@virginmedia Upgraded TV boxes Friday at 5pm and still no TV service. Spoken to 7 different customer service people. Even had a text to say all sorted but no. Very poor service especially in this day and age and a big media company! Not good enough.

Got to love Virgin media. The Tv isn’t working so you go to the website to see if there’s a problem or if it’s just you and that isn’t working either. But don’t fear it tells you. The page where you can pay the bill is fine.

@virginmedia Yeah I did initially and then doesn't load the page Tried calling just automated sent me links to mobile the same links already checked and then hung up No estimated time of when will be fixed.. I guess it's with people finishing work and realising their service is down hmmm

@virginmedia The same engineer attended 13th & 15th, changed hub, checked connections and said it’s an issue with the outside cabinet box. Each time we call the help centre they tell us the engineers that attend our house are separate to the cabinet engineers and will book another visit 🤬

@virginmedia, so you guys leave me without internet for 2 days. I lose out on 2 days wages as I work from home to be told it’s going to be another two days because the estimated fix (which was supposed to be yesterday) and all they offer is £8 a day, when I’ve lost £320 (1/2)
