Booked another visit for Friday evening. So no tv for me until Friday. Can't get Prime or Netflix. This is not satisfactory is it? I live alone, so I'm very angry.

Phoned & told wait times r long. Advised go on line & try to sort it. I am not a feckin tv engineer but a paying customer who is thinking of going back to Sky.

Then, I immediately call back, and I couldn't even get through authentication before being disconnected.

There's no issues currently, but two drops in the same day for lengthy periods is concerning for a fibre line.
