@virginmedia Poor. Very poor. 3 days trying, being on hold, being assured return calls, moving home team have to speak to Netflix team (don't even have it), then being told it's cancelled and being give packaging instructions. Ridiculous, wanted to stay with you.

@virginmedia not used my package for 4 weeks. You said you would send someone out to reconnect, which never happened, you keep passing me to different departments. you still have the cheek to send me a bill. Still waiting for the free return package to send your equipment back

@richie_rich77 @virginmedia @bt_uk Have a look around. I was with BT and the service was terrible. I ended up being refunded a years worth of broadband bills because the service was so bad. Their superfast 76mbps gave me 4mbps. Sky and talktalk were both faster on the same line.
