I’ve had an engineer out, had a booster put on, been told on numerous occasions to reboot the hub. This shouldn’t be needed. Their website is horrendous to use and largely involves linking to help guides 1/?

You promise items with your packed Currently received 1/3 and had to complain about that over the phone.

( I had changed pw & looking for new deals) No one seemed unable to unblock it. Took several phone calls/DM’s/ emails etc.
