@Shayan86 @virginmedia It’s a disgrace - my husband works in tv too. You 100% cannot rely on VM. I am definitely changing. My bill started off at £35 and is now £45 as we had to buy boosters. Worst service ever. Skybroadband non-fibre was better than this.

@TfL why is the 4G signal on the Central line underground only around the posh area's of Notting Hill Gate, Queensway and Holland Park? Since @virginmedia stopped their WiFi in April it's annoying that a major metropolis like London has no internet connections on a lot of lines

So @virginmedia won't let me leave our contract despite their service continually crashing or not providing the speed it promises. Ultrafast broadband but getting nothing or 9mb download. Fed up with it now. Avoid them at all costs. #VirginMediaoutage #broadband

@ameehan71 @virginmedia All new and reconnected. 200mb then next day nothing, comes on for a day then drops to 10mb. Talk to customer service and they don't have a clue. They also want over £400 for me to leave. Worst service I've ever known

@virginmedia Tried phoning but sadly can't get through. Read all the leaflets from front to back went on to the internet on my phone 4g to diagnose the problem all that did was waste my time. My child was so upset he needed to finish his homework & worried him. What am I paying for you for.

@gingerannie34 @virginmedia Oh it does seem to take them about half an hour to register it on their website so hang tight. But reporting issues is a problem in its own right. I have to wait for someone else to manage to report it because their website's shite and will not work with Safari.

@virginmedia I've been trying to speak to you about broadband issues for months without success. Finally spoke to someone who created a complaint & guaranteed I'd get a callback from a manager in 24 hours. This was on the 5 March. I haven't received this callback yet!
