    Anyone else really struggling with slow speeds over the last 10 days with @virginmedia. It's been spot on for 2 years now and then 10 days it seems something has happened. Lucky to get over 10Mb now 🙈

    @Mikeyhcm @virginmedia Not only that but our router popped back up for 10 mins yesterday and must have had a firmware update pushed down to it, because my old iPhone refuses to connect to wireless now (despite having iOS14) and other iPhones in house being OK. No telling truth.

    @virginmedia 11 days without a landline and 17 texts giving a time and date estimating the fix to be done by and failed every time. Oh well let’s see what tomorrow brings! Crap Virginmedia

    @westbrookdanni @virginmedia Up to 2 weeks ago I didn't have a bad word to say about them. The pure fact you can't get through to someone is the worst of it. Happy to take your money and trim your internet speeds!

    @PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

    I'm having real trouble cancelling my Virgin media account. Cant6v chat them, can't email them now on hold for 10 minutes. Just want to end the contract give 30 days notice. New promotion only for new customers. Wtf?

    @virginmedia That issue fixed itself. However, this evening we're getting the same problem. This has been going on for the past week on and off. I'm now told that the issue is estimated to be fixed by 2pm tomorrow - the service we've received from Virgin has been particularly poor of late

    @virginmedia 4pm today. That’s a 36 hour outage, that has been extended from the original 12 hour estimate - so something has clearly gone horribly wrong. And your service pages me a 404 error when I try and register for loss of service.

    In order to leave @VirginMedia I get charged an extra £240. Raised a complaint - could take a month to resolve. In meantime I have a £257 bill this month which we cannot afford. Ask for hold on extra £200 until dispute is resolved. Get passed to collections team 3/4

    @Stu__F @virginmedia VM played fair when they decided to upgrade me to 360, due to issues with my mobile service, however they couldn't get that right, what with this, and the mess with my mobile, I just can't take anymore
