    @virginmedia Ring the no you gave me. Passsed on to Krishia. Told me cheque has been requested but doesn’t know why never been sent. Asked me to wait 7days and she will ring me back to see If I have received it. So no further forward!! Such a Dire Company!!

    @virginmedia That doesn’t explain why you said you could help. I already knew where to ring and told you that I had done that many times, to no avail! I doubt that the matter is in hand and that I will ever get the promised call back,but I will certainly let you know!

    @virginmedia Cancelled yesterday. Was happy at £25 a month. Looks like we're off to Vodafone or Plusnet for £22. Shame really, been a decent service.

    @virginmedia My Account no was 017615801 Area Ref 01 Mavis Cartwright you will see that my account has a cred balance owed to me. Now 3 1/2 months 103 days no refund cheque received, I’m over 73 and need this money. Please Help

    @virginmedia I don't have any wired devices. The service has just been lost again. When the service is lost one of the green lights on my TiVo box starts to flash, but TV service remains normal

    @Virgin @virginmedia IS IT POSSIBLE SOMEBODY CAN HELP ME. I DONT WANT A FREE TV, JUST MY OWN MONEY BACK! THE CREDIT BALANCE LEFT ON MY ACCOUNT, SERVICES SWITCHED OFF 16th FEB. 111 DAYS ALMOST 4mths! I AM A 73yr OLD VUNERABLE PENSIONER,SICK OF RINGING TO BE TOLD LIES AND FOBBED OFF!

    @EmmettGraham @virginmedia Well, I’m getting nowhere fast, Twitter reply said they could help, but haven’t. Just gave me a no to text to, which won’t accept texts, and a no to ring that I already had. Rung again to no avail. Can’t answer anything about my overdue refund, disgraceful!!

    @EmmettGraham @virginmedia I actually took the option of “Are You Thinking Of Leaving Us” earlier. I was answered quite quickly, but nothing was resolved. I was, as usual transferred to somebody else and then on hold for 10mins. Still nothing resolved with my issue, Good Luck to you.

    @virginmedia No that’s the problem nobody can tell me!! It’s 103 days since my services were switched off( after my 30days notice) 16th February my services were switched off. I just keep being told that numerous requests have been made to send my refund cheque!

    @virginmedia my Boardband was scheduled to done on 24/8/2021 but until now, nothing happened. Have chat and phoned them daily for progress. Reply is earliest day will be 6/9/2021. Such a good service 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia #virginmobile Been on an online chat with Virgin Mobile for over 2 hours, passed to 3 different teams to be told I need to speak to the team I first spoke to. And then told call them. Customer service at its finest!!!

    @virginmedia When I have let your teams know of the issue and thus I wanted to leave I am passed on to the relevant team that processes me leaving the service, and then it has always just been a constant wait with no end

    @virginmedia Yeah that doesn’t really mean much when it’s affecting my job as I work from home. Also, telling me that I ‘may’ qualify for £8 a day compensation due to the lack of service is laughable.

    @virginmedia The fix time has changed again 3 times today - 10am, 2pm and now 6pm - how could they get it that wrong? If it was a big issue surely they'd have known they would need all day today - after assessing it for the entire day yesterday?

    @virginmedia Really concerned as someone has just called me on my landline from the following number 03003035303292 claiming they were from Virgin Media and wanting to test my broadband as there have been issues in my area. When I questioned their security they hung up.
