Mark Connolly (@macon1375) reported from Crayford, England@virginmedia They advise they would send a signal to router, I then turn off after 5 mins, for 10 mins and when back on all will be working! Well it didnโt make a difference and my speed test shows my downloads dropped from 236mbs to 36. The issue is uploads tho at 0.5mbps. On hold again!

I spoke to someone in the Stage 2 complaints team who told me itโs being dealt with and, as already mentioned, a manager would call me back at 4.30 which didnโt happen. I'm stuck not renewing my contract. If they mess up again, I end up paying even more but on a new contract or accidentally disconnected.

Shaun (@shauny67) reported@virginmedia @sharonmariahall Yes excellent internet speeds & the only provider you can put the router into modem mode & add your own kit. 9 times out of 10 any WiFi issues are down to devices or where you have the router not the service. If you have a WiFi pod ensure you set up WiFi back haul.
