    No sound on my TV for 4 days, tried all the usual re boots and resets, countless calls to virgin on hold for over an hr only to be cut off, am now waiting for a callback off them that probably won’t come, disgraceful service,can anyone help @virginmedia

    @virginmedia It does. The internet will randomly cut out then come back on 2/3 minutes later. I’ve factor reset it via the router setting and a manual factory reset with no luck.

    @virginmedia I’m trying to watch virgin tv through Firefox on my Amazon fire stick, but I keep getting an error message ‘sign in failed’ although it doesn’t even give me the option to enter an email address to attempt to sign in?

    @virginmedia Parents experiencing continual issues with their Virgin services... have tried contacting Virgin for over month and continually on hold. Now on hold again and this issue needs to be resolved. Elderly parents and no mobile. Any help as this is disgusting service!!

    @virginmedia I hung on for 45 mins then you hung up ....disgusting customer service tell me why I shouldn’t just cancel and go elsewhere after suing you for breach of contract

    @virginmedia Why is it your call centres and your web chat give no answer for hours on end, and your website constantly falls over returning error messages.... “Whoops! Something went wrong!” Your customer service is a joke!

    @virginmedia I pay more than I should, Im not getting the monthly credit that was agreed on day 1 of the mistake. I can't access on demand. I can't speak to anyone as I get cut off after 1hr, Your online "help" doesn't help, Apparently you can't call me so not sure where we go from here..?

    @virginmedia The issue is that the broadband hasn't worked for more than a week. There is no working hub connected and isn't likely to be one over the next 30 days so I'm paying for a service which Virgin has acknowledged isn't working.

    @virginmedia I've checked the status, says no issues. I tried calling, was on the phone waiting for 24 minutes, no answer. It's slowly creeping up, I'm at 29Mb now, still well below what I'm paying for. Have my recent issues been registered? I'm expecting to have a credit on my next bill.
