    @virginmedia My Mother in law recently went into care with the late stages of Alzheimers and as power of attorney of her affairs I have tried to cancel her phone contract however your customers service did not want to know. They marked the file closed and said I would 1/3

    @virginmedia Internet gone again. Second time today. Bottom light goes white and starts flashing, then green and flashing. Then the arrows light up green and flash. I can’t get 24 hours out of this service. This isn’t what I pay for and it’s terrible service.

    @virginmedia Trip haziest outside my house cables running to next door which were supposed to be temporary, unstable service, rattling router, some of these issues have been resolved. Others haven’t. I’ve asked for final response but no one will talk to me about this.

    @virginmedia Hi was supposed to be yesterday between 12-4 but got a text on Friday night saying issue has been solved. So they did not come out even though they didn't say they were not coming and I waited in for them. I think I have a faulty hub tbh

    @virginmedia receive a final account for £63 and that would be the end of things. The final account never arrived however the outstanding account has been passed to BPOB collections who bumped it up to £269.96. I have paid the account off, so sincerely hope that Mr Branson 1/3

    @virginmedia I have already filed 2 complaints and spoken to the team , all they try and do is sell me WiFi repeaters . But I get the issue in sane room at times . @Ofcom the broadband speed code does not help , what to customers do if the WiFi hub is so poor even if wired speed is ok

    @virginmedia It's fine! Just a doubling of my bill at the end of contract, then the dance where I have to pretend to leave, go through three customer service agents, until you put it back down to where it was. All sorted.

    @virginmedia I have spent hours, days, weeks trying to speak to someone at Virgin or even through the webform. I finally spoke to someone who couldn’t understand and just hung up. I can’t answer security questions as my mum never set up the account in the first place?
