    I’ve now had two messages from @virginmedia threatening to Charge us for equipment WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY RETURNED! There is no way to respond to the message and I don’t like being threatened! You customer service is getting worse!

    @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Virgin Media is the worst broadband and TV provider i have ever dealt with! Customer service is petulant and intentionally left me on hold until after closing hours the company over charged me by £30 and refused to give it back! I am disgusted

    @virginmedia Shocking customer service signed up a few weeks ago for fibre given an installation date called the day before to ask me when I would like to book the install then telling me they have a problem on the site and will get in touch in 7 days.

    @pie1883 @virginmedia Already had multiple calls over years, with poor to not resolution of problems. Then hassle phone calls trying to get us to switch packages when we opted to cancel and failure to respond to complaints and such… It’s like being hounded.

    @virginmedia @StarTouchTyping Good luck virgin left us with no service for 13days cancelled install at 11am on the day and old provider **** us down next day, virgins solution to this was to sell us a dongle for £50

    The worst customer service I've ever had. On the phone to @virginmedia for over 4 hours, bounced from pillar to post, still no internet access, instead of moving my connection, they cancelled my contract and started a new one. So now I'm over-paying, and bound for 18 months??

    The soundtrack to both lockdowns has been me shouting “**** @VIRGINMEDIA” the most unreliable internet provider I’ve ever encountered. Dropouts daily since mid April and not fixed. Genuinely detrimental to my working life with piss poor customer service

    @virginmedia Hi, the issue is still the same with the hub3 not behaving well and the coverage being poor too. I’ll probably have to put it into modem mode and spend some more money on a proper mesh router.

    @virginmedia I managed to get a technician to visit next Monday. It took 1 hour and 1 minute to sort. The conversation lasted 3 minutes. The customer service we have to put up with is nigh on disgusting 🥵🥵🥵

    @rana_banana @virginmedia I have been literally messaging their chat feature every night at 12:23 when our internet drops out. They don't get back to me for 2 hours. Then when I wait 8 min to answer their message, the system kicks me out. It's awful.
