    @PaulWelsh_UK @virginmedia There is no service. 26 November reported - 6th March earliest date for works. I was past to no less than 6 different teams before finally getting somewhere and then being cut off. Anyway welcome home my friend - hope you have more luck than me!

    @virginmedia There is a blockage, that I know - I have had no service since November. I was told it would not be sorted before March 6th. I had been promised 3 call backs from different people in the Exec Department - none have followed up.

    @virginmedia John - lights are on but the external fault has already been established. It is a contractor that has to deal with the issue - one claimed to have done it but it failed to work - now you contractor is failing to respond to requests by your colleagues 4 updates on a new commission

    @virginmedia I tried again today. After faffing with phone, then faulty website, and back to phone, I eventually found a very helpful assistant who managed to convince me to stay; happily. It was close though, as much room for improvement. Please sort out your customer services & website.

    @virginmedia 9/ speak but he kept interrupting me. He had no help for me for having no internet for 6 days. He kept sighing and refused to put me through to anyone who could offer anymore help.

    @virginmedia I have done all that earlier today and keep checking and still states no known issue. However was advised through chat online with a staff member there was an issue in my area with hope of it being back up within 24 hours! Everyone is getting same messge when checking online!

What kills conversions in big-name products does the same for startups: - Onboarding that loses people in the first 60 secs - Pricing pages that confuse instead of convert - Sign-up flows that cause decision fatigue Iโ€™ve seen that when you fix these - you get more from the traffic you already have. Now I build those same systems for funded startups - so they keep the users they've already paid to get.
