    @virginmedia have the worst customer service in the world. Reported a fraud case to them 2 months ago and they have done nothing with it. You call there call centre and they just hang up on you. Great work guys 👍🏻

    I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

    @virginmedia So blockage was done yesterday morning, snuck in when I had gone to work and husband worked with the very slow dongle. So now eagerly looking out to see if the cable pull guys come and hope and prey that they manage to do cable and that there isn't another blockage further up.

    @virginmedia FINALLY got through to someone helpful who admitted the issue is at your end not ours, after repeatedly being told it was nothing to do with you. Meanwhile, having to WFH, I have lost half a day. I'd thoroughly recommend nobody every uses @Virginmedia

    @virginmedia Issue with wifi - went down for 48 hours last week, earliest a technician could visit was today. The wifi had come back on so no need for him to visit, however, we signed up to have tv services installed and was told the technician could do this instead…
