    @virginmedia I am no longer a customer and I have paid the account in full. It was paid in August 2018 and my credit file is showing that I’m behind on my payments and have been since April 2018 as it hasn’t been updated for 18 months! 4 times I’ve been told my complaint would be dealt with.

    @virginmedia very dissatisfied with your customer service for a phone fault that has occurred twice in a week, nobody actively responds to app messaging service and call from my mobile is not producing any better results. For a major communications company it is appalling!!

    @virginmedia my land line isnt working, ive been on hold now for 30 minutes, got through to 1 person who immediately said they couldnt help and put me back on hold. Absolute joke. Happy to take my money tho but not happy to help when my service isnt working

    @virginmedia I spoke to some American woman the other night who was quite rude and did not resolve the problem , tried to get through tonight again as my daughters phone has a fault still failed to speak to anyone .

    @Danielle869 @virginmedia I agree. The service my 85 year old dad received was appalling. Moved to Sky, when @virginmedia asked how they could keep custom, our reply “ wouldn’t have if it was free”.

    @virginmedia got a problem with the TiVo box it’s the second box - tried to reset two days ago and delete everything has been on the screen since then - any suggestions as this has been nothing but trouble and for £122 per month is a joke

    @virginmedia I will call shortly. I just feel that you are pricing people out of their broadband. I am on a low income and can only just manage the cost of it at the moment. I just don't understand why the router I have is not boosting the signal

    @virginmedia Please respond to customers who are reporting issues accessing your websites. I for one cannot pay my bill. The app is rubbish and opens a tab that doesn't load - dns failed. Sort it out. Status updates on your sm pages would be useful.

    @virginmedia I am a virgin customer and we pay alot of money every month. Today we can't even access any of their online websites, all of them are down! Also we have no streaming, Internet etc. Tried to call them but the volume of calls is off the chart. Sort it out Virgin. 🙄
