@virginmedia Internet issues all morning. Service status checker says no issues in the area & the automated number said to keep an eye on it for 24 hours after finding an intermittent issue. This is unacceptable. We pay a lot for your service and need the Internet for work

  • JenHinds Jen Hinds (@JenHinds) reported from Warrington, England

@virginmedia hi there. My mum is having with her TV. We know there is an issue in her area and is being sorted but this is the 5th time this has happened in 3 wks. Please can someone contact me to explain why this is happening so often and what can be done? Thanks.

@virginmedia You are aware of the problem, told us it's a fault and it's being fixed by 12th April, it wasn't, we rang, you gave us reassurance it will be fixed by the 22nd, it hasn't, we rang got passed around a lot! Now you say it will be fixed 29th. Hands up if you would put up with this?

  • steveeades Steve Eades (@steveeades) reported from Runcorn, England

@virginmedia Previous appointment had to be cancelled due to work commitments. Unsure what they would have done at the property anyway when it looks like an issue with the service to my property and others. Can’t you check Wa74rf postcode service supply?
