4 30pm @virginmedia advisor "it's your hub sir, engineer call booked'. I know it's a network fault, as usual, and 3 hours later this is confirmed by text. May need new hub but NOT paying £35 engineer fee to click mouse to set up!

@virginmedia So they reimbursed me £300 for technical issues but then took £180 of that because of new WiFi set up. I was deliberately misled and this info was left out of the charge . They then refused to let me speak to a manager. They said a manager would call me before 5:30! Never happene
