    @virginmedia Been disconnected by yourselves without requesting to cancel my service. No call back as promised, spent an hour on phone earlier to be told might be 72 hours until anything can be done after 20 years of loyalty I think I merit more than this shoddy treatment

    @virginmedia really unhappy with the service, got a new box yesterday and the start up checklist won’t load... called your helpline and they didn’t help us over the phone. Sending an engineer next weekend so we have a week without tv. Please help.

    @virginmedia Sorted now but 1/2 hr wait is unacceptable you should be informing customers of waiting times and/or offering callback service. #Amazon and #eBay do this really well.

    @virginmedia There is actually planned work going on and everything is off in the area. I'm on the phone now. Network issues picked up because when I called on the 9th April they realised the whole area had issues. Taken months.

    @virginmedia 13/04/2021, I spoke to three different colleagues on live chat as they kept transferring me back to your automated bot. Exchange and completion on the house were delayed, so I needed to push the start date back. I raised a complaint. Promised contact within 24 hours, nothing.

    So @virginmedia sends me a email saying in 20 days my contract will end and the price is going up by a lot. I call to cancel it and they say I have to give 30 days notice. The email came yesterday. #badcustomerservice

    @virginmedia Over a year every time we phone up they just say to reboot the rooter and every time we do this we have the same issue we have told customer service over the phone we need a new router and soon as that’s mentioned we are told someone from that department will call us back

    @virginmedia spent 9 hours trying to order a booster as My wifi won’t work in half of my house. I find it hard to believe that a multi national corporation is “out of stock” of a necessity item within your business. Was directed from person to person and no one could help me 😠
