You call and it will not let you contact to anyone as it’s a complex problem in the area. Anyone know a better provider I’ve totally had enough.

I’ve updated his password and his email is now receiving emails on his phone and iPad - I think we’re ok. Frustrating that the live chat sent him around in circles

He’s spent nearly 3hrs on live chat today trying to fix it. He’s 86 and relies upon his email to order from home. Can you please explain to me the process to correct this issue?
