    @virginmedia I have a complaint on going for damage to the inside of my property caused by the installation.I have spoken to various people and had managers at my house to look at the installation which was done incorrectly . I am waiting for a call back from a manager still

    @virginmedia I keep calling and it plays the same message saying you knows there’s a fault and you are trying to fix it. The same message since Saturday morning. It offers texts to update but I’ve had no texts even though I’ve put my number in each time I’ve called.

    @virginmedia My complaint regarding the damage to my property following the incorrect installation of cables at my property has not yet been resolved. Apparently, my complaint has been escalated to a manager but I am yet to receive a formal apology or formal acknowledgement 1/2

    @virginmedia No, just that it will be on and off until the 30th. I am not asking for ‘fault free’ just some acceptance that we are paying a lot of money for a service we are not getting and paying extra for 3G. The attitude from virgin is it’s ok because you are getting it sometimes!

Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

    @virginmedia 48 hrs into 72 hrs promise for call from 2nd chance team..24 hrs to cancellation. Service has never been so poor.
