    @virginmedia £90 a month for an absolute rubbish service called the other day and the favorite saying was reboot was supposed to be put through through to the technical department on to hold on for 25 mins I gave up had to send this not using WiFi

    @virginmedia I asked for it to be raised as a complaint but doubt it did get raised by the experience so far. I'm sick of talking about it, how about virgin actually gets of their *** and actually sort this out for once, and before you ask me to call virgin, forget it I've done enough already

    @Crankoid @virginmedia @MichaelaCoel I did and it was as dry and awful as Anne Boleyn on channel 5 there trying to appease a 10% audience and its not working, the same as all adverts trying to appease 10-15% of population and forgetting about the rest.     @virginmedia There is still a huge problem. We were told it would be fixed by 430pm today, and it's still not giving us the 200mbps we're paying for. We get max 3mbps. This is really affecting working from home as my partner has had to take a day off he couldn't really afford. :(

    Virgin media 'help line'!!! What a joke. Reported a fault on our landline yesterday. Was told an engineer would be here today between 4pm and 7pm. No-one arrived. Spent the next 2 hours getting through.
