  @virginmedia Everything struggles to stay connected to the Internet. Mobiles, laptops, the TV's. I'm not sure if the speed is an issue as I haven't checked it. (I'm not sure how to.)

  @virginmedia I’ve just done that. If you watch the video though you’ll see it doesn’t even let me get to the login page. As soon as I click on virgin media customer it tries to take me to a website & then closes down

  @biggle1908 Virgin media service is good & fast, great deals for new customers, but renewal time they are horrendous. Mine went from £94 to £247 overnight, call centres are useless & it's a massive battle to get to a sensible renewal price. Left them this year after 20 years because of this.
