    @virginmedia I have continually tried to call, your wait times are really unacceptable, anyway I have also opted for the text service, however no text received. I am losing faith I’ve been waiting since August for some kind of contact from you. Any other options?

    @JamesJWalsh @virginmedia Don't mention the word WiFi, your problem is the WAN connection. Plug you laptop via the LAN cable when testing / calling them.

    @JamesJWalsh @virginmedia The router has a couple of pages that are useful, one has the logs (check the error timestamp matches when your connection went down). There is also a more technical page that shows the uplink / downlink channels, have a look and check there is some voltage on them.

    Why is it when @virginmedia have a fault my v6+ breaks down and I have now lost all my 64% of recording that I can not get back are you going to compensate me.

    @virginmedia thanks on behalf of all virgin media customers for not being able to pick up phones to help those who need help but have no wish to "Do it on line" we haven't received any compensation for 3 days of no net even though we have registered it everyday. PART ONE

    @JamesJWalsh @virginmedia I used to be a customer before moving to Lewisham and left them because I was getting about 10% of the contracted speed and they were taking months to resolve it. They ended up admitting it was oversubscription.

    @virginmedia every night this week at 7pm our internet goes down and is unusable. Can’t watch amazon or Netflix. Rebooted every system in our house and the hub every night inc hard reset...at our wits end and impossible to speak to anyone on your call centre.

    @JamesJWalsh @virginmedia The people on first line support are there to filter out the most obvious problems (wrong password, equipment not plugged or faulty, etc). Your goal noe is to prove that it's not your fault (device configuration, weak WiFi, etc).

    Hey @virginmedia @virginhelp can you have a look at your wifi service in the Guildford area? It’s been patchy for weeks, now have had no connection on any device for the past 24 hours; as someone who works and studies from home a lot, this is quite worrying and frustrating

    @virginmedia And the sum total of welcome texts I received during my 7 night stay in Jamaica was 189. I never moved from the same hotel. I often got 4-8 texts whilst sat at the same restaurant table or in my room. @virginmedia get your act together

    @virginmedia Per my tweets, our services were broken for more than 3 weeks. The rules state that we should have received automatic compensation without having to ask. Further proof of how bad VM are and how they flout their own rules to their own fiscal advantage. @Ofcom #virginmediasuck

    @virginmedia she doesn't have a phone and we don't have all of her details. We live too far away to go to her house. This is why we have had issues. Why can't you take her number and check it or send an engineer to her address?
