    @virginmedia The technician came on Wednesday & did a wired connection test. We are only getting 180meg which is terrible considering we are paying for 300meg! My children can’t get a signal at all whereas they were fine before! Two visits and still not resolved!

    @billieporter_ @virginmedia As painful as it is ring them up because when I was on virgin paying that much I was getting faster. I’m with EE pay £54 a month and get upto 900mbps. It could be an issue with your broadband if you are finding it **** too - during week you’ll find is quieter to call xx

    @virginmedia we're getting really slow WiFi speeds on all Apple devices using the new Hub 3.0. Android devices are okay. It's just iPhones and iPads that are on a go slow. Any advice/tips to solve this?
