@virginmedia hi, our v6 box keeps freezing/rebooting and having issues with recordings where they freeze and have to turn it off and restart it before it works again. Hard reset done tonight we couldn’t even turn box off using remote. Can you help please?

My advice to anyone who is thinking about getting Virgin Media is to stop and get BT or Sky. Customer service is poor, internet will be down for a minimum of 3 days. They will keep on saying “our engineer is working hard to resolve the problem” but the problem persists!
