    @virginmedia Hi. Unfortunately I couldn’t check anything at the time but I did see a technician coming into the area at 6pm on Friday which sorted the issue... not good service that it took all day to sort out though, a day of work lost!!

    @virginmedia The same technician just called said I’m booking you in for me to come back 7th Feb he said earlier another team were coming because he couldn’t do it either not feeling it today or you had too many jobs booked in for him. We’ve cancelled the direct debit! Please cancel your end!

    @virginmedia So what I need to do can’t be done online so need to speak to someone. Do I have to waste another hour of my time? Maybe if I was a new customer you may be more inclined to help, but I’ve been with you over 20 years (through your various incarnations) so probably not priority.

    I've always said that the @virginmedia product is good, but their customer service is beyond atrocious, just spent over an hour on hold, spoke to an operator only to be cut off after discussing what I want to do. Just bloody appalling. Will they call back? Of course not.

    @virginmedia What is happening with your customer service? Before Christmas someone called me from virgin media and they tried to scum me ! I have called literally 10 times and spoken to your team! They accept this fault belong to virgin media but nothing done by your end.

    @virginmedia But they hung up after me waiting 40 minutes. So what do i do now? Somebody internally must be able to contact them surely. Have also posted letter as it offers that as alternative for cancellation. Just need someone to help.
