  @virginmedia To be honest, the issue is an intermittent fault. My wife works from home and the broadband just drops out numerous times a day. Then comes back on. It’s only worthwhile doing a remote test if it’s when it drops out. Otherwise all will look fine

  @virginmedia I’ve just done that. If you watch the video though you’ll see it doesn’t even let me get to the login page. As soon as I click on virgin media customer it tries to take me to a website & then closes down

  @jenwahkiddles @virginmedia Pity they didn’t do it for us, had no tv or broadband for over 3 months and can’t even get the compensation they owe us, plus the direct debits they took knowing we had total loss of service. Shambolic company.

  @virginmedia my internet has been down since Friday afternoon. I was told it would be fixed in 24 hours, the time has since changed and is currently at 8pm this evening. I work from home so need my internet back up and running before Monday morning. This is disgraceful

  I gave you my proposed resolution three times, two working pods shipped together, pre activated and 50% off until both function as am losing productivity and your service isn’t useful for my work. @virginmedia since I have been asked to cancel- I don’t think that proposal matters anymore.
