@virginmedia No service again in RM2. Last speed test showed 3mbps when I’m paying for 500. Only option to cancel my account involves sitting on a premium rate number for an unspecified length of time. This is awful service.

@virginmedia Yes they said there is an issue which will be fixed by 12 oclock. 2.45 and 6 o’clock yesterday. This then changed to 10 this morning , 12. O’clock , 6 o’clock and now saying 10 o’clock tomorrow morning

Seems virgin media server was sending my emails even though I'm now with Sky who don't supply email service anymore so I was told. But I was also told I could take my virgin email with me to sky. Have just found out only for 90 days and then it is disconnected. They wont...
