@virginmedia I want to downgrade. Lowest TV package (no BT Sport) 50MB broadband Weekend calls How much pm would this be. Currently on Full house and I've been told it's going to £85 pm. This is far too much. Need to get costs down.

@virginmedia No that’s the problem nobody can tell me!! It’s 103 days since my services were switched off( after my 30days notice) 16th February my services were switched off. I just keep being told that numerous requests have been made to send my refund cheque!

@virginmedia trying to buy a film and honestly it’s a joke. I can never log into my online account as I get an error 57. Now I have enter a code and then try and log in “to make it quick and simple” Assume that code just means ‘your with virgin so just give up’ 🙄 #useless
