@virginmedia But I have been specifically told to return the hub before getting new one as standard procedure. Also been told to email customer services to allow keeping the hub until new one arrives.

@virginmedia Hi, it’s not possible to DM you. Been on the phone to 0345 number to resolve a payment taken from my account. Call eacalated to supervisor for him to be monosyllabic and then leave the call. If I hang up now, it’ll be me still without my £ and having to start again

@virginmedia hi is there any other number I can call for a uk call centre please, i’ve had enough with being on the phone for up to half a hour at a time trying to sort my Internet only to be cut off, And for them to continue telling me they’ve sorted out my issue when they ain’t

@virginmedia I'm an existing customer, I've been with you for coming up 2 years. The colleague I dealt with was so unhelpful and just told me to call back on the 16th. I have a back up plan anyway as I've just spoken to sky and can get a 80mb for £25. I can afford the 20mb loss for £34 saving

@virginmedia Already tried it guys, absolutely nothing, it’s also a replacement router that received on the 12th of March, phoned 6 times over the weekend for them to tell me everything is ok when I was experiencing slow connection, now nothing!

@virginmedia That’s says no known issues. So I think there’s an issue with that too. Broadband doesn’t appear on any searches it’s like it’s disappeared . There’s an engineer coming tomorrow

@virginmedia Called your helpline, pressed the options to go to cancellations, guy on the phone says he cant help, puts me into the queue for another hour. Then you disconnect the phone. Then tried online help, hour wait, transfer to cancellations, disconnect again. Disgrace.

Got to say @virginmedia I understand times are tough and people are working from home, but we finally got through to someone and we've gone round in circles to reach no conclusion and be back to the start again. Very poor service at this point
