    @ObsessiveJohn @virginmedia They don’t have any competitors for speed, but that means customer service is complacent. The strongest guarantee with them is that you will not get the speed you pay for during peak times (evenings and weekends), and they won’t care!

    @virginmedia 1/2 It’s with all devices, we’ve tried everything, we’ve reset, we’ve turned everything off and on again, we’ve switched from 5ghz to 2.4ghz and back again … it’s … just … so … slow! 😫😫😫 And I don’t get why we should need to be IT experts to get a good service …

    @EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    @virginmedia It affects all our devices - laptops, x-box, iPads, tv and phones. The wi-Fi connections are the worst. We have upgraded our package, split the signal, phoned to complain countless times.....

    @MelanieBlakeUK @virginmedia They charged me £75 when I moved house because they couldn't provide any service at the new place, don't see why I should be penalized because their network doesn't travel far enough. Well established area too, not the middle of nowhere.
