@virginmedia Can I get some support for a recently ported number?

@virginmedia You only pay out for a total loss of service. So it can be unusable but still limping along and you won't pay out. Personally I am hoping for another provider to get around to rolling out fibre in my area.

@virginmedia spent another wasted hour on chat on your site. It crashed multiple times yesterday but you blamed Facebooks outage ...? Are you for real?

@virginmedia Your system sent me a satisfaction survey. Needed to complete it using mobile broadband because my virgin broadband doesn't actually work, but is apparently working enough to not qualify as being out of service.

@virginmedia your badly designed website keeps crashing and giving me a blank page. ( On a Year old MacBook Air). You'd think a billion dollar tech company would have a functional website? #fail.

@virginmedia No estimated time. "It's a complex problem". In other words its a network fault not a line fault. Why isn't the number you shared available on your website? The service checker is useless in this scenario. The website says it's working when it isn't.

@virginmedia That's the problem...? Right there in your sentence! You don't provide a high level of service. Reading the tweets and responses on Twitter will prove that. Saying "sorry" is not providing a high level of service. I've left, goodbye.

@virginmedia @itsleahgalaxy You don't update the service pages even if your services are down. This is so you can weasel out of paying customers compensation. This is also why virgin has more complaints than any other UK ISP.

@virginmedia @SeeYouUpThere1 Is there a solution to this? I've been having this issue for at least several months now and it's frustrating. I shouldn't have to revert to using my personal mobile data when I've chosen to buy the fibre optic internet. The above link shared also doesn't work. Please help!

@virginmedia They split the Wi-Fi 2.4 and 5. Queried how many devices we have in Wi-Fi. No-one says when you agree to Broadband that you can only have so many devices. Thats why I am asking about the New Hub with Wi-Fi 6. That should sort the issue.

@virginmedia my upload speed cut out 4 times last night during my live stream. It went from 5000kbs to 0. 3 weeks ago the same thing happened and I fully reset my router. I’m using Ethernet. Please can you look into these issues as my stream cuts out as a result.

@jordanladley @virginmedia @HiveHomeUK Maybe a bit late now but I had the same problem with Nest recently. There should be a manual power button to turn it on and off where it is connected next to your boiler?
