@virginmedia contacted Virgin customer services on 22nd October to terminate broadband contract( 1 month notice). I was assured I would receive an email to confirm termination-nothing received. Heard this happens a lot and then Virgin challenge-pls sort.

Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

So we’ve waited 4 weeks for @virginmedia to install our TV and WiFi, telling us it’s been in the flat before, they get here finally and say it’s never been in the flat and we can’t have it! So they’ve left and we’re back to square one....

@virginmedia We’ve already called and you’ve said you haven’t had the request so I don’t see how calling again will help. Sky have told us they have requested it. Have seen numerous accounts of you blocking number ports to Sky so I’m not surprised. Pretty outrageous.

@MartinSLewis heard you on radio today about broadband. Having worked for virgin media the best deals come when you actually put in your 30 day notice and the outbound retentions team usually ring you with an offer. Worst case scenario cancel the cancellation within the 30 days.

@NUFC360 Price Gouging @virginmedia style. Broadband was £45/month for 500Mb/s. New customers get 1GB/s for £35 at my address. As existing "loyal customer" I "have access to deals not available to new customers" Cheapest price they will give me for 500Mb/s... £55/month.
