    @virginmedia Rebooted, changed channels, sometimes get a bit of 5ghz, but really not high quality signal, stuttering video playback.

    @virginmedia No reported issues. Used the guide before - it’s why I moved the router. Poor signal is because I moved the PS4 5ft across the room. But it’s less than 5m away from the router in a straight line - obscured only by the floor and the tv is sits next to.

    @virginmedia @Ramsey255Joanne HOW DARE you keep telling customers to contact YOUR chosen courier. The contract is between YODEL and Virgin. YODEL, if they even answer, will tell the customer to contact the sender. YOU chose them. YOU deal with them.

    @virginmedia @natashaoneill_ We’re getting sick of saying this. It’s NOT the customer’s responsibility to contact YODEL. Virgin hired them. Contract is with Virgin. All YODEL will do is tell the customer to contact Virgin. Stop lying to customers.

    went on @virginmedia live chat at 2pm because my broadband was down - engineer arrived at 5pm and all fixed by half past! five stars from me!

    @virginmedia I have no internet connection WA11, checked area status (through mobile data 😏 thankfully can rely on 3 mobile) which reports no issues. Well there is...as per usual. Please help

    @virginmedia I'm sorry I disagree it's @virginmedia broadband not Samsung broadband! So it is a @virginmedia issue .I don't pay Samsung for my Wi-Fi.

    @Loddonbrewery @virginmedia That’s because YODEL’s contract is with the sender, Virgin. They’ll tell the customer (you) to contact the sender. Virgin keeps telling customers to contact YODEL. They know that’s wrong, yet keep doing it.

    @virginmedia It was an account pretending to be yourselves, trying to phish for info. Reported it to Twitter. The account viriginmeida has been suspended. #regards my issue. Your black spot spotter is not great if a black spot is so black that I get no WiFi

    @virginmedia I rebooted it yesterday and a number of times previously. I’m now in receipt of a Cat. 6 Ethernet cable which has improved wired speeds - I’d suggest these should come as standard - but wireless speeds are still slow and unreliable.

    @virginmedia Yeah did that and I get a massive total of 27mps. Which is ****. You cannot deliver what you promise. I’m currently on the phone for the 10th time today speaking to your ‘technicians’ to get no where more than likely

    @virginmedia 1/2 Problem in G20 area too for past two hours. Your status check is telling me there is no problem and that my equipment isn't connected correctly. It is connected correctly. My phone, when trying to connect, is reporting it can't find the IP address/

    @virginmedia already done that… none reported. Says mine has an intermittent fault. Would appear strange that no engineers have been allocated even though we’ve been experiencing problems for ages now which have been reported but it’s now getting to the point where it unusable.
