    @virginmedia I had a letter saying work was being done on 26th August and may effect broadband but since then the internet keeps going down intermittently throughout day ? No issues listed online can you check if work still being done as I am wfh post code SE39lr

    @JamesJWalsh @virginmedia I used to be a customer before moving to Lewisham and left them because I was getting about 10% of the contracted speed and they were taking months to resolve it. They ended up admitting it was oversubscription.

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @JamesJWalsh @virginmedia The router has a couple of pages that are useful, one has the logs (check the error timestamp matches when your connection went down). There is also a more technical page that shows the uplink / downlink channels, have a look and check there is some voltage on them.

    @virginmedia just looks like you're trying to squeeze your customers for all you can get from them, tbh. which is fair enough, but it's not an honest business model is it, leaves a bad taste and wanting to go elsewhere which is eventually what will happen.

    @virginmedia I had a call from the Exec complaints team. Tried returning call but gave up after waiting in a phone queue for 30 mins. What should be a straight forward transfer is taking a significant amount of my time due failings at VM. Your message doesn't help in any way.

    @virginmedia Just tried text service, it told me to call, I called again to be told hopefully tomorrow it will be active.. if not to call up again. It’s crazy that somebody at Virgin has put the wrong disconnection date in the system, and the customer has to go 3 days without tv and internet

    @virginmedia Hi VM, I am trying to login to the sky sports website using my VM credentials (SS works on my VM tv box) but I cannot login. No error messages, just goes back to the main SS page not logged in. Have tried multiple computers and mobile devices
