If they can't even get their own internal systems sorted as a telecomms company what hope do we have? My contract is up in March and I will defo be leaving Virgin.

    @virginmedia Of course. I’ve done everything required of me: I was told it’s caused by my home move and the disconnection due on 12th. Things seem to have been prematurely actioned affecting my signal

    @virginmedia We have broadband but no WiFi. Rang customer services on Thursday lunchtime to be told that although nothing shows up in the service checker it' known fault and should be back today, now it's almost two days without WiFi, just want update from someone who knows what's happening

    @virginmedia we have had no Internet or TV since yesterday afternoon/evening. Service checker seems down and unable to log into my virgin media as just spins or says unavailable SM1 1RB please advise.

    @virginmedia 4/ I work from home so asked what can I do in the meantime? No help given. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Waited 15 mins to speak to Supervisor ( 45 mins total already spent on phone)..

    @virginmedia Think it's more to do with the upgrade work then; when I select Help from the Help & Settings menu, the screen goes blank. I'm thinking it needs a network connection to work. Any plans for a Hub with built in 02 sim to increase connectivity? Currently hot spotting my phone.

    @virginmedia awful disgusting customer service. 3 different agents 3 conflicting replies and told other were lies! What has happened to virgin? Supervisor was so rude. Didn't listen and kept interrupting me with robot replies. #terriblecustomerservice #badcustomerservice

    After a mammoth session on the phone to 6 of your departments to arrange interim broadband given your service failed in Nov. & won't be fixed to March I spoke to a helpful chap called David in the Customer Care Dept before I was cut off. Can you help reconnect me @virginmedia 🙏🏻

    @virginmedia John - lights are on but the external fault has already been established. It is a contractor that has to deal with the issue - one claimed to have done it but it failed to work - now you contractor is failing to respond to requests by your colleagues 4 updates on a new commission

    @virginmedia I’ve spent over 2 hours on the phone and I lost count of people I’ve spoken to when I got to 12. That’s just today and this has gone on for weeks. Pretty sure you would’ve lost me as a very longstanding customer by the time 28 days is up.

    Wifi has been down since 1 am and there still hasn’t been a satisfactory explanation for the issue. They just share a link for me to check if there’s an outage in the area. It says there is one, but no more information. It’s been nearly 12 hours. @virginmedia

    Absolute quality service from @virginmedia as always. Broadband not working all morning, it might be fixed by 7pm, whoop whoop. 150 quid a month well spent. Daylight robbery.

    Stream box is terrible claims be 4k, picture, colours, duller than 1988 vhs channels, chip obviously yrs behind, thats tv pulled out now, no rewind tv surely no one would pay £15 pm for sky entertainment when sky entertainment and kids is £3.99 on @NOW @virginmedia

    @AmyHeppi @virginmedia Same here. It’s been over 24 hours and my Wi-Fi is still down. I’ve called support twice—they only say there’s an area outage with no updates. The status page isn't helpful too. Really disappointed with Virgin Media. Time to look at other providers.

    @virginmedia why is your Comms so rubbish? There's an outage in the area, confirmed on the website, but I keep getting texts saying it's fixed. 8 texts in the last 2 mins too. But everything is still off and your site still says there's an outage.
