    @virginmedia *sigh* it’s ok. I was overreacting too - I had some stuff I was working on and I felt that it was my router that was at fault. Once I knew it was a network issue I was able to relax (and subsequently used 5gb of my mobile data allowance) - at least my hardware still works!

    @virginmedia You have a priority service which customers can sign up to for £9.99 a month to get a next day call out. So I had to take it out to make sure my son could finish his homework, as it turns out the engineers damaged our box.

    @virginmedia Except I was told it will be sorted on the 16th then 18th and 24th and yet still nothing It’s more then frustrating it’s infuriating, I’m having to spend more on mobile data because you are not providing me with the service im paying you for,
