    @virginmedia And the last complaint I raised over this got cancelled because it didn't have any details to the complaint even though all the messages are there to see through your WhatsApp service but the retentions team can't see that or deal with the complaint or help in anyway way

    @virginmedia my internet has been suffering drop outs all day, now I have no working TV or internet. Being told it's my equipment when it never is, it's getting old that excuse. I will apparently have to wait 3 days for "an engineer to come out" - I can't I have to go to work 😤

    @virginmedia I wascharged for non return of property apparently even when I had made arrangements for collection . Received a cheque but in my maiden name .sent another proof of marriage a covering letter and returned the cheque , this was from August!made complaint still no cheque

    @virginmedia shocking service from you today, I booked an engineer visit for my mum supposed to come today between 12-4 nobody came she’s since called and been told it was a phone call not a visit but still nobody had called. She’s now got to wait till Tuesday for a visit 😠

    Shoutout to @virginmedia as I was able to constructively use the time this pm to buy husband a ps5 on my mobile as your Internet service is still broken. No idea how i will feed him tho once i have no job due to no Internet. Thanks to @EE for an actual working signal tho.

    I'm sick of being sent the same 'advice' from virgin media. Internet is awful, tivo and catch are unusable and the box has just turned itself off when even trying to access iplayer 🤬

    @virginmedia id like to log a complaint. I have been having issues CONSISTENTLY with bt sport 3. I have logged a complaint last month and not been resolved. TV is flickering right now. Shambled of a service

    @virginmedia My 5gHz signal is now non existent. 2.4gHz isn't doing the best either. Our "M100" is basically M1.8 and your helpline is an automated voice that resets the router for me which basically does nothing.
