@virginmedia As you can imagine, this has been discussed with many of your team, at length, with no resolution. The response is shambolic. Virgin is seemingly incapable of providing any service whatsoever in our case. Disappointing doesn't cover it, shockingly inept is a start.

@SteveFforde @virginmedia I had the same price hike - I phoned them and got more for a lower price. No service is perfect - buses and trains are cancelled all the time. Restaurants have to close for unforeseen circumstances. Phones need turned off and on. It’s just a thing that happens.

@DalaiFarma @StarLightsGirlx @virginmedia Not had a power outage from an energy provider, only from the grid which won't be their fault. If I am being asked to pay for substantially less than the service I pay for, I do complain, I do demand compensation and in some cases I cut off direct debit and let them whistle.
