@virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience

@virginmedia And the last complaint I raised over this got cancelled because it didn't have any details to the complaint even though all the messages are there to see through your WhatsApp service but the retentions team can't see that or deal with the complaint or help in anyway way

@virginmedia shocking service from you today, I booked an engineer visit for my mum supposed to come today between 12-4 nobody came she’s since called and been told it was a phone call not a visit but still nobody had called. She’s now got to wait till Tuesday for a visit 😠

@virginmedia my internet has been suffering drop outs all day, now I have no working TV or internet. Being told it's my equipment when it never is, it's getting old that excuse. I will apparently have to wait 3 days for "an engineer to come out" - I can't I have to go to work 😤

@quigley_mick @virginmedia I have tried to downgrade for over 1 month to make contact through their messaging service, it takes about a day for them to reply! By then I have missed them as it's impossible to stay awake long enough. Maybe it's because their cattle shed call centre is also a milk parlour.

@virginmedia A lot of bad stuff here. Just to add some balance I’ve not had any issues with my broadband in 2.5 years. Get more than my advertised speed as well. As for the equipment, invest in better routers, makes a massive difference. The one you get with them is awful #VirginMediaSale
