    @virginmedia as of about 2 days ago the latency on our internet has been awful (150ms in most online games) plus it seems the speed it's self has dropped significantly too, about half of what it used to be on all devices. Have restarted and factory reset and still broken

    @virginmedia The estimated resolution time according to the Service Status page is 21:05 today. Meanwhile, I have to run a support and test network on mobile phone tethering.

    @virginmedia I don't have any direct wired connection but my TP link powerline connection seems to be working better now with speeds and gameplay. However, I imagine once high load resumes in the evening it will be terrible again. Feels like we're being heavily throttled during the evening

    @virginmedia internet yesterday went from 12mbs (11am) to 30mbs (3pm). Today it’s 3mbs. How is this acceptable? No reported issues but our internet goes up and down constantly, sometimes goes off altogether

    I've had an unstable to non-working @virginmedia broadband connection in Manchester for about 18 hours. Whilst they are aware of the issue and trying to resolve it, it is untenable that in the era of working from home, a major infrastructure requirement will be down for 24 hours.

    @virginmedia 1/3 There are ongoing problems with speed with the internet in area 14. 600Mbps package & I'm seeing 41Mbps down & 2Mbps up (normally 550Mbps down & 41Mbps up). Router is in Modem mode & has been reset to factory setting. Text service cut be off after 7 hours...

    @virginmedia how do I make a complaint because your call centre keeps me on hold for a hour then cuts me off and then when I ring back it takes another hour to which I'm told a manager will call me back...that was on sunday, still no phone call?!?!
