The right team answers & immediately hangs up. Just done the text thing and someone called me. I say hello & they hang up. I’m getting sick of it.

The word ‘blackmail’ springs to mind!! In the meantime the engineer is going to return with a replacement like for like TiVo box -

I’m not sitting on a phone for an hour, being passed from pillar to post, not being able to hear cause of awful connection and background noise. Having to repeat myself over and over is not how I wish to spend my day.

I was passed to the Elite team, who did what they could to resolve the Wi-Fi signal issues I was having. Now in the last 48 hours the WiFi has gone down twice for several hours.
