@virginmedia just spoke to a lovely guy on the phone. However, I don’t understand how you can justify charging £40 + for a deal that is £32 online for a new customer. I’ve been with you 20 + years, nothing needs doing to the account. It’s already set up. No point being loyal?

Thanks @virginmedia for a wasted 5 minutes with one of your ops tonight, trying to flog me your 360 service which I didn't need or want. Can you just get your ops to cut straight to chase in future, instead of me telling them that I'm not interested 5 times!

@virginmedia Yes. I am getting no service via the 2nd box whatsoever. The box light does not change from red. Tried switching off at the wall. Checked leads & have swapped over HDMI lead all to no avail.

@virginmedia no service from 2nd box so phoned customer service. Automated voice says text with link will be sent. Call ends. Text arrived. Pressed link takes me to page which says that link isn't working. Customer service is a joke.

@virginmedia Thanks Anthony did arrive but very late and well after our 'slot' - he was under the impression customer services would have let us know? Such a shame to have had to complain, as he was so efficient and sorted things for us. Communication is key though!

If you're switching broadband, avoid @virginmedia ! No broadband, should have been installed on 5th April. Didn't show. Rescheduled for 22nd but told it'd be earlier then called us liars. Made a complaint over a week ago, told us they'd call back within 48hrs, still waiting 🤬

@virginmedia The broadband is on now. But it wasn’t all morning. No one fixed this. It just came back. This is my problem it just goes off and comes back on hours later. Sending a technician does nothing because it’s intermittent.

@virginmedia Yes I have. I’ve also reset / switched off and on again the hub 3 times. Two hours on a what’s app coversation and gave up. Tried to call to put in a complaint. Disconnected every single time. I’m neurodiverse repeating myself is triggering. Your staff are rude.
