    @virginmedia standard day again today WiFi has failed over 6 times on the phone for an hour and get cut off again!! If I could get through I would cancel may just have to stop paying my bill you might contact me then #poorservice #nointernet #p

    Internet is FINALLY up and running, thank you to Lee who I spoke to earlier who was the only helpful person I’ve dealt with during all of this who actually managed to resolve my issue! @virginmedia

    When you cancel a direct debit pending an overpayment query, an extortionate figure is taken by them, you get charged £7.50 for late payment, you are on hold for 45 minutes and then they say the direct debit wasn’t cancelled 👀NEVER CHOOSE VIRGIN @virginmedia @SCOAF_UK

    @virginmedia I’ve spend another 90 minutes this morning trying to get through to you after being told last week I would receive a call back within a few hours and I’m still waiting. Have you got a number which I can get through on and cancel. Worst service I’ve ever received

    @virginmedia Yes keeps shutting down then going through the start up routine on the modem green light etc sometimes it’s off for 10 mins sometimes longer but can happen up to 7/8 time a day

    @virginmedia Today so far so good but this has been happening every day for the past 2 weeks but I can never get through on the phone on hold for an hour at a time only to be cut off!! Went off again twice last night trying work from home is impossible

    @virginmedia Yes, it is showing an outage. It says an engineer is working on it, but the time it’s set to be fixed has gone from 4pm today, to 9pm tonight, to 9am tomorrow morning. You have already lost me a day at work and I’ve missed a deadline. You need to sort this now.

    When u order a mobile Phone on Sunday with @virginmedia because urs has been stolen & u still don’t have it. & all u get off support is u will get ur agreement contract email in 24/48 hours. Sunday to Thursday hmm how many hrs? Shocker customer service. Fast enough to take the £
