I was never out of Internet completely like it says only your compensation page, but it was equally as bad since my step daughter had online training to do which couldn't be done at all. My children also were not able to do homework.

Like many companies these days, if you can even find a phone number, they just give loads of messages, telling you to go to their website. The UK could do with a dose of American style customer service!!
