    @virginmedia Itโ€™s everything downstream of the LAN ports, so wifi on the box is on and working but all his wired network is offline. I have asked him to check all the cabling to make sure itโ€™s all connected.

    @virginmedia I am trying to access live chat as I have blackspots in house and would like WiFi boosters from Virgin. I have 200 Mbps but am getting only 20mbps in bedroom. Cannot find live chat on sites other than loads of help pages. Really frustrating

    @virginmedia awful disgusting customer service. 3 different agents 3 conflicting replies and told other were lies! What has happened to virgin? Supervisor was so rude. Didn't listen and kept interrupting me with robot replies. #terriblecustomerservice #badcustomerservice

    @virginmedia My phone is now over two weeks late, which isnโ€™t an issue, I understand waiting for one to become available to send but to suggest I send this phone back and go without a phone until one eventually gets sent to me is just ridiculous. Iโ€™m not gonna pay my bills with no phoneโ€ฆ

    On phone to @virginmedia for 55 mins to cancel, speak to 4 different people about a mis-sold service and then when I ask them to produce my contract they hang up. Not happy.

    @virginmedia They advise they would send a signal to router, I then turn off after 5 mins, for 10 mins and when back on all will be working! Well it didnโ€™t make a difference and my speed test shows my downloads dropped from 236mbs to 36. The issue is uploads tho at 0.5mbps. On hold again!

    @virginmedia This seems to be the standard message coming from Virgin Media. โ€œComputer says noโ€. If you canโ€™t see the issue with this then you (Virgin Media) are the problem. Iโ€™m inclined to contact the ombudsman as you have sold me a service which you blatantly cannot provide or install.

    @virginmedia how do I get my account details if you have never emailed me or sent me and letters. I donโ€™t even know my account number and have to wait till you text to say my bill is overdue to be able to pay my account. What the hell? Customer service is no help so wtf?

    @virginmedia 1/ I've been without internet access since last night. I called this morning at 830 and did reset as told, didn't work so was told it'd be passed on to network engineers and they'd get back to me if it didn't come back on within the hour.

    @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia Wait until you get a problem! As I write our VM service has been down for a week with 2 appointments to fix it cancelled by Virgin (not us) thus far. They have rearranged the appointment to Monday 15th - 11 days with no service!
