@virginmedia I need help with getting a number so I can call up and cancel the subscription we have. The broadband has been terrible for over a month now. Was told last week there was an issue with the router and we would receive support and have had none and it’s impossible to get though

@SkyHelpTeam We haven’t been booked in. Following some quick and informative enquiries, @virginmedia can install a new service in 3days; yet, a @SkyUK engineer can’t come out to us for over a week? When we pay a monthly small fortune, this all feels like terrible customer service

@virginmedia Yes keeps shutting down then going through the start up routine on the modem green light etc sometimes it’s off for 10 mins sometimes longer but can happen up to 7/8 time a day

@virginmedia My complaint is about being misold a package later taken away and has been raised since early December and up to this point have never spoken to a designated complaints handler and I'm just about to land a case with the ombudsman as I have the call recordings.
