    @virginmedia There are no faults in my area. The issue is likely to be with the router as the 2.4ghz works consistently on other devices.

    @virginmedia my mums tv/broadband went down at 8.30pm last night, you said it would be back up and running by 12.30am, still not working this morning she’s been told it should be back in at 4.30pm today. No mention of the problem! #ridiculous #compensation

    @virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

    @virginmedia majority of my channels stopped working, picture and sound very distorted about an hour ago, tried rebooting etc still not working. Tried ringing but your too busy and call cuts off 😡

    @virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

    @virginmedia Ok I’ll try it again, we tried to do it in September to no avail. Anyone looking at the contract will see it hasn’t been used for nearly a year, I can’t even log in with the number but you keep on taking the money and I keep losing hours trying to cancel it. it’s only £20pm??!!😡

    @virginmedia I negotiated a certain price, clarified with the agent (long time customer) and my bill happens to be £5 more per month and there is nothing in the notes to say otherwise so apparently I am mistaken! Your service has dramatically gone down hill.

    @virginmedia Without internet there’s no wifi. Heating, lights, music, Apple TV, Netflix...all smart in my house. The case for switching to home broadband via a 5G router service is building.

    @virginmedia Yes but that calling and waiting indefinitely to speak to someone thing is a problem when you’re just trying to help your ex partner sort this out. I sort everything out for the children, he pays the bill. If someone could call him that would be so helpful.
