@virginmedia Held on for 45 mins on Friday and today. Was told there were "communication issues" on Friday and the guy I was speaking to said he'd call me back straightaway on my landline. He didn't. I tried again today to be told they couldn't access the system and that I should call again.

I called customer services who was proper rude and said that he didn’t care if the recordings worked or not, we pay to watch live tv and the recordings is just an extra function. Is this normal customer service @virginmedia ???

Both my husband &I have submitted 30 complaints between us - we simply get IGNORED! Engineer finally came out and claims to have fixed problem but it’s the SAME!

@virginmedia broadband dont work. You’ve obviously got some kind of issue that means u don’t read like every1 at virgin. UR COMPLAINTS CHANNELS UR REFERRING ME TO DO NOT WORK. Either call me or I’m contacting every senior at virgin (board members etc.till someone senior calls me to resolve.

@virginmedia We have a virgin media WhatsApp channel in our area due to the amount of issues we're having. Others in the group are calling VM cus service and then they're updating the group. The broadband service service is disruptive, and I can't also lose hours talking to cus service too.

Can’t wait till I get to cancel my @virginmedia contract and move to BT. I mean selling me 200Mb internet and not even delivering an average of 10Mb is not cool right! I mean imagine all the people that pay for the same service but don’t know how to measure it!? Right!

@virginmedia Got mobile on 14 Nov. 13 days from receiving SIM l made complaint as mobile disconnects on incoming/outgoing calls. Many phone calls, emails letters but no solution apart from "education given" I am 74, live alone and my phones my lifeline. Linda F. Acc.ref 3611322.
