    @johntweedie @frednfrank I've switched the router to Modem to get the signal to the 2nd floor loft. Allied to the self installed mesh network, that works well. The signal isn't now the issue. Being without services from @virginmedia 3 times in just over a week, is.

    @virginmedia Yep shows outrage and estimated fix time which varies then text and email to say fixed but still nothing had 15 messages to say fixed one a few seconds ago but it's not and still showing outrage on the app hard to check this when no services very disappointed with the service

    @virginmedia So, I just took another 36mins out of my day to ring your call centre. AGAIN! Not resolved. Complaint opened. All this hassle for £12! I won’t let it go now, the amount is tiny but it’s the principle. As soon as the complaint is resolved I WILL leave Virgin. You are disgusting

    @virginmedia I have faulty equipment at home & was told I had to pay £99 + £35 to upgrade to a new box!!! What is going on ? I’m paying a monthly bill for a box that isn’t working and expected to pay £135.00 to fix it.
