work from home the network has dropped again this evening absolutely shocking service
-
strange little Flo (@FloButcher84) reported from Blackburn, England
@virginmedia still no broadband in bb3 area since Thurs & update now says tomorrow for fix. Shocking customer service, why can't you tell your customers what is happening instead of saying an engineer is on the way on the updates, at least then we would know what to expect
-
Nadeem (@nadeem030986) reported from Rochdale, England

@bazza141 @virginhelp @virginmedia Join the club. I spent over 1hr 30 mins trying to get a issue resolved . I kept getting through to their over-seas call centres . It took almost 20 call re-tries to get through to a young lady over in Newcastle 😳😞. It's rediculous that they got call centres in 17 countries.

patricia foy (@PattipooFoy) reported from Blackburn, England
@virginmedia No TV from 23rd December till 29th! Got a new box fitted, okay for about a week then started playing up again! Spent 3 hours on the phone Thursday night trying to sort to no avail...need an engineer to come out again...but no idea how to arrange!! Terrible service 😑
-
Christopher Fox (@ChrisFoxRacing) reported from Bolton, England
@virginmedia Already reported the broadband issues, and it's an issue where estimated fix times keep getting pushed back. With regards to mobile issues, this has been around the same length of time. The only way I've been able to get any connection at all is by switching to 3G
-
Scott Moseley (@roslers_vest) reported from Rochdale, England
@virginmedia network down again in Heywood appalling lack of service yet again
-
Ian Forrest (@IanForrest10) reported from Blackburn, England
@virginmedia Plugged in new Wi-Fi hub all good. Paired new remote with box but upgrade to box failed error code M63. Bot is all over place customer service rep basically non-engineer saying turn it off on again!
-
kevin.james (@pillbo01) reported from Bolton, England
@virginmedia No as you person on 150 said you do not have a customer service that I could talk too. Your engineer said it was a fault at the box in street so I don’t know when it is fixed. But it’s not improve in the last month
-
Scott Moseley (@roslers_vest) reported from Rochdale, England
@virginmedia Yes currently showing resolution time of 0230 04/11 this is a really poor service it has been off for the majority of the day

@virginmedia no telephone service for almost a week - what’s going on and why do you not keep your customers updated? Not good enough.
-
Lawrence (@gishank) reported
@virginmedia Several(!). Tickets have been closed by your organisation's representatives falsely claiming to have spoken to me. The complaint code of practice has not been honoured at all when I've asked for it to be escalated.
-
Axcess (@AxcessGaming) reported
@virginmedia I've used it, upstairs and at the back of our kitchen it says there's no connection to test it in the first place. I'm getting constant 400mbps+ download speeds but the signal reach and the time it takes for things to load on devices is terrible!
-
Shaun Grant (@ShaunGr66308379) reported
@BainzyC All scams, from inland revenue, d.v.l.a ,virgin media, I had them all. Take no notice, if they were legitimate they would contact you by letter to say there is a problem. If they ring you tell , tell them to put in writing, them contact the real dept, they will confirm its a scam
-
Malcolm Saunders (@Malcy7) reported
@virginmedia I’ve tried, but the WiFi is too intermittent to get any kind of result? It’s been really bad for 3 weeks now, and every time we call customer services we get told to reboot it and it’s ok for 10min and then bad again. There’s obviously a problem here?
-
chris floyd (@mrchrisfloyd) reported
@virginmedia It’s fixed now. But I’m told no refund or anything until after 24 hours, which it has been. But just spoke to you again on the phone and now told 48 hours. That can’t be right. I’ve been told 24 so surely has to be followed up with @Ofcom. Loss of service for 38 hours total
-
ColleenN (@ColleenN2) reported
@virginmedia service down all morning Dublin 22 area
-
Peter Anderson (@PeterAn43802432) reported
@virginmedia Doesn't inspire confidence. I sent a complaint in which Virgin has received. I'm not confident that it will be resolved based on previous complaints I've submitted. Probably time to consider changing mobile providers
