Phil (@feyipuk) reported from Crayford, England@virginmedia Think it's more to do with the upgrade work then; when I select Help from the Help & Settings menu, the screen goes blank. I'm thinking it needs a network connection to work. Any plans for a Hub with built in 02 sim to increase connectivity? Currently hot spotting my phone.
-
Phil (@feyipuk) reported from Crayford, England@virginmedia Phoned, and as expected; they can't just "put this right". The equipment and service are working fine. That the dish is broken and there is little slack to enable me to bury the cable deeper is due to local engineers. Will just have to dig trench, break cable and wait again!
-
Paul Dwyer (@pauldee74) reported from Grays, England@virginmedia hi nope just saying unavailable at this time which is no help! working all week so now have to plan to work from home incase the update is its coming tomorrow!!! was all going good just yodel a nightmare! when there updated at 21.15 last night it said 15.00! so lied there!

Dr Andrew Fleming 🇬🇧 🏴 (@Andrew007Uk) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@virginmedia I performed the reset, it still does not recognise the code. Very disappointed. On Wednesday I wasted 3 hours on the phone talking to 13 of your people one of whom brazenly told me to fix all issues I must buy an upgrade. I am sorry to say the whole experience is abysmal 💔

-
Jonny (@MisterBeergut) reported@Kirsty_x85 @virginmedia Many company sales people do this, because they have been told that not knocking is following the cold calling rules. The posting of cards through letterboxes is what most of them do instead. I have the same problem. At least you were not disturbed by the hard sell.

-
Ali@Makely (@MakelyStudio) reported10+ years. 50M+ users. £11M+ revenue impact. Mercedes. Citibank. Sky. Virgin Media. NatWest. Here's what I learned: Bad product flows can cost thousands, or even millions, in lost revenue. Regardless of company size. What kills conversions in big-name products does the same for startups: - Onboarding that loses people in the first 60 secs - Pricing pages that confuse instead of convert - Sign-up flows that cause decision fatigue I’ve seen that when you fix these - you get more from the traffic you already have. Now I build those same systems for funded startups - so they keep the users they've already paid to get.
