@virginmedia That’s not the point, I don’t want credit. I want a reliable service. And this isn’t reliable. My 4G service on my phone is more reliable than my home broadband. That’s not good.

@virginmedia There’s no service issue, the engineer had punctured the cabling with a cable tack. It stops the fibre optic cable from working. I removed it but not before having to sit on the phone for 30 minutes after me complaining the other day about your inept installation team

@virginmedia I don’t have a landline or a Virgin phone, I don’t want to rack up a huge phonebill calling you to sort out an issue on your side. I’ve now performed a factory reset and still not working. So I’ve ran the broadband test from my Virgin Media page and it says the equipment is off.

@virginmedia Ah so now you’ve acknowledged there’s an issue in the area with a fix ETA of nearly 3am. So no broadband all evening. This happened last week too. This isn’t acceptable service levels.

@virginmedia I cannot believe you are putting the price up again and claiming it is ultra reliable when I've had nothing but an unpredictable signal since getting the hub. It's not worth £25 let alone £27.50
