    @virginmedia I am appalled at the customer service. Trying obtain my last bill from 3 months ago. Can’t be done!!account closed. They never sent packaging to send router back after 3 phone calls I gave up but got charged for it.

    Absoloutley disgusted with @virginmedia been on hold for 2 hours - I'm an existing customer and one agent has hung on me!!! I want to discuss my existing contract with them. How the hell are you supposed to speak to the complaints department or a manager in charge!

    So. I've now had 3 @virginmedia techies in 2 days tell me they've resolved my issue. That remains to be seen. It in no way excuses the engineer no-show 🤬🤬🤬

    @virginmedia There are a couple of threads I've contributed to. I'll try to post the one I looked at this morning and posted the same comment I tweeted. My point is that it shouldn't be a one at a time fix.

    @virginmedia my WiFi is down EVERYDAY and it’s only on for a tiny amount of time😭. It keeps going from green flashing to turning itself off and then just sitting there with a green icon on It and then the phone icon appears then the WiFi and goes round x1000

    @virginmedia Someone finally texted me back, but I’ve not heard anything in over 48 hours now. I’ve registered a complaint via the website. It seems a bit ridiculous that all the call centres are shut and nobody seems to be working from home!

    @virginmedia As always your checker tells me nothing. As my internet is now back I wouldn't expect it to. My complaint is more that when I call your message just tells me to call back and cuts me off. You have increased prices yet reliability is down and CS is unreachable . Poor poor poor.

    @pollybirkbeck @virginmedia Not an outage but broadband has been rubbish for a month. Takes ages to get through to speak to them and then they’re no use.
