@virginmedia our Tivo box is showing menu and sound but no picture. Worked fine for 2 weeks in cooling off period. Also was on hold for 35 minutes today. Please provide solution. Not happy.

Nice to know @virginmedia are absolute animals towards old people. Not a care in the world. Just cutting off their phone line without considering the consequences & impact it could have on two elderly people. Sickening behaviour. My poor granny is so distressed.

@virginmedia We have tried diagnostics and it told us there was an issue. The broadband was working fine last week, nothing has changed. The router has not been moved or altered in any way. Either issue with the line or the router is faulty.

So we’ve waited 4 weeks for @virginmedia to install our TV and WiFi, telling us it’s been in the flat before, they get here finally and say it’s never been in the flat and we can’t have it! So they’ve left and we’re back to square one....

@virginmedia it affects all connections and it isn’t just me, you only need to check for “virgin media down” tweets on here and you’ll see a large number of people all lose access at the exact same time across the entire country. This issue isn’t specific to me.

@virginmedia No. I’ve run all diagnostics. I’m also no longer able to connect to our 2.4Ghz band wifi on any device, but the 5Ghz is fine. I’ve reset SSID and password several times and I still get the same message of not being able to join that network! Please help!

@virginmedia Still have issues today and looks like the appointment is no longer there (I can book another one but now going to be even more delayed). The TV reset this morning so hoped it might have fixed the WiFi, tried switching but this is almost certainly a network problem. Not happy

@virginmedia is there a reason my WiFi is telling me I have the incorrect password. No access to the Internet, this seems to be a constant issue with you. Never any compensation with the weekly outages absolutely ridiculous. Also as customers our equipment is not faulty its you.

@virginmedia I'm cancelling if I don't get a call today and I'll nip down to carphone warehouse and buy the phone. Should have done that in the first place even though it worked out £150 more. Your bad rep won't kill you but I will vote with my feet you are just lucky you bought ntl early
