@virginmedia Now the wired Ethernet is not working either. I tried factory resets multiple times when the WiFi first stopped working 8 days ago. I've just turned it off for 30 seconds and on again. Do far, nothing.
-
James Loveridge (@JLoveRage) reported from Islington, England
@virginmedia Everything seems to be back but this is a reoccurring issue. Three separate times it's dropped out for over 8 hours at a time.

@virginmedia every night this week at 7pm our internet goes down and is unusable. Can’t watch amazon or Netflix. Rebooted every system in our house and the hub every night inc hard reset...at our wits end and impossible to speak to anyone on your call centre.
-
Ryan Tring (@RyanTring) reported from Walthamstow, England
@virginmedia I’m not interested. I am interested in having Virgin Broadband that doesn’t fail every day. You’ve designed your website so that it’s impossible to report a fault and there’s no-one answering the ‘phone. Pathetic. Is there a fault in E17?
-
Edward Baran (@edward_baran) reported from Kensington, England
@virginmedia There are your usual garbage explanations yes. Saying no fix for hours. Not good enough

@virginmedia Hi, I’ve got a bit of a problem. I can sign into my Virgin Media account on my iPad just fine, but when I try to sign into my emails it’s says it’s not available and to try again in an hours time. Well, it’s been like this for two weeks now. What’s going on?
-
Ryan Tring (@RyanTring) reported from Walthamstow, England
@virginmedia Yet again your broadband service has failed in E17. It failed Monday lunchtime and has failed again now. Is the service held together with elastic bands? Might I suggest that the local infrastructure requires investment/upgrading? Pathetic

Harry Bilbao (@harrybilbao) reported from Poplar, England
@virginmedia Wayyyyy over 24 hours. No reply. A router and power supply that’s overheating and customer service don’t care. This is how fires are caused #Grenfell
-
Kineta Kelsall (@Kineets) reported from Tottenham, England
@virginmedia Yes I’ve checked. To be honest it’s been so inconsistent since we’ve had it, which isn’t ideal. Therefore I more than likely cancel unless something miraclasley changes in the next 24 hours
-
Harry Bilbao (@harrybilbao) reported from City of London, England
@virginmedia My mother lives next to Grenfell and she’s a bit paranoid her router and/or charger is overheating. Customer services aren’t taking her serious. What should I do? Besides unplugging the service?

@virginmedia Now the wired Ethernet is not working either. I tried factory resets multiple times when the WiFi first stopped working 8 days ago. I've just turned it off for 30 seconds and on again. So far, nothing.

Hi @virginmedia - When a customer doesn't renew a contract with you and that customer offers to return your kit and you decline and instruct the customer to dispose of it, is it acceptable to send that customer numerous "no reply" emails and text demanding the return of the kit ?
-
greg ❤️ The DADDYDADDY (@UkNoWmEGregyP) reported
@virginmedia phone call with VM representative hung up on me 1 per cent packet loss i think is fine - 1% packet loss is unacceptable. Good quality internet circuits should have 0.1% packet loss or less. If you are getting 1% packet loss you will have problems with any realtime applications
