    The scammer who just rang our landline, claiming to be from "Virgin Media" and saying there was a problem with my internet may have just received the full force of my wrath and ire. And, genuinely, no ***** were given.

    @Huawei21327032 @virginmedia They tried to charge 30quid a month for piss which isn't the issue it's a mix of virgin media kit and also the line. Spent 2 gars studying CISCO networking CCNA and they think I don't know what I'm talking about

    @virginmedia It’s taken 4hrs to get your incompetent team to cancel the package properly. Now there is just the matter of the Overdue bill and the final bill.

    @virginmedia Are you wanting me to comment in the broadband section? Can you explain the benefits of this as you won't send an engineer out if there is an issue constantly in the area and your tech team are already aware of it, plus I have the ofcom complaint aswell?

    @virginmedia Yes, like previously said this is minimum of once, sometimes.twice weekly then I have to phone yous to split the signal again.

    @virginmedia Not really checked today as not working, nans funeral is at 1120. You need to get an engineer to my house next week. I'm paying the bill and not getting the service, not really fair is it.

    Hey @virginmedia I’m pretty sure these people have a bot watching your bot and are then messaging all of your customers asking for their information. I nearly fell for it due to the speed with which they messaged. This is about to become a very big problem for you @cybergibbons

    @virginmedia The issue is I also believe it's my equipment as well. The down time I have you don't seam to log it all. I dont want a router upgrade or anything like that I just want a working router. Everytime I call there is a fault in the area.

    @HelenRuggles3 @virginmedia Helen sounds like your a pro at receiving the brush off.Can you call back in 24 hours and we will fix the problems?Then you call back in 24hours there still an issue. Only been my 2022 working from home HELL. THANKS @virginmedia for nothing.I pay my bill and don't get the service

    @virginmedia Hi Just to let U know I got a automated Landline phone message 2day from Phone number 020 7097 1695 Saying to press Option 1 Saying That my internet provider service will disconnect my services within 24 hours it’s a scam I didn’t even attempt to press option 1.

    @virginmedia Yes, as discussed many a time. Without fail occasion I phone there is a fault in my area and you will not send out a technician. This circle can not seam to be broken. This is why you have failed to get an engineer out to me for months and months.

    @virginmedia Hi thankyou4 replying. You offered me the piss a while back for free then tried to charge approx 25 quid a month for them.The issue is half your line and half the equipment. You can never send an engineer out as everytime I phone there is an issue in the area.Another outage today

    @virginmedia I first tried to contact you on the 11th of December via your WhatsApp service, it's now the 4th of Feb and I still am yet to speak to anyone!? I understand you maybe busy but this is unacceptable! If your that busy, hire more people to answer customers calls

    @virginmedia Yes and rang them multiple times, but why on earth should we contact Yodel when@our contract is with you and not your logistics partner! If there’s an issue YOU should be fixing it…that’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not passing us off to them with whom we have no relationship!

    @virginmedia You cut my internet this morning after me raising a complaint on Tuesday about this. Person I spoke to on Wednesday could have halted action but was clear he did not want to. Utterly disgusting customer service, as well as still being able to see the info the data breach was for!

    @virginmedia You never have any offered on my account & online offers are new customers only, been with you almost 12 years now and still paying a small fortune for broadband and the phone line I never use but got told I’d have to pay even more to get rid of 😳 oh yeah & now my bill goin up😥

    Hi @virginmedia , really appreciate being left with no TV for 5 days across a stormy winter weekend because you refuse to just send out a new Tivo box when we *know* box failure is the issue, and insist on making us wait for an engineer. Absolutely terrible.

    @virginmedia Apple have said it’s a hardware issue & can not be repaired needs to be replaced. I have contacted yourselves on the phone & have been advised it’s £189 to buy my handset contract out. Or nothing you can do as it’s not insured. However…..

    @virginmedia I’ve checked my rights under consumer rights act & as the issue has been diagnosed as a hardware issue via Apple & I have a report from them the responsibility lies with yourselves to compensate for the item. Is there a complaints email I can contact virgin?

    @virginmedia Absolutely disgusting and shocking customer service, the process is terrible and to be told we have to@contact them directly!…Our money is paid to Virgin NOT Yodel! If you’re logistics partners aren’t delivering it reflects badly on you and you should be sorting it out…NOT US!

    @virginmedia @Ofcom how do I make a complaint about this. I didn’t take our this new package!!! We literally said no to the new package which was then put onto the account we had disconnected 4 days earlier. Now I have to give 30 days notice and a final bill for something I didn’t sign up to?

    @virginmedia @virginmedia You could, you know, just provide half decent customer service & send out a new hub, like BT do but I guess you need a customer interface for that, your site is designed to prevent customer contact.
