    @EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    @virginmedia any reason why it’s taking you 4 hours to fix a problem in our area. This is the service you expect us as existing customers to pay through the nose for. But when we ring up and complain you say your deals are for new customers only!

    @ObsessiveJohn @virginmedia They don’t have any competitors for speed, but that means customer service is complacent. The strongest guarantee with them is that you will not get the speed you pay for during peak times (evenings and weekends), and they won’t care!

    @virginmedia 1/2 It’s with all devices, we’ve tried everything, we’ve reset, we’ve turned everything off and on again, we’ve switched from 5ghz to 2.4ghz and back again … it’s … just … so … slow! 😫😫😫 And I don’t get why we should need to be IT experts to get a good service …

    Terrible service from @virginmedia Renewed my package to then recieve email confirmation hours later & everything was incorrect. Called again & unable to renew without taking out an O2 sim contract which I didn’t want nor need! No other options offered but to cancel #virginmedia

    @virginmedia First, it takes around 15-20 mins wait time to get through to your customer care team and after that one expects a certain level of basic etiquette, which unfortunately seemed missing. Very unprofessional and disappointing service from @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Also, when I repeated explained to your customer care person that it's a mistake in your system, I was promised a call back by her manager, which never came and also your customer care person ended the call in a hurry. Your conversations are recorded so hope, you can find out!
