    @virginmedia your self help checks to resolve faults is INFURIATING ! Run test on equipment but still a fault on home phone line but cant book an engineer !! I've had a "chat" with a robot and now just have to hope cyberspace is listening !!

They have now left the automated message on permanently to say there is an issue in your area..you may need to send out a search party for your engineers as they set out to fix the problem a year ago! Can never get through to anyone.Useless!!

    @virginmedia STILL waiting for a call back from a complaint i made, was told between 48-72hrs its now over 72hrs and have heard nothing! How virgin has any customers is beyond me, must be one of the worst providers i have come across!

I have spoken too three people at virgin today and they have all told me there is no network issues in my area and it’s just me!
