    @virginmedia can confirm that there is an ongoing works in your area to improve the connection. This has started yesterday night, but we don't have an estimate time for the fix. I also have checked that there is no nearby tower to get a connection from, so we don't have to do any troubleshoo

    @virginmedia it took me 20 hours to get a response from the online chat, a further 3 hours talking with them to be given a phone number, and an hour on hold before you cut me off. All this and I've only been a Virgin customer for one day without any service yet. Not a great start
