    Had an @virginmedia broadband outage on Sunday for 2 hours. Since then, connection so spotty that I'm getting 10 seconds of completely dropped packets followed by 20 seconds of slow-as-molasses ping times once every 10 minutes.

    Causing me to drop out of a work meeting once every 10 minutes. Oh, and Virgin tried to blame it on my hardware? Except... My neighbour is seeing the EXACT same thing. This wasn't happening before the outage. @virginmedia why am I paying you lots of money for a spotty connection?

    3 weeks now with limited TV yet still paying over £100 a month for svcs I’m not getting , I’m fobbed off on the phone that engineers are working on the issues , they’re clearly not can someone reimburse me @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Mainly because you’re now too expensive, called retention team and was offered a derisory £4 discount. Enquired about new streaming service, agent knew nothing about it

    @virginmedia Unfortunately, you dont have a ticketing system or cobtact email to track issues, rather a phone system that requires you to wait forever to get through to an agent. A/c number: 095063606. I was charged x2.5 of what i was tp pay.

    @Tilton247 @virginmedia I had the same for 2 years. Constantly disconnecting on a daily basis . Changed the Hub and it worked straight away. No issues since. Good luck getting a new hub off them though.

    @virginmedia Last week I was told it was all sorted and I’d be put back on my £26 a month.had a mail today saying I owe £80 still plus another £44 for this month.they keep saying my bill going up from my £26 since I reconnected. I never asked to be disconnected in the first place!!

    @virginmedia my broadband is being useless today virgin told me 2 put both 2G & 5G back together even tho it was then that split it & since my connection has been crap & devices are playing up so I’ve split it again but 5G isn’t showing up on any device anymore 😭

    @virginmedia Please help, My wifi is being slow (peaked at 410KB/s) and when I access my hub 3.0 from the web page it says every device is too far away.
