If they can't even get their own internal systems sorted as a telecomms company what hope do we have? My contract is up in March and I will defo be leaving Virgin.

Appointment isn’t showing on their account, so can’t cancel there. WhatsApp is useless - been waiting for an Agent to be available since about 1pm!

I'm thinking it needs a network connection to work. Any plans for a Hub with built in 02 sim to increase connectivity? Currently hot spotting my phone.

I spoke to someone in the Stage 2 complaints team who told me it’s being dealt with and, as already mentioned, a manager would call me back at 4.30 which didn’t happen. An engineer came on Friday but its still not working. Charges have been appearing on my phone bill for calls I have not made. This has happened twice since November.

I had forgotten the printer, the TV box, my Spotify, heating controller, etc. all use the WiFi and workarounds for all of them need to be fashioned or just abandoned until @virginmedia fix it

They told me there was a problem in the area, then made up manifold times that it would be fixed. Often pushing forward the fix by a risible 56 minutes! Then a text yesterday saying it WAS fixed(app said perfect too)...when it obviously wasn't
