    @Sarah_Fenola @virginmedia Heyy have you got anywhere with it? I just used their text service at 0753 305 1809 and got it cancelled, hopefully getting a confirmation email. It took all day as had to wait for the first person then the other department but it was a lot nicer than being on hold for so long!

    @virginmedia 3 days on the text support, can only think you are avoiding the issue to get another bill out of me. Passed from one person to another with approx 22 hour gap between each. Horrendous service.
