    @virginmedia I think it was the bad weather we had last night affecting the signal. The first time I rang up the lady I spoke to was ok then she asked me to get Google up on another device so I went to get it when I got back she had gone. I told her to hang on while I got the device 1/3

    @virginmedia The last time I was talking to a man I explained all that had happened and said it is 1.30am here and I want to get it sorted and he hung up. It seems to be working ok now so that's why I think its the weather but I must say you need to revise your customer support

    @virginmedia Yeah we’ve been a customer for years, I know how to do that. The issue was that we got a new package (router, TiVo, landline) that got installed on Saturday afternoon, and by Saturday evening the package was cancelled for no reason

    @virginmedia Thank you. Yes I have always had the app, it now says it cannot find me, I try to reset and don’t get the email or anything. (But I’ve been a customer with these same details for years). Is there any online or WhatsApp help? I cannot call as I have no data.

    @virginmedia That's just the point though. I asked to raise a complaint and your call centre agent told me to do it via the website.. i called last night was promised a call back 'right away' due to the system freezing and what do you know.. no call made.. Good job Virgin.. 👏 👍
