@virginmedia *sigh* it’s ok. I was overreacting too - I had some stuff I was working on and I felt that it was my router that was at fault. Once I knew it was a network issue I was able to relax (and subsequently used 5gb of my mobile data allowance) - at least my hardware still works!

Sad in these times when a friend is forced to move home because her mortgage company won’t help her & now @virginmedia are charging her well over £200 as a disconnection fee. To leave a home she doesn’t actually want to leave.

@virginmedia You have a priority service which customers can sign up to for £9.99 a month to get a next day call out. So I had to take it out to make sure my son could finish his homework, as it turns out the engineers damaged our box.
