    @virginmedia your sales team are telling people that upgrading to 200 speed will fix WiFi issues. I was looking for a new deal but don’t want to sign up until it’s guaranteed I can get WiFi in more than 2 rooms. I live in a small 3 bed and I’m on my 2nd router which is worse

    @virginmedia I have checked and rebooted but says nothing wrong, we can have 10 devices connected at any 1 time and never had a problem till last week when internet just turned off randomly an since then ots been on, off, on, off,on,off all day

    @virginmedia Visit was put on hold as you later found you had a wider issue. It was resolved after a few hours so not too bad. Not sure how happy my boss was at me not being able to get online though...

    Having to use my phone data to tether my laptop for work as @virginmedia broadband has gone down. Ran through diags and it’s said an engineer needs to attend 🙄 Managed to get an appointment between 12-4 today which is surprising!

    And @virginmedia broadband appears to be having issues again. After losing it for hours on Friday due to a local area issue, my connection appears to have gone again and the router is constantly rebooting and searching for a connection. Not a stable service whatsoever.

    @virginmedia had to deal with your terrible customer service and was cut off by a member of your customer .I was due a visit by a an engineer to set up an installation for broadband The engineer didnt turn up and I had not received a call that an engineer will be arriving.

    @virginmedia Hi, It was our first place of call as there has been a lot of complaints in the village re service and it shows no issues, we’ve lost total broadband in two rooms now and have drop off on the main pc which is connected direct and constant drop off on all WiFi devises

    @virginmedia This service outage is recurring and ongoing, for the whole area. THAT is the issue! I know you're role is just to be nice and point people to the service page, but that is pretty pointless when it's happening multiple times a day, every day, for weeks, for everyone in the area.
