@virginmedia @virginmedia it’s no excuse and with the gas works I can only presume they have gone through a network cable. But I have not seen one engineer or van anywhere near the main port/box for Virgin to try and fix this since 0900 today. The time has just been going back and back allday

WiFi app and it says nope I’m not working at all. The Virgin media account app says I’m not the main account holder but I am and always have been. Virgin customer service and products score out of 10 for brilliant is 1 for rubbish

@virginmedia I deleted the apps from my phone to reinstall and try again but now they won’t download and my friend has the same issue of not the account holder when he is on app

@virginmedia Hi. I've had major issues since I rejoined Virgin just before Christmas. I was passed to the Elite team, who did what they could to resolve the Wi-Fi signal issues I was having. Now in the last 48 hours the WiFi has gone down twice for several hours. But yesterday TV & phone too

@ThreeUKSupport hey 3, both me and my husband have 3G or below 90% of the day at the moment (5-6weeks now) and with @virginmedia also being down we can’t do anything, yet the network coverage says it’s fine… are there any issues in the L9 area for 4G?

The interminable menus on the Virgin Media customer line lasted 3 minutes and 20 seconds just now, most of it being lectured on how efficient this would make my as yet unanswered call.

@virginmedia gross incompetence shown in L35 area today. Basically no broadband for 14 hours. No indication as to why and each hour the time of resolution extended. Not a good advert for the service. Go with Sky is my suggestion
