    Moved in over a week ago and @SkyUK say it’s still going to be another 7-10 working days before we get wifi- shocking service as new customers who are now having to spend a fortune hot spotting data working from home. Calling @virginmedia today.

    @virginmedia Thank you but we have complained and no response. We are with you because you offer 200Mb and we need that, the closest competitor offers only 60Mb. It’s frustrating that we are paying for a service that is not guaranteed

    Anyone have constant issues with @virginmedia we pay for 200Mb super fast broadband. We are in Bromley. Over the last year we have had nothing but issues and no matter how many times we make contact we get fobbed off. We are paying for a service that cannot deliver. Anyone else?

    @skytv @skyhelpteam I have no issue with your service. I like the flexibility of being able to watch TV in multiple rooms in my home (something that @virginmedia can't, or won't do) but this disingenuous marketing campaign to get £5 off has opened up a whole can of worms. (8/9)

    @virginmedia I have spoken to numerous different teams in recent days - no one has contacted me for an update or to advise me of any issues, & nobody has taken ownership of the problem. Why should I have to chase continually? Very poor first impressions.

    @virginmedia Very unreliable. Sometimes the range is a few feet. Others all good through the house. Nothing has changed my end & your CS say its all good their end. Might only need to change the router but they want us to buy the extenders, which they don't have. Been customer for near 20y

    @virginmedia It’s was ordered 6 weeks ago I rang virgin media was then told it was never ordered and I am not allowed one I am m500 then I was told you can only have one if your on GIG 1

    @virginmedia Interesting you say that, we are fully aware of the 14 day cooling off period, however, she tried to call and sort it out yesterday, was transferred to 4 different people, was told there was nothing they could do to change or cancel the contract and then was cut off.
