@virginmedia I’m also sick of calling this number being told to press 1 then 2, when I get past 1 it asks for the account number no option to speak to a real person can I just get the phone number to speak to a real person who will help me

@virginmedia 14 year customer M41 area Manchester. New router Monday internet dropping around Tea time (350meg). Engineer yesterday new boosters and I’ve had to buy a ether switch as told it’s my cctv no it’s not. Let’s hear the PR BS I want a proper refund!!! #virginmedia

@WilfSauce @WrestlingJebus @Archiebald_C I have Virgin Media, so haven't had to use TVPlayer personally, but I know of people who have and it's worked perfectly fine. I believe there is a rolling contract for the service of £6.99 after the event so make sure you cancel afterwards.

@virginmedia haven’t sent the correct equipment to start my new package, spend hours on the phone and get nowhere. Installation contractor doesn’t turn up and no communication. Now left without any television and an official complaint doesnt even get you a call back within a week
