    @virginmedia Friday I booked an engineer as the WiFi on our hub keeps dropping. At the same time I upgraded my package. This includes tech help. Since Friday I've had no WiFi. I tried website chat but got dropped I've tried calling but was waiting too long. I'm getting bored!

    @virginmedia After a couple more wasted hours and speaking to two more useless, rude and incompetent call centre operatives your customer retention team actually listened. Might help if ALL your call centres were UK based and had some compassion.

    @virginmedia I am a new customer who was supposed to be installed yesterday, only to be told that they couldn’t do the job. I am now without any TV and broadband unable to work due to this.I am left without any contact & waiting for another he for c/services to answer!! 😡 Help!

    @virginmedia I pay £22 for sky sports - asked for it to be removed and the price has only gone down £13 . How is that right, fair or legal ?

    @virginmedia It's not an issues according to the site. It's working on wired connections. I'll be looking for compensation after this. If the costomer tells you there's a problem then take their word they're the ones paying you, why would they spend money other than to get what they pay for.

    @virginmedia call dropped AGAIN 3rd time today from technical support, can’t use your online service as it’s saying I am no longer a customer but thanks for taking my bill payment today. That’s another 4 hours I won’t get back why is it so impossible to actually get some help?!?

    @virginmedia Does anyone at Virginmedia ever actually answer phones? Calling from my parent’s number, supposed to be listed as vulnerable/priority. No answer for over 40 minutes! The hold music is torture, and zero indication of how long the queue is! Your customer service sucks!

    @virginmedia I was told on the phone I couldn't escalate to a CEO complaint as they didn't know what that was so I emailed your CEO. My complaint is open & no one is dealing with it. I have told them how I want is resolved and they won't so have just left it open and you're still billing me.

    @virginmedia is truly the single worst broadband provider. Working at home, and they decide to do works without telling us, until 6pm? Aye great idea, right in the middle of the work day. Service has been rotten for weeks and naebody answers their phones. Sound 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
