    @virginmedia I have tv service fault C133. Done your online check it says call you. I call you, automated tells me an texts me link to do online check which tells me to call you.. repeat.. in a loop an now been sat on phone waiting 38mins for someone to answe

    @virginmedia Your extremely bad service. Who can I speak to please? I was on to your customer service team fro 2 hours yesterday and no one seems to know what they’re doing. Someone was supposed to call me back at 10am this morning but that’s not happened either. Whole thing is a car crash.

    @virginmedia Hi. Have reported to you here that independent engineer confirmed my connection is OK but hub 3 is faulty & needs replacing. You advised phone 150 again to book engineer. Your system does not enable that just offers fault trouble shoot txt message.

    @SimonB79 How did you manage to get through to cancel. I have been trying for three hours this evening, I am beyond mad angry!!! I eventually got through to a person who put me through to the correct team and after being on hold for 1 hour they disconnected me. #virginmedia

    Currently less than 30 days into a @virginmedia contract and they’ve emailed to say they’re putting the price up, my internet has been down since Friday and I’ve spend a total of 3hrs on hold and 4 phone calls talking to rude staff. 🤪 #VirginMedia

    @virginmedia Thanks. Not being funny though, why is this not a default option? It's much much easier than waiting for a box that never comes or trying to book a person who can only come on a Tuesday in 8 weeks time? And it took maybe 8 twitter messages to get to this point as well!
