@virginmedia Does anyone at Virginmedia ever actually answer phones? Calling from my parent’s number, supposed to be listed as vulnerable/priority. No answer for over 40 minutes! The hold music is torture, and zero indication of how long the queue is! Your customer service sucks!

@virginmedia call dropped AGAIN 3rd time today from technical support, can’t use your online service as it’s saying I am no longer a customer but thanks for taking my bill payment today. That’s another 4 hours I won’t get back why is it so impossible to actually get some help?!?

@virginmedia I work for a living. I can't get to a phone at 8am to wait for ever for a reply. I wish I'd just cancelled as I was intending to. The only decent response is from you people on Twitter but you can't help really, just pass us on, the rest of customer service is hopeless.
