@virginmedia Tbh it’s been ongoing since we locked down in April. I accepted things might be a struggle but as time has passed colleagues and friends are not struggling with day to day connection or having constant lapses in connections. Having spoke to CCare nothing can be done.

One month now of hassle trying to instal fibre optic. @virginmedia constant hassle. Promised engineers that don’t arrive, promised call backs that never happen, 4 hours on hold, engineer installing wires incorrectly, 4 weeks and still no service. Cannot run business! Help!

@virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

@virginmedia No internet all day. Have done all on-line stuff via your website to try and fix (via 4g). Need engineer. Can’t book one on-line. Working from home - have had to give up multiple times trying to call as doing between meetings. Help.

@virginmedia @mdbethell_ The problem appears to be that the uplink is interrupted: during these random 10-100 second outages UDP packets continue to arrive, but cannot be sent. Results in hilarious Zoom calls: I can actually see and hear my colleagues say "Ah, we've lost him again".
