@virginmedia The cookies are always active. As I said I didn’t close the browser I just refreshed the page. So now 5 slots are taken by my MacBook. But it won’t allow me to watch on my MacBook so what can you do to help me?

@virginmedia Don't really want to waste another hour of my life calling back yet again! Already wasted 2 hrs was given a 'direct" number which no-one answered. Call centre can't help or understand problem. What is the point? Do U get reimbursement for all the inconvenience @virginmedia ?
