@Cathy_TwoHalves @virginmedia The problems include always being passed onto to yet another unempowered person eg. To get a code turn a bix back on post upgrade (should have happened anyway) took 2 days and several hours waiting to finally get to a tech, problem then fixed in a few mins.

@virginmedia Internet cuts in and out constantly we have been sent a new 360 box phoned customer service told her the issue codes that were coming up on the screen after telling her a step by step guide of what we done she couldn’t have been quicker to get off the phone and get the techs

@virginmedia We have just to sit and wait on a phone call from the tech team and it’s 24 hours away I don’t know why there isn’t a house visit team that can come and help with the installation and someone that can sort it quicker than 24 hours
