  @virginmedia I tell them to ring 999 or 0151 709 6010 if they want to report a crime. They hang up but they sound South Asian and their English is poor. I worry about other oaps being conned. Good luck chasing them.

  @virginmedia I’ve just done that. If you watch the video though you’ll see it doesn’t even let me get to the login page. As soon as I click on virgin media customer it tries to take me to a website & then closes down

  @virginmedia are an absolute joke. Was told to call back at half 6 and guess what? They’re shut! And again, no engineer visit. Getting cancelled 1st thing in the morning. Over a month of total loss of service, piss take. #avoid

  @virginmedia There's no point raising a complaint is there, as you won't comprnsate? Other reputable oroviders offer a back-up 4 or 5g device to kick in if their main broadband goes down, to keep the service running. Not VM though - it's just all really poor customer service innit?

  @Ang_Jones72 It doesn't matter much now. As I intend to take my life as what virgin media don't know. Is that my mother and father abused me most of my life. And maybe since I never got her unconditional love as she loved only through money. I wanted to use the only thing she gives me now. Since she wouldn't call virgin to explain.
