Anyway thinking of swapping to @virginmedia, just don't. Currently have an ongoing complaint which I've had a call back for today where they've BLATANTLY LIED. Whilst I'm on hold, I'm cut off and they don't bother calling back. Customer for 15+ years. Appalling customer service.
