@virginmedia I’ve logged in and run the test several times in the past couple of weeks. Always no known issues. WiFi drops for hours on end literally everyday, it’s infuriating. My phone/laptop can’t even find the router name and I’m sat right next to it

@virginmedia Checked earlier - no faults found on the auto test. Also rebooted router to no avail. Issues affecting both WiFi and cabled connections, as well as the video on demand apps on the TiVo (amazon prime video was slow and laggy)

If you want to buy from @virginmedia you can instantly talk to someone, contact them to leave and you go through multiple people to leave. Do they not realise the way you treat people on the way out dictates if you ever return. What a waste of my time.

@virginmedia Hi, I am going to get the 5€/month "Unlimited Virgin Mobile Plan" in Ireland. It is a 30 day rolling contract, so, can I cancel the plan at any time without incurring in any extra fees? Using it for 5 months and then cancelling the 6th? Thanks a lot.

@virginmedia The technician thought the issue could be because we got a refurbished hub so he gave us a brand new one and the internet is still going off for 4-5 hours a day. We work from home, it’s unacceptable.

@virginmedia Not an outage. I gave you 30 days notice and someone switched off all the services with immediate effect. Thankfully managed to speak to the most helpful person who has reinstated it for now!!
