@virginmedia poor doesn’t come anywhere near the description needed for the service you provide for a long term customer who simply needs the OLD Superhub 2ac router replacing. I simply need a replacement sent quickly but must wait for an engineer on Tuesday 4th January.

@virginmedia Held on for 45 mins on Friday and today. Was told there were "communication issues" on Friday and the guy I was speaking to said he'd call me back straightaway on my landline. He didn't. I tried again today to be told they couldn't access the system and that I should call again.

@virginmedia Is there an email address I can use instead? I can just tell them the address and send the photos and explain the problem. They turn up whenever and fix it (its on the street, so no one needs to be home) I’ve taped up the lower parts, but up higher it is hanging over a shop sign.

@virginmedia All I want is to register that there is still an intermittent problem in the area. It's a bit weird to pantomime that my broadband equipment might suddenly have developed a fault that perfectly replicates the same issue that was acknowledged as area-wide earlier in the day

@virginmedia absolute joke of a service. We pay for your 300+ mbps package and both wireless and wired are terrible. Not reaching much over 20-40 mbps in the last week and making calls with work near impossible. Looking forward to getting off your service!

Looks like the internets is down in Edinburgh with @virginmedia. I wish internet outages could happen just around 4am in the morning, when I'm asleep rather than in the middle of work...
