    Set the @virginmedia hub 4 up and is performing worse than the previous. Watching the boxing via sky go and keeps stalling and buffering. Also before when checked the speed it was 20mb when pay for 100mb. Waste of money as never get what pay for.

    @virginmedia I rang yesterday and you offered a new monthly rate for our package going forward. You then emailed confirming a higher price. I have tried 3 times to use your messaging service but, after giving details of my query, the chat then goes dead! Very poor service!

    @virginmedia Mmm. 2 days loss of service in a week. Not good. Maybe I'll speak to that nice chappie in Sheffield at PlusNet or maybe get BT Sports for free with BT Think you can do better tbh Voda do a cheap deal too...

    Hard to accept an email from @virginmedia stated our new 360 box is £27 cheaper for new customers, but we’re an existing customer so we have to pay more. They may as well have signed off the email with ‘f*ck you’.

    @virginmedia There is no problems in the area... equipment is all plugged in/installed properly. My wife is working from home & keeps getting interrupted & misses calls etc.... Needs sorting now

    @virginmedia how difficult it was trying to cancel a contract that's got less than 2 weeks left to run. Cant be charging people to cancel a contract with that amount of time. Plus you took more money off me last bill. Ridiculous customer service

    @virginmedia My internet keeps going off on a daily basis for roughly 10/15 mins at a time 2:3 times a day. I have a complaint going thru....There will be another one if you don’t sort out this problem & the other problems within the next 24hrs

    Rang to downgrade @virginmedia package, spoke to 3 different advisors and it appears the prices are literally plucked from their arses on the spot offering less of a discount than at first 🤦🏻 no customer loyalty & staff dont care. Req cancellation after the poor service today!

    @virginmedia ...went off. Since, we were told to get everything reconnected and it would all be back on within 72hrs - we’re now in over 72hrs and nothing has changed. Also, to add, the Hub 4 has been shockingly bad, 1GB but it’s slower than my previous 350mb box. Any suggestions?

    @DgMarshx @virginmedia @ShivFPS still got packet loss and buffering has become quite bad to be fair and I’ll be contacting them again shortly to find out what’s going on this time this isn’t good enough, they promise the fastest internet what a load of BS it doesn’t work so if it’s not fixed im leaving

    Why is everybody else’s virgin media issue getting fixed and mine isn’t?! I’ve just been told by my managers I won’t be getting paid for the day even tho I’ve been sat here since 7:30am trying to resolve virgin media’s issue? This isn’t fair

    @virginmedia And you have to understand she and I have contacted separately on this issue and have been lied to by you call handlers telling us it’s sorted when it’s not. So you can see why she is so let down. As a key worker she does not have the time to keep ringing about the issue 1/2

    @virginmedia @virginmedia I tried to do this yesterday, I stopped as the service agent the other end started giving me responses that I'm assuming were for another customer. I've tried today and I'm now in a loop with the bot, where it keeps asking if I want to hold and to pick an answer.
