@virginmedia And the last complaint I raised over this got cancelled because it didn't have any details to the complaint even though all the messages are there to see through your WhatsApp service but the retentions team can't see that or deal with the complaint or help in anyway way

Hi @virginmedia, my dear old mum has been on the phone for 20 minutes because her broadband has gone down. Your advisors keep saying to reset the hub and disconnecting before it's sorted. Any ideas? Still using the crap one you sent years ago despite her recontracting

@virginmedia Hey, have discovered that I'm supposed to wait 30 days for those to activate, even tho I can only cancel after 14 days, & I wasn't told any of this. Might be easier to call? Why would it take so long to work when we're on fibre optic? Kinda been slightly missold all the changes.

@tombradby @virginmedia Virgin was the best back in the day when they were the only fibre suppliers. Now, thanks to BT, all suppliers can offer it and Virgin no longer offers the same service, so people are leaving in droves. Fewer customers mean less revenue, which means fewer people to sort things.

@virginmedia help is a waste of time, should be getting 600 but getting between 10 and 26. The hub turns has been paying up for weeks, think it’s finally gone. Done every test possible just need a new hub, or might give Sky a ho now they do the faster option.
