@virginmedia I've been on for nearly 9 hours trying to complain or cancel. Nobody answers the phone. I got put through to retention at 1030 am still no reply on chat and its now disconnected me. I'm cancelling my direct debit.

@virginmedia Customer for over 15 years. My bill is going up and new customers get same package for £50 per month less than me. And they get a new TV or £200 credit. Surely you want to keep long standing customers. Not happy at all.
