Rang to downgrade @virginmedia package, spoke to 3 different advisors and it appears the prices are literally plucked from their arses on the spot offering less of a discount than at first 🤦🏻 no customer loyalty & staff dont care. Req cancellation after the poor service today!

@virginmedia I rang yesterday and you offered a new monthly rate for our package going forward. You then emailed confirming a higher price. I have tried 3 times to use your messaging service but, after giving details of my query, the chat then goes dead! Very poor service!

Set the @virginmedia hub 4 up and is performing worse than the previous. Watching the boxing via sky go and keeps stalling and buffering. Also before when checked the speed it was 20mb when pay for 100mb. Waste of money as never get what pay for.

@virginmedia My internet keeps going off on a daily basis for roughly 10/15 mins at a time 2:3 times a day. I have a complaint going thru....There will be another one if you don’t sort out this problem & the other problems within the next 24hrs

Hard to accept an email from @virginmedia stated our new 360 box is £27 cheaper for new customers, but we’re an existing customer so we have to pay more. They may as well have signed off the email with ‘f*ck you’.

@CBeebiesHQ I’m with virgin media and it was just the chuggington programme, was it the episode itself? My boy was watching programmes before with no issue and once chuggington finished the audio was as normal

@virginmedia The ping is still higher than normal this has been going on for 3 days. I restarted my router last night and still had a problem. Why I do a speedtest it show wildcard networks.
