Rebooted every system in our house and the hub every night inc hard reset...at our wits end and impossible to speak to anyone on your call centre.

Once again the box broke when you were having problems and I lost all my programs some I cant ever get back.

Naturally, a loss of service is self explanatory. A loss of service is a loss of service. 2 days would be, by the very definition, 2 days loss of service.
