@virginmedia Hello John, the signals are going up & down like a yo-yo 🪀 I’ve done a full reset of the hub, cleared browser history on all devices & scanned with connect app, no issues found yet all devices are going at a snails pace. All very frustrating 😞

@virginmedia I guess this sums up the level of service. Simply can’t get in touch to discuss the contract we have. Website, telephone, Twitter, bots... no doubt I’ll get a call at the supermarket checkout or at dinner.

@sauntimo @virginmedia The problem is it's a domestic service which does not have an enhanced SLA like their business contracts. So hence they won't accept any claims that it stopped you working. Upgrade to their business package is has a 4 hour fix SLA.
