    @SkyHelpTeam shocking service. Iwithout any tv for over 30hrs. Technical fault & and no signal.I pay premium rates for this - the Weather is fine golf & cricket being played today most disappointed having left @virginmedia a few years ago and i need to go back to them now

    @virginmedia Been disconnected by yourselves without requesting to cancel my service. No call back as promised, spent an hour on phone earlier to be told might be 72 hours until anything can be done after 20 years of loyalty I think I merit more than this shoddy treatment

    @virginmedia Virgin is a disgrace. Due to constant issues on reccomendation from virgin supervisor i upgraded to homeworks as this has free booster. Now just been informed boosters are not part of the package. Pay for 500m get 80m and still keeps cutting out. Get a director to call me.

    @virginmedia I have a limited amount of mobile data. I just find it a stupid system that to report an internet fault, you have to go online. It's like audiology at the hospital only accepting telephone calls for hearing aid repairs.

    @virginmedia Service status sends you round in circles. Has rebooting fixed, no, then it checks again, repeat repeat. Tv also pixelated. Same problem as last time. It’s virgin. Not me. Please have someone look at SO230PS. Thanks.
