    @virginmedia Tbh it’s been ongoing since we locked down in April. I accepted things might be a struggle but as time has passed colleagues and friends are not struggling with day to day connection or having constant lapses in connections. Having spoke to CCare nothing can be done.

    @virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

    @virginmedia I understand that but perhaps you could train your call centre workers to recognise when elderly people need more help, more patience and some calmness. My father got flustered because the operator talked too quickly and seemed to expect all the answers instantly.

    @virginmedia 2/2 I can buy a splitter so I can set everything up but, I need to know if there are any specific requirements I should look out for when buying a splitter. Also, because I have a HUB 5, I've had to have a HUB 4 for the Giga service but have no activation instructions.
