@DeeRockUK @virginmedia Yeah I had this issue with them had to change my package to vivid gamer do they didn't throttle my upload speed. They have changed the package named since not sure what it's called now.

@virginmedia I’ve called on many occasions and have followed instructions to enter new numbers in my hub then was instructed to reset it as it failed again I did receive an email saying that maintenance was scheduled for today but this issue has been going on for weeks now !
