    @virginmedia Well we don’t have a tracking number and we haven’t heard anything back since we returned the faulty phone. We also tried the text messaging service but also takes ages to get a reply.

    @fittdr @virginmedia I'm hearing good things about @Plusnet on the customer service side, but it's the TiVo I'd miss, we are seriously considering @NOWTV broadband and TV as we already use them for sky movies but need to investigate if we (the wife) can watch @emmerdale and @LoveIsland 🤣🤣

    @virginmedia Hi, done a few tests and reset router etc and it’s still the same. Speed drops on Ethernet and wireless. It’s very intermittent though. It can be fine for a couple of hours and then have a few minutes of really slow speeds.

    @virginmedia well come home from working away on Friday with a lot of emails to reply to. To discover my router is broken wife phoned up Friday afternoon customer service said they would send one out by Monday shocking service I’m out of contract so will look elsewhere 😡😡😡

Internet intermittent since Saturday 3 Sept, bad connection, status service doesn't work, impossible to talk to a human, no updates. Some of us actually use the Internet for work, not just entertainment.15 years with VM and seriously thinking of leaving.

    @virginmedia I've tried raising it with someone. No one listens. Been passed around 5 times. Repeated myself and then They put the phone down on me. The watsap is an automated service. I'm going round in circles
