@virginmedia I've been having problems with my phoneline and it is currently dead, can't make or receive calls. An engineer came on Friday but its still not working. Charges have been appearing on my phone bill for calls I have not made. This has happened twice since November.

@virginmedia hi nope just saying unavailable at this time which is no help! working all week so now have to plan to work from home incase the update is its coming tomorrow!!! was all going good just yodel a nightmare! when there updated at 21.15 last night it said 15.00! so lied there!

@virginmedia we've had atrocious broadband on SE26 4HN for weeks now, it just keeps dropping out and then coming back. I have just had my bill and I'm not really feeling we should have to pay for the service we've had this month.

@TracyWoodley4 @virginmedia @Virgin Their service has certainly gone down hill and this issue with the call centre is a complete farce. If they can't even get their own internal systems sorted as a telecomms company what hope do we have? My contract is up in March and I will defo be leaving Virgin.

@virginmedia Yes he left a name & phone number, said I should I let him know if I still have issues. I've contacted him 3 times including this morning since his visit last Friday.

@virginmedia Apparently nothings wrong, however I’ve had slow speeds and intermittent internet since it was fitted. I also called a minute ago for the assistant to say it will be 48/72 hours which would be perfect for the weekend however I work during the week.

@virginmedia Too many times mate. That's a day of annual leave for me and my partner we'll have to take yet again. We've paid for childcare, the house is empty and we can't work. Just cancelled direct debit. If you have a problem with it we'll see you in front of a magistrate I guess.
