    @EmmettGraham @virginmedia Well, I’m getting nowhere fast, Twitter reply said they could help, but haven’t. Just gave me a no to text to, which won’t accept texts, and a no to ring that I already had. Rung again to no avail. Can’t answer anything about my overdue refund, disgraceful!!

    If 2020 was an Internet provider it would be @virginmedia Solve the problem of losing IP address by restarting router. It was restarting the router that caused it. Restarted anyway and now the router won't connect to the Internet and all devices say no IP address #stressed

    @virginmedia No that’s the problem nobody can tell me!! It’s 103 days since my services were switched off( after my 30days notice) 16th February my services were switched off. I just keep being told that numerous requests have been made to send my refund cheque!

    @virginmedia I want to downgrade. Lowest TV package (no BT Sport) 50MB broadband Weekend calls How much pm would this be. Currently on Full house and I've been told it's going to £85 pm. This is far too much. Need to get costs down.

    @virginmedia It's back on now. It's being switched on and off externally on your side but I'd like to know why. Was off all of Sunday & Monday, yesterday am and today from 10am until now. The lights go bright green when it's not working and it cycles to try and reconnect.

    @virginmedia No, I’ve sent a complaint to your team instead. She may well have a “prompted break” but if she was speaking to me on the phone she wouldn’t put me on hold for 15 minutes. I’m currently looking to switch to another provider who delivers excellent customer service.

    @virginmedia 1/ Worst customer service I've had in my life is no understatement. I think there has been easier divorces than trying to end contract with your company. Made it quite clear for the beginning I want to leave and wasn't interested in any counter offers.
