    @virginmedia That is the first thing I checked and after the call center told me all is fine, an engineer will be sent out on Monday a text came back about 3 hours later to say there was actually an issue and you are working on it. So after we all called an issue was found hope it is fixed

    @virginmedia I see how it works now. Buy a package from virgin, broadband (around the correct speed) when it works is nowhere near as good as it was. Wi-Fi’s terrible & when you ring to find out what the problem is, you’re immediately told you have to upgrade to get usable WiFi!
