    @virginmedia 9/ speak but he kept interrupting me. He had no help for me for having no internet for 6 days. He kept sighing and refused to put me through to anyone who could offer anymore help.

    @virginmedia Yes I have chased and chased and spent 4 hours today on WhatsApp, no advise just can't help because I have outstanding bill....no the line isn't active because it was ported over to Community Fibre on 8th July

    @virginmedia 4/ I work from home so asked what can I do in the meantime? No help given. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Waited 15 mins to speak to Supervisor ( 45 mins total already spent on phone)..

    So trying to cancel @virginmedia services and the stalling tactics being used are not cool. If customers want to leave they have every right to do so. Let them go.

    @virginmedia John - lights are on but the external fault has already been established. It is a contractor that has to deal with the issue - one claimed to have done it but it failed to work - now you contractor is failing to respond to requests by your colleagues 4 updates on a new commission

    @virginmedia I contacted customer services for an update on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I was informed by your Twitter account I wouldnโ€™t need to send my current phone back until I receive my new one. I was then informed by the gentleman on the phone my new phone wonโ€™t be sent until I send this

    @virginmedia I am not paying the bill until you fix your ****** internet plus your trying to scam us by raising our bill to ยฃ225 even though it's supposed to be ยฃ130 and we have never missed a payment

    @virginmedia I've been having problems with my phoneline and it is currently dead. An engineer came on Friday but its still not working. Charges have also been appearing on my phone bill for calls I have not made. This has happened twice since November.

    @MartinSLewis Virgin Media wifi been unstable since June 2020. Virgin Media never resolved the problem caused me to lose hundreds of ยฃ's. Made me lose my PIP. Virgin made me pay double because they kept charging me twice most months. They've made me lose half my PC Guarantee

    @virginmedia Iโ€™ve already raised a complaint. I spoke to someone in the Stage 2 complaints team who told me itโ€™s being dealt with and, as already mentioned, a manager would call me back at 4.30 which didnโ€™t happen. Can someone please sort this out?

    @virginmedia Obviously i don't have proof because your site doesn't say send recorded so why would i, my number was ported in July and I wrote same time, I have no reason to not send letter and you can see from any data usage that I stopped using your service

    @virginmedia somehow you have reset my Dadโ€™s Virgin media box, LAN seems to be off and the wifi on it is back on. This is rubbish because we have network setup there with much better hardware than your box. Now none of it works and I am hundreds of miles from his house. Why?

    @virginmedia They advise they would send a signal to router, I then turn off after 5 mins, for 10 mins and when back on all will be working! Well it didnโ€™t make a difference and my speed test shows my downloads dropped from 236mbs to 36. The issue is uploads tho at 0.5mbps. On hold again!

    @virginmedia We have broadband but no WiFi. Rang customer services on Thursday lunchtime to be told that although nothing shows up in the service checker it' known fault and should be back today, now it's almost two days without WiFi, just want update from someone who knows what's happening

    @skytv @SkyHelpIreland @ITV Might it be possible soon to get all the ITV channels as normal on the Sky box in ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช ? After all you can get them on other boxes, like Virgin Media. If it is a rights issue, can it not be sorted ??

    @lelly401 @virginmedia @NetflixUK No i had it separately. Then my virgin bill had a netflix subscription on it. I asked them to cancel as I hadn't taken netflix with them. Now my regular subscription has been downgraded to standard!!!

    @mobily_uk @virginmedia Way back 30 years ago I worked for cable and wireless up at Seacroft; the retentions team called themselves The Dream Team; they got a bonus for each customer who threatened to cancel they converted to a retention-when you call, drive that deal down as they have a lot of scope.
