    @virginmedia Just spoke to your customer service team who didn't show interest in helping, instead he told me he was terminating the call and then put the phone down....can you please get someone to call me? I am seriously considering putting a complaint in to the ombudsman!!

    @virginmedia If I'm have a case open for it right now, so I'm waiting on the results.. but tbh £34 credit for a year or more of underperforming service is a real slap in the face.. I've spent £996 on something I've not received .
