So @virginmedia harassing me again about a router i returned a year ago saying it’s not been sent to them. I’m not to blame for their rubbish inventory system. I’ve left @virginmedia to get away from their ineptitude but it never ends. Will be putting it an official complaint.

@virginmedia I am no longer a customer and I have paid the account in full. It was paid in August 2018 and my credit file is showing that I’m behind on my payments and have been since April 2018 as it hasn’t been updated for 18 months! 4 times I’ve been told my complaint would be dealt with.

@virginmedia your trains are a joke! Whatis the point of reserving 4 seats as a family and having confirmation of my seat numbers, then when getting on the train it says unreserved and i have rude people refusing to move out of seats so i cannot sit with my family!! Terrible

@virginmedia I will call shortly. I just feel that you are pricing people out of their broadband. I am on a low income and can only just manage the cost of it at the moment. I just don't understand why the router I have is not boosting the signal

@virginmedia I don’t want anything to do with you, I’m fed up talking to you about this. I called up a couple of weeks ago and spoke to a lady who told me there’s nothing to worry about, the system is updated and I won’t be charged. Yet I’ve just received a text. Beyond poor customer service.

Why companies like @virginmedia use WhatsApp support I do not know. The system makes you wait an hour, if you don't respond in 10 minutes, it kicks you off the chat just to make you wait again
