    @virginmedia Have messed up my order. As a NEW CUSTOMER the service has been terrible. Now told the ******* the hone “cancel it” she says she can’t untill next Friday. I said “dont be ridiculous! I’m not waiting a week for a new order to be put in” canceling with the bank now!

    @virginmedia your WiFi is ******* ****. It doesn't operate properly it randomly switches it self off then can stay off for over an hour. It's been like for over a month now and getting pissed off 😤

    @virginmedia Tried several times in good faith to contact you via phone to amend my TV and broadband package to suit budget then followed your robots advice to log into my account which says I cannot do it that way. 14 yr customer. Why should I pay for services I can't cancel?😠

    Anyone been having more issues with @virginmedia WiFi since lockdown? Intermittently our phones don’t connect, xboxes lose connection, or if the Xbox is on laptop won’t work! Got 1 PlayStation that is always ok, strange! Not good enough when you pay £138 per month 😡

    1 week ago today, I signed up to @virginmedia as a new customer for the next 3 years. I purchased the iPhone 11 pro max. Was told it would be here Thursday. Ok, not the 24 hours I thought but could live with that. Thursday returned to sender. Online help was a waste of space

    @virginmedia sorry to do this but called 15x in 4wks, on hold for 1h and you hung up. Your staff ran cables across our doorway to serve neighbour. You wont speak to us or them about moving them. PM me or no choice but to pull them off and your customer will have no wifi. Thnks.

    @virginmedia Our broadband is having real problems for the last few days but can’t make contact with you to fix. It’s possible that part of the problem is down to the external cabinet for the street lying open to the wet weather so it can be tampered with. Can it be investigated?

    Well that was a disappointing phone call to @virginmedia. Existing customer for many year but the guy on the phone would only give me a discount of £12.50 from nearly a £100 bill each month. Yet a new customer get a much better deal than i have for £57 a month for 18 month. 😕
