@virginmedia So one was windows 11 and the other two were iOS devices on the latest software spoke with two people and both came to the conclusion that there’s no issues with broadband which is correct, no overheating of the hub 3 and that it’s simply just the bulb inside that’s failed 1/2

@virginmedia So, the AFM never did give me a call. I'm hoping that Kelly's turn up tomorrow, however, have had no confirmation from Virgin media or Kelly's communication about this. I guess tomorrow will be cross your fingers and hope day.

@virginmedia The replacement Hub4 works perfectly which validate to some degree why the initial installation was very poor and the subsequent service well below contract obligation! After it finally failed and thus replaced it now works as expected.

@virginmedia So the engineer advised that the service is down until tomorrow afternoon, and if I wish a refund for services I’m not using I should phone back when it’s working again. You are a communication company, I expect VM to advise me when there’s a total..cont
