  @virginmedia They advise they would send a signal to router, I then turn off after 5 mins, for 10 mins and when back on all will be working! Well it didn’t make a difference and my speed test shows my downloads dropped from 236mbs to 36. The issue is uploads tho at 0.5mbps. On hold again!

The group had accused the publisher of unlawful information gathering - claims it denied. The judge found there was insufficient evidence to support the claims and said there was a possibility the reporting came from legitimate sources. The £9.5 million payment must be made by August 28.
