Well it didnโt make a difference and my speed test shows my downloads dropped from 236mbs to 36. The issue is uploads tho at 0.5mbps. On hold again!

That the dish is broken and there is little slack to enable me to bury the cable deeper is due to local engineers. Will just have to dig trench, break cable and wait again!

I spoke to someone in the Stage 2 complaints team who told me itโs being dealt with and, as already mentioned, a manager would call me back at 4.30 which didnโt happen.
