@virginmedia Unbelievable, you've sent me a dongle to connect a landline too the broadband on the 6th , so the phone line isnt going to work, though not much help on 150 as they abruptly cut you off. Website is also down.

@virginmedia This is the problem, when you have gone beyond the checker-used it several times-beyond rebooting there is NO ONE you can speak to. Person chat was less than useless. Response took 40 minutes despite saying I was connected to someone. Sorted via an online forum. Not good enough.
