@JacobAlderHam @virginmedia Shocking isn’t it mate, I’ve not been able to use streaming devices or gaming devices for a few weeks without constant spikes and buffering. I pay for 200 down and receive about 40... so much packet loss. Shambles.

@virginmedia I have been unable to access my Blueyonder e mail for 2 weeks now. I have tried the recommended fixes to no Avila and am told I might wait for an hour to have someone answer my call. £80 a month for a broken service is a bit on the steep side

@vmbusiness at this current time working from home under so much stress and pressure the last thing you need is your broadband playing up. This is not acceptable we ate paying for a service which is currently nonexistent. Wifi goes down every 5 min. Please can you look into this

@virginmedia I need to speak to someone urgently about Virgin showing a missed payment on my credit history back in August 2018, when I cancelled my internet back in June 2018 (which was made incredibly difficult by poor customer service at the time)

@virginmedia @virginmedia wasted hours on that. It's now a formal complaint. In 8 weeks 1 minute if it's not been resolved it will be with CEDR for adjudication as the previous one already is. If you bill me for the box I will report it to the bank as fraud.
