    @virginmedia No that’s the problem nobody can tell me!! It’s 103 days since my services were switched off( after my 30days notice) 16th February my services were switched off. I just keep being told that numerous requests have been made to send my refund cheque!

    @virginmedia I don't have any wired devices. The service has just been lost again. When the service is lost one of the green lights on my TiVo box starts to flash, but TV service remains normal

    @virginmedia I want to downgrade. Lowest TV package (no BT Sport) 50MB broadband Weekend calls How much pm would this be. Currently on Full house and I've been told it's going to £85 pm. This is far too much. Need to get costs down.

    @virginmedia You see, I'm not frustrated at all because I have Vodafone and PlusNet backups that are both working. My concern is for the others who don't and now cannot work from home. Problem is, we have all reported it and it still say's no fault! Is it a lie? So, we appear to be screwed!

    @virginmedia Tried this, got transferred through several more departments before the phone was cut off. Genuinely seems like no one has any idea. BT say you have to drop the request, you say its down to BT...its a nightmare! our Account no. 476687602, please can you get some to call us!

    @virginmedia Hi, it’s a Volt package BB and Telephone with 02 Sim. I have recently moved my home office to another room and Wi-Fi is not as stable/strong so exploring options to fix this issue
