    Quite possibly the worst onboarding and customer 'care' experience I've EVER had @virginmedia Unfulfilled promises, failure to deliver contract as agreed and now I'm 'lost' in the system and being ignored. I'm left with no choice other than to 'out' you. #CaveatEmptor

    @virginmedia Experiencing issues in your area there is a technician in the area but still doesn't explain why my routers fans go really loud and disconnected from everything I have to keep resetting to get it back to normal then on top get "issues in my area" like always

    @virginmedia Yes, the fault dates back from the 25th August and hopefully a fix will be made tomorrow, if not an engineer is booked for next week. When I finally got through the team were very helpful

    @virginmedia I received my new 500+mps broadband only to get 6mps on my phone in my room. The Router is Terrible and cannot send the speed to devices via wifi. Not Good for anyone

    @virginmedia No it doesn't feel hot it randomly starts the fan really loud and doesn't stop its on top of a cupboard not close to any walls ect it's cleaned still have the problem at least twice a week

    @virginmedia The ideal resolution would have been for VM to return the document as originally promised. We have dealt with other companies in this regard and all have been prompt and professional. Even the DWP accepted a photocopy of the POA. Why VM couldn't is entirely beyond me.

    @virginmedia afternoon. I’ve been on hold for 25 mins and when I finally got through the line went dead after security questions. My mum has been without her TV service for over a week. Last night an engineer was due by 6 o’clock and never showed. Another text stating the 26th

    @virginmedia I’m currently on hold. My mum is in her 70’s and waited in for an engineer only for them to send a text 10mins before to say you were coming in the 26th. The original appointment was the 21st and her TV service has been down for well over a week.

    I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

    @virginmedia Just to let you know, I've taken the time to write out another complaint via the link. I've submitted and it says 'nothing to see here'. The link says response within 7 days, and the submission says 28 days, and then my portal says I haven't raised a complaint. ANOTHER FAIL

    What happened to @virginmedia's web chat service? I can't find it on their web page but a Google search doesn't tell me whether they've removed the service or not. I was able to contact them through it last year but now it only lists a number to call.

    @virginmedia We have been without WiFi & TV since 18/5/22, have had two engineers out & still not working!! A manager was meant to call back this morning and unsurprisingly hasn't! And now no appointments till Monday!! Absolutely terrible service! How can we take this further??
