Can I request a new and very latest direct replacement (I have SH 3 which had this annoying chipset issue so if there is something with a broadcomm chipset that would be best)

If they don’t offer an upgraded hub (which they’ve not before) and compensation/reduced bill (gone up by £14 since Sept), we’ll be gone. @virginmedia

When I called customer services today they took nearly 10min to answer, asked the same basic questions repeatedly and then cut me off without even starting to resolve anything! Bloody useless. Issues since May 2018.

David Easton (@easton_85) reported@virginmedia No. Multi emails and had no reply. Got told you had sent a follow up in the form of a letter which we never received. Why a letter would be sent after sending emails I don't know. Seems a convenient way for a complaint to be "forgotten about".
