-
zach close YT 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈 (@ZachcloseYT) reported from St Helens, England@virginmedia you are so crap we don't pay you to keep having problems daily
-
Martin Travis (@lurkinhead) reported from Birkenhead, England@virginmedia Okay, but with respect, the problem is your call centre say different stuff every time, which inevitably bears no resemblance to reality. Later, VM deny those conversations ever took place and there is no written evidence to back up what was agreed. That's what I am after here?
-
Ray Waring (@RayWaring) reported from Liverpool, England@virginmedia Sorry I really don’t get it. A few hours ago I was told that your team would investigate etc. Now you’re telling you don’t have any access so I’m left to hang on with no one from VM being able to update me. Is that it?
-
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@virginmedia can someone help me please? I’m about to lose my ****. Never ever known anything like this company. Now telling me lies on WhatsApp. Saying i logged an issue weeks after engineers had already been out to find the fault. Refusing compensation after 4 mths no service.
-
Maureen StewartJones (@supergran22) reported from Eccleston, England@virginmedia I'm not sure this is the 3rd box. It's the one with the router in same room. Re advice remotely got message saying problem could not be solved.
-
Cambo (@cambo691) reported from Birkenhead, England@les_murray71 @virginmedia This and their woeful customer service is why we binned them off mate
-
Jack Kelly (@realjackoh187) reported from Widnes, England@virginmedia Visit was fine replaced wifi. I was never out of Internet completely like it says only your compensation page, but it was equally as bad since my step daughter had online training to do which couldn't be done at all. My children also were not able to do homework.
-
Anne McCormack (@1AnneMcCormack) reported from Billinge Chapel End, England@virginmedia I tell them to ring 999 or 0151 709 6010 if they want to report a crime. They hang up but they sound South Asian and their English is poor. I worry about other oaps being conned. Good luck chasing them.
-
Rob (@Robertlfc_) reported from Liverpool, England@virginmedia is honestly the worst company for WiFi
-
Andy McKeown (@AndyMcK1982) reported from Liverpool, England@virginmedia So I’ve been told false information to make me sign up there and then! Terrible customer service there!
-
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@jenwahkiddles @virginmedia Pity they didn’t do it for us, had no tv or broadband for over 3 months and can’t even get the compensation they owe us, plus the direct debits they took knowing we had total loss of service. Shambolic company.
-
(っ◔◡◔)っ ₚᵢₙₑₐₚₚₗₑ ᵢₛ ₜₕₑ ₛᵤₚₑᵣᵢₒᵣ fᵣᵤᵢₜ (@beakybox) reported from Litherland, England@virginmedia broadband being down again, how, why
-
Martin Travis (@lurkinhead) reported from Birkenhead, England@BlaggerBly @virginmedia Seems to be Wirral wide at least, and I think Liverpool is affected too. VM should be massively compensating their affected customers for this, but they hide behind their terms and conditions where they only deem it reasonable to compensate if the outage last more than 3 days!

kaan #freeimamoglu (@laankaan) reported@virginmedia So should I check your outage page daily to see if I’m getting the service I’m already being overcharged for? It took 30 minutes to talk to someone btw. Also; scaring people to overpriced renewals 6 months in advance is DISGUSTING.
-
Melvyn Malloch (@melvynmalloch) reported@virginmedia moved to your broadband service from @TalkTalk a few months ago it's something I regret everyday. -
pedwards (@petepedwards) reported@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia They are on a separate network to most other providers so you can get a contract with someone like BT/Sky etc while Virgin dispute is sorted. Three also offer a 5g based home internet service that's dependent on mobile signal.
