@BruceBa06826486 @virginmedia Really cannot understand why virginMedia has selected to lower down its customer service quality? What did it get, a cheaper labour ??

-
James-J Walsh (@JamesJWalsh) reported from London, England

-
Shane Pender (@silverback1809) reported from Bromley, England
@virginmedia @virginhelp my other half has had 2 phone calls this morning saying our internet/router will be going down in 4hrs as we need a new box or router? Is this genuine? Also any chance some1 will come back to link us up to our own connection and not next doors?
-
Adi Staempfli (@AdiStaempfli) reported from London, England
I understand it takes time to replace fibre optics. I don‘t understand why @virginmedia sends out messages that are plain wrong. My connection is not working, has not been working ever since Tuesday evening. Is this to avoid having to pay back customers?
-
Steve Bunting (@M0BPQ) reported from Walthamstow, England
@virginmedia The VM app says no service problems but I have 8MB download tonight on a 200MB service. Lots of disconnects today too. Calling 150 results in them telling me to wait for it to get better.
-
Steve Bunting (@M0BPQ) reported from Walthamstow, England
@HavocTechie @virginmedia Thanks. Router has been rebooted and factory reset. I installed a wired Lan in lockdown 1 to solve poor wifi but unplugging that switch and going straight into the router doesn’t work either. Now no service at all. 😩Again.

Karen Louise 💙💞🌈🙏 (@chinaheart7) reported from Dartford, England
@Matthew_Wright @virginmedia Go to BT. Never had any BS from them.
-
Shaomeeng (@shaomeeng) reported from Walthamstow, England
@virginmedia Your agents promised respectively on feb 13 and mar 6 to get back via writing; sadly I’ve heard nothing from them. You are unreliable and time wasting and now would cut off the service again due to another ‘outstanding’ bill
-
Andy 🏊🚴🏻🏃 (@andylockran) reported from Walthamstow, England
@virginmedia my internet appears to be down, and your status page appears to suggests it’s up. Any idea if there an issue? E11
-
The Wing Commander (@philipwallingon) reported from Sutton at Hone, England
@virginmedia Eventually. I had to ask to talk to customer disconnections before I got a satisfactory response. Technician will call on Wednesday which in fairness is probably as quick a box in the post but with the benefit of a human touch.
-
Steve Bunting (@M0BPQ) reported from Walthamstow, England
@virginmedia Sadly the service is rubbish again today after a couple of ok days.
-
Shane Pender (@silverback1809) reported from Bromley, England
@virginmedia Oh good just thought it was a strange one as I’m pretty sure you’d email/text that kind of information. Any news on the other issue mentioned?
-
Huey Morgan Gluten Freeman (@andypurbrick) reported from Walthamstow, England
@virginmedia He also refused to give me another Virgin Media telephone phone number to contact unless I closed a complaint that I wanted to make about this
-
Shaomeeng (@shaomeeng) reported from Walthamstow, England
@virginmedia Apart from saying sorry, can you genuinely do something to help customers ?
-
Shaomeeng (@shaomeeng) reported from Walthamstow, England
@BruceBa06826486 @virginmedia Why would virginMedia CEO hire the bullying to treat the customers like this ?!
-
Steve Bunting (@M0BPQ) reported from Walthamstow, England
I’ve had awful internet speeds for a couple of weeks from @virginmedia . (<10MB on a 200MB plan) Their call centre has said this is due to an upgrade that will take a week to complete. Which ISP do I move to?
-
Shaomeeng (@shaomeeng) reported from Walthamstow, England
VirginMedia used to have an executive team which were willing put things right by hearing customer complaints, investigating them, and providing fair solutions. Is that team still available? @virginmedia
-
Huey Morgan Gluten Freeman (@andypurbrick) reported from Walthamstow, England
@virginmedia I was told by Mark in your call centre in the Philippines that this was planned maintenance and my connection will be down until 24th - I wasn't informed this was going to happen. I need broadband to work from home 🤷

@LDesesperes @virginmedia Hahahaha they still haven’t deducted compensation from the bills they’re sending us and think an apology is acceptable for the treatment we’ve had. 👏🏻 well done @virginmedia, for absolutely not following up on our complaint!
-
Paul Murphy (@PaulMur06333673) reported
@virginmedia Not broken but gets frozen all the time and very slow. Yes but you can only call so many times. At least you respond better than anyone else at virgin
-
andrew whittington (@andywhitt2) reported
@virginmedia Well that’s not the best deal is it the best deal for me would be the same as a new customer if not better, and when you are on the top package it is a big jump to go to £139 when new customers can get the same package for £89.
-
Geraint James (@The_Big_G_Man) reported
@virginmedia I'm an existing customer, now out of contract. Sky and BT are trying to convince me to leave with deals every other day. I would like to give you the opportunity to make me stay with you first. I have TV, Fibre, Phone and Mobile SIM.

maiella (@maiellamipiace) reported
@virginmedia .Oh yes. The 'we've got you over a barrel' approach to customer service. 'You might as well keep spending more money than you can afford on services you don't want as long as we get our money' I've been with you for abt 12 years. I won't be coming back when I move this year
-
Paul Murphy (@PaulMur06333673) reported
@virginmedia There you go build me up to let me down. Guessing you haven’t tried calling your customer services. Have a great day.
-
andrew whittington (@andywhitt2) reported
@virginmedia when you want to charge me more than a new customer for the same product as you have for the past couple of years, so when my contract is up I will look at switching cause you don’t get anything loyalty.
-
JKay2021 (@Kay2021J) reported
@virginmedia Then claiming you can’t help with wifi pods or boosters! After 3 people said they would send me one. #VirginMedia are bullshitting liars with worst service! 1 bedroom flat and the wifi ONLY works in my lounge, not in hallway of bedroom Do Not use @virginmedia - worst service!
