Predictably depressing experience calling @virginmedia to cancel contract this afternoon. *On hold for several mins. * Offered £2 off contract monthly by automated answer phone message when I navigate through phone menus saying I want to leave. Say no on touchpad.

@virginmedia on hold now 30min to cancel virgin account. No wonder I wan to leave you make customers pay almost £100 for service which not good. Then u keep customer on hold for over 30min. Amazing service 😂 not recommending to anyone virgin save the money and stress!

@71simon @virginmedia Simon if you use the text service and say you want to cancel they can arrange all sorts. It takes about 29 hours to get a response but then they can send new equipment/ engineers etc. Try it you might get it fixed.
