    @virginmedia So I’ve scanned the living room ok Come up to the bedroom above the router, can’t find it! And doesn’t find it anywhere else upstairs! My phone won’t connect so the WiFi at all! It shows as connected but can’t access the internet. And I’ve forgotten the network!

    @AllenWeso6 @1878shadow @virginmedia Just binned them off to go back to Sky. Been paying for the all singing and dancing fibre broadband and it’s slower then my work mobile router! TV picture is dog rough and my Virgin Mobile sim won’t take calls from anyone on the EE network when I’m connected to the WiFi! See ya!

    @virginmedia I have called and was offered a deal £40 per month more than a new customer can get. My cancelation day is booked in for a month from now. Unless someone wants to come back to me with a much closer deal I’ll sign up to an new supplier by tomorrow.

    @virginmedia it is had to believe just how terrible Virgin Customer Service is. Everyone you speak to says something different. We have had NO service for last 6 weeks, told would be fixed today. Now told another 3 weeks. No reason , no apology ..

    @virginmedia after a few hours of installation I'm done. 2 hours on the phone and told I have to pay extra for a WiFi booster. You've had 3 engineers out to try and get my installation in the first place. And now I've Cancelled the service
