    @pie1883 @virginmedia Already had multiple calls over years, with poor to not resolution of problems. Then hassle phone calls trying to get us to switch packages when we opted to cancel and failure to respond to complaints and such… It’s like being hounded.

    @virginmedia you are next to useless. Broadband playing up all day and virtually unusable - phone up and when eventually get through to someone, they say they will do some checks, put me on hold and then after 15 minutes hang up! Pathetic

    @virginmedia Shocking customer service signed up a few weeks ago for fibre given an installation date called the day before to ask me when I would like to book the install then telling me they have a problem on the site and will get in touch in 7 days.

    @virginmedia You supposedly raised a ticket last week and my sim should have been re activated by today, customer services have said they couldn’t see anything has been raised and have started the same process again today!!!! Now they’ve said I have to wait till next Wednesday!!!
