    @virginmedia They said they can’t do anything, just have to pay for 13 days of a service that hasn’t even been activated. Not the best customer service really, left @Plusnet due to them not helping (well trying to leave, seems impossible)

    @virginmedia Exactly, This is why I said I am disappointed. Treating a customer like that? I would prefer a more suitable offer as I stayed with you for two years and could’ve stayed longer if you were supplying the area I’ve moved to.

    @virginmedia It was for the laying of the cables (not for any specific property). It was dug up by Kier construction then virgin media did the cable work and it’s never been finished.

    OK nuffs enuff @virginmedia. We haven't had Internet for 36 hrs and your automated system keeps promising it will be fixed in 4hrs! Bored of going round your unmanned phones. What's the issue in Torquay? Mice in the cabinet? We are locked down need our fix.
