Our box never turned up then there was a problem in the area (forever reoccurring) which wouldn’t be fixed for several days. Not good when you run a business from home

It seems to be working ok now so that's why I think its the weather but I must say you need to revise your customer support

I have been told this is impossible though so cant see it happening. Its really bad customer service IMO.
