  @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

  @virginmedia I received my new 500+mps broadband only to get 6mps on my phone in my room. The Router is Terrible and cannot send the speed to devices via wifi. Not Good for anyone

  @virginmedia just wanted to say. You ignored my last message and my DM. Sent out a replacement box for 360 box that was already working. Red button stopped working (national issue) now my second box isn’t working and internet going down as well. What is going on!!! Fuming here
