    @virginmedia Long conversation. There is definitely a problem which is not good as engineer was here Monday. Booked another visit for Friday evening. So no tv for me until Friday. Can't get Prime or Netflix. This is not satisfactory is it? I live alone, so I'm very angry.

    @virginmedia Yesterday 3 new boxes installed after weeks of problems. Just turned on tv..no signal. Tried another, same. Phoned & told wait times r long. Advised go on line & try to sort it. I am not a feckin tv engineer but a paying customer who is thinking of going back to Sky.

    @virginmedia worse customer service I’ve ever experienced . Write to me and give me a number to contact and here I am on hold for 15 minutes . No messaging , no digital or chat options to resolve . Need someone who knows we’re in 21st century looking at your service model .

    @virginmedia Planned work which is fine but the advert in writing and on the tv makes it sound good that you get data on your Virgin mobile if your broadband ever goes down. Just finding the contact for trading standards

    @virginmedia One tv is now working. The other 2 still saying No Signal. I haven't touched sets since engineer was here on Monday. Just used remote controls which I find inefficient.

    @virginmedia I've got WiFi blackspots appearing in my home that I never used to have, it's almost like the Hub 4 performance is deteriorating. One blackspot means my 2nd V6 box keeps loosing connection. The router hasn't changed location and no settings have changed.

    @virginmedia So by the time you aim to resolve this, I won’t have an operational mobile SIM card and no work. Sorry but I can’t wait for 30 days for you to respond beside the time to then propose a suitable solution as I am heavily reliant on mobile telephony for my work.

    @virginmedia A phone install package meant to be here Friday, and a issue about the bill, so should be 15mins max to sort , 4 calls latter talking to people from the funny farm non know what they doing nor can understand English all talk it right ,no joy can I talk to a English person ?
