Multiple engineer visits, senior engineer visits, call centre calls, new router and £160+ a month down the drain. I don’t want to switch provider but you’re not leaving me much option

I also called sky to cancel and start again so could get 100 cash back via quidco and they have me 100 credit on my first bill. More customer service in 3 mins from sky than 15 years from @virginmedia
