    @virginmedia Used to work for the company know all about rebooting after a fix. Just done *** and TiVo box again whilst still waiting for someone to answer the phone and it still doesn’t work. Absolutely shocking

    @virginmedia No difference at all when hub rebooted, Broadband still off and no way of getting through to your teams either by phone or via website to report ‘total lack of connection ‘ ! REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. 😡

    @virginmedia Yes,rebooted hub plenty of times. Lights flashing randomly. Registered for text service for service issues and just received one saying useage outing registered and est repair time now 26/09/19.another 2 days of problems. This affects my work at home. Need to cancel and go to Sky

    @virginmedia As you can imagine, this has been discussed with many of your team, at length, with no resolution. The response is shambolic. Virgin is seemingly incapable of providing any service whatsoever in our case. Disappointing doesn't cover it, shockingly inept is a start.

    @virginmedia Thanks for being so matter of fact. No TV in 5 days is a joke. All residents in same building have access. You do not deserve my custom anymore. How can anyone expect such an awful service is anyone guess. If you cannot fix this anytime soon then this is an unmitigated disaster.

    @virginmedia They have no idea what is wrong. The box says my account is closed. They said it has updated to tv360. Then my 2nd box doesn't even turn on. They said they were going to escalate it to someone. This is where my ultimatum is. Fix it by 10. Send me working boxes or I cancel.

    @virginmedia I was on the phone to the team for over 45 minutes and was told the issue would be fixed within 24 hours! I don’t have time to sit on the phone and run test after test. There’s an issue on my line, it needs to be properly addressed.

    @virginmedia Yeah but it’s been flagged incorrectly given I live in a flat + every other has your service. It’s been flagged as “unavailable” because it’s not been checked so this is a mistake on your end. Not mine. It wouldn’t be available to the rest of the building, it’s as simple as that.

    @virginmedia You have now moved your estimate for resolving problem to 10:00 tomorrow, 36 hours after the problem occurred. How do I contact somebody to discuss compensation. I have tried telephoning but failed to find the option that enables me to talk to somebody. Please could you advise?

    What a shambles @virginmedia are - wanted to cancel, spoke to someone on WhatsApp who made me a decent offer, got no response to my message, went on live chat to be told the offer doesn’t exist despite sending screenshots. Now my request to cancel is being ignored.
