If BT High Speed Fibre Optic broadband can be secured sooner, rather than later, those residents who are experiencing issues with Virgin Media can switch/be able to access the High Speed Fibre Optic service.

I have been told this is impossible though so cant see it happening. Its really bad customer service IMO.

I was then told I wasn’t entitled to any new customer deals & I’d have to pay a £1 more a month for your budget service compared to what a new customer would pay for your top package.

I have to go through security again and then you disconnect the call. What a great service you provide.
