    Cracks me up that the main feature of BT’s internet provision currently being advertised is that it breaks! And you can book a slot to fix it Why not invest your advertising budget in stopping it from breaking? Not to be smug but (touch wood) @virginmedia has never conked out!

    @virginmedia Requested a free booster, which comes in two parts, which duly arrived and I installed them. Then got an envelope telling me to return something, another letter explaining what came later. I am now confused but keeping the boosters. Does that help?

    @virginmedia I said that I wanted to raise a complaint at the start of the conversation on WhatsApp but he ended up saying he can downgrade my package, I didn’t want to downgrade so I don’t know why he tried to do this. He transferred me to the cancellations team and haven’t heard from them

And then told me to turn it back on would take a week, after which we would be in our new place so completely useless. But we still had to pay for that 5 days because it was under their threshold for lack of service refund
