@virginmedia Trying again to get through as desperately need to speak to someone as can’t access my account as it’s been hacked and my broadband service is shocking was on hold over an hour yesterday and been holding now for 30 mins, holding for an hour is not acceptable customer service!!!!

@dannywoodward2 Aaw, thank you for the offer. I used Virgin for several years- was originally with Cable & Wireless which of course became Virgin Media. I like virgin media because they reminded a customer of an imminent payment required but allowed you thru lack of funds to pay a few days late.
