    @virginmedia And the last complaint I raised over this got cancelled because it didn't have any details to the complaint even though all the messages are there to see through your WhatsApp service but the retentions team can't see that or deal with the complaint or help in anyway way

    @virginmedia Everything struggles to stay connected to the Internet. Mobiles, laptops, the TV's. I'm not sure if the speed is an issue as I haven't checked it. (I'm not sure how to.)

    @virginmedia Yes, as discussed many a time. Without fail occasion I phone there is a fault in my area and you will not send out a technician. This circle can not seam to be broken. This is why you have failed to get an engineer out to me for months and months.

    @skytv 2 of ur advisors have called me in oast 4 days to discuss retaining my custom. Both times they have hung up in me mid call. The sheer incompetence ive experienced from ur staff recently makes me glad im moving to virgin media. Ur service is a joke.

    Had quite a battle with Virginmedia this morning when reporting a fault . Wanted me to crawl down on the floor and reach behind the cupboard to start unplugging and then plugging things back in again. Explained in the to her that I have arthritis in my spine as an elderly person and I’m result took a real battle to get them to send a Technician out - apart from anything else tiring having to navigate all the various menus to even get to speak to a human being. Really beginning to wish I had not renewed my contract with #Virginmedia and had gone elsewhere @virginmedia .

    @virginmedia My mum has been a customer for 30 years contracts ran out in April, offered no new deal, even though has sports and cinema. You are forcing her to move to sky after 30 years, it’s seems a ridiculous way to treat someone who has been a customer for 30 years
