    @virginmedia And the last complaint I raised over this got cancelled because it didn't have any details to the complaint even though all the messages are there to see through your WhatsApp service but the retentions team can't see that or deal with the complaint or help in anyway way

    @virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience

    @virginmedia what??? there isn't a local fault. the cable attached to my house is slightly corroded and possibly causing the issue...that is why the engineer was due out today which I did mention in my previous tweet. and yes i was given a fix time of this morning if the engineer came...

    @Mitz__P @virginmedia @O2 Very doubtful. I was hoping virgin would use the O2 network so I can atheist use data service but since using 5G sim cannot get data at all in loads of areas. My son the same yet my wife and other son who are on 4G sims work fine..
