    @virginmedia I have tried EVERYTHING to speak to a human however the automated rubbish doesn’t let me get there. It just tells me there is a problem that you are trying to fix. Clearly I am aware there is a problem and has been for sometime I have done all usual diagnostics my end

    @virginmedia Restarted twice, no problems with Internet at all. It started randomly on Monday night I thought it was going down but no it's like its telling me Internet is working but no thanks. Router is stuck where it is next to TV don't want flashing x

    @virginmedia So it looks like the router resetting was the start of a bigger issue. Router appears to be having issues again. Your diag service thinks the router is switched off but it certainly isn’t.

    @virginmedia Thanks - your service status page isn't massively helpful. Fix date keeps moving later, and your update service does not work. It'd be useful to know what the issue was and whether this is likely to be fixed quickly so I can plan accordingly. Do pay quite a large sum every month!

    Hi @virginmedia. My broadband and TV have been down for most of the week. Current fix has moved to tomorrow at 12:00 - but I'm not getting updates despite registering. Can you give me more details on the area-wide issue and fix please? Internet has become an essential for WFH etc

    @virginmedia I had an engineer out as I don’t get any WiFi signal upstairs since joining virgin. He confirmed I need extender pods (free of charge) as I don’t get signal, told me to call the faults team. I did they want £8 a month?? Your T and Cs say if you don’t get WiFi you get pods

    @virginmedia Hi there, sadly this didn’t last as I have not had a single night’s worth of WiFi since upgrading my contract. 8pm every evening it just does not work. Please can you help me resolve this? I’m simply paying for a service that I’m not getting and high traffic is not an excuse.

    @Danny_Blackburn @virginmedia It is. Don't think it's them though. Something going nuts on my internal network. Interfering with traffic and DHCP. Have unplugged everything and slowly building it back up.
