TheAspiLawStudent (@LawAspi) reported from Chorley, England
@virginmedia I have your smart hub 3, or as I like to call it the dumb dumb 3000. (It's struggles to broadcast a decent connection around a 2 bed flat, so it's been banished to modem mode. (Honestly, it's the worst router ive ever dealt with) 😳
-
David Gardner (@LeylandDavid) reported from Leyland, England
@virginmedia No updated fix time, as it shows all services as green, and can't detect a problem. It asks us to phone you on 151 to do a little more "digging", but the phone line is DOWN. Oh, and the chatbot doesn't deal with landline issues apparently. Now what???
-
David Gardner (@LeylandDavid) reported from Leyland, England
@virginmedia My landline phone has been down all afternoon in PR25 1UJ. Have any others complained about this issue, and if you're aware of the issue, do you have an estimated time for repair. Thanks in advance.

-
TheAspiLawStudent (@LawAspi) reported from Chorley, England
@virginmedia Considering my router is a 1gbps it shouldn't be an issue. However even with wired it'll vary between 15mbps and 110mbps. However our average over a month is 53.6mbps, which is less than half the speed we pay for 😳.
-
David Gardner (@LeylandDavid) reported from Leyland, England
@virginmedia Reported the problem yesterday after your response. Should have been fixed by 10am today apparently, but still nothing.
-
SJK (@SammyKnowlesX) reported from Banks, England
@virginmedia please can I have a direct contact for complaints. I don’t want a generic email, I want someone higher to sort out the same issue I am having every month 😤😡🤬
-
TheAspiLawStudent (@LawAspi) reported from Chorley, England
@virginmedia Yeah, I've done all that (I'm a techy) it's why it's in modem mode and replaced with a capable router. The issue isnt the equipment it's the connection. Without the hub3 I can run upto 900Mbps download and 240mbps upload.
-
TheAspiLawStudent (@LawAspi) reported from Chorley, England
@virginmedia @JTCHANGINGBIZ Whilst they provide a marginally better speeds than competitors their customer service is just non existent, until you say you're leaving..
-
David Gardner (@LeylandDavid) reported from Leyland, England
@virginmedia How many more times, the landline is NOT working (no dial tone).
-
SJK (@SammyKnowlesX) reported from Banks, England
@virginmedia I’ve contacted after last months bill and the bill before and before….I get told that I won’t be getting chased for the difference but I don’t understand why you just can’t get it right and fix it
-
bay (@Baynesi83) reported from Mellor, England
@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 Here she is again that glam Nan spouting bollocks that is instantly shot down by ordinary people who seem to actually know facts. She really needs to shut up or just read factual information instead of coming across as an incompetent muppet.
-
Chris Mann (@Christerphurr) reported from Preston, England
@virginmedia It just says to book an engineer, but I don’t want to book it incase it’s an external issue which will be fixed
-
SJK (@SammyKnowlesX) reported from Banks, England

-
David Walton (@Davegas2) reported from Feniscowles, England
@virginmedia When are you going to sort out problem with red button on Sky sports, sometimes on, most times off, ongoing problem.
-
Chris Mann (@Christerphurr) reported from Preston, England
@virginmedia Hi, my broadband has just gone off is there a known issue in my area or do I need to book an engineer ?
-
TheAspiLawStudent (@LawAspi) reported from Chorley, England
@virginmedia LS, I have and do regularly when ever it seems slow. It varies from 12mbps download to a maximum of 110mbps. However the monthly average is under 60mbps. Which falls well short of my guaranteed speed.
-
Rebecca Harrisson (@Miss_Defying) reported from Ormskirk, England
@virginmedia Hi!! Just letting you know my land line issue still isn't fixed. Someone is supposed to be calling me back today. I'm really hoping they do. Just wanted to say thanks to Robert too for being so helpful. Despite this still driving me mad.

Hither Green IT (@HitherGreenIT) reported
@virginmedia I'd rather discuss it with the person that reads my letter - it is three pages long and this is just one of a number of issues it addresses with Virgin Media. That will be all for now.
-
Paul Briggs (@Paulatthehollow) reported
@virginmedia Sure, guess that is what I will have to do. I hope if you take your car in for a service the garage charge you and then give you a can of oil and filter and tell you to do it yourself like you are telling me to. The terrible days of NTL spring to mind
-
Sam 🤽🏻♂️ (@ManimalGG) reported
@virginmedia This was my initial issue I ordered for last week and then we wasn’t able to get into the property till today/tomorrow so I rearranged it for today. Wasn’t given a time slot or delivery number for today from yodel which caused my initial enquiry...

Alan Kinloch (@AlanKinloch) reported from Port Edgar, Scotland
@vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness @virginmedia The thing is. They can’t! Your customer care extends no further than saying “oh gosh” and apologies. Neither of which resolve matters.
-
Marie Jones (@mnj0nes) reported
@virginmedia Still no response from your team. One of the worst things customer service businesses do is to tell customers they'll get a callback and then not bother to call.
-
Diary: (@deanslogash) reported
@virginmedia All we want to do is change the billing name. I've been trying to do this for ages. I'm moving out. Someone else will continue the contract. CS pass me to Moving and back and forth. Their only solution is to cancel, pay a £245 fee then restart.
-
Tom (@T1Viper) reported
@virginmedia Just as useless a reply as I was expecting. Your customer service is shockingly bad. I wish your conglomerate had never bought the small independent fibre company I was with. They knew how to treat customers with respect
-
Jaron (@JaronFN_) reported
/ @virginmedia your internet is so bad rn
-
Mark ncfc Healey (@markhealey73) reported

@virginmedia Had an ongoing complaint for 8 weeks & been told i’d be receiving a deadlock letter “in 10 working days” twice. A manager just called me and asked me to redplain the case & then told me i’ll receive a deadlock letter again. 1/2
