@virginmedia day 5 of trying to cancel. Online chat is laughable was in a chat waiting for a reply for 9 hours yesterday,nothing ,now gone back to the start. 150 no1 answers. Covid is not an excuse when all your customers service people can WFH. CANCEL MY BROADBAND NOW!!!!

@virginmedia Yes, and end up on hold , I don't work from home so have a very limited timeframe after work to contact you. It shouldn't be this hard to cancel or at least arrange a call back .

@virginmedia £44.80 package change for a change we didn't agree to. Also, Advisor#3 has had me on hold for about 10/15 mins now and he's just accidentally "unhold" me whilst he was making himself a cuppa tea, sounded like he said "****" then put me back on hold again. 🙃

@virginmedia No issues found but it's been constantly dropping all day. That's with doing everything it says on the website. I don't really want to sit through 45 mins of being on hold to be told that nothing is wrong like previous times.

@JayJvvy @virginmedia I went out and fixed it myself 2 days on phone I had, had enough, I moved home connected my hub and fixed it from the outside and I have to pay £20 virgin should be paying me. Not everyone is fortunate that they can fix it themselves feel sorry for them

Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

@virginmedia - 1 cable trench dug (by us) 2 cancelled contacts, 3 different countries for customer services (none UK), 4 USELESS virgin visits, 12 MONTHS waiting for connection, over 26 hours spent on the phone to customer services. 0 happy customers. PLEASE sort this out!!!
