@virginmedia Still waiting on a call from 26th April. Spoke to customer services several times. No success. Really annoying that it’s so difficult for somebody to pick the phone up and talk. Perhaps VM know that they are in the wrong. @Ofcom thoughts? Always collect payments in time eh, Dean

@virginmedia They lied and told me that they had called the house phone. They hadn’t. They updated my contact number to my mobile. I chased this 4 days later and was told my number had been updated and the complaint was still open and I will receive a call. Guess what?

@virginmedia Engineer visit happened last week and I was told I need a new cable fitting outside my property when I have said this to your fault Steen I have tried charging me £25 and now they are just sending out an engineer to look for problems yet again

@virginmedia Poor internet. 500+ disconnections in a week when I’m paying for the highest package. Tried to downgrade package to save money, told I can’t. List is endless & all on file, supposedly!

Grrrrr, made decision to switch to .@virginmedia for broadband. Waited in all afternoon. Called 5x and waited 30mins + each time, cut off after 35m once. Guess what? They didn't come. Now have sent me a new PM to wait in!! How do companies feel that this level of service is okay?

@HJMKent @virginmedia I’ve just got changed after 20 years with them! Way too expensive and even the visiting engineer couldn’t resolve the issue of terrible Wi-Fi despite paying for the fastest speed.

@jemclay @virginmedia I've been with them since mid 90's Jem & actually have no issues with the tv & broadband I get from them but dealing the the "back office" side it's the worst I've ever known! I'm putting it all in email I'm sending to CEO when I finish it tomorrow! He's only on £8m pa poor guy!
