Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Face palm Vengance (@IsTheTruthToxic) reported@virginmedia Yes it does and it’s a bad system. Your tortuous phone tree system makes talking to the right people very difficult, having to phone for the best deal instead of being offered it by daily is predatory and unnecessary, you know the problems so fix them
-
🐺 (@stefan655) reported@virginmedia I've just had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered over the phone. The representative I spoke to today was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout the call!
-
Paz DLXV (@paz565) reported@O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.
-
Lord Fauntleroy MP KC (@FauntleroyMp) reported@Mickskinz @DavidPNoble63 They will enforce it with isp's quite easily. Just fine virgin media if they fail to act on frequent ip address switching

jason (@Jason29wctb) reported@virginmedia All they say is need a engineer and I tell them no but send them any way knowing they can't fix it ,if I cancel £1600 ,even tho it's illegal to hold me I a contract with a service that's not fit for purpose
-
Louise Ford (@pixiepoppett) reported@virginmedia Still no solution and fix times just being moved all day. Ur customer services was of no help. Will be leaving at first opportunity.
-
G99 (@G99____) reported@BingoBertie @RichardLXXII @virginmedia Yes you clearly have no clue about the wording of the contract. Contracts have a fixed period and if you are smart you have discounts. They however have a fixed period, so if you let them run out the contract continues without them. So what your are suggesting is bad
-
safcpete 🇬🇧🏴 (@safcpete67) reported@y_alibhai @virginmedia The arrogance. You don’t get preferential treatment Yasmine due to your ‘awards’. Btw If you agree with SM ban for kids meaning we will all have to sign in to access SM then get used to this.
-
Man in Black 2125 (@In2125) reported@virginmedia yeah did that. it says all fine. no issues .... yet a quick scan of social media ( not using virgin broadband obviously, reveals there's an outage in my area .... perhaps you should move your status checker to another provider?
