    @O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia I wouldn't trust O2 to have anyone connected by Christmas, never mind any time, it's only taken 52 hours so far, & O2 have not yet connected my number to my mobile, & they think this is the best way to treat new customers, I'm thinking the cooling off period might come in handy

    @virginmedia Yes - this is a new contract - switching to virgin (or trying to). Is there any number we can call to find out if/when an engineer is coming? Otherwise we will have to terminate the pre-contract and remain with current supplier. We need the service to work from home
