@virginmedia Hello, my broadband was supposed to be installed on 6th Sept but your engineer only did half a job and ****** off. When I call up to find out when you're coming back to finish my installation, I can't get a straight answer and nobody calls me back! Shite service!

@virginmedia I haven’t seen the credit applied yet, that’s the issue. This will be the 4th time that I’ve been told it’s been corrected and to wait around 24 hours but so far this has never worked

@virginmedia @virginhelp We have just signed up for a broadband/phone package. We were recommended by a friend. They never gave us a code though as they are a pensioner. We were told to simply give her details in but the operative would not accept. Can we still get a code after?

@Sarahlw_95 @virginmedia Sarah I wouldn’t bother with WhatsApp, I’ve been speaking to various people for over a month on there trying to sort my incorrect bill. They just tell you it’s resolved when it isn’t. Scandalous service.

@virginmedia The guy was the most arrogant person I've ever spoke to in CS, retentions is meant to be the end of the line, if it was my service and not my wife's 93 year old nan i'd have cancelled the contract. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "managers don't speak to customers"....

@virginmedia No, not really as you have reliability issues in my home which I believe is part the router and part the virgin line coming into my home.

@virginmedia very disappointed. Signed upto M500 in Nov never had more than 80 download, when I ring to complain I get told we need to run tests, no you dont, I told you the problem, issue new routers and sort out the problem, your happy to take money but not give the service

@virginmedia Wifi has been dropping very often. Reported the issue in Nov-2020 since then virgin couldn't resolve it. I have been with Virgin since 2003 probably it's the time to say goodbye!!!
