@virginmedia Yes that’s correct, last time he sent signal and said it is okay, I no it is not the tv or usb wire as both have been replaced

@SkyHelpTeam Are you going to look into the issue accessing Sky Sports with a Virgin Media login via the web page? You can access via the mobile app. so maybe have a look your end instead of passing the buck

just cancelled my @virginmedia account after 30 plus years, If you're a new customer you can get the package I was on plus extra channels and other benefits for over £30 less a month, but existing customers can't, no loyalty to customers what so ever,

@virginmedia He said there was a restricter on the cable so removed it. I’ve checked the hub and it says there are WiFi issues but no idea what to do to fix it? It’s dropped out a number of times today!

@virginmedia It happens on HD channels all the time, especially SkySports news and BT UHD. I have the issue recorded on my phone. Normally I have to watch the footy on a non HD channel, however there is no SD channel for BT sports.
