@virginmedia somehow you have reset my Dad’s Virgin media box, LAN seems to be off and the wifi on it is back on. This is rubbish because we have network setup there with much better hardware than your box. Now none of it works and I am hundreds of miles from his house. Why?

@virginmedia It’s everything downstream of the LAN ports, so wifi on the box is on and working but all his wired network is offline. I have asked him to check all the cabling to make sure it’s all connected.

@virginmedia Do you, or could you make a TV box remote for the elderly? Tiny buttons with tinier symbols instead of words, black buttons on black body.... Almost impossible for some older people to use. An OAP version with larger coloured buttons would be such a help!

I’ve had 3 hours sleep, I’m trying to catch up and within 10 mins I’ve had four calls from **** bags pretending to be from Virgin Media. The next **** to do this, I’ll be tracking your location and paying you a ******* visit! 😡

@virginmedia Hi John, thanks for getting back to me. The call was in regards to a problem with my broadband which luckily after an hour on the phone to a really helpful operator was discovered to be a known issue in the area that was being updated late on the system. 1/2

@virginmedia Yes, they are known issues; but they haven’t been fixed in over a month! Every day the message keeps changing. Thursday the promise is to have things fixed by Friday, Friday it moves to Monday aso… It’s been like this for a month 🤯 We work from home; we need decent broadband.

@virginmedia I contacted customer services for an update on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I was informed by your Twitter account I wouldn’t need to send my current phone back until I receive my new one. I was then informed by the gentleman on the phone my new phone won’t be sent until I send this

@virginmedia I get that bit but surely it would make sense if you could look up an area or postcode to be able to give the information. You don’t need to know individual customer info. Highways maintenance know when then are working on an area, John Lewis will know if a shop has stock
