@EppsRacer @virginmedia Gave up with @virginmedia many moons ago with the internet constantly being down which was laughable as I'd been talked into an upgrade that would cure the issue. Gave up with the call centre and sent a letter basically saying stuff! your contract

@virginmedia why does my super hub 3 keep resetting my WiFi password. I’m having to change it through settings every other day because it keeps defaulting back to the security key, this is causing major issues

  • fos100
Richard Foster (@fos100) reported from New Longton, England

Since I moved, the @virginmedia connection has been terrible. I’ve had an engineer out, had a booster put on, been told on numerous occasions to reboot the hub. This shouldn’t be needed. Their website is horrendous to use and largely involves linking to help guides 1/?

  • Knitswithbeer
knitswithbeer🐝🏳️‍🌈Stay Home (@Knitswithbeer) reported from Euxton, England

@virginmedia Yes, but each deadline came and went with no resolution and the notification by text didn't happen Anyway, there's no point in this conversation any more as there's nothing you can do except make the company look bad with each answer I give

  • Nicole_Baker

  • ms_sasmassey

Hi @virginmedia I've been having TV issues for a few days today is really bad missing channels - error code W02, and intermittent pictures on others

  • LawAspi
TheAspiLawStudent #NoReturns (@LawAspi) reported from Chorley, England

@nerdscav @the_hinchy @virginmedia Yes because a WiFi extender will fix the issue when it's the incoming line and not the hardware 😳. The routers gives a 3ping and 1GBps connection. The issue is virgin's crappy network 👍

  • GrahamCompton
    🇬🇧🔥 FIRE is awesome 😎 (@GrahamCompton) reported

@CompoundingISA @MartinSLewis @ao Such short sighted customer service experience. I's like dealing with Virgin Media 10 years ago. I had to tell them 2-3 times that yes, I really did want to cancel. Thankfully, I was only on hold for a few minutes.

  • DeviateDefiant
    R.L. MacMurray 🇬🇧 (@DeviateDefiant) reported

@virginmedia @MoneySupermkt I've switched, I'm getting an Openreach FTTP line installed in a couple of weeks 👍 I've gone through BT, not sure if I'll stick with them, or just cancel within the 14 days - but that line gives me access to tons more ISPs. Latency will be way better than old Virgin coax too.

@virginmedia we have sent back the equipment using the box provided. We have proof we sent it, spent an hour on the phone last week and receive another message saying we are being billed. Please sort it out this is very poor.
