    @virginmedia It's the router signal is not strong and stable enough as have had several engineers here and they have said the same so lots of money for poor service :-(

    @virginmedia contacted Virgin customer services on 22nd October to terminate broadband contract( 1 month notice). I was assured I would receive an email to confirm termination-nothing received. Heard this happens a lot and then Virgin challenge-pls sort.

    Whatever you do don't move to virgin media. Signed up as new customer on what I thought was a great deal. 10days later and 40hrs on the phone to them still crap intermittent Internet and no working TV or landline. Indian call centres who don't a clue!

    @cristo_radio I called virgin media 3 times to complain about my broadband. After half an hour each time without speaking to anyone I gave up. I then called to cancel and it took an hour. I used their landline and they charged me £26 for the privilege

    @virginmedia You promote Stay connected but we can never actually STAY Connected! This month I’ve used almost all of my mobile data due to how awful your internet service has been. I have to learn from home and thing this is disgusting. Is there any way to get free unlimited data due to this?
