@virginmedia is it possible to DM someone to cancel a contract? I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes, finally got through to someone who said it’s not within their remit, transferred me to another department and now the line is silent and I’ve been waiting almost an hour!???

Hi @virginmedia, I’ve had no picture or sound on my TV for 24 hours now. Even on my apps the picture and sound aren’t loading. Subtitles still showing up though. It’s a TiVo box. Any help appreciated would be great.

@virginmedia Us? As in your sub contracted call centre who's staff are not actually Virgin employees? Yeah, tried that and they can't look after Virgin's loyal customers either. I'll just leave, and come back in 3 months like I was told too. Shambolic customer service.

@richardbranson I experienced the worst customer service ever from @virginmedia. Can someone explain to me why new customers get a better deal than loyal existing customers? It's criminal in this day and age really isn't it?

@virginmedia I've been a customer for 30 years. They cut me off a day earlier than agreed on the phone, I called to extend it, and they said tough. Appalling "customer service". Explain yourselves? Customers mean nothing to them.

@virginmedia well the saga continues. Still not sorted. 15 mins on hold, 2 ID checks, agent trying to help but doesn’t understand, 9.59pm line goes dead,ring back,office closed. Nearly 20 hours now on the phone in total.🤢
