    @virginmedia @libertyglobal It's impossible to speak to anybody to get an engineer to look into it - the stupid chatbot system keeps malfunctioning. I was given 9 minutes to respond, before being told 'we haven't heard from you in a while' and then put into a new queue.

    @virginmedia No they did not... nor or they able to advise what the issue is! I was not informed whilst placing the order and only found out because I called to ask where the credit agreement was, as I hadn't received an email. Very disappointed!
