@virginmedia A member of the family has dementia and now gone into care home so need to cancel the policy, we have power of attorney which should be noted from last time we sent it to you but they wouldn’t help as they said they can’t deal with us for this situation

@virginmedia daily reeboting of my router is not an answer. Giving me another new router where I then have to reset all of my smart devices is not an answer. Sort out the supply. The BT cables are now in service in my area and switching is looking more likely!

@virginmedia I have these issues all day everyday. I have reported the fault countless times. I reset my router as requested, it fixes itself and then you say everything is good in the world so we’re done. It’s ridiculous.
