    Whatever you do think twice before joining @virginmedia it might look fast on paper but the 100mbs service is running slow in Kirkby when it runs at all. Customer service just blames Covid @VodafoneUK gave me prices really quickly by a lovely lady working from home

    @virginmedia all about the money not about the service. In Kirkby Merseyside we have had a lot of outages since March and you are ignoring my requests for help by email, chat, FB, Twitter and don’t answer the phones. @VodafoneUK uk answered my web chat straight away

    will never use or recommend @virginmedia for broadband that’s for sure. new customer and haven’t even done the main work prior to my wifi being fitted today which i have waited nearly 2 weeks for! can’t even give me a date when they can come back. useless!

    Had @virginmedia phone ... again! Saying that can do better on price. I phoned up & asked for a better price due to rise in energy bills & food, they couldn't help. But now I have cancelled & got broadband elsewhere, they are falling over themselves to do better! #energybills

    @virginmedia Connection seems to be dropping every hour or two, very unstable. And the speeds we do get are awful. Myself and my partner both work from home and it’s beginning to impact our work.
