    Don’t you just hate @virginmedia You phone to report a fault. They tell you your hub is off-line. They then send you a text to help you fix it and the text takes you nowhere because it says too many redirects occur.

    @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Our old router has been shut down while we wait on a new one being delivered (it was due on the 1st). You guys haven’t even arranged a delivery yet according to Yodel - is there no way the internet on the old router can be turned back on while we wait? We are paying for the wifi.

    @virginmedia They did state what tests where run but they assured me the problem has been resolved and there will be no need to follow up. They said I should expect optimum performance within 24 hours

    @virginmedia such a terrible broadband speed! Pay for 350mb and get about 15mb! Can’t get through to customer services at all! Trying to run a business at home with these speeds is impossible! Everyone in the area says the same so sort it out Virgin Media!!!
