@GBridgeford @virginmedia Yeah mate. There only sales technique is we will have buffering with any other service provider so they basically don’t need to look after you because they give the best 😐. Can’t say I have ever had any issues with other providers

@virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

@virginmedia Its a wireless connection, Ive already got separate channels set up to make for better connections. To be honest your equipment is just poor, so many dark spots its a good job i havent got a big house, we would be sat round the router like a camp fire

@virginmedia any way to get to competent customer service rep? Spoken to 2 to sort wrong price for my broadband. They lie that the agreed pricing has been applied BUT STILL paying the old price 5 mths later. Feels like deliberate scam at this point.
