    @virginmedia I don’t want anything to do with you, I’m fed up talking to you about this. I called up a couple of weeks ago and spoke to a lady who told me there’s nothing to worry about, the system is updated and I won’t be charged. Yet I’ve just received a text. Beyond poor customer service.

    So @virginmedia harassing me again about a router i returned a year ago saying it’s not been sent to them. I’m not to blame for their rubbish inventory system. I’ve left @virginmedia to get away from their ineptitude but it never ends. Will be putting it an official complaint.

    @virginmedia I will call shortly. I just feel that you are pricing people out of their broadband. I am on a low income and can only just manage the cost of it at the moment. I just don't understand why the router I have is not boosting the signal

    @virginmedia your trains are a joke! Whatis the point of reserving 4 seats as a family and having confirmation of my seat numbers, then when getting on the train it says unreserved and i have rude people refusing to move out of seats so i cannot sit with my family!! Terrible

    @virginmedia I spoke to some American woman the other night who was quite rude and did not resolve the problem , tried to get through tonight again as my daughters phone has a fault still failed to speak to anyone .

    @virginmedia I tried yesterday and was on the phone nearly an hour everytime they tried to put me through it came back to same department and then they hung up. How many more days do you think customer services systems will be down. I want to reduce my package and paying for stuff I don’t use

    @virginmedia being a customer for 26 years had hoped for better treatment from customer services. Spent nearly 2hours trying to get thru to customer retention. Got cut off twice so gave up. Told cheapest offer is much more than current price as it includes channels we don't want.
