    @virginmedia I contacted customer services for an update on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I was informed by your Twitter account I wouldnโ€™t need to send my current phone back until I receive my new one. I was then informed by the gentleman on the phone my new phone wonโ€™t be sent until I send this

    @virginmedia There is a blockage, that I know - I have had no service since November. I was told it would not be sorted before March 6th. I had been promised 3 call backs from different people in the Exec Department - none have followed up.

    @virginmedia Youโ€™ve now sent me the same unhelpful link about compensation 3 times. This will only compensate me if I have no service, and as I have a service (albeit 3mbps) this, as Iโ€™ve repeated several times, doesnโ€™t help me. Another example of poor customer service

    @virginmedia 4/ I work from home so asked what can I do in the meantime? No help given. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Waited 15 mins to speak to Supervisor ( 45 mins total already spent on phone)..

    @virginmedia My phone is now over two weeks late, which isnโ€™t an issue, I understand waiting for one to become available to send but to suggest I send this phone back and go without a phone until one eventually gets sent to me is just ridiculous. Iโ€™m not gonna pay my bills with no phoneโ€ฆ

    @virginmedia Iโ€™m currently without broadband in the KT8 area. Status page is showing an issue but with a fix date of 22nd. This canโ€™t be true. Iโ€™m a remote worker and unable to do my job without connectivity.

    @virginmedia Yes, it said issues with broadband and tv, but itโ€™s been 3 consecutive days now. Plus like I said I canโ€™t get mobile signal and I donโ€™t live in the middle of nowhere so dependent on wifi calls unfortunately.

    @virginmedia An engineer was booked to attend today and yet again they have not turned up. This is the 6th appointment where no engineer has turned up. A complaint was raised on the 7th Jun and still hasnโ€™t beeen acknowledged within the 48hrs inline with your own policy.
