    @richardbranson you really need to sort out your company @virginmedia they a robbing gets. That company is bad in all areas. Some advice for people trying to cancel record everything for proof as they say they have cancelled it then send you loads of bills 😡

    With the intro of new dedicated Gigabit lines in my street I can't wait to switch over and leave Virgin Media for good. 3x internet has gone down this week and I just called VM. The systems there are down and gotta call back in 3hrs..... useless

    @virginmedia I haven’t seen the credit applied yet, that’s the issue. This will be the 4th time that I’ve been told it’s been corrected and to wait around 24 hours but so far this has never worked

    @virginmedia ..i don't know what manager in any way of life won't speak to a customer! I called back and spoke to another member of the team, who has logged it as a complaint, a manager is calling me today and he is looking what he can do for a 93 year old. Being forced to pay £105 a month...

    @virginmedia Internet is down in our area since Monday. I keep getting multiple emails saying it'll be fixed by 12pm tomorrow, then 4pm Wednesday 12pm Thursday, 12pm Friday and now 4pm Friday. None of your call centre staff can help us we've spent hours on hold this week.

    @Virgin @virginmedia I've had no Internet now for 14 days and my bill is due in 2 days. This is disgusting service, your call centre staff are useless, your engineers are useless, this is appalling for £52 a month. Sort the problem out now.

    @virginmedia Hi. Is there a difference between cat 5E & cat6 & cat7 ethernet performance wise on your network 🤔. I'm using cat 6 ethernet from my hub 3.0 to your provided powerline booster . Then from powerline booster to my V6 box. I'm using cat7 ethernet from hub 3.0 to V6 🤔

    @virginmedia We have. Multiple times. Your agents don't know how to help. Spoke to 3 different people. I'm getting contant update emails. I don't need to check the service. I know its down. This is beyond ridiculous. I work from home, I can't do my job because of your terrible service.

    @virginmedia The guy was the most arrogant person I've ever spoke to in CS, retentions is meant to be the end of the line, if it was my service and not my wife's 93 year old nan i'd have cancelled the contract. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "managers don't speak to customers"....

    @virginmedia my interest been down for a whole week. Call centre staff don't know what to say. An engineer has been on site every single day apparently. Can someone fix my internet. I pay £52 a month this is beyond a joke. I've used all my 4g& bought a ****** dongle just to WFH

    @virginmedia They attended Wed. Didn’t come to the call out with a replacement hub. Said they would return 10am Thurs with new hub. Didn’t turn up. Didn’t call our mobile. How can we call you as you put our phone onto the internet service you are denying us. It’s impossible to contact you!

    @virginmedia Getting Critical Priority issues with my router when I health check the status of the router, such as "SYNC timing Failure", "No Ranging Response - T3" and "RCS Partial service", which cause drop of wifi for max 60 secs, every 10 mins or so any advice? pls?!

    @virginmedia The issue is that I’ve been on hold on WhatsApp since March 4th. Every time I get connected I have to answer the same questions, and then go back in the queue.

    @virginmedia For an issue to get worse through the week to end up with no service and it still being reported as no issue, seems to negate the purpose of having a dashboard, as it doesn’t serve a purpose? I have another full day of business calls tomorrow and currently no service
