@virginmedia hi, since we’ve upgraded to 1gb and hub 4 we’ve had problems connecting @Tesla M3 to WiFi. Advised the Plume mesh might fix it and we can receive FOC but been out of stock all year it seems. Any idea when they might be back in stock to try and fix our issues please?

@virginmedia seems to supply only just above half of the country, but if you change address to an area they don't supply YOU have to pay £240 exit fee. Do not use them if you can't see into the future and know for sure that you will never move. Insane!

@virginmedia Yes, everyone is sorry and everyone understands but no one wants to help. I still haven’t cancelled and you ask me to pay early cancellation fees after raising the prices. If not talking about the current contract I stayed a customer for almost 4 years even with the abuse I got.

@ThatLyndsey @priddy @virginmedia We sent it as advised as a tracked delivery with proof of postage. That's why it's £11. And they're charging £10 admin fee to disconnect our phone line. Absolutely shambolic service. #utilitywarehouse

@KRIPTO99 @virginmedia I’m currently surveying my village on our local Facebook group. Loads of people having the same issue, but nothing coming up as a ‘known network issue’. I agree - it’s making working from home challenging.

In addition to the cost of a new home that I have to furnish fully top to bottom, @virginmedia is trying to charge me £240 exit fee when THEY don't supply the new address. This is seriously getting me down. I can't even afford necessities.

@virginmedia is trying to charge me an exit fee of £240 because I am changing address. I would continue with their service, except THEY don't supply the new address. How is this OK? How is such a large company getting away with such a brazen scam. Wow!

Thanks for your email about your ridiculous @o2 price rise @GarethTurpin. As a @virginmedia and O2 customer for many years, I have decided to cancel all our family mobile lines and home broadband as a result. I'd sure many others are leaving due to the immoral #o2priceincrease.

@_shannonC @virginmedia Ah ok, so your max upload was 1 when it was broken? My issue does seem different then, if I upload to YouTube it'll be 20 up, but then dip to 1 up a few times in a minute. Probably packet loss that is rectifying itself. But with twitch, any large packet loss can't be fixed

@virginmedia I ran your checker several times. It says everything is working, & your employees stick to that script, even though others in area also report issues, as do 3rd party monitoring websites. I would suggest your checking tools dont work properly. 3days now with intermittent service

Virgin media are increasing their charges by the rate of inflation PLUS 3.9%. And they'll do the same every year going forwards. Even if inflation is ZERO, they'll still increase it by 3.9%. That means your income has to increase by inflation+3.9% to NOT become poorer. **** Off.

Nicola Askham #TheDataGovernanceCoach

@virginmedia With the new price increases (I was shocked at the RPI plus 3.9% every year) I do hope @virginmedia invests in growing its customer service team and improving access to it. It has been extremely painful getting anyone apart from you (LS) to even speak to me about this.

@ohsinnerman @virginmedia We are busy trying to leave them as due shortly, promised the world to sign us up and customer service pretty much disappeared after that. We were advised that f we were unhappy with the increase in APR bump we could leave without fees. Hopefully the same might apply to you?

@Deppresso @virginmedia i spoke to them multiple times in Jan and they just kept promising different dates it would be fixed by. nothing else. compensation thing says you’re only entitled if it’s down so many times but it won’t cover just being down for a few hours no matter how many days consecutively
-
Helen S
(@McFly_Mad) reported
@virginmedia The time it's gonna be fixed keeps changing. Perhaps stating what's actually wrong and why the completion time keeps getting changed would be better as it just looks like no-ones doing anything atm. E.g. due to more extensive damage than originally thought it'll now be tomorrow.
