@virginmedia Hi the app says service is fine but when using text message constantly says not delivered but I only realise when I go back in later ... I think it’s poor signal in my home because I go outside it works ....

@virginmedia I start watching movies on the sky store, then around 20-30 minutes in its says there's a connection issue and disconnects completely, not allowing me to get back on. It comes back on about 5 minutes later.

Hey @virginmedia my internet speed has dropped massively over Christmas and is still poor. I get that people are probably using more bandwidth but this is unacceptable - I’m paying for 200mb & getting 10. I’ve done all the tests and resets with no joy 😤. #virginmedia #broadband

AWFUL SERVICE. Wrote to @virginmedia about my mobile; no response so rang 789 who cut me off 3 times as they couldn't put me through to that office in Swansea. Direct number online was wrong. On 4th call logged complaint; they to ring me back in 3 days. Not holding my breath.

@virginmedia The other services work fine. I have no issues with connectivity other than when streaming on demand shows/movies. The only assistance I need is for you to sort your streaming service.

@virginmedia Please note @Ofcom that @virginmedia has been down across south west London for 48 hours due to a 3rd party digging up a cable. Virgin Media’s network resilience; disaster recovery; and customer comm’s are inadequate.

@virginmedia Internet went off last night in the area and it said it would be sorted for 10:30am this morning now the status has changed but still no ones internet is working, rebooting doesn’t help

Hi, @virginmedia You've removed the YouTube channel on TiVo boxes and directed viewers to the app which doesn't open, just stuck on loading. Box rebooted, network connection 100+mb and network diagnostics all ok. What's happening? The channel service was brilliant.

Today's bonus was a couple of hours when I was could make and receive phone calls. Unfortunately no texts or mobile Internet. I remember when @virginmedia was reliable. The only reliability nowadays is that my #virginmobile service will be sporaradic. At least my Wifi is working
