    Feeling let down AGAIN by @virginmedia, 8 days ago an engineer finally identifies the problem is external cabling, another hour call on Tuesday and still no idea of a fix date or a call back, in the meantime constant broadband drop out #unacceptable

    @vmbusiness for almost 3 months now the KT10 area has been plagued with frequent drop outs daily, was told a couple of months ago yes there was an issue, then last month that an upgrade was being done and today there is actually no internet at all. (1/2)

    @virginmedia Agreed, but to call a chargeable number for a £3.00 refund? Not worth the call as it would probably cost me more. It's not about the refund, its the principle of being sold a service that on this occasion wasn't fit for purpose.

    @virginmedia Your Resolutions Team doesn't know how to read and certainly never provide solutions.... They only do copy and paste from a library of sentences you must have in your system but they never acknowledge or reply to any of my points!
