@PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

@virginmedia No not an issue in the area. The engineer wasn’t great with the details other than saying ‘your cable is knackered and needs replacing’ it was fine last week and the cable wasn’t touched so very confused. Having to wait 2+ weeks for replacement is very frustrating.

@virginmedia I am currently waiting. I have received multiple dates which were moved/cancelled due to construction issues but NO CONSTRUCTION issues fixes so far. This is ridiculous. What do I have to do this time round? As i mentioned I think @WeAreOpenreach or @SpaceXStarlink can do better.
