Got to love Virgin media. The Tv isn’t working so you go to the website to see if there’s a problem or if it’s just you and that isn’t working either. But don’t fear it tells you. The page where you can pay the bill is fine.

@virginmedia Upgraded TV boxes Friday at 5pm and still no TV service. Spoken to 7 different customer service people. Even had a text to say all sorted but no. Very poor service especially in this day and age and a big media company! Not good enough.

@virginmedia you’re broadband is by far the worst I’ve ever had, I pay £43 a month for 1GB download speed and only get roughly about 500mb, I have trouble logging in and getting in contact with yourselves, the amount of complaints I have seen against yous just shows how bad yous
