@virginmedia Another lie I was told then! Apparently they were sending transcripts from 2 online chats yesterday and 1 from today. I’m really disappointed with Virgin, I expect better customer service from such a big company.

@virginmedia my new tv box has arrived today and I can’t use it as our area is still down. Our broadband was down yesterday. At least it’s only the tv today it’s not as if we are without power or heating like some parts of the country. Customer services were helpful

@virginmedia new tv box Friday as mentioned before didn’t work Friday started working yesterday now today it’s off again! Done the status check says no problems said box was on standby. I did get a flicker of a program for less than a minute then no signal.

Gutted that I’ve renewed my mobile contract with @virginmedia I don’t think I’ve ever had such bad customer service before. I’m still waiting for transcripts from my chats yesterday to complain to the Ombudsman about them. I will not be renewing with them again!

@virginmedia £44.80 package change for a change we didn't agree to. Also, Advisor#3 has had me on hold for about 10/15 mins now and he's just accidentally "unhold" me whilst he was making himself a cuppa tea, sounded like he said "****" then put me back on hold again. 🙃

@virginmedia 6mbps download speed at the moment when ive upgraded to 350mbps... this is ridiculous, constant problems and advertising as the fasted.. and being told on your website that I need to wait 24 hours before you'll even look into booking an engineer..

My contract with Virgin Media has run out and they want to up my contract price by DOUBLE. When I rang up to cancel I expected them to offer me a better deal and they were just Ok bye.

@virginmedia None at all. It's the same with mine and my wife's phone. The signal appears if I go for a walk, it's definitely changed as there's no signal at our caravan when there used to be. It's as though the signal strength has been decreased. 🤔🤔

@virginmedia I have called 6 times and been told it was sorted twice and then got another bill of £125 and this month £136? Told to put complaint in which I have and then no call backs? My wife is a nurse and been told she can have a good package but only as a new customer so much to loyalty

@virginmedia useless “customer services”. Cancelled on 13th April. 1st reply yesterday and completely ineffective. If you want your router and notice fee you’ll need to fix up. I’m not paying an extra 16 days due to your inability to read a letter & email & text & social media
