@IanSlaterPhoto1 @libertygal72 Nope, the bank issue you a new PIN, it's not the same as knowing what your old PIN was. The issue isn't do much the post, it's storing passwords in plain text which @virginmedia have repeatedly claimed they don't do.

@virginmedia I’m afraid you’ve used the new deal trick before and look where we are. I am stuck without internet for a week and paying for a poor and inconsistent service. The server for my postcode M210ZN is down. Yet my wife who was working less than a mile away had no problems.

After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

@virginmedia But it keeps happening time after time and it is so difficult to get through to a human being (someone in a call centre in India) & when you do there’s no explanation of why it keeps happening. I run two small businesses and am reliant on a god quality reliable internet service.

@virginmedia what is going on with the broadband service it went down and wouldn’t connect I hard reset the Hub and it won’t connect at all & keeps resetting itself and starting the reconnecting process again it’s been doing it for half an hour now

@SimonMiller316 @virginmedia Good luck, you'll need it. I fought with them for at least 18 months due to a problem with my upload speed. It was easier for my family to emigrate to Canada than it was to get Virgin Media to fix my broadband. I still don't know if it's been fixed yet.

@virginmedia my broadband went off without warning today. I use it to work. Was supposed to come back on my 1700, then 2110, and now it says 23rd March @ 2110. This is unacceptable, and your £8 compensation per day won’t make up for my missed days at work. Fix it. Now.

@virginmedia Well the team have not done that in the last 3 times I spoke to them. Most recently they again quoted that the automated system you are telling me to go through is already showing that I am a satisfied customer and therefore cannot be helped.

@BirminghamKav @virginmedia @ThreeUK Thanks Paul. I lodged a complaint and was transferred to a Manager. She said she could put to another team for a better offer but first have to mark my complaint as resolved! I refused. Trying to now find an email address for Virgin to complain but impossible!
