Set the @virginmedia hub 4 up and is performing worse than the previous. Watching the boxing via sky go and keeps stalling and buffering. Also before when checked the speed it was 20mb when pay for 100mb. Waste of money as never get what pay for.

@virginmedia I’m fed up of calling your team! I’ve been on the phone to them constantly since the 25th of September to get this all sorted! As I’ve said I’ve made one complaint already & yet you do nothing! Pathetic

@virginmedia There is no problems in the area... equipment is all plugged in/installed properly. My wife is working from home & keeps getting interrupted & misses calls etc.... Needs sorting now

@virginmedia ...went off. Since, we were told to get everything reconnected and it would all be back on within 72hrs - we’re now in over 72hrs and nothing has changed. Also, to add, the Hub 4 has been shockingly bad, 1GB but it’s slower than my previous 350mb box. Any suggestions?

@virginmedia I rang yesterday and you offered a new monthly rate for our package going forward. You then emailed confirming a higher price. I have tried 3 times to use your messaging service but, after giving details of my query, the chat then goes dead! Very poor service!

@virginmedia I rang on Sunday to cancel my TV, phone and upgrade my broadband (to a hub4). The advisor told me I had 30x days before my tv and phone cut off but my internet would be fine and would just upgrade when I plugged the new box in! When I activated it everything....cont...

@virginmedia My internet keeps going off on a daily basis for roughly 10/15 mins at a time 2:3 times a day. I have a complaint going thru....There will be another one if you don’t sort out this problem & the other problems within the next 24hrs
