@virginmedia is it possible to DM someone to cancel a contract? I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes, finally got through to someone who said it’s not within their remit, transferred me to another department and now the line is silent and I’ve been waiting almost an hour!???

@virginmedia Us? As in your sub contracted call centre who's staff are not actually Virgin employees? Yeah, tried that and they can't look after Virgin's loyal customers either. I'll just leave, and come back in 3 months like I was told too. Shambolic customer service.

Hi @virginmedia, I’ve had no picture or sound on my TV for 24 hours now. Even on my apps the picture and sound aren’t loading. Subtitles still showing up though. It’s a TiVo box. Any help appreciated would be great.

@virginmedia Yes, they have told me it's the cable outside. It took the 3rd engineer to diagnose the fault. My complaint is about your process of complaint handling along why it took the 3rd engineer to find the fault. I want to speak to someone.

@virginmedia How can you help the problem is your end not mine I am so frustrated with the constant outages which are being provided by yourselves. Unreliable service is not the word. We are lucky if we get 3 weeks service in a month. One thing I know for sure is that I am leaving virgin
