@virginmedia @virginmedia engineer has been out done tests everything fine , except the Wi-Fi cutting out . Which you say is because of Android 08 . My partner has same device as me but has Android 07 and she has the same problem. It was fine till a couple of months ago I think it's your hub

@Loddonbrewery @virginmedia That’s because YODEL’s contract is with the sender, Virgin. They’ll tell the customer (you) to contact the sender. Virgin keeps telling customers to contact YODEL. They know that’s wrong, yet keep doing it.

@virginmedia Yes tried it , no change. As I mentioned in previous posts my partner Lyndsay has the same problem. Still waiting for you to come up with a solution ! Seriously thinking of trying another network now for my broadband. 😡😡

@virginmedia @natashaoneill_ We’re getting sick of saying this. It’s NOT the customer’s responsibility to contact YODEL. Virgin hired them. Contract is with Virgin. All YODEL will do is tell the customer to contact Virgin. Stop lying to customers.

@virginmedia I rebooted it yesterday and a number of times previously. I’m now in receipt of a Cat. 6 Ethernet cable which has improved wired speeds - I’d suggest these should come as standard - but wireless speeds are still slow and unreliable.

@virginmedia An engineer has tested it ,it's fine. my partner has same device as me but has Android 07 not 08 and she has the same problem. It was fine till a couple of months ago. I think your hub is the problem ,waiting for a solution! 😡

@virginmedia Hiya…. I upgraded to 500 Mbps broadband from the 15th November, I’ve never getting over 400 Mbps since. Sometimes it’s under 3. I’m pretty sure the Superhub 3 I’ve had forever isn’t capable.

@virginmedia I understand there's factor that affect signal but dropping from 600mbps to 1.4mbps with in the space of 10 feet from the hub. This has been an on off issue since I became a customer I've got 2 brick type extenders but according to my Last engineer visit they were no good.

@virginmedia It says there’s no issue. That’s why I ran a speed test. The service is consistently too poor to WFH or operate my smart home devices, and my neighbours all complain about Virgin around here.
