    I'm aware that many residents in #Hampton, #Whitton #Teddington who are Virgin Media customers may not have lost phone, broadband & TV service. I've been in touch with Virgin who say it's due to a third party cutting through a cable and they are working to resolve the issue.

    @virginmedia please improve how you treat your customers! Broadband + TV down in NW1 since last Thursday with no text updates, no online status and the only way I find out the latest is a 30 min call. This follows a previous 2 week outage in November where I was not compensated.

    @virginmedia The internet cuts out every 10 minutes. I believe it to be a fault with the hub, my neighbour has the same package and never has an issue. We have reset the hub many times a day I can’t see how the issue isn’t on your end. The hub is unobstructed
