@virginmedia Well I've just had a "sort of" resolution but still not really acceptable. I gave 30 days notice to cancel my services as want to get Sky. Sky and Openreach are coming tomorrow to fit phoneline & services. I have booked a day off work for this. If there is still (cont) >>

@virginmedia They will disconnect my services but it might take 24 hrs..as I say if Openreach come and find I have a working phone line then them and Sky will cancel ny ibstallation! Please can my phone but turned off as of midnight or at least mych earlier than 24hrs?

@virginmedia Us? As in your sub contracted call centre who's staff are not actually Virgin employees? Yeah, tried that and they can't look after Virgin's loyal customers either. I'll just leave, and come back in 3 months like I was told too. Shambolic customer service.

Hi @virginmedia, I’ve had no picture or sound on my TV for 24 hours now. Even on my apps the picture and sound aren’t loading. Subtitles still showing up though. It’s a TiVo box. Any help appreciated would be great.

@richardbranson @virginmedia has to be the worst company for customer service I have ever come across in my 41 years on this planet. 2 hours on the phone yesterday and today and passed from pillar to post and still non the wiser. Absolute disgrace and I’m being kind !

@virginmedia That's another 3 times I've had to reboot. I've phoned and given 30 days notice to cancel. But of course Virgin have advised of the £200 to cancel quoting your terms and conditions. In 10 years with @BT I had less problems than 6 months with @virginmedia

@virginmedia you carried out “essential works to modernise and future-proof our network in our area on Tue 05 Oct”. Since then our TV quality has been poor with the picture breaking up and some channels are unwatchable. Let me know when you will rectify this.

@lizfraser1 I would ring up virgin media and renegotiate. I rang them about my package said it was to expensive and they knocked off £30 and sent me a new hub for free ( I have TV & broadband ). The worst they can say is no and then you go elsewhere .Their loss x
