    @virginmedia Still waiting on a call from 26th April. Spoke to customer services several times. No success. Really annoying that it’s so difficult for somebody to pick the phone up and talk. Perhaps VM know that they are in the wrong. @Ofcom thoughts? Always collect payments in time eh, Dean

    @virginmedia Engineer visit happened last week and I was told I need a new cable fitting outside my property when I have said this to your fault Steen I have tried charging me £25 and now they are just sending out an engineer to look for problems yet again

    @virginmedia are an absolute disgrace. The broadband has been down more than in use over the last 12 months. My 1 year old would do a better job in the call centre they use.

    @virginmedia I've been on the phone for 12 minutes, they have another 3, then I'll hang up, what else do you expect me to do when I'm trying to rectify your mistake (not you personally of course). If I thought it would make any difference, I'd make a formal complaint.

    @virginmedia Disgraceful customer service, been cut off and now on hold again!! I should not have to wait over an hour to speak to someone. Needless to say we are now looking at moving our contract to someone else 😡
