    @virginmedia shocking service and support this weekend in the Dudley area. Service constantly down and getting fobbed of by call Center staff asking to reset routers saying it will all work? Now no ones picking up in fact you just keep cut people off and no options to complain?

    @virginmedia Yes there's no issue on the checker. The connect app says it's fine except for a few times it's said the connection is poor. But 1mb some nights is ridiculous...

    @virginmedia @SkySports @SkySportsBoxing £26 for HD and so far the picture quality has been garbage. Pixilated every 5 seconds or so. Sort it out or refund everyone affected.

    @virginmedia The broadband has been off two or three times today again and is off at the moment. I’m sick of this now as both myself and the wife work from home. I’m currently looking at cancelling and alternate providers. The service was fine until Wednesday last week when you did an update

    @virginmedia It does. The internet will randomly cut out then come back on 2/3 minutes later. I’ve factor reset it via the router setting and a manual factory reset with no luck.

    @mouthwaite @virginmedia My son has called them twice and in total has been on hold 2 and a half hours to cancel his contract. He still hasn’t managed to get through. It’s the only way you can contact them...shocking service @virginmedia thank goodness I’m with Sky!

    @virginmedia Thanks. How can you check the services via the forum? If I do it, I assume it won't help if by account name? Diane is so fed up she just wants to leave VM, and isn't confident enough with the tech to start writing on the forum, but the phone help when she got through was useless

    @virginmedia Yes, I did it about 30min ago. Now I can see VM networks listed in the available Wifi networks on my devices, but it says 'Internet may not be available. Connect to another network.'
