@virginmedia Can you check that I will be receiving a credit on my next bill as it has been down since Friday afternoon and I don’t think it will be fixed by 12pm today, I think that time will get changed again.

@virginmedia I first informed Virgin Media that my internet was down via online chat on Friday afternoon. Will this have automatically been the time when my loss of service was registered as at the time the advisor said it would be fixed in 24 hours?

@virginmedia Oh, my bad. Apparently the wiring outside my house has a fault, someone did come last Monday to work on it,and someone was supposed to work on it for Thursday, but it keeps being pushed back (order ref 55230469).

@virginmedia my internet has been down since Friday afternoon. I was told it would be fixed in 24 hours, the time has since changed and is currently at 8pm this evening. I work from home so need my internet back up and running before Monday morning. This is disgraceful

@virginmedia hi Virgin. We had an outage of broadband and TV services beginning 23rd Sept which lasted for 4 days. At the time we were told we would be compensated for this loss. As it hasn't come off our latest bill, how do we claim?

@virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience

@virginmedia See thread above, nothing changes except the time of the estimated fix. It must be very localised as not everyone in my area is affected. So if it is damaged cables, I haven’t seen anyone out repairing them over the weekend, it’s a joke

@virginmedia 2/2 who can I speak to as it was working fine on Friday until the issues that were nothing to do with me happened, so don’t see why I should now pay for a technician

@virginmedia Yes, tried last night and your service status page was actually down. Today I checked and it showed no issues, I run the diagnostic and no issues either. Came back up late this afternoon.

@virginmedia I looked and that says it’s from the day I registered the total loss of service which was yesterday but really it should be from Friday afternoon when I did the online chat. If I DM you can you check?

@virginmedia Could the problems in the area have caused damage to the equipment? As it was working fine before. Do I get compensation for all this time as the earliest appointment is Friday 14th?

@virginmedia You’re also not allowed to breach a customer’s data and decide that you’re above #GDPR. Your deadlock letter ignores all these facts. Your deadlock letter has absolutely nothing of any substance and whoever wrote it, has definitely not listened to any calls I’ve suggested

@virginmedia Is this just an IOS problem as I’m on a surface pro for work and not getting warnings .
-

@virginmedia What good is posting on your forum when all you do is ignore the problem? @virginmedia had the absolute worst complaints resolution ever. Hanging up on the customer does not make the problem go away just because you can’t hear it anymore

@virginmedia Happy new year and thanks for another of what has become your standard £3.50 fee price rises in recent years for no better service and an appalling customer one.

@virginmedia @Twitter Let this company get away with this criminal behaviour. I think they decided one morning that they wanted to pretend to be #gangsters and try to #extort me. It’s not fair of you to treat me like a spam account just for showing what these #criminals are up to

@virginmedia For the last few days no internet. Fix times come and go. And then get extended. Not great when we are all working from home. Signed up for updates and nothing. I have to keep checking myself. No issues with other service providers in the area. Very stressed, fix it?

@_ipengineer @forwardingplane UK v6 figures, according to google stats, have increased steadily since I've been watching them, over 36% now. BT & Sky rollouts are done. Virgin Media & others are a disappointment. Also, older BT homehubs not upgraded to support v6 though lines will (I think).

@virginmedia There were queues hours long on the night with your call centres and I complained via Twitter to Virgin Media on the night. My Saturday night was already going badly due to your bad service, strangely I didn't also want to spend it waiting on the phone to a call centre.
