Online chat is laughable was in a chat waiting for a reply for 9 hours yesterday,nothing ,now gone back to the start. 150 no1 answers. Covid is not an excuse when all your customers service people can WFH. CANCEL MY BROADBAND NOW!!!!

I’m on my 30 day cooling off period and I’m looking at going with communityfibre. I’ll probably look at getting my dad to cancel his move to Virgin Media too.
