@virginmedia I spoke to some American woman the other night who was quite rude and did not resolve the problem , tried to get through tonight again as my daughters phone has a fault still failed to speak to anyone .

@ajbray1998 I was with virgin media a while. Shite service imo, impossible to leave aswell at the end they put in so many places to try and keep you on that you just give up. I dunno what speeds we were paying for but it was no where near what we were actually getting. Just my experience

1hr on the phone, then connection drops (no ****, thats why I'm calling). No call back, even after xfer to retentions. Customer for like 15year or more. Router is not working sort it, lockdown has enough issues without kids screaming their ipads dont work. #virginmedia

Jesus. @virginmedia's pricing for existing customers is absolutely obscene. Being with them for 11 years means **** all apparently. I can't even change provider because no one else in my area can offer more than about 60mbit and that just doesn't cut it for me any more.
