@virginmedia I want to downgrade. Lowest TV package (no BT Sport) 50MB broadband Weekend calls How much pm would this be. Currently on Full house and I've been told it's going to £85 pm. This is far too much. Need to get costs down.

@virginmedia yes when the area issue was supposedly fixed I got a message to restart my equipment so I held it down for 60 seconds. wifi works flawlessly up until 7.25pm daily. before, it would cut out and come back with packet loss, now after the fix it’s just packet loss.
