Spent 3 hours on the phone Thursday night trying to sort to no avail...need an engineer to come out again...but no idea how to arrange!! Terrible service 😑

Allied to the self installed mesh network, that works well. The signal isn't now the issue. Being without services from @virginmedia 3 times in just over a week, is.

I keep getting multiple emails saying it'll be fixed by 12pm tomorrow, then 4pm Wednesday 12pm Thursday, 12pm Friday and now 4pm Friday. None of your call centre staff can help us we've spent hours on hold this week.
