    @virginmedia See thread above, nothing changes except the time of the estimated fix. It must be very localised as not everyone in my area is affected. So if it is damaged cables, I haven’t seen anyone out repairing them over the weekend, it’s a joke

    @virginmedia I looked and that says it’s from the day I registered the total loss of service which was yesterday but really it should be from Friday afternoon when I did the online chat. If I DM you can you check?

    @virginmedia I first informed Virgin Media that my internet was down via online chat on Friday afternoon. Will this have automatically been the time when my loss of service was registered as at the time the advisor said it would be fixed in 24 hours?

    @virginmedia Yes, this has been going on now for months. Was just on to your team to cancel, they hung up on me. I’ve never known a more woeful service. They are quick enough to take payment every month for a service I’m not getting.

    @virginmedia Can I speak to a human, please? It’s impossible to speak to anyone here. I paid for my bill via bank transfer more than a week ago and it hasn’t been registered. Phone service is not recognising my password and I can’t find a live chat.

    @virginmedia how am I meant to get issues resolved when the ‘live chat’ is a bot that fobs you off & when I call I get links sent to my mobile and told to follow them. I want to talk to a real life person, some issues that need addressing! Customer service is not good enough

    How do you get through to Virgin media, absolute joke 3 failed cable repull appointments, next one was set for 3 weeks time, 24 calls since Friday Every one bar 1 has been cut off after between 6 and 18 minutes when they try to divert you. Spoke to a lawyer and want to cancel
