@GardenCity_Mark @virginmedia Just to let you know Mark, if your mom is considered vulnerable, the law now states that broadband companies must give priority for fixing issues like this, as it’s often their only or main form of communication. Just in case you encounter problems on Friday

@virginmedia hello. Since I signed up in may I have never been able to log into my account. I never received the welcome email etc so don’t know my account or customer number. I have tried calling and they said they resent the email but nothing. What can I do?

@virginmedia are absolutely useless. Have over 100 properties with Virgin Media Broadband, and you’d think they’d attempt to fix issues and keep our future custom. Safe to say we’re looking for another supplier if there are any recommendations...

Well after 2 months of broken internet, it was fixed for almost 2 weeks now it's gone again. Fix date is 16th Nov and yet they still charge full price... @virginmedia

@virginmedia Every time I see these adverts I just laugh, but the sad thing is it isn’t funny paying for a service that constantly disconnects, stutters or is generally inconsistent. Your latest ad slogan ‘stay connected’ is a joke, and your email security is archaic, it’s equally laughable.

@virginmedia Yes, I did this and it hasn’t reset, the wifi name is coming up the same as well as the guest network I set up, and I can’t access the website for the hub either, it won’t load at all! Ran a test and it says theres a problem and that you’re working on it but not what or how long

Virgin Media goes down at least every two weeks. When customers are paying for a service, it should work.

@LutzSchueler @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog Dear Lutz, Can you confirm your number or email as I wish to complain about the lack of service today. 61 mins on hold for a manager to be cut off and then cut off again when I called back
-
Marty Funkhouser
(@Funkhouser67) reported
@virginmedia ..couldn't explain what this was for before cutting me off. I didn't raise my voice or use any abusive language so it seems like it was a difficult query to resolve and they didn't want to deal with it. I asked twice for a complaint to be raised. This wasn't done 3/

@virginmedia We called on 06/03/22 to give the 30 days notice to cancel the broadband and phone and was told that the service would end on 05/04/22 and that the next bill would be in credit as the direct debit taken on 08/03/22 was for service up to 07/04/22. Then 1/

@virginmedia It didn't I was sent the security link I explained it was not working - it got re-sent and again didnt work and I gave up. I will re-try today but I find your whole system shambolic at best and cynically designed to stop people exercising their right to leave at worst.

@virginmedia ..my father received a bill for £70 for the period covering 08/04/22 to 07/04/22. It doesn't appea that the cancellation has been processed properly and nobody in billing or retentions would take responsobility to fix this. They then mentioned another bill for £34.53 but 2/

@virginmedia Apparently it was an ongoing external fault issue - but the fact remains that this was an appointment made for an engineer to visit my property and I was not informed it was cancelled
