    @richardbranson you really need to sort out your company @virginmedia they a robbing gets. That company is bad in all areas. Some advice for people trying to cancel record everything for proof as they say they have cancelled it then send you loads of bills 😡

    @virginmedia I haven’t seen the credit applied yet, that’s the issue. This will be the 4th time that I’ve been told it’s been corrected and to wait around 24 hours but so far this has never worked

    @virginmedia ..i don't know what manager in any way of life won't speak to a customer! I called back and spoke to another member of the team, who has logged it as a complaint, a manager is calling me today and he is looking what he can do for a 93 year old. Being forced to pay £105 a month...

    @virginmedia The guy was the most arrogant person I've ever spoke to in CS, retentions is meant to be the end of the line, if it was my service and not my wife's 93 year old nan i'd have cancelled the contract. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "managers don't speak to customers"....

    @Sarahlw_95 @virginmedia Sarah I wouldn’t bother with WhatsApp, I’ve been speaking to various people for over a month on there trying to sort my incorrect bill. They just tell you it’s resolved when it isn’t. Scandalous service.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp We have just signed up for a broadband/phone package. We were recommended by a friend. They never gave us a code though as they are a pensioner. We were told to simply give her details in but the operative would not accept. Can we still get a code after?

    @virginmedia Hello, my broadband was supposed to be installed on 6th Sept but your engineer only did half a job and ****** off. When I call up to find out when you're coming back to finish my installation, I can't get a straight answer and nobody calls me back! Shite service!

    Also @virginmedia need to remind their call centre staff that customers are not idiots; the guy I was talking to had no idea why the link wasnt working so asdvised me to "Try again after 5, if its still not working call back" wonder if he managed clock out bang on 5?

    @virginmedia It does say that there is is an issue when I check on the virgin media help section and says that the TV has an issue and an estimated fixing date will be tomorrow at 13:55. I can't get anything on the screen to even do anything about it. The helpline is also not helpful.

    So it has been 4 days since the TV has not worked through the tivo box. But we have a brand new spare one we kept just in case and the same problem occurred. This isn't a 'box' problem so I don't actually need a new one. It is a cable issue from @virginmedia to homes.
