@virginmedia I have been unable to access my Blueyonder e mail for 2 weeks now. I have tried the recommended fixes to no Avila and am told I might wait for an hour to have someone answer my call. £80 a month for a broken service is a bit on the steep side

@vmbusiness at this current time working from home under so much stress and pressure the last thing you need is your broadband playing up. This is not acceptable we ate paying for a service which is currently nonexistent. Wifi goes down every 5 min. Please can you look into this

@virginmedia I’ve been a customer with Virgin since 2016, always had good service. This year I’ve paid for 350mbps and received terrible customer service, 10mbps and rising prices, then they want to charge me £288 to leave! Scandalous!! I’m never coming back to @virginmedia 😔

I feel as if I’m in an episode of Groundhog Day. @virginmedia. I’ve been trying to cancel broadband it’s been useless almost since day one. Between hearing advisors repeating script after script and being transferred many times and been cut off after 20 mins I’ve given up 😡😡😡

@virginmedia An engineer is due to call NEXT Saturday but if there’s a cancellation they will be there earlier,however a neighbours Virgin home phone has also gone down,im messaging to let Virgin know it’s a local thing & not just our house so could you pass the message on it’s the Tq124hn?

@virginmedia utterly useless customer service. No broadband or TV services for a week, you sent a technician that couldnt fix it now you won't be able to visit untill 10th May and the bills are incorrect being charging for services we don't receive.

@virginmedia If my neighbour does ring up & report their phone line not working will Virgin be treating their case individually & attend their house at a different time or will Virgin recognise that there are 2 phone lines in one area not working and as such treat it as a local area fault?

@rolfetone The problem is for people with virgin media who according to their TV guides no longer have it on. It was listed yesterday as being on today, on Eurosport two. Today, it’s not listed & is down as live cycling. So anyone recording to watch later now has no recording set
