It's actually tragic how bad @virginmedia broadband has gotten over the last few days. Hope we are refunded for this period of shocking internet coverage. Still think it's the best service but need to sort out current issues.

Wow...!! This appears to be B90, B91 & B92 - @virginmedia you need to get this fixed ASAP - this is no doubt human error to cause issues at this scale - either that or you need some help with your network topology - let me know 😉

@virginmedia I'm surprised the engineers are aware of the outage in my area and are able to work on it when I've not disclosed my area at any point, so must be a much wider issue or a copy-paste. Regardless, my area is Manchester, so you can log that and I'll be calling about my bill

@virginmedia our services are down again. What is the point of this phone through the router. Seems less a robust system- if the broadband or power goes out. You have no phone access too.
