    @virginmedia Think it's more to do with the upgrade work then; when I select Help from the Help & Settings menu, the screen goes blank. I'm thinking it needs a network connection to work. Any plans for a Hub with built in 02 sim to increase connectivity? Currently hot spotting my phone.

    @virginmedia I am trying to access live chat as I have blackspots in house and would like WiFi boosters from Virgin. I have 200 Mbps but am getting only 20mbps in bedroom. Cannot find live chat on sites other than loads of help pages. Really frustrating

    Please @virginmedia can you change your waiting music. Its the same 4 tracks adnauseum & very poor quality at that. No wonder customers who wait for over an hour hang up. Its enough to drive you mad with these earworms all day.

    @virginmedia #virginmedia spoke to a very nice lady today from Virgin media who wanted to know why I was leaving Virgin after 10 minutes of me complaining on how bad Virgin has been extending my contract and all sorts of things she did apologise but I said it wasn't her fault

    I've just had to suffer the same 4 songs,1 a poor cover of 'Where my Rosemary goes', on a loop, in 2,45 mins of waiting for @virginmedia to pick up. Within 10 mins of engineer fixing fault, its playing up again. Its also the end of my contract so I want to deal with it.

    @thatmisterj @virginmedia I'm so sick of it I WILL be leaving Virgin. No-one picking up phone, Just saying there appears to be an intermittent fault. Well No **** Sherlock, I already know that. A dumb text telling me to do what I've already done. I'm not thick Virgin I just want the service I pay for.

    @virginmedia I'm sorry for the two poor support staff who are trying to sell us new remote controls, routers and O2 sims - for more money - till we hit the nuclear option and say we're leaving to get what we're asking? We're loyal customers; why does it need to get to that?

    @virginmedia My understanding is that it is affecting a lot of people. I have now worked out how to access my email another way but do strongly feel that virgin media should be looking to resolve this issue ASAP.

    @virginmedia we have had no Internet or TV since yesterday afternoon/evening. Service checker seems down and unable to log into my virgin media as just spins or says unavailable SM1 1RB please advise.

    @virginmedia Having spent from 9.30am to 2pm on the phone yesterday to virgin media and asking for my complaint to be resolved and escalated having been put through to every different department…… complaint manager not available!!…. Call again exasperation!

    @jamesdgreen02 @virginmedia I've got the same problem. Was told by the faults team that if it wasn't fixed by 11pm last night that it should be fixed by 8pm tonight. Still not fixed at the moment

    @virginmedia @virginhelp There is no advice to give it's not a fault. I got to channel 204. It says press the red button as it's always said. I press the res button. It tells me to upgrade my box (which it's never done before) gives me a url to follow. Said url offers to sell me a new box for £50

    @virginmedia Action Fraud have recorded the incident and say that they take no further action. The bank blocked 4 txns & advised her to contact her mb provider. Virgin keep asking for more time advised buying another mb meanwhile. She can't keep up and needs advocacy.

    @virginmedia I am a broadband and mobile customer and have connection issues for the LE1 area for mobile coverage. Also in the LE12 area my mobile has switched to EE. Can you explain why this is please? If it is part of your merger is there an ETA completion in my area.

    @virginmedia All my services are wireless and my signal is continually intermittent to poor. This has been ongoing for months now. I have also been set up on the wrong tariff and am paying more than initially agreed. Can somebody from UK based retention team call me as I want to cancel

    @HapG86 @virginmedia Ongoing issues from Sat 25th Sept at Red Bee Media, who playout the channels, means they are still off air after a fire incident. They are being repaired, but their servers have been damaged, so as The Box is working, it is being used as a back up feed for its sister channels.
