Rang to downgrade @virginmedia package, spoke to 3 different advisors and it appears the prices are literally plucked from their arses on the spot offering less of a discount than at first 🤦🏻 no customer loyalty & staff dont care. Req cancellation after the poor service today!

@virginmedia Done service check to maximum of 6 per day. Advises no Internet, then intermittent Internet. Tried all procedures as advised to no avail 😡 this is not a good look on my behalf during work related conference calls 😬

Set the @virginmedia hub 4 up and is performing worse than the previous. Watching the boxing via sky go and keeps stalling and buffering. Also before when checked the speed it was 20mb when pay for 100mb. Waste of money as never get what pay for.

@virginmedia My internet keeps going off on a daily basis for roughly 10/15 mins at a time 2:3 times a day. I have a complaint going thru....There will be another one if you don’t sort out this problem & the other problems within the next 24hrs

Hard to accept an email from @virginmedia stated our new 360 box is £27 cheaper for new customers, but we’re an existing customer so we have to pay more. They may as well have signed off the email with ‘f*ck you’.

@virginmedia Sadly not. It’s the same thing every time. I get advised no local issues, I get advised to reset and check connections, I get advised to book and engineer and then randomly without me doing anything the connection will restore itself prior to the engineer visit.

@virginmedia Completed the test and it advised a connection problem. I followed all the steps checked connections etc but still solid red light on router. It then advised it would do more checks but hangs on a blank page with the virgin banner and only a back button.
