    @virginmedia I want to cancel my contract, why cant I do this over live chat or online without someone keeping me on the phone trying to sell me a deal that is far worse than you signed me up with!! Iffer me a good deal to keep me, ir just let me cancel without fuss, Sort it out!

    @Danielle869 @virginmedia I agree. The service my 85 year old dad received was appalling. Moved to Sky, when @virginmedia asked how they could keep custom, our reply “ wouldn’t have if it was free”.

    So, at the end of my @virginmedia contract, question is, stick or twist, cost is going up and I do wonder what @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam could offer as a returning customer, we shall see!

    @RichPierce0079 @virginmedia @SkyUK @VodafoneUK All different issues really. Virgin is its own thing. Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

    @virginmedia There are no lights or any power to the router I can't even make phone calls off my landline so had to use my mobile in the attic, its the only place I get signal. It was one of the fault team that actually said you have no routers. My dad is 64 and alone and can't phone him.

    @virginmedia The engineer did make some tweaks that were supposed to help (which haven't) but did also suggest that modern Apple devices do struggle on the now aged Routers.

    @virginmedia Yeah I managed to find the number, got through to an automated service that said my device was offline and that I need to book a technician.. had technician yesterday and they said account issue... round and round we go.

    @virginmedia Issue is on wifi speed was 20-30 mbs with old router. Now down to 12-15 with nothing else changing Tech services team were useless and basically blamed me for not understanding how wifi works Issue is that router was meant to improve speeds and connectivity not worsen matters
