@virginmedia and the broadband has gone down again. Every day around midday. Phone app has problems reaching servers, web service status says my broadband is good. Router flashing or sorts of green lights.

@virginmedia I called 2 days ago, saying I wanted to leave, lady tried to say due to COVID other co. Not going into homes. First co.Called can fit when needed. Told only way to cancel contract is to call- last two days called about 10 times all staff busy call. How do I cancel?!

@virginmedia I’m absolutely disgusted with the mobile messaging chat. I have been trying since 11:30am to speak to an advisor and still not getting anywhere. I’d now like to cancel my new order as I am disgusted with the customer service for a new mobile customer!!!

@virginmedia overall there is no real desire in your call centers (specifically pre install team) to do anything other than read the script. There is absolutely no problem resolution plan in that script either. I was also told by your staff there is compensation for this wait?

@virginmedia residential account called your cust. retentions team now, they stated only no. to call 0800 073 7100 which I have, and the IVR states "due to the pandemic we have closed our offices" so we're at an impasse a team that wants to help but can't and a team that cannot be contacted!

@maryamnerjis @JamesTurner37 @virginmedia I’ve been with Virgin for some 20 years (only Broadband). Generally stable. Customer services are unpredictable when things go wrong : the experience James has enjoyed is rather standard. In fairness they have improved a little.
