    @virginmedia Hi, Website says no known issues, however landline has been down since yesterday morning. Engineer booked for Monday, however we have an extremely sick relative who needs to be in contact, nobody on phone (from mobile) is helping with call transfers!

    Well, @richardbranson @virginmedia - been a customer since the Telewest days, but the broadband service is almost unusable now. I don’t know what’s going wrong, but you’re going to start losing customers rapidly, if you don’t get this sorted.

    @virginmedia Nope. I have username already selected to my email address, password filled in on both fields, security question drop down selected and answer given in the field, and date of birth drop downs all selected. There’s nothing else I can select or that hadn’t been filled in now.

    @virginmedia keep ringing me on a daily basis! Sometimes I can’t answer and they leave a long, silent voicemail! When I do answer, they put the phone down on me! I know it’s Virgin because if I try to ring back I get a recorded msg saying they’ll try again soon!

    Sick of how bad our @virginmedia WiFi is. Off more than it is on lately.Yet they don't make contact with us to explain why or any money back for lack of service we receive.Couple that up with having to add data on to our phones to make up for it and fair to say we are p*ssed off

    @virginmedia Adding a character and then removing that character worked. By pasting the password in, it wasn’t accepting the password regardless. It needed a character to be manually added. I’ve never seen that before on any password fields on any other site, seems like an API issue maybe.

    @virginmedia disappointed to say the least. Customer for 5 years, out of contract, bill is £120 a month, Phone up to renew and negotiate, no offers. Despite Amazon being a new competitor for sports and the mobile experience being infinitely better with them. Package cancelled.

    @virginmedia Landline down has been down for 2 days, spent over 3 hours trying to speak with someone to help but nobody is able to help. Have a sick relative who needs to be in constant touch but yet again Virgin doesn’t care about their customers!

    @virginmedia I upgrade my phone, old phone was deactivated and I still don't even have my new phone which I was told I would get yesterday, then told it was on backorder so I have to just sit and wait, 6hrs on chat and lied to and then the last CS agent I spoke to had a serious attitude issue

    @derrickca @virginmedia Just so you’re aware del normally if a problem can’t be fixed despite numerous call outs they are in breach of their contract with you so you can terminate it without any charges fees etc they’re the ones who can’t provide the service

    @virginmedia Yeah sure you will! You've never fixed the app streaming issue it's been over a year! I call up you ask me to reboot everything as if it works it does that moment you close the call 20 mins later it freezes again. There's no customer service from you just empty promises!
