I had any TV or internet w/o dropping out every minute (area fault in your network), with "fixing" estimates every day bumped into the future, maybe I would "step back in time". Actually... I am doing that, as your network makes me feel I am in 19th century.

    @virginmedia That page today again moved fix date to 15 Feb, for the Nth time. It's been like this every day. Fault team been saying SNR issue (obvious from my Hub 3 logs & BQM graphs). At the same time, automated phone line says different date/time. Shambles.

    @virginmedia No work is needed, just the line from the pole to the house replacing. Is that the general customer service line? I've spent hours on the phone them and they cannot fathom that the install has been done, but the line just needs replacing (as stated by your engineer).
