@virginmedia can’t get through on the phone, so you launch an app to manage your own account, then when you try and make changes it sends you to a chat option which also you can’t get through on. Your service is an absolute joke !

@virginmedia I have recently moved house the new house has 2 virgin wall sockets one downstairs one up, plugged in down stairs we get 500mbps but we want the hub upstairs so we plugged it into the upstairs wall socket everything is live but now only get 50mbps? Any fix to this?

@virginmedia HELP!!!! I have had not TV service for nearly 9 hours with fault code W102 on both the TiVo boxes. I have reset the Hub and rebooted both boxes, checked all the cabling and still nothing. My postcode start WA7. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!!!!

@virginmedia Thank you , so I’m good to cancel my direct debit then? I mean if we are currently £84 in credit and our disconnection will be before the next bill date . I didn’t know if money was returned via the DD method but if it’s cheque then we are good to cancel our direct debit ? TIA .

Virgin Media WiFi is honestly the worst to be with. Trying to watch films using the WiFi and its going off every 10 minutes. Nothing to do with our signal or our bill, it's just plain shite. Are they gonna sort it out? Are they ****

@virginmedia You are aware of the problem, told us it's a fault and it's being fixed by 12th April, it wasn't, we rang, you gave us reassurance it will be fixed by the 22nd, it hasn't, we rang got passed around a lot! Now you say it will be fixed 29th. Hands up if you would put up with this?

@virginmedia what is the problem with the broadband in the L9 area?! It’s been dodgy for weeks now and my husband now has to use his phone as a hotspot to be able to actually work from home because the broadband is so shocking!

Just got called by a "Certified Virgin Media Technician" about how my computer has viruses... I messed with her for a couple minutes, then told her what I do and that, me and my friends would have fun and take down her scam. She promptly told me to "**** off", and cut the call.
