Spent 3 hours on the phone Thursday night trying to sort to no avail...need an engineer to come out again...but no idea how to arrange!! Terrible service 😑

So when I called back it hadn't actually been ordered. I finally received it yesterday but am still waiting for a call back following a complaint I made and the charges I am not willing to pay for the booster.
