@EmmettGraham @virginmedia Well, I’m getting nowhere fast, Twitter reply said they could help, but haven’t. Just gave me a no to text to, which won’t accept texts, and a no to ring that I already had. Rung again to no avail. Can’t answer anything about my overdue refund, disgraceful!!

@virginmedia No that’s the problem nobody can tell me!! It’s 103 days since my services were switched off( after my 30days notice) 16th February my services were switched off. I just keep being told that numerous requests have been made to send my refund cheque!

@virginmedia I want to downgrade. Lowest TV package (no BT Sport) 50MB broadband Weekend calls How much pm would this be. Currently on Full house and I've been told it's going to £85 pm. This is far too much. Need to get costs down.

Really getting sick and tired of my @virginmedia broadband. Been up and down for months. Can’t get to speak with anyone. Resets galore and still intermittent. To top it all off they then increase your bill. Been with them 22 years but maybe time for a move. Suggestions?
