    @virginmedia I appreciate your reply and I've done everything - its says no issues in the area but it said that yesterday and there was - I've had wrong service text come thru and all sorts- it's just not good enough

    @virginmedia It’s only been in the past few weeks that it’s gotten so bad. I was getting updates 2 weeks ago from @EE saying they were doing work in my area, but have heard nothing since. Shame you don’t have wi-fi calling

    @virginmedia As you can imagine, this has been discussed with many of your team, at length, with no resolution. The response is shambolic. Virgin is seemingly incapable of providing any service whatsoever in our case. Disappointing doesn't cover it, shockingly inept is a start.

    @virginmedia Broken again this morning after being ok eventually yesterday - managed to get through on the phones as it's still early - they are now checking and its been escalated and an engineer booked for Monday - progress of sorts!

    Spent 45 mins on the phone to @virginmedia to agree a new contract. I didn’t receive the confirmation email as agreed so rang up to check only to be hold there was no record of it and they couldn’t honour it. 10/10 customer service there 🙄

    @virginmedia Used to work for the company know all about rebooting after a fix. Just done *** and TiVo box again whilst still waiting for someone to answer the phone and it still doesn’t work. Absolutely shocking

    Extremely stressful trying to sort anything out with @virginmedia. Moved home recently and had the hub changed from a 3 to 5. I also had a Wi-Fi POD to boost the signal since we live in 4 bed property. It seems like the POD isn’t connecting to the Hub.

    @virginmedia Both. I've had connection drop when I'm in the same room as the router, not very often but more an issue that apps seem to run slow or not function properly, Web pages are slow to load, has buffered a few times watching videos, and our apps such as WhatsApp say using mobile data

    Paying £47 per month and now price hike of £7 per month just for broadband then tonight can't watch TV as there is a problem with streaming / broadband in my area. Luckily I have the option of changing to Grain. Bye Bye @virginmedia

    @virginmedia is the worst provider I have experienced. I can't be bothered to ring most of the time when I get continued buffering. I have been told its because its peak time so its slower. I have spent 2 hours messing about with virgin now I don't even have wifi on my phone
