@virginmedia Down for both. Yesterday for about 2.5 hours. Today it went down for 30 minutes and again go down, so far, 15 minutes and counting. App/Website says estimated fix 3pm.

@virginmedia Thanks Anthony did arrive but very late and well after our 'slot' - he was under the impression customer services would have let us know? Such a shame to have had to complain, as he was so efficient and sorted things for us. Communication is key though!

@virginmedia just spoke to a lovely guy on the phone. However, I don’t understand how you can justify charging £40 + for a deal that is £32 online for a new customer. I’ve been with you 20 + years, nothing needs doing to the account. It’s already set up. No point being loyal?

@virginmedia Virgin are denying there was anything wrong with their broadband. They didn't log our complaints and the didn't log our cancellation request. Can't send screenshots to the txt help as they can't receive them.
