@virginmedia They answered, established they couldn't sell me a new product then told me to phone back in the day my contract ends and immediately hung up.. If it was clearly stated online in your info "don't phone us to cancel until your contract ends" I'd have saved 35 minutes of my day..

@virginmedia not used my package for 4 weeks. You said you would send someone out to reconnect, which never happened, you keep passing me to different departments. you still have the cheek to send me a bill. Still waiting for the free return package to send your equipment back

@virginmedia then today texted twice and told the engineer is on site to fix the issue, estimated repair time 18:00. Few hours later another text comes to let us know the good news, problem identified, an engineer is on the way, estimated fix time 30/01. the outrage continue
