    @Cathy_TwoHalves @virginmedia The problems include always being passed onto to yet another unempowered person eg. To get a code turn a bix back on post upgrade (should have happened anyway) took 2 days and several hours waiting to finally get to a tech, problem then fixed in a few mins.

    Our Virginmedia wifi is PATHETIC. Anything from 10Mbps down to 0.9 is normal. VM promised us a free upgrade to 200, never below 107. It's a big con, I regret to say. And it's impossible to get thru to VM to complain.

    @virginmedia Hi I’m sorry I have had to come this far to complain about my experience. I am honestly shocked and very upset. I had called your customer service today to take out a contract for the iPhone 11 Pro Max with the AirPod pro headphones. 57 pound a month for 36 m
