    @virginmedia I need to speak to someone urgently about Virgin showing a missed payment on my credit history back in August 2018, when I cancelled my internet back in June 2018 (which was made incredibly difficult by poor customer service at the time)

    Whatever you do think twice before joining @virginmedia it might look fast on paper but the 100mbs service is running slow in Kirkby when it runs at all. Customer service just blames Covid @VodafoneUK gave me prices really quickly by a lovely lady working from home

    @virginmedia I have been unable to access my Blueyonder e mail for 2 weeks now. I have tried the recommended fixes to no Avila and am told I might wait for an hour to have someone answer my call. £80 a month for a broken service is a bit on the steep side

    @virginmedia Well, that is untrustworthy. While running diagnostics yesterday repeatedly, it was determined an engineer visit was necessary and was booked. But things are now working so not sure if to cancel the appointment without an explanation

    Another reminder to switch your broadband services away from @virginmedia. Just been offered £15 as a "gesture of goodwill" for 4 months of practically no service and over 46 hours trying to speak to someone.....PATHETIC!!!

    @virginmedia not great... can't even get through to a queue. Just get a message saying "sorry, try again later". So the ones I can speak to (you) can't help, and the ones who CAN help are uncontactable. Meanwhile I have no response to complaint, I am disconnected constantly and have overpaid

    @virginmedia We have reported it to the bank. Can't find the details now. However, we will need the address to write and cancel our account, we are not in a contract our contract ended 12th January. But we were not informed. This has been mental torture.
