    @virginmedia my WiFi is down EVERYDAY and it’s only on for a tiny amount of time😭. It keeps going from green flashing to turning itself off and then just sitting there with a green icon on It and then the phone icon appears then the WiFi and goes round x1000

    @virginmedia Sorry @virginmedia I don't wanna complain but your engineer has just left, my services still aren't working I rang customer services and they fobbed me off. They said said we're closing soon so ring back tomo. Not good enough.

    @virginmedia Yes done both, it was down Sunday from about 10am all day until about 7pm, in that time I had to connect to my phone hotspot for everything. Then Monday it went down again early morning and was still off when I left for work. White light is on on router but no internet

    @Utd1A @virginmedia Customer service in general is in the toilet. Needs serious reform. Sometimes you literally cannot cancel things simply because they’ve made it impossible to deal with call canter reps.
