@virginmedia Yeah we’ve been a customer for years, I know how to do that. The issue was that we got a new package (router, TiVo, landline) that got installed on Saturday afternoon, and by Saturday evening the package was cancelled for no reason

@virginmedia I think it was the bad weather we had last night affecting the signal. The first time I rang up the lady I spoke to was ok then she asked me to get Google up on another device so I went to get it when I got back she had gone. I told her to hang on while I got the device 1/3

@virginmedia Yes tried it , no change. As I mentioned in previous posts my partner Lyndsay has the same problem. Still waiting for you to come up with a solution ! Seriously thinking of trying another network now for my broadband. 😡😡

I hate @TalkTalk so much. I wish @virginmedia didn't cost so much.. at least they don't put the phone down on people when their customers want to speak to the manager!!! FUMING!!!!

@virginmedia The last time I was talking to a man I explained all that had happened and said it is 1.30am here and I want to get it sorted and he hung up. It seems to be working ok now so that's why I think its the weather but I must say you need to revise your customer support

@virginmedia An engineer has tested it ,it's fine. my partner has same device as me but has Android 07 not 08 and she has the same problem. It was fine till a couple of months ago. I think your hub is the problem ,waiting for a solution! 😡

@virginmedia @virginmedia engineer has been out done tests everything fine , except the Wi-Fi cutting out . Which you say is because of Android 08 . My partner has same device as me but has Android 07 and she has the same problem. It was fine till a couple of months ago I think it's your hub

@virginmedia I have rang and rang to cancel my virgin media with you and set a cancellation date. The calls are well over two hours each and every time I’m told “I will transfer you to the disconnection service” I sit and wait over an hour for them to hang up. Disgusting sort it!

@virginmedia have since last August had daily issues with Broadband. They have a complaints procedure. I have done all of this numerous times and still get no response - since August!!
