Been without broadband all day through a fault now it’s showing as fixed but we are still without service. Have done all online tests. Please respond as this is unacceptable. Spent majority of lockdown complaining about my intermittent service, dropping out during meetings etc. Eventually moved to a different provider and paid @virginmedia TWICE. Told to return equipment BEFORE a chq will be sent. No Chq received YET.

Pretty bad, cutbacks rather than Covid I guess since many companies are doing better than this, & your high premium rate charges to call are not fair when my Virgin line is faulty!

Bridget Giles (@BridgetGiles44) reported from Camden Town, England@virginmedia I reported my loss of WiFi on 16/10. Engineer on 21/10 was not able to fix as virgin had put a noise blocker on. Engineer on 27/10 did fix WiFi. So no WiFi for at least 10 days so no bills for a couple of months at least if £8 a day for no WiFi?

Solved in 5 mins, many other staff now being retrained for use of empathy vs VM scripts perhaps?
