    @virginmedia your internet has been rubbish recently with varying speeds as low as 5mb 1 minute then 95mb the next! Now it’s gone down completely! On top of not being able to speak with anyone I don’t feel that your service is worth it! #rubbishservice

    @virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

    @virginmedia I just want 2 speak 2 someone that will sort issues out ASAP without holding for an hour & more. App chat is non responsive. Beyond frustrated by no phone or broadband & terrible backup help support non existent. How can I fix this or please just cancel as had enough now.

    @virginmedia He asked for the cancellation department, and finally got a seemingly helpful person! The issue was with the actual cable outside, she said she'd give him an email address to contact to pursue compensation, but it's just a link to virgin media's ofcom codes and policies 😞

    @virginmedia as if the service couldn't get any worse, I've just recieved a "new" tivo box to replace the one taken by mistake. It has bits missing and definitely used. I've made a formal complaint but have to spend yet another night on the phone!!!!!

    +@Eir got slated last week over waiting time to speak with a Customer Service Rep. My third day trying to contact a @Virgin Media Customer Service Rep, Tel 1908. Waiting time each day, each call of 60 minutes!!!!

    @virginmedia Hi! No, the WiFi signal itself is OK. The Internet simply drops on it. The actual WiFi signal does not go down in this case. I understand 5ghz does not go through walls as well. It's like it is losing its IP lease from the router or something. Thanks!
