@virginmedia My home telephone line has been out of service for 10+ days . An engineer came to fix it Friday (last) 30th said fault was with service and would be repaired by Monday 2nd Nov. I've left numerous requests for response on website but no reply!

I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

@virginmedia your self help checks to resolve faults is INFURIATING ! Run test on equipment but still a fault on home phone line but cant book an engineer !! I've had a "chat" with a robot and now just have to hope cyberspace is listening !!

@virginmedia Update: a week later still no groundwork done on my drive and no installation. Called the area manager on Tuesday and he said he would get back to me on the evening. After multiple calls and a message left since then he still hasn’t contacted me. Poor service from top to bottom.

@ChrisLouisJ @virginmedia We have 3 all Samsung only upgraded as 1 was still LED tv but still great. Samsung were amazing and went through troubleshooting and couldn't remotely fix the issue so they are sending advanced update on USB to fix the issue. If not resolved they will replace. Superb service.

@nathianity @TheDrum @virginmedia The irony isn't lost on me. I'm unfortunate enough to have Virgin Broadband and the service is crap - speeds often 25% of advertised speeds and the service disconnects. Complete rubbish.
