We won our case against @virginmedia for refusing to refund our money after they failed to cancel our landline. They owe us £321 and today they say they "can't refund due to #COVIDー19 so they will apply the credit to our account." Oh no you won't! Another poor #Virgin brand

@dazzleeds @virginmedia Have exactly the same experience with @virginmedia - customer service does not exist but the charges are taken and increased without fail. For three weeks have been trying to get in touch and get some support with zero result argh 😖🤯😭😭😭😭

Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!
