    @virginmedia Hi. Unfortunately I couldn’t check anything at the time but I did see a technician coming into the area at 6pm on Friday which sorted the issue... not good service that it took all day to sort out though, a day of work lost!!

    @virginmedia Useless. I’ve called team on many occasions and had many awful conversations, I’m not wasting my time on it again. I need someone senior to expedite this as on VM current timeline it would be almost 3 months from signing contract to installation - probably longer with more delay

    Virgin Media Wi-Fi Guarantee is them literally charging you a fiver extra a month to provide the service you were already paying them for, and if they fail you have to sue them to get your fiver back.
