@virginmedia It does. The internet will randomly cut out then come back on 2/3 minutes later. I’ve factor reset it via the router setting and a manual factory reset with no luck.

Absolutely shocking customer services from @virginmedia, also their pre installation and contractor teams. 3 cancelled installations, nearly 3months with no broadband and still waiting for them to send someone to unblock a cable pipe. @SkyUK going to be getting a call very soon.
