@virginmedia I have been asked to email that I wish to keep the old device until new one arrived so that I have prove in case of penalty. I am surprised why I will be penalized for something initiated from the service provider.

@virginmedia Already tried it guys, absolutely nothing, it’s also a replacement router that received on the 12th of March, phoned 6 times over the weekend for them to tell me everything is ok when I was experiencing slow connection, now nothing!

@virginmedia Hi, it’s not possible to DM you. Been on the phone to 0345 number to resolve a payment taken from my account. Call eacalated to supervisor for him to be monosyllabic and then leave the call. If I hang up now, it’ll be me still without my £ and having to start again

@virginmedia That’s says no known issues. So I think there’s an issue with that too. Broadband doesn’t appear on any searches it’s like it’s disappeared . There’s an engineer coming tomorrow

@virginmedia That’s a joke, I have never had a good service, the tv is ok but the internet has always been crap, meant to get up to 200 mbps but now getting 52 and if it’s not that it’s the WiFi drops out. But you still charge me, and every year you put it up. Joke
