    @virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

    @virginmedia why does my super hub 3 keep resetting my WiFi password. I’m having to change it through settings every other day because it keeps defaulting back to the security key, this is causing major issues

    @virginmedia I don't have any direct wired connection but my TP link powerline connection seems to be working better now with speeds and gameplay. However, I imagine once high load resumes in the evening it will be terrible again. Feels like we're being heavily throttled during the evening

    @virginmedia internet yesterday went from 12mbs (11am) to 30mbs (3pm). Today it’s 3mbs. How is this acceptable? No reported issues but our internet goes up and down constantly, sometimes goes off altogether

    @virginmedia as of about 2 days ago the latency on our internet has been awful (150ms in most online games) plus it seems the speed it's self has dropped significantly too, about half of what it used to be on all devices. Have restarted and factory reset and still broken

    @virginmedia You are aware of the problem, told us it's a fault and it's being fixed by 12th April, it wasn't, we rang, you gave us reassurance it will be fixed by the 22nd, it hasn't, we rang got passed around a lot! Now you say it will be fixed 29th. Hands up if you would put up with this?

    Virgin media are crap over 10 yrs as a customer they send a message saying I'm going be cut off, I paid 2 weeks ago, enquired about reducing channels as I have discovery+ etc I can lose channels except free view saving 33 a month guess I'll be leaving

    @virginmedia after 4 hrs of waiting to speak to customer services a month ago, as you were taking out the incorrect amount on a monthly basis. You confirmed at the time it’s been resolved and the credit will be applied. Still not sorted. You know own a credit of nearly €900!

    @virginmedia how on earth can I get someone to cancel my contract . It ends next week and I've tried numerous times to call but again have just been cut off.Also if contract ends on the 4th march and email says from the 5th I need to pay £44 how come final bill is for £47.25?!
