@virginmedia I have recently moved house the new house has 2 virgin wall sockets one downstairs one up, plugged in down stairs we get 500mbps but we want the hub upstairs so we plugged it into the upstairs wall socket everything is live but now only get 50mbps? Any fix to this?

@virginmedia how many days without WiFi before I get real help it’s M11 MCR it’s been 3 days now .. only had it back for 3 weeks prior to that it was off everyday for hours for roughly a month it’s driving me INSANE because there’s NO REAL people to speak to gotta go work now!!

@juliecason @virginmedia Not in a position to do this as my wife has her home office in another room away from the box. Hence why we pay for the boosters. Been having problems for about a week now but has been intermittent for quite a while
