@virginmedia Long conversation. There is definitely a problem which is not good as engineer was here Monday. Booked another visit for Friday evening. So no tv for me until Friday. Can't get Prime or Netflix. This is not satisfactory is it? I live alone, so I'm very angry.

@virginmedia Yesterday 3 new boxes installed after weeks of problems. Just turned on tv..no signal. Tried another, same. Phoned & told wait times r long. Advised go on line & try to sort it. I am not a feckin tv engineer but a paying customer who is thinking of going back to Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah...already called. Nothing can be done apparently. I will speak to virgin media to see of they can extend our current unless sky can offer something to bridge the internet gap. Pretty disappointed and tou never know, virgin might offer us something to make us stay

@virginmedia I have had the app for the past 3 yrs. the app can’t do anything. It isn’t a black spot problem. I have very good space in my house. Never been an issue for soo many years until now. Engineer repositioned it and the signal is still great.
