    .@virginmedia not having the best customer services experience, and it's not due to Corona. 1st time around I was cut off. 2nd time, CSR couldn't get her system to work, but he colleagues was working, yet she wasn't allowed to transfer my call to them, so I'd need to call back.

    @virginmedia Our hub was showing a green light to indicate it wasn't online. So all our services, which use the WiFi supplied by the hub, were down. TV, computers, mobile phone internet.

    @naus881 @virginmedia Complaints, Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA write to cancel. Give 30 days notice then cancel direct debit. Meantime search alternative provider to switch. Send letter recorded delivery and say you could not get through to customer service on phone. Job done.

    @virginmedia There was no internet service on Wednesday evening from about 10.30 to 1am. We woke this morning to again find the service down until 10.30 or so. It was patchy - on and off. Then it stabilised. Then we lost it again in the afternoon for about an hour.

    @julierone61 @virginmedia I eventually got through to the “cancellation team” who was actually a sales assistant and tried to sell me virgin broadband on a discount. When I told her 4 times I want to cancel, she passed me onto someone else, who tried a further 5 times to sell me -1/2

    @virginmedia Absolute joke. Spend ages getting through, get transferred, hang on for 37 mins & get cut off! How is that 'Staying Connected'? Shocking service yet again. Ordered 2nd box in December, chased up last week, told it would be here last Saturday - still waiting! Complaint imminent!
