  Mad that I pay £71 a month for 350mbps a month for @virginmedia for them to only supply me with 40mbps, internet is barely moving, can’t even load basic web pages on my MacBook or phone. Problems in the Birmingham area??

  @Tilton247 @virginmedia I had the same for 2 years. Constantly disconnecting on a daily basis . Changed the Hub and it worked straight away. No issues since. Good luck getting a new hub off them though.

  @KellyQuilt @virginmedia Virgin are hopeless for ease of contact. My daughter was with them and the service wasn’t at all good.
