    @virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

    @virginmedia over 2 years of daily intermittent broadband caused by you and hidden - I can’t get a fix. Now tv box and router both don’t work. 3 hours wasted on phone, 3 dropped calls and sorry doesn’t cut it.

    @virginmedia Didn’t think this was necessary since the WiFi speed is what it should be in the living room but as soon as I enter my room is shoots all the way down. Friends have advised WiFi boosters but I’m not wanting to pay for something when I should be getting a connection in my room

    @virginmedia Hi again guys. Exactly the same experience. They can't help me because by the time I've waited on hold, and weve discussed the problem again (for the 20th time or so), the problem has resolved. It's still happening 4 times an evening and it needs fixing. Please help.

    @globalhlthtwit Anthony, I was with Virginmedia, they are scum, absolutely appalling. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my 60 years of life. They are like Hotel California. You can check out but you can never leave. Talk talk service is very good. ANYONE is better than VM! 🙄

    @virginmedia Funny that, now you recognise there’s an issue and are fixing it but 90mins ago there was no issue. Estimated fix time is 1am so another evening without service but yet payment still expected by the due date despite poor service, sounds a like a great and fair deal to me :(
