    @virginmedia A member of the family has dementia and now gone into care home so need to cancel the policy, we have power of attorney which should be noted from last time we sent it to you but they wouldn’t help as they said they can’t deal with us for this situation

    @virginmedia Hi. Unfortunately I couldn’t check anything at the time but I did see a technician coming into the area at 6pm on Friday which sorted the issue... not good service that it took all day to sort out though, a day of work lost!!

    How am I supposed to book an appointment for an engineer to look at my installation. Fed up of it going down because of not getting the service I’m paying for. Nothing on your website or my virgin media only offers of trying to make more money for a crap service.

    @virginmedia every week without fail your dodgy box breaks loosing all connections to all devices, some reconnect some don't n have to be done manually, 2.4 devices never manage to find the AP. Have to physically reboot it. The stress you guys are causing us, so we will be leaving. Shameless

    @virginmedia Having to reboot hub & WiFi every time I try to use my TV box from standby. It’s only 2months old. Online diagnostics says it needs a technician but won’t confirm appointment. Can this be resolved? There’s no issue with the WiFi or other TV box that’s further away

    @virginmedia New customer - your system says I don't exist using my username or account details - cannot access anything to alter the content lock AND your WhatsApp channel is still not working. What have I done coming to VM? Do I use the 14 day cooling off and escape now?

    @virginmedia I moved a week ago, not had my Tivo box work since, despite saying you'd call,took me 5 times before someone said they'd send a new box to arrive yesterday. It didn't. I love virgin media customer service usually but this simply isn't good enough. Very disappointed.
