@virginmedia There are a couple of threads I've contributed to. I'll try to post the one I looked at this morning and posted the same comment I tweeted. My point is that it shouldn't be a one at a time fix.

@virginmedia It was an account pretending to be yourselves, trying to phish for info. Reported it to Twitter. The account viriginmeida has been suspended. #regards my issue. Your black spot spotter is not great if a black spot is so black that I get no WiFi
-
Dan Cad (@coachdancad) reported from Liverpool, England
@virginmedia I rebooted it yesterday and a number of times previously. I’m now in receipt of a Cat. 6 Ethernet cable which has improved wired speeds - I’d suggest these should come as standard - but wireless speeds are still slow and unreliable.
-
Dan Cad (@coachdancad) reported from Liverpool, England
@virginmedia No reported issues. Used the guide before - it’s why I moved the router. Poor signal is because I moved the PS4 5ft across the room. But it’s less than 5m away from the router in a straight line - obscured only by the floor and the tv is sits next to.
-
knitswithbeer🐝 (@Knitswithbeer) reported from Euxton, England
@virginmedia The issue has been constant for 2 weeks. Option 2 at the second press is when calling about an account different to the one I'm calling from.
-

Can @NetflixUK please fix their bug that identified @virginmedia WiFi routers as VPNs and then blocks the IP address. Sounds like a failed IT implementation that needs to be rolled back until it's professionally tested.
-
Tracey j (@Traceymichell28) reported
@virginmedia This is all BS,there's a fault in the area they are obviously not bothering to repair, they keep changing the time it will be ready and it never is,you have no customer service or any answer, your only reply is from Pakistan and obviously they know nothing about the problem!
-
M 💙 (@settolove86) reported
@virginmedia Both are now not possible as our service is still out.
-
BlazeBlock3Rach 💙🐲 (@RH_1985) reported
@aliusbatus @virginmedia My folks left them for that reason. No reward for customer loyalty.
-
Codewolf (@Codingwolf) reported
@virginmedia you have now failed to apply a discount to my account that you have promised me 2 months in a row after mis-selling me a service at the setup of the account. If you don't sort it out I will be taking it up with the ombudsman. Not happy. 😑
-
Linda Collett (@lincoll67) reported
@virginmedia Spoken to a female customer service rep, very helpful. Now appears to be sorted & the problem was exactly what I've been telling the other reps for the last 2 days - hadn't been activated your end!
-
Paul Jackson (@pjextra) reported
@virginmedia really showing the love for customers.. a £10 credit to compensate for an ongoing network fault since 14th Jan, that they say won’t be fixed until at least 7th Feb, and that’s made broadband useable most days. I mean I’m just blown away by the love.
-
Vishal Raja (@vish979) reported
@virginmedia how can I make a complaint. I was promised no changes to my service and renegotiated a new contract at 76 pounds and I got an email advising changes and removals I didn’t agree to. This was the third time i spoke to virgin and you got it wrong again.
-
Tracey j (@Traceymichell28) reported
@virginmedia So a day and a half without any service,or any help and communication,if you're thinking of installing Virgin media, think again!
-
Gary Cotton (@cottonsox34) reported
@virginmedia I was also told the resets might take 30 mins to start working properly. I have asked for a call back from a supervisor but was told they are going to tell me the same thing and you will not upgrade my router. I hope this won’t be the case as I will just cancel my contract.
