@virginmedia Don't really want to waste another hour of my life calling back yet again! Already wasted 2 hrs was given a 'direct" number which no-one answered. Call centre can't help or understand problem. What is the point? Do U get reimbursement for all the inconvenience @virginmedia ?

@virginmedia on hold with Virgin Mobile over 1 hour only to be cut off, no decency to even call me back? Spent over 4 hours in the week holding for Virgin Media to be cut off twice! Again no call backs? Appreciate waiting times are longer but this is appalling service. Fewming 🤬

@virginmedia Thought it was tough to connect to someone on phone (57 mins wait) and another 36 mins convincing your helpdesk colleague that there is a problem - they sent someone within 12 hours to check and that talented technician found and fixed the issue in 20 mins.. all sorted !! 👍🏻👍🏻

Oh @virginmedia yesterday I upgraded my broadband speed for the kids & I to WFH effectively (double what it was) & sure enuff it’s now not working at all 😡 & been on hold 20 mins plus to a special tech line you bundled in for me ... kids next lesson in 10 mins!

@virginmedia I’ve got 3 separate issues! Nobody cares, I can’t use live chat coz that Isn’t working either! I’ve not had a stable connection for 24 hours, when it’s normally working I have to sit next to the router because the range is like 20 cm so I can’t use internet in any other room

@mitchec1 @SkyUK @virginmedia Good luck. My internet randomly cuts out 5-6 times a day. An engineer came out and said I need a new router. They didn’t send one so I put a complaint in. They keep emailing me to say they’ve called when they haven’t. Joke company.

@virginmedia Responses aren’t immediate? My initial complaint arose because I couldn’t get hold of anyone for weeks. I recognise we’re in abnormal times but the customer service I endured was utterly appalling. I had to email your CEO’s office to get any kind of acknowledgment.
