    @virginmedia down again, line fault since Nov. Internet cuts off between 12/1am every night! Was told it was line check, this morning told I need all new equipment, £151 bills aren't acceptable for this service. I don't want new equipment months on, I'm cancelling.

    @virginmedia as of about 2 days ago the latency on our internet has been awful (150ms in most online games) plus it seems the speed it's self has dropped significantly too, about half of what it used to be on all devices. Have restarted and factory reset and still broken

    @virginmedia I don't have any direct wired connection but my TP link powerline connection seems to be working better now with speeds and gameplay. However, I imagine once high load resumes in the evening it will be terrible again. Feels like we're being heavily throttled during the evening

    @virginmedia My wife already did this, and had to submit a formal complaint as the agent on the phone hung up on my wife without resolving the issue. I understand you're just doing your job and I've always been lenient with small glitches and hiccups, but this has been by far the worst.

    @virginmedia We upgraded, paid through the teeth for the install, and have had nothing but consistent drops. How am I expected to work and make money to pay your record high bills when you can't even provide the one service you're selling? And not once have we had so much as a penny back.

    @virginmedia An engineer was booked to vist me on Good Friday.They failed to inform me this visit had been cancelled.When I called your customer service representative was very rude to me.I Explained that I am disabled and this made absolutely no difference to their attitude

    @virginmedia It's the first thing I do every time it goes down, and it either detects no faults or days the service is intermittent and will be resolved within 24 hours. It's been consistently up and down for weeks now. The engineer confirmed no fault at our address during his visit.
