    Another evening of @virginmedia broadband not working properly ... that’s about 8 days now it’s cut out several times through out the day! Think it time to cancel the contract!

    @virginmedia This is not account specific data. There’s a Service outage in a large area. Updates on service areas such as mine e8 service area 15. Are not sensitive. Other utilities say there seems to be an outage in your area. Call or chat for detailed information.

    @virginmedia @pgee91 No, the team on the phone have not told us anything except an engineer is on site to fix issue. Meanwhile the ‘Fix estimation’ time continues to go up, and ‘An engineer is on his way’ - is he coming from the call centre in India too as has taken hours...

    @virginmedia my broadband has been down since yesterday and I’ve subscribed to text alerts for updates. Ironically no updates received so I can only assume you need your network to work in order to send them! Come on Virgin, this is unacceptable service.

    So @virginmedia have said a broadband outage since last night will be fixed by 12:25, 17:00 now by 20:10! Very disappointed. Going to be paying extra for my mobile data to try to get some work done! #N4

    @virginmedia This letter was never received. No attempt to contact us was made. was initially told by Virgin that they thought the account holder had called to have the account disconnected. I have since tried to rectify the situation by calling Virgin to request our account be reconnected.

    Trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband because I’m moving and I’ve been on hold for 33 minutes out of the 36 minutes (and counting...) of this call. Will cost my phone bill a fortune by the end of it! Very poor service, don’t think I’ll use them when I need broadband again!

    @virginmedia Yes, I did. I said that in both my posts. Three times even before and after I rebooted my router. Other people in postcodes near me are reporting the same problem. It reports back that all is well. But there’s no connection to the internet.

    @virginmedia thanks for such a helpful and amazing customer support service. After 40 min waiting to talk to one of your agents, he complained he could not hear me properly, I asked him to bear with me while I plugged my headset and 30s later, he hanged up. 1/2

    @virginmedia someone was meant to call me back an hour ago as I have lodged a complaint that my broadband isn’t working. Your call centre could not help and I urgently need engineer as I work from home. I will need to have compensation for taking a days leave otherwise.
