@virginmedia Hmmm. No the test was done on Sept I ten got a letter about 2 months later which confirmed my suspicions of a slow service after a new router and CMP plugs I’ve been trying to discuss what’s next since then. Need that callback! @Ofcom

@virginmedia Why don’t you do that as so far you’ve sent me the link to the community group Fail 1. Then the 150 no not connecting fail 2 then 0345454111 is not connecting fail 3 You really know how to test a very long standing customer don’t you!

@virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.

@Ofcom Hi just gone through the complaints procedure with virgin media but they said they are waiting for ofcom to give the result if the speed test you did (can provide in DM if you reply) they ate saying you have to dictate what compensation level I should receive? Can U help?

@virginmedia are crooks. An engineer installed my broadband incorrectly. I made a complaint and no one has got back to me. It’s been 8 weeks. I am disabled and can’t use my fit for purpose office because the signal doesn’t extend beyond my living room.

Yepeee Finally back on line. Virgin media went down in our area started Saturday night returning intermittently, then finally went down totally Sunday evening. No TV or Internet till now and the only person I could speak to about it was in Delhi, and did not speak clear English.
