    Can I ask if anyone else has problems with their @virginmedia wifi?? We both work from home and are on calls most of the day however our wifi drops at 5 past the hour EVERY HOUR - EVERY DAY 😡 Meaning it takes 5 minutes to reload and recall people or rejoin meetings!!

    @virginmedia why is your #CustomerService so very poor!! Had an issue and called you charged £10 for the call. Complained... no reply... 28 days later email not addressing the issue with the closure hope this solves your issue if not call us... same number charged on previously!!

    @virginmedia Forever having WiFi connection problems at home so turned hub 3 into a modem now I have a hard 100 my download speed By hard I mean the pointer smacks into the end of the gauge like it could go further

    So. @virginmedia wants to double monthly biill, because I didn't cancel my contract. and if I want a new package, I get to still pay for the priveledge by having my bill jacked up by 50%. Can't even remove the TV from the package without it costing me more.

    @virginmedia A samsung, GT-B3310 and it was sim free and not locked, I've had it about 10 years or more and no other pay as you go service has had the temerity to lock it and steal it!
