@virginmedia Us? As in your sub contracted call centre who's staff are not actually Virgin employees? Yeah, tried that and they can't look after Virgin's loyal customers either. I'll just leave, and come back in 3 months like I was told too. Shambolic customer service.

Hi @virginmedia, I’ve had no picture or sound on my TV for 24 hours now. Even on my apps the picture and sound aren’t loading. Subtitles still showing up though. It’s a TiVo box. Any help appreciated would be great.

@virginmedia how can this massive business have such bad service? Technician at house can’t fit virgin, but virgin say they can, second arranged tech comes doesn’t even knock on then leaves without completing task or telling us- but knocks over our bin. Still no WiFi! Disgusting!
