  • FloButcher84 strange little Flo (@FloButcher84) reported from Blackburn, England

@virginmedia Yeah I've seen that already thanks, but it's not going to help the kids with accessing homework online. no I am not on a B account as of yet as I have only just started out in the last week 😑 but even if I was on a B account it would still be off so doesn't make any difference

  • Radebreast Graeme Radebe (@Radebreast) reported from Ormskirk, England

@virginmedia what have you done to the Sky TV app - its constantly buffering and showing error messages. Just awful service. Please can you get this sorted ASAP please.

  • ms_sasmassey sarah (@ms_sasmassey) reported from Preston, England

Hi @virginmedia I've been having TV issues for a few days today is really bad missing channels - error code W02, and intermittent pictures on others

  • Baynesi83 bay (@Baynesi83) reported from Mellor, England

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 Here she is again that glam Nan spouting bollocks that is instantly shot down by ordinary people who seem to actually know facts. She really needs to shut up or just read factual information instead of coming across as an incompetent muppet.

  • wightpie Wightpie (@wightpie) reported from Blackburn, England

@virginmedia Also given that link is for postal marketing how exactly does that help with phone calls? As it stands your systems are non-compliant

  • wightpie Wightpie (@wightpie) reported from Blackburn, England

@virginmedia So why then a) does it specify postal and b) not provide a field for mobile number. At best it’s misleading and at worst incompetent

  • FloButcher84 strange little Flo (@FloButcher84) reported from Blackburn, England

@virginmedia still no broadband in bb3 area since Thurs & update now says tomorrow for fix. Shocking customer service, why can't you tell your customers what is happening instead of saying an engineer is on the way on the updates, at least then we would know what to expect

  • mgsevs sevs66 (@mgsevs) reported from Kirkham, England

@virginmedia @Piethagoram How about maintaining free roaming charges then seeing as you've hiked the cost of using your service

  • TheRealRagtag Stephen Murtagh (@TheRealRagtag) reported from Penwortham, England

@virginmedia No email access for 3 days now on the blueyonder access. All I get is "Oops, this page is broken." System says nothing is wrong. Terrible. I have done a check, and it says everything is working correctly on BBand/Telly. ??? Area 01.

  • stevelthompsom Steve Thompson (@stevelthompsom) reported from Preston, England

@virginmedia new customer trying to register on your media app always comes up with an error code!!!! Not a great start......may cancel if this is how you roll ??

  • franners82 frances whitehead (@franners82) reported from Garstang, England

@virginmedia can you help me verify my account - not receiving any emails…

  • Radebreast Graeme Radebe (@Radebreast) reported from Ormskirk, England

@virginmedia Hi - Ive noticed alot of people are having the same issues. Its the Sky TV Go app on Playstation 4. Ive checked it on another internet and it works fine so it is definitely an error on your side. You need to sort the internet settings. It struggles to load “on Now” on the app.

  • FloButcher84 strange little Flo (@FloButcher84) reported from Blackburn, England

@virginmedia bb3 area: internet has been down since yesterday morning & update it's not going to be fixed till tomorrow. I have a online business to run & kids need to do their homework online, can't stream any tv either. Can I ask what the issue is & why its taking so long?

  • mgsevs sevs66 (@mgsevs) reported from Kirkham, England

@virginmedia Tried them all over 18 months. Short of moving the router, which imo will shift the issue from one room to another, there's not a lot else open to me according to your representatives. We work from home and my wife uses all her mobile data every month as a wifi hotspot

  • J_w_D94 LeChonk (@J_w_D94) reported from Horwich, England

@virginmedia Hi, I'm tweeting from the device I'm having connectivity and signal issues with, I've looked on the website and it's not stating if you're having network issues or not.

  • SourEnvy Elliot ⚽️🏈🎮 (@SourEnvy) reported from Preston, England

@virginmedia Afternoon, I have an iPad with a Virgin SIM card that I no longer use. Obviously still need to pay off the monthly device fee but am I able to cancel the SIM plan?

  • Adzcantsing Adz can't sing (@Adzcantsing) reported from Penwortham, England

@virginmedia useless we are trying to cancel and for past 2 weeks now since we have moved home. We have been pushed from pillar to post, been laughed at by customer service. Since we moved we have we've been promised someone will come and sort it.

  • mgsevs sevs66 (@mgsevs) reported from Kirkham, England

@virginmedia This help page just walks me through what I've already done, it doesn't show me how to reset the pod

  • LawAspi TheAspiLawStudent #NoReturns (@LawAspi) reported from Chorley, England

@nerdscav @the_hinchy @virginmedia Yes because a WiFi extender will fix the issue when it's the incoming line and not the hardware 😳. The routers gives a 3ping and 1GBps connection. The issue is virgin's crappy network 👍

  • mgsevs sevs66 (@mgsevs) reported from Kirkham, England

@MeNigeStew I'm with @virginmedia suffering for decent coverage in parts of the house & despite trying a pod (which has yet to work btw) wifi extenders (which fight with the main router) & 2 engineer visits I'm still suffering. Having full TV as well not sure how broadband price breaks down

  • LordClutters LordClutters (@LordClutters) reported

@AskNationwide Im sure you have a lame poem about not getting stressed despite you leaving us bereft of payments both in and out. I’ve been with you for years, recommended you, and yet today your response is worse than virgin media - the benchmark of **** service. #disgraceful

  • dukeleto70 Dukeleto70 (@dukeleto70) reported

@virginmedia @oraclematt Oh dear what poor customer service @virginmedia surely your T&Cs need to be adjusted to take account of home moves to areas that YOU have not yet decided to provide a service to!

  • Boycey_Boy Joe (@Boycey_Boy) reported

@M3lanieJC @virginmedia @SkyUK Maybe just stick to free view? … I’m paying near a £100 and never watch it …

  • nan2thou PAT WEBB (@nan2thou) reported

@virginmedia It affects the tv & often the internet. It’s usually in the EN1.2 & 3 areas mostly. VM need to up their game if they continue to charge for a overpriced poorly run service.

  • sambrook Richard Sambrook (@sambrook) reported
