@virginmedia Already tried it guys, absolutely nothing, it’s also a replacement router that received on the 12th of March, phoned 6 times over the weekend for them to tell me everything is ok when I was experiencing slow connection, now nothing!

@virginmedia But I have been specifically told to return the hub before getting new one as standard procedure. Also been told to email customer services to allow keeping the hub until new one arrives.

@virginmedia Hi, it’s not possible to DM you. Been on the phone to 0345 number to resolve a payment taken from my account. Call eacalated to supervisor for him to be monosyllabic and then leave the call. If I hang up now, it’ll be me still without my £ and having to start again

@virginmedia I have been asked to email that I wish to keep the old device until new one arrived so that I have prove in case of penalty. I am surprised why I will be penalized for something initiated from the service provider.

@virginmedia Advice from Ofcom (ref 01135833) is I need a 'deadlock letter' to pursue complaint with CISAS. I've called and when finally answered had call ended. Connor in terminations said I shd have read the T&Cs. My argument is your employees should not make promises that can't be kept.

My Twitter has become a @virginmedia hate page. Im paying over £100 a month for a service they don’t ******* provide. 5 hours on a phone call to be told “your internet is fine on our end”. Look at all the ******* videos I send and tell me how ******** I have good internet.
