@virginmedia I need to order a booster ASAP! The ‘100MB’ WiFi i apparently have doesn’t even reach my office upstairs. No surprises when I go to order one online there’s a waiting list...how long am I likely to wait? Surely if all your customers need a booster, there’s an issue??

@virginmedia How about just provide me a link to download the less than 10mb of pdf? Admin fee to provide a link or email a customer of over 3years? What have you offered me in return for the many times of INTERRUPTED service when I’ve had to turn to my mobile hotspot?

Sad in these times when a friend is forced to move home because her mortgage company won’t help her & now @virginmedia are charging her well over £200 as a disconnection fee. To leave a home she doesn’t actually want to leave.

@virginmedia no broadband, WiFi or TV services in the SE7 area until 5pm today is completely unacceptable for people working from home. Engineering faults should not be happening during the day. £8 compensation is absolute peanuts. Very poor indeed.

@virginmedia any reason why you still haven’t fixed our phone lines? Been down for 3 months now so I’ll be expecting a reimbursement. Also expect a reimbursement due to the fact your failing to supply the minimum download speed

@virginmedia I’ve tried to call but just get automated, I’ve tried livechat but they say I can’t order a booster through that service. What am I mean to do? I just want a lead time on the booster. Why can nobody give me that?

@virginmedia Signal as a whole; router drops to less than 1kbps and remote IP changes like it's trying to reconnect. A power cycle seems to correct it but think I'll need some watchdog program and remote switch to do that if the signal drops and I'm away from the house.

@virginmedia Of course this is the go to fix for all internet issues. Along with the router all of the devices were reset. Wifi sign drops frequently, but the bandwidth is normal as soon as it reconnects.

@virginmedia No. I’m going to need you as the service providers - who I pay for my service - to provide a technical response. Cant see what use I will get from a forum where everyone else is having problems but are also being ignored. This is a technical issue of your making.
-

@MartinSLewis @virginmedia are OK but I've had a problem or 2 which they fixed slowly. The biggest problem is the rising prices which they do way to often.

@virginmedia I understand the equipment situation but I have upgraded my router to mirror the performance and make sure I can use 1gb on my network. I got around 950mb when I first got it so the problem is not my end. It has also made the news about people getting poor speeds from virgin.
