@virginmedia I raised a complaint and the response was due to the package I was put on the PS4 wasn’t available. I just can’t understand how it’s now my fault I specified I wanted the PS4 it was the main reason for signing up.

Imagine @virginmedia fitting your WiFi and the engineer hits a gas pipe. Then @BritishGas arrives to fix the gas pipe and hits a water pipe. Imagine having to chase VM to speak to a supervisor and still 4 days later no call back! Shocking!

@virginmedia Yes I've spoken to them every day and have been lied to every day. Each time I have been told somebody will be out to fix it, each time nobody has turned up. I have now been told I have to wait until 8/4/22. Virgins response to this has been shocking
