    @virginmedia my new tv box has arrived today and I can’t use it as our area is still down. Our broadband was down yesterday. At least it’s only the tv today it’s not as if we are without power or heating like some parts of the country. Customer services were helpful

    @virginmedia new tv box Friday as mentioned before didn’t work Friday started working yesterday now today it’s off again! Done the status check says no problems said box was on standby. I did get a flicker of a program for less than a minute then no signal.

    Gutted that I’ve renewed my mobile contract with @virginmedia I don’t think I’ve ever had such bad customer service before. I’m still waiting for transcripts from my chats yesterday to complain to the Ombudsman about them. I will not be renewing with them again!

    @virginmedia They said they can’t do anything, just have to pay for 13 days of a service that hasn’t even been activated. Not the best customer service really, left @Plusnet due to them not helping (well trying to leave, seems impossible)

    @virginmedia The ethernet ports intermittently fail on the router you provided, and have since day one. I have been through all the troubleshooting steps, both before calling (using forums & your support pages), and then again on the phone with your support staff.

    @virginmedia It’s regarding compensation , poor service , Miss information, poor services #callsarerecorded I can DM my complaint reference to you to escalate and have the relevant team investigate but if your unable to do that then the social media customer service isn’t much help either .

    @virginmedia The other option is tell me that the router you provide simply cannot maintain a stable connection though ethernet ports and this is not covered by any service agreement so I can go stuff myself. At least that would show an understanding of the issue.
