  @virginmedia just found out an outstanding bill of £81. It is now effecting my credit score! This is after various phone calls and reassurance that this issue had been sorted! Terrible. This issue was sorted 5 months ago and I have to find out through experian. OFCOM!?

  @virginmedia reliability has dramatically dropped recently. In the 8 years of being with them we have never had any outages at all, However, the last 3 month, it's pretty much going down every single day I think I need to look at other internet providers

  Change your supplier, insurance or utility, every time, go through QuidCo/ TopCashback You get whatever new customer prices and get the cashback. Got £45 back for my car insurance and £35 for a new credit card this year alone… £90 back on Virgin Media Broadband last year too

Now imagine that’s the only way you can actually pay the bill and O2 force you onto a promise to pay to restore service, tell you that you must pay, and it’s still not fixed! (Long story.   @trapdoor456 @virginmedia Ive been with the now virgin media used to be known as ntl for 30 years , never really had major issues To be honest, I have 1GB and practically get most of that speed , latency is fine , download speeds are atrocious , customer service could do with a overhaul, other than that Nps for me.
