@virginmedia How are things?? Footpath left full of mud. Having to clean footwear off or remove before coming into the house! The whole length of the footpath in front of the houses where your workers have been is a disgrace. Not even rain has washed it clean!! Terrible standard of work! 😤

@OhBendy @virginmedia That can supply fibre in this area? Nope. However, since they were bought by O2 the service locally has greatly improved. Make of that what you will. It used to drop dozens of times a day. Now it’s only a couple of times per day. Luxury!

@virginmedia All I seem to be doing is on and off the phone to your customer service team, I really don’t understand what more they can do.. I’m paying £50 a month for something my mum has the exact same and a box in her room for £35.. how you come up with these prices just baffle me.
