Hey @virginmedia my internet speed has dropped massively over Christmas and is still poor. I get that people are probably using more bandwidth but this is unacceptable - I’m paying for 200mb & getting 10. I’ve done all the tests and resets with no joy 😤. #virginmedia #broadband

@virginmedia I will know more later when champions league football is on, but after a while on 4k the box will crash and reboot its self , but just replaced the hdmi cables so I will see how it goes, but normally I cant fault your service

@virginmedia Hi Ty 4 the reply. Very frustrating when I'm using data at home just to receive watsapp messages. i spoke to someone yesterday afternoon. Some settings were changed & was promised it would elevate the problem, but as I described to the chap on the phone this will not rectify it.

@virginmedia 6/12 later we still haven’t despite phone calls and false assurances we still have not got number back contacted vm whom basically said it’s my problem and here’s the number to call no help .... it’s beyond disappointing

@virginmedia It’s not fixed yet @virginmedia still intermittently losing internet won the wired connection also on demand still not working without dropping out and encountering errors - get it fixed as we are sick of paying you top end broadband for nothing

@PeterBayliss @Ofcom Must be a local issue for you - I’ve been relying on @ThreeUK for broadband as my @virginmedia 100mbps fibre line has been epically slow even phone calls made on Wifi calling are bad, switch to mobile and it’s perfect 👌

@virginmedia Yes. Everything installed, but my ‘virgin media’ hasn’t been updated so things like sky sports not working. Customer Service say it’s a tech issue. Tech say it’s a moving team issue. And I’m tired of calling/getting cut off.

@virginmedia Yes interment WiFi service with drop outs frequently whilst both of us are working from home! Loss of earnings, multiple phone calls going through the SAME questions month after month all we want is an engineer to come and see what the problem is so it can be resolved!

I've never had a more frustrating ISP than @virginmedia support lines provide no help and we're stuck in a loop of disconnects whilst being told nothing is wrong.

@virginmedia I reboot the box daily. I’ve had to reset 4 times in 2 months. Day 1 everything was perfect day 60 days worst service I’ve seen compared to other suppliers. TV even freezes when streaming through Ethernet on the virgin box, how can that happen?
