    @virginmedia The last time I was talking to a man I explained all that had happened and said it is 1.30am here and I want to get it sorted and he hung up. It seems to be working ok now so that's why I think its the weather but I must say you need to revise your customer support

    @virginmedia I think it was the bad weather we had last night affecting the signal. The first time I rang up the lady I spoke to was ok then she asked me to get Google up on another device so I went to get it when I got back she had gone. I told her to hang on while I got the device 1/3

    @virginmedia Yeah we’ve been a customer for years, I know how to do that. The issue was that we got a new package (router, TiVo, landline) that got installed on Saturday afternoon, and by Saturday evening the package was cancelled for no reason

    @M1keSharp @virginmedia Thanks Mike. This problem has been exist more than 7 months. We have been canceled last contract and we applied new one with better speed. Nothing has been changed. We are keep loosing the connection. Router still connected to Internet but its kicking us out of the connection

    @virginmedia As we are so used to the drop in broadband speed the first thing we do is check maintenance in our area and neighbours and then switch the hub off and back on again, and yes it’s still poor
