    @virginmedia keep ringing me on a daily basis! Sometimes I can’t answer and they leave a long, silent voicemail! When I do answer, they put the phone down on me! I know it’s Virgin because if I try to ring back I get a recorded msg saying they’ll try again soon!

    Three different calls today from people claiming to be from @virginmedia wanting to fix 'faults' on my line by installing software on my phone. I find these funny and drag the calls out but some people may be fooled.

    why are VM so SHITE. Had an agent tell me to BIN my new sim card as I didn’t need it & I can use my old sim card. I’m now paying for 2 sim cards and ones in the BIN...now they’re telling me I have to pay an ‘exit’ fee to ‘cancel’ the contract 😡 @virginmedia

    @virginmedia 6/12 later we still haven’t despite phone calls and false assurances we still have not got number back contacted vm whom basically said it’s my problem and here’s the number to call no help .... it’s beyond disappointing

    @virginmedia I hope this upgrade that is coming at the end of January is for a tried and tested hub 4, fu@k the 1 Gig speed, that's no use if your equipment only fires on 2 cylinders like the hub 3, read forums or stick it up your thick stupid ignorant useless arse.

    Really dissapointed with virgin media 'service'. Taking over £500 in one month from our dad who has dementia. Thought we had sorted it out yesterday then today they once again cutt off his TV lifeline so now he can't watch TV. Going to set him up with SKY TV

    @virginmedia I already called and didn't manage to speak to an agent, only a machine telling me what I already know...I know you can't provide a 100% of the time service, but didn't have any problem in 16 months (with you guys too). And since the upgrade, every single f*cking day... 1/2

    @virginmedia Thanks, John. We’ve tried that, it says there’s no problem but quite frequently can’t talk to the hub, or takes a long time to connect. The hub speed test we ran last night took over 10mins rather than 60s. It can also take a long time to connect the app to the hub.

    @virginmedia please sort your phone lines out. My vulnerable grandparents phones are not working again. It's happening daily and especially when it rains. Trying to contact you is impossible and your online service checker says no issues in the area. Appalling!

    @virginmedia Well, no one bothered to turn up. I've had to call to chase and apparently they are on the way. So no one called to say they were on their way. Usual excellent service I have come to know from you.

    @virginmedia No one can call and they can't ring out. Just a dead line. We have tried to call that number but as the phone is down more than it works it is proving very difficult to get through. My grandmother is getting stressed because her phone is her life line
