    @virginmedia Hey, turns out you never DMd me. It was a scam artist and I narrrowly avoided getting my card details stolen (although I did give away my home address before I checked the username). That’s not on you; but thought you should know.

    @virginmedia Thank you for your message. We seem to have really poor WiFi, it drops out and hardly works. My girlfriend works from home and it’s horrendous. A wired connection is perfect - just the WiFi is terrible. We have reset the router many time and still not any better 🙁

    @virginmedia I complained about my box being slow. I was told I would get a new V6 box. 6 weeks & never arrived. Phoned & no record of box and if I wanted new I had to pay. Sent me a replacement box which is half the hard drive size of the old and no remote. How am I worse of??

    @virginmedia Yeah it says it’s fine. The problem is, it’s fine, until it drops out, then it works again, then drops out again etc. And obviously I can’t do anything when it’s dropped out, coz the internet isn’t connected to check
