@virginmedia By all means better start reading up on the #badcusyomerservice I’ve had since 2020 about March? Virgin still hasn’t fulfilled it resolution agreement mad back in Nov 2020 and have had to chase and hound you with up to 7 calls as staff which should be able to, can’t get it right!

@virginmedia We haven't had a stable connection since January and our internet drops out at least 20 times a day. Your customer service line is anything but useful, as no one seems to be able to figure out the issue that is causing this consistently inconsistent internet service.

@virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

@virginmedia The messages are Text messages based. The request for no further contact was raised via 150, it was also relayed to both agents when canceling my service, and to your selves via twitter. My marketing preferences have also always been no contact.

@virginmedia bad enough having dropouts daily but to not get an ETA on a fix is crazy. if it’s going out at the same time daily it tells me it’s being taken out intentionally which makes me wonder why would they do that during peak hours? shocking, done with VM. thanks for trying to help.

@virginmedia I have just had my elderly father on the phone to me in tears about some SIM card being added to his package that he cannot cancel. He has called your customer service a number of times in past two weeks to get this cancelled but the team say no.#poorcustomerservice
