@virginmedia Yep shows outrage and estimated fix time which varies then text and email to say fixed but still nothing had 15 messages to say fixed one a few seconds ago but it's not and still showing outrage on the app hard to check this when no services very disappointed with the service

@virginmedia I have faulty equipment at home & was told I had to pay £99 + £35 to upgrade to a new box!!! What is going on ? I’m paying a monthly bill for a box that isn’t working and expected to pay £135.00 to fix it.
