    @virginmedia The complaint should not be closed down as ihe said that a team member would get back to me with a resolution to the complaint and a gesture to me, and then if i was happy with the outcome the complaint would then be closed.

    @virginmedia I’ve had 2 issues in last 2 weeks in Europe and away again tomorrow. You tell me all working yet it doesn’t. We reset everything and you had to escalate issue. Within 24 hours it started to work in Greece. No service in guernsey which means it’s not going to work tomrorow Spain

    @virginmedia Ok i think there has been a loss of communication from a customers point of veiw why would you say someone will contact you in 24 to 48 hours if they aren't, it makes me wonder why im still with virgin , as customer care is so poor i await some anwsers from you guys.

    @virginmedia I am waiting, for 15 hours so far. Am thinking of ringing the upgrade or new phone line as I'm sure I'll be dealt with straight away then. Ofcom will be able to advise me I'm sure with help of @MoneySavingExp

    @virginmedia I am away in Europe again from tomorrow and need a service that works. I have been on hold for 30mins several calls and your assistant cut me off despite a promise at the start of the call that they will ring straight back should the call end. I’m still waiting 2.5hr later!!

    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria Call charges are not as bad as the wasted hour on the phone and another long wait ongoing now for the text help service to respond. Seems @MoneySavingExp forums are correct about difficulty leaving. All I need is a PAC texted or emailed to me and I'll be on my way.

    @virginmedia Hi Michael from your team telephoned me on wednesday regarding the complaint i made about the way i was treated by your collections agent after speakibg to michael he said that i would receive a call within 24 to 48 hours from either himself or one of your team with a resolution.

    @virginmedia ‘s broadband is so awful. It’s speeds aren’t as advertised and there are constant issues. for the past 48 hours the internet cuts out every minute or two. Over. And. Over. Again.

    @virginmedia Help...!!! Got home after picking up the kids and my Internet is now down, the green lights are on the hub one flashing. Rebooted twice, managed to check the status online and says everything is OK with the Internet. Been like it for 45 minutes to nearly an hour

    @virginmedia I think my wife would like someone high up to call her. As she is inconsolable at the moment. She has been passed from pillar to post on the phone for the past 90 mins and is still on the phone. My wife has some major health issues and no one seems to want to help.

    @virginmedia Happily. Virgin have removed my cable at a neighbours request, then took days to send a wrong engineer out for a service when in actual fact it needs a whole now reinstallation, and I’ve now been without service for 3 weeks and noone can tell me when an engineer will come.

    Triumph from @virginmedia I tell them my mobile phone doesn't work so they send me a text message to my mobile telling me to call 150, when the problem is my phone won't call 150. Oh the landline eh? The one I replaced the handsets which refuse to be searched for by the base.

    @virginmedia Oh and my appointment has been changed everyday since last Monday without being told and then last night on the phone I was passed around 3 times with everyone basically telling me they can’t help me. Absolute joke.

    @virginmedia Lag constantly, packet loss when gaming in the evening. have to reset my router daily to make it even remotely useable. Its a disgrace i am paying for this service

    @virginmedia Oh and the virgin technician who came out said he didn’t believe they had just cut the cable and removed it. So that needs investigation. Either they did and I need compensating for lack of service and criminal damage or my neighbour needs prosecuting and the 10k fine. The joys!

    @virginmedia been having this problem for months. We finally ring last week and get told there's work in our area it'll finish Friday. We call back and ask for an engineer Friday we get told work will finish half twelve on Monday. We call back and demand an engineer today and told no.
