    @simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

    @virginmedia No service again in RM2. Last speed test showed 3mbps when I’m paying for 500. Only option to cancel my account involves sitting on a premium rate number for an unspecified length of time. This is awful service.

    @virginmedia hiya, another night of constant router/connection restarts and problems. Multiple engineer visits, senior engineer visits, call centre calls, new router and £160+ a month down the drain. I don’t want to switch provider but you’re not leaving me much option

    @richie_errol @virginmedia I have had the same for years and have now gone to sky. I also called sky to cancel and start again so could get 100 cash back via quidco and they have me 100 credit on my first bill. More customer service in 3 mins from sky than 15 years from @virginmedia

    It looks like Twitter is still up, despite the start of the FIFA World Cup, but @virginmedia chose the start of the second half of the opening game to have a fault that means I don't have any TV or broadband. Status page claims someone on site to fix it; text says on the way.
