@virginmedia customers suffering the usual standard of service from virgin Media again. Denial of service should see customers compensated, customer service appears to be the lowest priority.

@vmbusiness at this current time working from home under so much stress and pressure the last thing you need is your broadband playing up. This is not acceptable we ate paying for a service which is currently nonexistent. Wifi goes down every 5 min. Please can you look into this

@JacobAlderHam @virginmedia Shocking isn’t it mate, I’ve not been able to use streaming devices or gaming devices for a few weeks without constant spikes and buffering. I pay for 200 down and receive about 40... so much packet loss. Shambles.

@virginmedia I already carried out these. When my connection was down it detected an issue, but now it's back up its not. The link between the router and the cable network is randomly dropping out, it then takes about 10-15 mins to reconnect (restarts aren't helping).

@virginmedia Not sure what a manual search will achieve - can’t use other networks. I did try EE to see if I could revert, but no joy. Looking at your forums, this is a widespread issue. What are the rules regarding leaving while in contract given the problem is due to your network change?
