@virginmedia So I stayed with you for another 12 months. With a clean account, our first bill in July reduced by £19 to £28. Paid the July amount, had a reminder to pay the August figure of £47, which had doubled from somewhere. WTF was my reaction. Paid £47. Not paying rest.

@virginmedia Have messed up my order. As a NEW CUSTOMER the service has been terrible. Now told the ******* the hone “cancel it” she says she can’t untill next Friday. I said “dont be ridiculous! I’m not waiting a week for a new order to be put in” canceling with the bank now!

Yet AGAIN my broadband connection has gone. @virginmedia this is every single month, multiple times a month and I get old nothing but 'try to reboot your router' every single time. The amount of complaints on twitter alone jusy goes to show how poor your service is.

Why is @virginmedia so appalling? Broadband been off for 48 hours,but they manage to take their monthly payment without a problem which gets more expensive each month..if your thinking of virgin think again!

@virginmedia 7 advisors so far today. All disconnected at some point. No issues with anyone else. I just wanted to downgrade my broadband at the end of the contract however the price will remain the same if I stay on the same connection or downgrade. Time to become a new customer

Virgin media outage in my area AGAIN today, so no internet, TV, or landline. Happened last Sunday aswell. Don't know what's going on. Good job I'm not working today with work having their own technical problems.
