    @virginmedia checked this and currently it says no issues,there clearly is a issue as this is not an isolated incident and is affecting others closeby. Unless you can actually do anything that may solve or attempt to solve the issue dont bother replying because your just giving me lip service

    @virginmedia Previous appointment had to be cancelled due to work commitments. Unsure what they would have done at the property anyway when it looks like an issue with the service to my property and others. Can’t you check Wa74rf postcode service supply?

    @virginmedia I have recently moved house the new house has 2 virgin wall sockets one downstairs one up, plugged in down stairs we get 500mbps but we want the hub upstairs so we plugged it into the upstairs wall socket everything is live but now only get 50mbps? Any fix to this?

    @virginmedia I have used this service in the past and faults have been noted, I have also reported it before now on my account. It’s just weird that every Sunday I appear to be having issues.

    @virginmedia can’t get through on the phone, so you launch an app to manage your own account, then when you try and make changes it sends you to a chat option which also you can’t get through on. Your service is an absolute joke !

    @virginmedia You are aware of the problem, told us it's a fault and it's being fixed by 12th April, it wasn't, we rang, you gave us reassurance it will be fixed by the 22nd, it hasn't, we rang got passed around a lot! Now you say it will be fixed 29th. Hands up if you would put up with this?

    @virginmedia Your online checker tells me my line is fine. It’s not. There was an outage yesterday, it came back on and now it’s off again. I’ve restarted the hub multiple times.

    @SonicDalek @virginmedia We had this for over a year. It was an “Old chip in a junction box in Shepshed”. It was “Probably a damaged cable” it was “Maybe you need a new set top box” it was loads of things. Turned out a very easy fix- we got Sky
