    @jamiec1995 @virginmedia Won’t show the 5G network on the wireless at all, reboots back the the 2G one its saving the settings then when you click WiFi it’s not there and reverts back to only showing the previous WiFi’s

    I see @virginmedia have it sorted. You can only cancel or suspend your sports subscription if you call them. Reduced call centres meaning massive waits on the phone. But if you don’t pay they cut your internet and tv off at the time of most need. Let us do it online!!!!

    @virginmedia you are getting slated on Facebook looks like you will lose lots of customers after this is over, in the chat you say ring after 1 hour of waiting you get cut off . Poor customer service, my plan has run out so it’s gone up in price I am on Furlough cost cutting .

    @virginmedia is there currently an issue in the Wa8 7dd area are WiFi went of over an hour ago have carried out the usual health checks but no joy and can’t get through on the phones!

    @virginmedia As I have said endlessly, we have rung that number endlessly and had no joy. You know have my account number. Use your internal mechanisms to send out an engineer as our issue cannot be sorted remotely.

    @virginmedia Every night for days it went out for an hour or so for no reason. Tuesday it was a registered fault in the area with an estimated fix time of 4 o clock and now it's out again with estimated fix of 19.40. I can't carry on with this level of service. Trying to earn a living here.
