    @virginmedia I'll check, but slow connection and frequent drop is ongoing. We looked at switching but didn't move as not enough confidence in alternative ISPs tbh.

    @virginmedia @TomMockridgeVM We are currently moving house and trying to cancel our account unfortunately the call agents think it's funny to keep a client on the phone for 3 hours even more so they are happy to direct us to a department that is closed which terminates a call.

    @virginmedia been on hold to cs for 20+ minutes. No tv service. Intermittent service for the last 4/5 weeks. I just want to watch tv. I pay £100s /yr and yet not getting the service expected. I think I will have to contact Sky for a comparison sad after 15 years

    @virginmedia B744LG my neighbour is also having issues. Internet keeps dropping out so there’s clearly some sort of intermittent fault. I’ve wasted 45 mins on the phone trying to report it.

    @virginmedia Not sure tbh- it took at least 2 hours for the update to complete. Our connection frequently drops and is slow.

    So, @virginmedia advise me to keep trying to call them, how long until I take it to @Ofcom ? I've been trying to speak to them about my account for months, and it's permanent queues or being hung up on... I can't keep wasting hours for them to hang up on me

    @virginmedia The registered outage has been updated after the outage has occurred so how on earth can I view the outage on my laptop with no WiFi???? The level of contradiction is astonishing. Looks like another call to the CEO office is needed. #Useless

    @virginmedia Checked service status which says OK. Unplugged and checked all connections. Reset and rebooted several times. Work from home impossible without WiFi.
