-
Gerwyn Holmes (@GerwynHolmes) reported@JamieGBarry @virginmedia It’s all about the money they make on people who can’t be bothered to switch. Dreadful way to treat loyal customers.
-
Paz DLXV (@paz565) reported@JamieGBarry @virginmedia I begrudge the time & effort required every time to simply maintain continuity of service. Lowest TV package (💩) don't use landline, but pay for it coz can't opt out, but broadband is good. This time, I'm seriously considering switching provider. 2/2
-
Jamie Barry (@JamieGBarry) reported@virginmedia I get price rises but you won’t me to pay over £130 a month for tv and broadband whilst offering the same packages to new customers for £30. How on earth do you expect customer loyalty. Absolutely no incentive to stay with you when I can jump to Sky for a couple of years!
-
mick auckland (@korky69) reported@PeteUK7 @virginmedia reminded me of when my dad passed away with the then "orange" mobile network, called to cancel and pay the outstanding balance, they insisted on speaking with the account holder? explained he had died, they still demanded to speak to him! never the less the bill was left unpaid
-
Ellen Brockaway (@happyhexer) reported@PeteUK7 @virginmedia Ughh. What I likely have to look forward to. I informed @Xfinity of my sister's death, trying to cancel her service. Ended up hanging up on them. Good luck trying to recoup costs if they don't end service. I'm not on the account & am not legally responsible.
-
mick harkin (@mickharkin68531) reported@Woodster1994 @virginmedia I would expect so much more from a business broadband service
-
egneg (@egneg) reported@JamieGBarry @virginmedia Let contract run out then ring virgin and cancel, sign up to sky, literally next day virgin ring you and offer the earth. Then just ring sky again and cancel. Works every time I promise.
