Well it didn’t make a difference and my speed test shows my downloads dropped from 236mbs to 36. The issue is uploads tho at 0.5mbps. On hold again!

I was told it would not be sorted before March 6th. I had been promised 3 call backs from different people in the Exec Department - none have followed up.
