    @SkyUK sort your help line out! ‘Calls are taking longer to answer, you may be waiting up to 10 minutes. Currently it’s 18 minutes 7 seconds on hold. Pay over £119 a month for a service I ain’t getting. @BT @virginmedia might be getting a new customer soon!

    Plusnet is crap. Don’t go there. Switched to them monday, no internet. Now told nothing until 28 Feb! Unbelievable. Come back Virgin Media all is forgiven

    @virginmedia so this eve I get an email from you thanking me for updating to include sky sports. 1st I heard about it! Then comes to light that my child has unknowingly hit a “subscribe” button on set top box.Apalled at the rude c/s staff who cut me off!

    @virginmedia never use #virginmedia constantly shafting us for money for things we haven’t agreed to. 4 months in a row, 4 different things. Now denying conversations happened and won’t recall recorded calls. Disgusting for a 15yr customer.

    @virginmedia Just called customer services asking for some cable so I can move a TiVo box - completely unhelpful & didn't understand what I wanted Just kept telling me £99 for an engineer

    @virginmedia No communication from you & no updates.This was one of the worst possible times of year for sports fans for this to happen. This is happening regularly since KIER group took over. I’ve had to make nothing but complaints the last 12 months. Appalling standards/service

    .@virginmedia So the day after giving feedback regarding a technical visit I find that the password given to me for the replaced router is suddenly no longer valid. Left without expensive WiFi & still paying for it. Your ‘service’ is a total joke.

    @virginmedia I’m still waiting for someone to reply to me about my bill. I get cut off when I try to phone, the online complaint form receives an error on every submission, there is no chat functionality available and I can’t get a reply in social media. Please advise ASAP. Thank you.

    I’ve been looking at switching to the ultimate Oomph package with @virginmedia but it’s just gone up £20 and as an existing customer (not TV though) it’s probably not nearly as good a deal Vs new customer deal. Looks like I’ll have to renew with Sky again for 18 months.

    @SonosSupport I am having issues with my beam at the moment . I have played movies from a couple of sources for eg Apple TV & virgin media through Xbox one & the settings dream to be showing playback as 2.0 not 5.1 & not sure why.

    @virginmedia not gonna lie. Second night in a row that the router keeps rebooting and the internet keeps cutting out. I can live with that......tomorrow when I have a new cohort of learners to enrol if it’s not working, that’s gonna cause me a huge amount of stress
