    @virginmedia I want to cancel my contract, why cant I do this over live chat or online without someone keeping me on the phone trying to sell me a deal that is far worse than you signed me up with!! Iffer me a good deal to keep me, ir just let me cancel without fuss, Sort it out!

    @Danielle869 @virginmedia I agree. The service my 85 year old dad received was appalling. Moved to Sky, when @virginmedia asked how they could keep custom, our reply “ wouldn’t have if it was free”.

    @RichPierce0079 @virginmedia @SkyUK @VodafoneUK All different issues really. Virgin is its own thing. Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

    My @virginmedia broadband has been down since about midday. Some VM engineers were working in the area earlier then left when it went down. Are you coming back to fix the issue? Need my wifi for work and don't particularly want to use up all my phone data 🙃 #joke
