    @virginmedia call Virgin and go through the options to be told that the office is closed. Nothing worse calling in to get help when your service is down to go through your call system. Put this message up front instead of thinking someone is on call to provide support. Poor 😡😡

    @virginmedia Well not when you are not informed. Completely unprofessional making someone feel that you are doing them a good deal but shafting them by extending their contract while not informing them. Only favour you have done is allow me to use the 14 day cooling off period to cancel 👍
