@virginmedia Hi. I've had major issues since I rejoined Virgin just before Christmas. I was passed to the Elite team, who did what they could to resolve the Wi-Fi signal issues I was having. Now in the last 48 hours the WiFi has gone down twice for several hours. But yesterday TV & phone too

The interminable menus on the Virgin Media customer line lasted 3 minutes and 20 seconds just now, most of it being lectured on how efficient this would make my as yet unanswered call.

@virginmedia gross incompetence shown in L35 area today. Basically no broadband for 14 hours. No indication as to why and each hour the time of resolution extended. Not a good advert for the service. Go with Sky is my suggestion

@virginmedia my dad’s email address has been hacked. VM says he has to re register his email address. He’s spent nearly 3hrs on live chat today trying to fix it. He’s 86 and relies upon his email to order from home. Can you please explain to me the process to correct this issue?

WiFi app and it says nope I’m not working at all. The Virgin media account app says I’m not the main account holder but I am and always have been. Virgin customer service and products score out of 10 for brilliant is 1 for rubbish

@virginmedia how can you say you're reliable when we haven't had broadband for 14 hours with no explanation and ever increasing promises as to when resolved? Virgin Media has failed me and others in the Rainhill area. As we say in the North- shite service

@virginmedia I was promised a credit onto my account for joining Virgin after paying the exit fee from BT. The salesman who sold me the virgin package assured me this would be on my account. Can someone sort this otherwise i will need to cancel. Thanks

@virginmedia No nothing young lady said she ordered it and would send out for delivery I spoke to another lady two days ago who can see the order placed and was transferred to another dept for half an hour then cut off I never received email of delivery status from the off set. Claire stack
