  @virginmedia This seems to be the standard message coming from Virgin Media. “Computer says no”. If you can’t see the issue with this then you (Virgin Media) are the problem. I’m inclined to contact the ombudsman as you have sold me a service which you blatantly cannot provide or install.

  @virginmedia Think it's more to do with the upgrade work then; when I select Help from the Help & Settings menu, the screen goes blank. I'm thinking it needs a network connection to work. Any plans for a Hub with built in 02 sim to increase connectivity? Currently hot spotting my phone.

  @virginmedia What I found frustrating, was that if I trimmed features from my package, the monthly price would go up, and if I added additional features the monthly price would go down. Utterly perverse! The whole process left me frustrated and bemused. Lovely people on your team, though. 👍

  Terrible terrible service from @virginmedia today . I’ve finally been able to move with my partner and she has been hit with a £600 disconnection fee as clearly we don’t need two sets of broadband etc . No discussion and no help . Absolutey disgusting ! Thanks
