    Wow @virginmedia your standards of customer service have gone downhill this year.. All for the understanding of pandemic but even after the average wait of an hour to talk to someone to be cut off 4 times now and let down multiple times with guarantees is just not the normal!!

    @virginmedia short lasting issue? For a broadcast that started at 6pm and ended at 12pm, I received a text update the issue was fixed at 11pm. If anything I would say that the picture quality being acceptable was short lasting
