To discover my router is broken wife phoned up Friday afternoon customer service said they would send one out by Monday shocking service I’m out of contract so will look elsewhere 😡😡😡

Simon Bell (@simon_bell86) reported from Manchester, England@virginmedia Hi, done a few tests and reset router etc and it’s still the same. Speed drops on Ethernet and wireless. It’s very intermittent though. It can be fine for a couple of hours and then have a few minutes of really slow speeds.

Now, I did contact Dyson, a couple of months ago, but it was via an 0800 number, so I will contact Dyson to pursue the matter. Thanks for your help, John!
