AWFUL SERVICE. Wrote to @virginmedia about my mobile; no response so rang 789 who cut me off 3 times as they couldn't put me through to that office in Swansea. Direct number online was wrong. On 4th call logged complaint; they to ring me back in 3 days. Not holding my breath.

@virginmedia No, all good today - though broadband these days is like electricity or running water, we cannot afford to be cut off for such long periods even if it is infrequent. This particular postcode is a mobile "not-spot" which compounds the problems of internet outages.

@virginmedia No point, it needed to be here today. Will take equipment to recycling center. I asked for this in my complaint letter in January, on 3 phone calls, 2 emails and also requested twice on your site.....no response to any!
