@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@Alma1884ok @virginmedia Good point. Also Virgin Media does not resolve postal queries for 28 days! Cooling off period is 14 days. Legally if you post a letter asking to cancel within the cooling-off period, the contract will be cancelled from the date you post the letter. Take note all!

@virginmedia Increase in broadband prices as well despite being part way through an 18 month deal. Almost 25% increase. You would never entertain a reduction during a normal contract period but aggressively put up prices stating customers can cancel if they aren't happy. #CostOfLivingCrisis
