  @virginmedia I’ve spent over 2 hours on the phone and I lost count of people I’ve spoken to when I got to 12. That’s just today and this has gone on for weeks. Pretty sure you would’ve lost me as a very longstanding customer by the time 28 days is up.

  @virginmedia I cannot tell you how horrendous my experience has been. 4 weeks later, no install, a broken path and I have no broadband! You didn’t show up again!!!! No communication either.
