    @tricky1966 @virginmedia 12th August is the estimated date for it to be fixed! Service status page duesnt show this at all! I have had to contact them today

    Absoloutley disgusted with @virginmedia been on hold for 2 hours - I'm an existing customer and one agent has hung on me!!! I want to discuss my existing contract with them. How the hell are you supposed to speak to the complaints department or a manager in charge!

    It took 1.5 hours to get hold of a @virginmedia tech .And no resolution with broadband box. So if you call a sales line 100s are ready to sell you the products but once you are their customer it’s of no value how they treat you ! @VirginMediaNews Happy Sunday 😀

    Recently moved from a city centre apartment to suburbia. Had to lose my ever reliable @Hyperoptic connection for a @virginmedia package. Been working from home a few days in the last fortnight and it just likes to randomly cut out for periods without reason. JOY.

    @virginmedia The ping is to slow when gaming, on my PC I get 350meg DL, on my xb1x I get 550meg DL, I think it's throwing my gaming out, it's just not worth bothering playing to get hammered because of ping, lag, whatever it is.

    @virginmedia what's the point in sending a letter stating if yr service hasn't resumed by 5pm ring this number. When they shut at 5pm. Poor service again from virgin media. Nearly 8pm and still no tele or broadband. What a joke of a company.

    @mascotmike @virginmedia I'm fuming with them. I have never experienced such awful customer services in all my life. We're going to cancel with them and go to the national press if they can't prove the "so called phone call". I think half their customers have similar problems.

    @virginmedia Trip haziest outside my house cables running to next door which were supposed to be temporary, unstable service, rattling router, some of these issues have been resolved. Others haven’t. I’ve asked for final response but no one will talk to me about this.

    @virginmedia You need to keep your service status page updated. I checked that first, no issues apparently, then did the 10 min test, still not working so contacted you to be told there's a fault - very frustrating to be told to check the service status but it's incorrect!

    @virginmedia Media. I've never experienced such awful customer service in all my life!! If this isn't resolved I will be going to the national press. It seems a lot of people are experiencing the same problem. Your company should be ashamed of themselves!

    @virginmedia strange I read all the posts about Virgin customers ringing up about cancelling services and Virgin offering them a better deal however I ring up and cancel a service with no trouble at all, not even offering a lower price, your loss #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Yes, rebooted as per advice we receive every time 😒 We've experienced the same issue repeatedly since the "Intelligent Wi-Fi" upgrade. Repeated outages however status always reports that there is no issue.

    Just want to collapse in a heap & watch #Crufts so the @virginmedia set top box has once again shut down for some reason, stopped my recordings & is 'starting up' for eternity - this happens so often as well as Broadband cuts & I pay a fortune. Madness - I must dump them.

    @virginmedia service since (reported as an “area” problem not equipment problem so again only a replacement if we pay to upgrade) so here we are, stopped working Friday, intermittent yesterday, total loss today (I’m guessing tomorrow too), and no fix until Tuesday! And you want to increase

    @virginmedia service. It is obvious the issue is with the hub as we have had a red light instead of amber light since August of last year but despite telling your staff on the phone this, the equipment was “still working” and we could only get a replacement at cost! We’ve had “intermittent”

    @virginmedia WiFi box has been flashing red for over an hour. Seems you've taken down our broadband with the telephone systems. Website says I need a technician,but not until 4pm-7pm Monday. The one time the WiFi has been fine and you **** it up...
