  @virginmedia Okay, but with respect, the problem is your call centre say different stuff every time, which inevitably bears no resemblance to reality. Later, VM deny those conversations ever took place and there is no written evidence to back up what was agreed. That's what I am after here?

  @virginmedia last month I called up to specifically cancel my TV/BB/Phone contract which ends on 5th May, before the price triples. I started a new BB only contact. This morning I am infuriated to see my bundle has not been cancelled at all & I have been charged for it😡😡

  @virginmedia You’re already aware of the issues, I have an ongoing complaint regarding this. You already have my complaint reference as I gave it your caller today. Who promised someone would ring today. I just need virgin to promise they will restore my Wi-Fi ASAP
