    @virginmedia Ok so the estimated time of 20:30 fix this evening has been changed to noon tomorrow. How do I claim compensation as I’ve had nothing for a whole day and no one has attempted to fix it despite acknowledging whole area fault.

    @virginmedia Hi please send an engineer to my house to sort out the useless Hub 4 box that replaced my reliable and efficient Hub 3. I have asked the community for a solution and they say get engineer out to separate the 2 and 5 GEXT. Fed up of paying good £ for a crap service!

    @virginmedia I have a hub 3. I’ve used the app and it acknowledges black spots in the bedrooms, within 20 ft of router. I got a link for a free booster, but the link was dead. I need help to get these issues sorted. CS. are uncontactable. There are no more trouble shooting steps left!

    I’m a new customer with @virginmedia. Should be getting 200MB download. But literally move 2/3 meters away from router and it drops significantly and device is just buffering. Furthermore trying to resolve this via ur call centre is a joke. Been on hold for 50mins now.

    @OwenJones84 @virginmedia @JeremyVineOn5 Usually a router issue of inefficient switching between bands 2.4GHz and 5GHz Can go into router settings and explicitly set it to 2.4GHz (lower speed/better range) or 5GHz (higher speed/poorer range)

    @redheadlass1402 @virginmedia We’ve got the business service but it’s no better. They don’t seem to have any proactive monitoring or fault prevention and pretty much don’t care. They have a 3 hour service level that passed 12 hours ago, totally useless bunch of money-grabbers

    @virginmedia So now not only do I have a more expensive contract which I wouldn't have agreed to if I had known it wasn't including SkySports, I now also have to pay even more in October due to Virgin hiding costs. I've never been so upset and mislead by a company ever. 3/3

    @OliverStanding @virginmedia It's not a great self serve option and poor customer experience. I have an issue trying to remove a service from my current package. Cant be done digitally or remotely. Only via phone which even then very few of the advisors have the levels of authority to amend your package.

    @OliverStanding @virginmedia ...and even then careful! I did cancel by phone but they said they had no record of it. Kept charging me and when I refused to pay them, they put a negative marker on my credit rating
