@virginmedia The main thing here is that not one person who I have come into contact with in your organisation wants to take ownership of the problem and try and resolve it which is the essence of customer service. It’s a massive fail.

@virginmedia no service from 2nd box so phoned customer service. Automated voice says text with link will be sent. Call ends. Text arrived. Pressed link takes me to page which says that link isn't working. Customer service is a joke.

@virginmedia just spoke to a lovely guy on the phone. However, I don’t understand how you can justify charging £40 + for a deal that is £32 online for a new customer. I’ve been with you 20 + years, nothing needs doing to the account. It’s already set up. No point being loyal?

@virginmedia Yes. I am getting no service via the 2nd box whatsoever. The box light does not change from red. Tried switching off at the wall. Checked leads & have swapped over HDMI lead all to no avail.

@virginmedia @Ofcom No I’ve spoke to several operators (all nine English) about it and not one has been able to help in 2yrs, just been paying £140 every month for the last 2yrs with an outstanding balance after 20yrs of loyalty,every month u ask for £260 but I pay 140 to keep my service on

@virginmedia There was zero response to it is my point, I pleaded with the caller for help in a very hard situation and she couldn’t understand the situation,she just kept saying clear the balance clear the balance, I pay 140 EVERY month for the last 2yrs and my bill still sits in areas
