The Wing Commander (@philipwallingon) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@virginmedia Eventually. I had to ask to talk to customer disconnections before I got a satisfactory response. Technician will call on Wednesday which in fairness is probably as quick a box in the post but with the benefit of a human touch.

No surprises when I go to order one online there’s a waiting list...how long am I likely to wait? Surely if all your customers need a booster, there’s an issue??
