@virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

Really shocked, but sadly not surprised, by the service from @virginmedia as an existing customer for many years, I’m overlooked in favour of new ones. No care and lack of customer loyalty. Will be talking about it on my show tomorrow

@virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.
