@jamiec1995 @virginmedia Won’t show the 5G network on the wireless at all, reboots back the the 2G one its saving the settings then when you click WiFi it’s not there and reverts back to only showing the previous WiFi’s

@thetinysir Sky are **** switched to virgin media a few days ago and I can finally get signal in my room and acc download things in seconds, we aren’t paying £90 a month anymore either

@StazJohnson @virginmedia We had this problem for 10-12 weeks after the first lockdown, especially in the evening. Took numerous phone calls, 3 visits from engineers, a new router and threatening to change providers before they 'fixed a problem in our area'.

@virginmedia Complaint. Avoid. Tried to call customer services, even made a complaint about constant broadband issues in area 20. Absolutely no response, nothing. Total shambles...what has happened to this once credible company. Everyone in my area has similar issues.
