@StroescuGabriel @SamWall59028621 @xxIndyRef2xx @virginmedia That is why you should never use wifi. I have 3PCs, 2 consoles plus 2 x 4k TVs with V6 boxes. I use Cat6 on my PC and console (the rest is cat5) ethernet cabled into my own router, then into my Hub3 in modem mode. No issues with ping/lag here.

I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

Baring in mind the entire back bone of the UK internet is controlled by the post office/BT Openwoe, so anyone piggy backing over BT would have a better ping. BUT ping is not the only issue. Being a gamer, give me VM 350 gaming pack over BT

@virginmedia Your website's accnt pages are unequivocally the worst UX I have ever, ever experienced. Clicking through loops to find a page with accnt details, clicking on my name signs me out for some reason, half the time the cookies cause the request headers to be too large 🤬

2/2 Then you complain or try & resolve the problem @virginmedia push you to @O2. They don’t know what you’re talking about & try to sell you a sim only deal. More £. Complain & they tell you to call them. So you start again & yes, WiFi is as bad as before but bigger bill.
