@virginmedia 1/ I've been without internet access since last night. I called this morning at 830 and did reset as told, didn't work so was told it'd be passed on to network engineers and they'd get back to me if it didn't come back on within the hour.

@MayorofLondon Shame they provide the most terrible customer service and treat you like they've got you by the short and curlies! Pay £400 a year for a service, custome service agents are like robots and stuff you for days when it doesn't work with no alternative offered! @virginmedia

@virginmedia Never had we have such a terrible Internet service. Absolutely NEVER. "Can't find server.", for whatever page we want, day after day. Then it finds the server; next minute - puff! Gone! Absolutely abysmal.

@virginmedia No as I look after an elderly lady with parkinsons on Thursdays which means she doesn't get to get out of the house if I don't see her. So it's booked in for Friday. What help doninhave till then? Or reimbursement? I'm free every day after 3pm & I'm free Tuesday all day

@virginmedia treat their customers well don't they? Customer for 8 years so of course I pay £20 more than a new customer for the same product. When you speak to someone about this they transfer you to retention team & put you on hold for 45 mins so you'll go away. Great service!
