    @virginmedia They will disconnect my services but it might take 24 hrs..as I say if Openreach come and find I have a working phone line then them and Sky will cancel ny ibstallation! Please can my phone but turned off as of midnight or at least mych earlier than 24hrs?

    @virginmedia Well I've just had a "sort of" resolution but still not really acceptable. I gave 30 days notice to cancel my services as want to get Sky. Sky and Openreach are coming tomorrow to fit phoneline & services. I have booked a day off work for this. If there is still (cont) >>

    @virginmedia question for you. If I enter a contract with you where you promise X service +items and I promise to pay X amount. If I don't pay X amount am I breaking the contract?

    @richardbranson I experienced the worst customer service ever from @virginmedia. Can someone explain to me why new customers get a better deal than loyal existing customers? It's criminal in this day and age really isn't it?

    @virginmedia I do have a problem paying. I'm currently paying for a service where the Internet isn't working half then time. 5 times in the past month we have had no signal. You promise items with your packed Currently received 1/3 and had to complain about that over the phone.

    @terrificsue everyone out there be careful when receiving telephone calls and if they say they are from Virgin Media please check and check. I have been scammed today out of a lot of money . I am the one who thought would never be scammed but I was. Oohh .

    @virginmedia Us? As in your sub contracted call centre who's staff are not actually Virgin employees? Yeah, tried that and they can't look after Virgin's loyal customers either. I'll just leave, and come back in 3 months like I was told too. Shambolic customer service.

    @virginmedia I understand all of that. I had BT before and comparing virgin performance against that ref.On a 54MBps plan, I never had issues wrt speed with BT.Same number of devices. Now a 100Mbps fibre plan from virgin and I get 6Mbps and not to mention many blind spots. Is this acceptable?

    @virginmedia I was lied too pure and simple i have been to every team in virgin media. What are you going to do ask me to text some faceless ******* in india or the Philippines? I will continue to recommend to do what i am take vm to the regulator will cost you a fortune.

    @stef @virginmedia @CuckooInternet Ah not available in my area. VM was all fine until June. Since then it’s been regular issues. At first it was totally dead internet for minute or hours. Now it’s these packet loss blips that happen.

    @ChoudhuryJie @virginmedia I am in the same position they sent me a letter telling me to text them or they would close the complaint in 28 days. Spent 8.5 hours texting yesterday. Have decided to go to the regulator CISAS costs you nothing but costs vm every time and they lose 90% of cases
