    @virginmedia I took a walk to clear my mind and decided all the hassle isn’t worth it. So I just rang to cancel the TV order. If you’d honoured the original request, you’d be getting an extra £7/month from me (and probably more if I upgraded my channels). I can live without it though

    @virginmedia It always comes back online, 4-6 hours later. NO ENGINEER visited or needed. Support is of no use. The LIVE CHAT is a BOT and not live chat and serves no purpose other than to annoy people and waste their time. Bring back NTL and staff. Sorry, but that is the truth.

    @virginmedia just got off phone with your customer services dept. for 3rd time re complaint of poor broadband speeds and virtually no WiFi beyond room router is in. Highly dissatisfied with your level of service and will cancel contract as soon as I am able

    @virginmedia I've done the pinhole reset previously and it had absolutely no impact whatsoever. Why would it work this time? I can't believe that the only help that can be given is to continue doing the same time wasting solutions which I have tried numerous times before and then to "monitor"
