@Shayan86 @virginmedia It’s a disgrace - my husband works in tv too. You 100% cannot rely on VM. I am definitely changing. My bill started off at £35 and is now £45 as we had to buy boosters. Worst service ever. Skybroadband non-fibre was better than this.

@virginmedia This seems to be the standard message coming from Virgin Media. “Computer says no”. If you can’t see the issue with this then you (Virgin Media) are the problem. I’m inclined to contact the ombudsman as you have sold me a service which you blatantly cannot provide or install.

@virginmedia It's not intermittent. Seems to be ongoing DNS issues meaning some sites working and others not. Unfortunately for me, one of the sites not working at all is the one I need to access my remote desktop for work. Hope you get it fixed soon.
