.@virginmedia not having the best customer services experience, and it's not due to Corona. 1st time around I was cut off. 2nd time, CSR couldn't get her system to work, but he colleagues was working, yet she wasn't allowed to transfer my call to them, so I'd need to call back.

@virginmedia I cancelled my service, you ignored it, I've chased up several times by letter as you never answer the phone, each time you say 'we chatted' but you never called me so that's untrue, you've sent my account to debt collectors who also never answer the phone.
