    @virginmedia have the worst customer service in the world. Reported a fraud case to them 2 months ago and they have done nothing with it. You call there call centre and they just hang up on you. Great work guys 👍🏻

    I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

    Call number 25 with @virginmedia after the service desk hung up on my after I waited 30 mins to connect and then when I did get through put my on hold and then hung up 😭😬😬 on your call number 26

    @virginmedia after a powercut the hub3 has broken and doesnt work via ethernet, i have tried my hardest to speak to someone, and all ive heard is to get a replacement unit is £60 no matter what, 2 days and all ive had is a runaround and its annoying to say the least
