@virginmedia daily reeboting of my router is not an answer. Giving me another new router where I then have to reset all of my smart devices is not an answer. Sort out the supply. The BT cables are now in service in my area and switching is looking more likely!

@BBCWatchdog My dad recieved Absolute terrible customer service from @virginmedia apparently when you cancel a contract in april it still doesn't show up on their system and then get a bill they say they couldn't access his account to cancel it but could when he offered to 1/2

We have tried to raise a complaint for days on the phone, whatsapp or online account 1. contract expires soon but nothing has been received to notify us 2. We likely to leave virgin media on 5 December when my contract expires: I can get a much faster cheaper deal with Vodafone etc 900mb 3. We applied for a new WiFi Hub at no extra cost on your link in September but nothing has been recieved. 4. Your systems are so poor and failing: online account isnt working, sending links to get online but nothing works, your phone service is not manned by humans and always busy, your whatsapp doesnt work etc
