@virginmedia Stay disconnected should be the tag 1 hour waiting to get through on the phone to get a 24 hour fix to go back the next day to the same no connection They direct you to the web but it does not answer your question My recommendation dont trust a virgin experience no

just cancelled my @virginmedia account after 30 plus years, If you're a new customer you can get the package I was on plus extra channels and other benefits for over £30 less a month, but existing customers can't, no loyalty to customers what so ever,

I didn't think @virginmedia could make the help desk experience any more excruciating, but the use of @WhatsApp instead of regular online chat means they can put you on hold for literal days! 😧 I'm going to return to just sitting on the phone for hours.

@virginmedia Took out the bundle with the O2 contract and was promised I wouldn’t be charged for the O2 contract until services were installed. Being charged for the last 3 months with O2 and now I can’t cancel the contract even though I have cancelled the virgin install

@geofftech @VodafoneUK Interesting. I had the same problem over BT Broadband several years ago (Twitter images not loading). None of the support staff even understood my description of the problem - kept testing the connection and saying it was working 🤦. The main reason I moved to Virgin Media.
