@PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

@virginmedia That issue fixed itself. However, this evening we're getting the same problem. This has been going on for the past week on and off. I'm now told that the issue is estimated to be fixed by 2pm tomorrow - the service we've received from Virgin has been particularly poor of late

Has anyone actually been on the phone to virgin media sales team? My f*cking god I could have shot myself!! @virginmedia when I was that shocked of how bad his service was I asked him for his full name and he hung up on me! Wow! I just wanted to upgrade- was impossible to do so.
