@virginmedia Hi yes I've been receiving slow speeds since Friday (less than 5Mbps) on wired and wireless devices- have tried reboot and moving the hub but no luck, also phoned customer care but they hung up on me. Need this sorted asap, please help!

@virginmedia I have tried to get through to someone on your live chat, when I select exsisting customer I get told everyone is busy. If I select new customer I get through straight away. What a way to treat existing loyal customers!

@virginmedia She was in one location but is now on a coach heading home(UK) but has about 20hrs to go and would like the use of her phone! Her friend (on a different network!!) has worked fine since they set off. It worked on the wayout finding local networks as they travelled...

@virginmedia There were no issues in my area when I booked an engineer. You cannot just cancel a visit without confirming if you can connect to each hub (who have a pending visit). You should probably add this to your list of "post fault activities"...

@virginmedia Yes this is what I don't understand. The bill is being increased by £4 soon so I'm looking at ways to reduce the cost. Whenever I speak to customer service on the phone, there's no better deals or it's going to cost more.
