    @virginmedia After weeks of a landline service being non-existent I was assured this would be fixed yesterday, it's not! Vulnerable isolating person relies on this to keep in touch and in emergencies. Not good enough yet again. Fed up of feeling fobbed off!

    So I first get a call claiming to be from @skytv about tech issue on my broadband I said how’s can that be (I’m not with them) they hang up. Not more than 30 mins later same type of call claiming to be @virginmedia about same issue. Numbers calling me are 01639686677, 01793635483

    Really not at all impressed with @virginmedia I’m not a customer, but called them this morning about someone using my identity for one of their accounts. Said they’d put me through, but just been cut off after 41 minutes on hold. Do they take ID fraud seriously?

    @virginmedia You are not listening. I understand it fluctuates. What I mean is why have I had an acceptable 300meg signal for 11 months & now it’s dropped to below half that? 4 phone calls & two technician visits can’t sort it???? I want what I had!

    @virginmedia The technician came on Wednesday & did a wired connection test. We are only getting 180meg which is terrible considering we are paying for 300meg! My children can’t get a signal at all whereas they were fine before! Two visits and still not resolved!

    @virginmedia 1) For over 5 weeks have had a red light displaying on hub 3.0 with internet and WiFi sporadic ... told by tech as it works now & again I have to wait until not working at all .. All I want is a replacement router as work from home .. pay for Homeworks package too

    @virginmedia Yep no known issues, I even tested my kit on the app and no know issues. The speed seems to have gone up now but still keeps disconnecting intermittently which is the main issue! Any idea why this is happening all over the UK?

    @virginmedia Wifi broadband and wired both down. I ran tests everything shows “working” fine and my router is fine but it’s not nothing has worked since 3am not getting any help or anything tired of this roundabout

    @virginmedia Yes, we have one wired computer which seems to be working fine but all other devices connected through WIFI are not working. They have arranged for an engineer call out tomorrow although I’m not sure what good that will do, and I’ve already lost a mornings work because of this.

    @virginmedia Virgin media excell themselves with their response 2 months after I complained they had not connected my phone service... they wrote and said they phoned and couldn’t get through and the solution was “self help”. Absolutely moronic.
