    @virginmedia since 2016 with virgin but really disappointed and disgusted as network is so cheap, sometimes feel like i am in the Amazon Forest. As advised i upgraded it and nlw paying more money but without proper service. Everyday it drops.

    @virginmedia Not sure if it is one issue that can’t fix fir four or five weeks or every week a new one. The issue is we relying on @VodafoneUK to work from home

    @virginmedia Thanks. We’ve just been told 4PM too but can you confirm if it was a planned outage? We weren’t given any notification and this is the worst possible timing.

    @virginmedia need home phone support please! Been on hold 1 hour 20 mins. The Home phone for some reason is not making outgoing calls and when it does, it comes up as a mobile number which I'm assuming is on the sim card from the burnside terminal. Need help please

    @virginmedia It never says what it is. The fix is always hours away. 3pm in this case. This isn’t acceptable in times most of us work from home.

    @virginmedia I know it is an outage. They’re far too common with you. There was not a single outage for the two years I’ve been using EE. It’s a third one within a month I’ve been with you.

    @virginmedia Tbh it’s been ongoing since we locked down in April. I accepted things might be a struggle but as time has passed colleagues and friends are not struggling with day to day connection or having constant lapses in connections. Having spoke to CCare nothing can be done.

    @virginmedia I have to say I’m completely done with your service. I have 6 months left, but I’ve had to purchase a BT package in order to WFH. The constant up/down of your network since lockdown has become a joke and I just want rid. #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia Yes it says there's no issue, I rebooted again about 10 mins ago and still nothing. We spoke to somebody at virgin this morning and they said it would be looked at today but it's still not working. This has been 3 days without Internet or TV now and I work from home.

    @virginmedia Who needless to say hadn’t had the courtesy to respond. Any further damage to my financial good standing will result in a significant litigation claim - this is your error and needs to be rectified or the relevant credit note issued.

    @virginmedia They said the booster was taking all the WiFi and not distributing it. We pay every month for something that really doesn't work. We have the hub 3 is there an upgrade you can send or your own booster to help?

    @BTCMark @virginmedia Report it as a fault and get an engineer in. Something is obviously wrong with the Superhub 3. They are known to have poor WiFi - whatever VM may say.
