Absolute nightmare trying to watch @SkySportsF1 on my phone because of how poor @virginmedia are especially since merging with @o2, used to just put email and password in, now going around in circles with same message asking me to verify email link and switch, very poor practice.

@virginmedia I want to cancel my contract as it is at the end. Twice now I have been kicked off the chat whilst waiting. This is unacceptable. I can't ring at present so the chat is ideal to run in the background. I just want to press a button that says end the contract!

Hang your head in shame @virginmedia leaving an elderly lady (with health problems) without a TV & telephone for 2 weeks, persistant lies engineers will attend and dont turn up!!!!! Disgrace Shes now gone to @skytv @SkyUK who were very helpful and all sorted within 30mins!!!

@virginmedia . As a new customer for only a few weeks, I have been left with no Wi-Fi for a week and being messed around by customers services and technicians. Wouldn’t recommend as they can’t tell me when it will be fixed. Could be waiting another week to be fixed. Disappointed
