    @virginmedia had no TiVo working for 1 week now. WiFi running really slow. 5th day of calling up and being passed from pillar to post, on hold for 45 mins only to be told I’ve been transferred to the wrong department, further hold for 35 minutes to have the line go dead!!!!

    @virginmedia tv and broadband dropping in and out. Whenever I call I just get a call centre faraway telling me they've restarted it and that should fix it. It's not. #veryfrustrated

    @virginmedia Tues realised we’d been hacked via phishing email. Contacted Customer Service everyday for help & they have been useless. Told us they would turn our emails off for 48hrs to secure it. They’re can’t now get us back on despite 📞over an hr.😡

    @caffyhank @virginmedia They are shite. I left them 2 weeks ago due to the same issue. 100mb and was getting like 2mb. Although when I phoned up a few days before disconnection, they messed with my settings and I got 100mb!!

    @virginmedia They never righted themselves, had a tech out (who was great) but a week later back to patchy drops outs and now all this week service has been less than decent. Really don't understand how this continues to happen @virginmedia Moving suppliers is looking more likley

    @LeafNetSco @ispreview @virginmedia It's an upgrade,. Been with them since the Blueyonder days. Also I ordered the upgrade, mainly for the Hub 5 and its WiFi 6, on the 6th of Jan. I didn't want to cancel my contract because I've been with them since the 90s and I've had no problems but this is wrong.

    @virginmedia Hi our system is now working and thanks to the engineer who was able to fix it, however I was told that automatic compensation would be incorporated into our next bill, this did not happen and the full direct debit was taken. We had a very interrupted service from the 7 th Dec.

    @virginmedia Just did another Speed Test on my @virginmedia £45 / month broadband. Download speed is 21.5 BMPS and Upload speed is 9.5 BMPS. No wonder @virginmedia customer services are ignoring me.
