    @virginmedia I've been having problems with my phoneline and it is currently dead. An engineer came on Friday but its still not working. Charges have also been appearing on my phone bill for calls I have not made. This has happened twice since November.

    Just how **** are Virgin Media...my email was down for two evenings and probably the days as well earlier in the week, and now it's down again. Virgin Media i need to access my emails....this level of service is unacceptable. I'm paying for this crap service! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Hi, the VMGo app is telling me I need to upgrade to watch live tv but I’ve got the right package to have access and have until today watched live via the app. Is there an issue? Tried restarting it etc.

    @virginmedia This seems to be the standard message coming from Virgin Media. “Computer says no”. If you can’t see the issue with this then you (Virgin Media) are the problem. I’m inclined to contact the ombudsman as you have sold me a service which you blatantly cannot provide or install.

    @virginmedia There is a blockage, that I know - I have had no service since November. I was told it would not be sorted before March 6th. I had been promised 3 call backs from different people in the Exec Department - none have followed up.

    @TracyWoodley4 @virginmedia @Virgin Their service has certainly gone down hill and this issue with the call centre is a complete farce. If they can't even get their own internal systems sorted as a telecomms company what hope do we have? My contract is up in March and I will defo be leaving Virgin.

    @virginmedia Yes I have checked the service status, it is the first thing I do & all was fine. The issues is with the cable Ethernet & the phone connection in the Hub 4. I don’t use your WiFi setup as my house is fully cabled for networking. I am a Network Architect, so have done basic tests

    @virginmedia It's okay I've taken it up with CEDR now and let them resolve it, I'm just highlighting to people how difficult it is to cancel contracts and the fact that VM consistently "loose" letters

    @virginmedia 6 days since moving to Virgin, we are having issues, the WiFi won't reach our outside cameras. After completing the troubleshooting guides + waiting for over an hour for a chat agent + 30 mins on the phone, we still haven't spoken to a human....not impressed

    @MartinSLewis Virgin Media wifi been unstable since June 2020. Virgin Media never resolved the problem caused me to lose hundreds of £'s. Made me lose my PIP. Virgin made me pay double because they kept charging me twice most months. They've made me lose half my PC Guarantee

    @virginmedia I’ve already raised a complaint. I spoke to someone in the Stage 2 complaints team who told me it’s being dealt with and, as already mentioned, a manager would call me back at 4.30 which didn’t happen. Can someone please sort this out?

    @virginmedia Hi. Have no wifi (green light) and despite rebooting several times have a had no luck. This has happened after following your instruction to reboot for ‘faster speed’. Please advise asap - no issues in the area according to your website.

    @shashpatel23 @virginmedia @HopeForTo Honestly, it’s a joke! Saying 8:07pm fix time here in Birmingham! If I hadn’t been forced to upgrade my V6 box to 360 software I’d still be able to access the tv channels!! But because 360 relies on wifi connection I can’t get any tv!! 🤯🤯😡😡

    Currently suing Virgin Media so know what you mean. They caused me to miss a critical operation on my upper spine. Been left with life changing chronic nerve damage.

    @Dadyougeek @virginmedia @LutzSchuler Your best bet is to Phone them and cancel your subscription and tell them you’re switching . You’ll get through in minutes and they’ll bend over backwards for you & if they don’t , switch !!

    . @virginmedia my broadband services on TV are down. Your app says you're aiming to fix this by 15 July at 16.07 (the false specificity impresses me not one jot). The issue number is F012372779. The issue started yesterday. Why on earth am I paying forca service that I will not..
