I see @virginmedia have it sorted. You can only cancel or suspend your sports subscription if you call them. Reduced call centres meaning massive waits on the phone. But if you don’t pay they cut your internet and tv off at the time of most need. Let us do it online!!!!

@virginmedia Hi Ty 4 the reply. Very frustrating when I'm using data at home just to receive watsapp messages. i spoke to someone yesterday afternoon. Some settings were changed & was promised it would elevate the problem, but as I described to the chap on the phone this will not rectify it.

So the lack of response and the fact there is no online option to manage my BT Sport subscription means I have no option to choke up the call lines.. So much for easing the burden and stress on the customer service teams you employ @virginmedia @Virgin

@PeterBayliss @Ofcom Must be a local issue for you - I’ve been relying on @ThreeUK for broadband as my @virginmedia 100mbps fibre line has been epically slow even phone calls made on Wifi calling are bad, switch to mobile and it’s perfect 👌
