    @virginmedia Eventually. I had to ask to talk to customer disconnections before I got a satisfactory response. Technician will call on Wednesday which in fairness is probably as quick a box in the post but with the benefit of a human touch.

    I understand it takes time to replace fibre optics. I don‘t understand why @virginmedia sends out messages that are plain wrong. My connection is not working, has not been working ever since Tuesday evening. Is this to avoid having to pay back customers?

    @virginmedia My tariff is going up from £72ish to £108ish so I want to leave... Simple but trying to get them to do this is madness. Internet is slow and not reliable, I have been promised the earth and it has just got worst! @BBCWatchdog

    @virginmedia There isn’t internet down time the box has stopped working, they can’t get a new box out here till mid week, with a lot of people working from home you think you’d have next day delivery or something, bad enough we can’t have a engineer out to help

    @virginmedia please stop phoning my house daily in middle of working day to tell me you’re upgrading my WiFi signal. Every time you upgrade my signal, it breaks it. I’m already on a self purchased WiFi booster and it’s currently adequate. Please leave me and my signal alone!

    @virginmedia In relation to a potential weakness in security. I’ve got a retro phone with no caller ID. I have a name, they provided a customer licence number for me to check and to authenticate them as genuine . I have a name and they said they were phoning from Hampshire.

As I wanted to complain about her, too, that proved not an option. I am angry and will be looking at getting out of my contract. Poor!

    @virginmedia Hello @virginmedia, I haven't been offered a solution, the two cases were closed and I haven't heard from them, nor via phone call nor email. They just keep ghosting me. You can access all the info by the complaint ID I shared.

    @virginmedia I tried every channel incl WhatsApp!! A professional and reputable company would normally get a rep to call the customer after 2 days of getting nowhere but of course this is Virgin Media! Disgusted with the non existing customer service!!!

    @virginmedia Nope. Lastest expected fix is 13th. Unfortunately I don't trust any date you give given the last 5 dates have come and gone. Not allowing me to cancel my contract despite 31 days of low speed when connected and endless loss of service without paying a large fee is infuriating.
