    @virginmedia They’ve kinda of sorted it so when I get my phone 5/11 then I send my old phone to recycle but if the value drops on my trade in then I will cancel order and send new phone back

    @virginmedia @virginmedia My point was really about your call centers causing more problems than solving them. Miscommunication has ended up with a technician coming out to the house when he isn't really needed. I was originally told all I needed to do was swap a new box for an old one.

    @virginmedia 1gb broadband is useless with hub 4. Son has been told he needs to buy a mesh router or put up with no wifi. Having to connect to mobile for teams calls and you won’t let him go back to hub 3. Service is disgusting

    @virginmedia Thanks - still issues but I have checked the service status site and that site has confirmed I still have issues. Asked me to check again in four hours. If still not fixed they will book an engineer

    @virginmedia I have signed in my account to check many times now and followed all the usual reboot... and done hard reset as discussed with your team. There is obviously an issue at a different level but there is no communication

    @virginmedia To even get the option to talk to someone I have to be willing to have my internet restarted/turned off for a bit, but I can't because it would interrupt my housemates that need it for work. Then phone lines are closed outside the hours that its okay for me to do that.

    @virginmedia The complaint was raised through your WhatsApp. I have spoke to them again today. They said it's not possible to ring me. I showed them the screenshot and then said sorry, we will ring you within 2 hours. 5 hours later still nothing. sthey are as useful as a chocolate teapot
