@virginmedia receive a final account for £63 and that would be the end of things. The final account never arrived however the outstanding account has been passed to BPOB collections who bumped it up to £269.96. I have paid the account off, so sincerely hope that Mr Branson 1/3

@virginmedia Nope.. i was told as its an outage fault which only effects a few addresses in my area. It doesn't show on a general test. Cant get an answer from anyone at virgin as to when it will be sorted. Its becoming a joke now.

@virginmedia Virgin generously said if I pay nearly £150 I can leave! I declined.. although i would have the £2 offered as compensation but I think I'll spend that on half a starbucks. I'll wait till my contract is up & im free. sky from what i can gather will be gaining shit loads of peeps!

@virginmedia It is both wifi and wired (my pc is wired, everything else is wireless. All affected) I have been checking both the website and the hotline and apparently there’s no issues reported in my area
