    In 10+ yrs of having #virginmedia this is only second time TV service has been down. The broadband meanwhile is up n down like a dog at the fair

    @virginmedia Upgraded TV boxes Friday at 5pm and still no TV service. Spoken to 7 different customer service people. Even had a text to say all sorted but no. Very poor service especially in this day and age and a big media company! Not good enough.

    Got to love Virgin media. The Tv isn’t working so you go to the website to see if there’s a problem or if it’s just you and that isn’t working either. But don’t fear it tells you. The page where you can pay the bill is fine.

    @virginmedia Your team have said they added me to fraud alert on your system as I’ve called so much to get the issue resolved! Oh and they also say I owe money for my media account - which I don’t actually have yet! Even the call handler said neither her or manager know why!!!

    @virginmedia I am no longer a Virgin Media member. Hurrah!! Yesterday, I called your company to switch off just my TV services. My intention was to retain your wifi . But once again due to incredibly poor handling by your company, I decided to cancel everything. Happy days!!

    @virginmedia I’ve spoken them already. Again, I have spoken to many departments (possibly all of them) over a 12 day period and spent a total of over 12 hours on the phone in total trying to fix your mistakes.
