  @VirginMedia Received message. Now not accepting my email address. I have one only. My problem is with the remote control which is activated by pressing 2 buttons when they light up. Have had nothing but trouble with one remote for one TV. Your communication us not helpful.

  @virginmedia WTF is up with your service lately in PA1? I've logged 309 disconnections in the past week (101 of those in the past day - 439 in month). All I get from your service status page is "Intermittent signal in your area". Is it the weather? Do I need a new hub?

  @virginmedia Do better for your customers. Take the feedback on board and amend your help pages to include the streaming box. Walk in our shoes and think how you feel when a big company treats you like dirt and still takes your money without a problem.. but you won't .

  @virginmedia Done this multiple times. Engineers have confirmed there are regular intermittent network outages in my local area which cause broadband to drop out for up to 10 mins at a time. Not good. Also no priority for anyone at Virgin Media to fix the issue any time soon
