    @virginmedia My issue is that this happens all the time . It’s about the seventh fault in as many days . The tv and broadband both constantly go down , service is totally unreliable . So even if you ‘fix’ it, it will probably only work for a few hours @ofcom

    @RuthPetrie1 @virginmedia @Ofcom Thanks I don’t hold out much hope . Someone had informed me the issues are to do with them not upgrading the cabinets you see on the pavements outside. The older cabinets cannot Cope with high usage !!! @ofcom

    @virginmedia I have raised many complaints . I just had a reply by email in broken English weeks later. The reply made no sense. Three weeks on the faults continue @ofcom

    @virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

    @edward_baran @virginmedia I am really horrified at their service..... I just can’t believe the way they speak to customers. I spoke to 3 different individuals who were so righteous. I understand you work for a big brand however that does not mean you can have a big ego....you are not @richardbranson

    @virginmedia note...... it is not good customer service to disconnect the call simply because you are unable to answer some legitimate questions relating to your poor service. I made a move to you last month and have to say it is one of the worst decisions that I have made!

I pay them 70 quid a month to be Spoken to like dirt by someone who has no knowledge of all the problems and can’t construct a sentence . The most appalling service I have ever experienced .     @virginmedia Contacted 5 times, I Have done hard reset, restarted router all sort of things, your staff couldn’t tell why the speed is down, I’ve upgraded to 500 mbps , but speed dropped instead of going up..
