    2nd attempt to cancel my account and @virginmedia hang up again. I requested to raise a complaint and they hang up! @Ofcom will be contacted. (Seen as you’re not allowing a consumer to raise a complaint)

    @virginmedia @Ofcom I now have a recording of the last advisor who I spoken to... terrible terrible service and I will not ever return to @virginmedia. What a waste after 20 years of being with you. What a shame, I will send the recording to @ofcom and cancel the direct debit 👍🏻

    @virginmedia disgusted that as a valued customer for over 15 years, I’m moving property, wanting to move my services to my new address but because it is above a business you will not install so you are charging me for closing my account which I do not want to do 😡

Try to log in, and that isn’t working either!!!!! What the hell is going on. I moved from sky to get away from this, and not it happened again

    @1GoldPLTrophy @virginmedia Sky broadband is just awful though, runs at bare minimum speed (degraded over time and despite questioning won’t go back again) and really need a much faster connection. What’s the reason not to?

    @MartinSLewis As usual though @virginmedia having the trousers down for existing customers. When can we get the same rules as insurance that existing customers don't get robbed (I'm £45 a month with virgin but no phone line and wouldn't be allowed this deal) nice MSE gets a kick back though.

    @virginmedia I don't know, as some devices are completely wireless. I had asked when I called & again in my complaint for an engineer to take a look, nothing was arranged for me. I've not been offered a replacement hub to try either. I was just continually told to troubleshoot.

    @virginmedia As I said before it’s a new contract which has not even started as connection is currently not possible so 30 days notice is irrelevant hence we are exercising our right to cancel in the cooling off period. Seriously is this how you operate as a company! So nothing in writing

    @MarkOrsborn @virginmedia They recently changed my contract and are refusing to terminate it early and dismiss the early termination charges (which by law they have too), all at the same time as offering me worse deals. Very ignorant staff that didn't submit a complaint I logged either
