    @virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

    @Barclays why do I keep getting Error Code: 30915? I’ve been trying to log into my account for a LONG while now!! Coz of not having access @virginmedia have been stealing DD from my account even though I no lover have a subscription with them! Pls fix this b4 more money is taken!

    @themotablogger @virginmedia Terrible in Dagenham too! At least 3 times a day it drops out and normally in the middle of an important meeting! Not good enough!!

    @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

    @virginmedia Been customer since 2005. Nothing for loyalty. Contradictory accounts of what might be wrong. Arrogant call centre staff who don't listen. It's simple. My phone + Engineers phone didn't ring when called. A caller could hear ringtone, but phone doesn't ring!

    @virginmedia After 1 hour we had to give up, we are moving house on the 16th. Virgin do not cover our area BT38 9JY, so we need to cancel. For some reason our account is now registering as a business account? Still no joy ...
