    @virginmedia awful disgusting customer service. 3 different agents 3 conflicting replies and told other were lies! What has happened to virgin? Supervisor was so rude. Didn't listen and kept interrupting me with robot replies. #terriblecustomerservice #badcustomerservice

    Be careful if you ever want to cancel a @virginmedia account, I wrote to them, twice as per their T&C because you can never get through on chat or phone, they deny receipt of letters because you cant send recorded delivery so they just keep sending bills and chasing payments

    @virginmedia somehow you have reset my Dadโ€™s Virgin media box, LAN seems to be off and the wifi on it is back on. This is rubbish because we have network setup there with much better hardware than your box. Now none of it works and I am hundreds of miles from his house. Why?

    @virginmedia Of course. Iโ€™ve done everything required of me: I was told itโ€™s caused by my home move and the disconnection due on 12th. Things seem to have been prematurely actioned affecting my signal

    @virginmedia 1/ I've been without internet access since last night. I called this morning at 830 and did reset as told, didn't work so was told it'd be passed on to network engineers and they'd get back to me if it didn't come back on within the hour.

    @virginmedia A number of times. But letโ€™s be honest, theyโ€™re nothing but messengers. There is no escalation, and they canโ€™t even call the construction company to escalate issues. As someone who has worked within many projects teams, and mapped business processes, yours is simply shocking

    Try to speak to customer services to confirm what is happening. Ask for a call back. They will not. They tell me I should have had a new box already (the wrong one). To me means the envelope or new 360 box has not been actioned despite being told it has been (6) @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Multiple random outages over 24 hours, and your virgin status page does not work properly. Should have stayed with BT in 2 years and had no outages. Regret joining virgin media , poor internet and poor technical support.

    The only contract I ever signed with Virgin Media was in 2018, and it continues to this day. I have never changed or upgraded it; I only occasionally tried to report home network connection issues. It turns out that in November 2024, a two-year contract was accepted, which I only found out about in 2025 when I wanted to cancel their services. I couldn't leave them XD However, checking who did this on my behalf and when (because it certainly wasn't me) was impossible, as I had no way to log into my Virgin account Now I cansee- the accepted contract has different number? There is no any signature of mine- and information that was sent to e-mail: back then controlled by hacker
