@virginmedia Yes tried that and just called ur CS centre. Once again the person who took the call couldn’t care less. This is the 2nd time this month it’s gone down without any explanation or compensation

Senior manager at @virginmedia has no customer skills what so ever telling me his going to terminate my contract because of an issue with my bank card that they have since taken payment from month after month same issue defo will not reccomend to anyone

@andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

@virginmedia Why dosnt someone from Virgin Media call the support line to report an imaginary broadband issue just to see how bad the service is and what the customer has to put up with it. Even though you put the bill up £3, still I cannot get any support by calling support.

@virginmedia It's fine, someone with half a brain phoned me and its all sorted now after nearly a week. Again, I think a review of your procedures needs to be undertaken in cases like this. A future resident's service should not knock off the current resident's service.

@virginmedia Faster WIFI only works if your router is up to the job. 3.5 hrs on the phone just today trying to resolve issues. With my complaint C-1502211195 being closed while I'm still on the phone trying to resolve it.

@virginmedia Not for a long time. But we do have engineers regularly working on the fault. It's not a problem specific to us as everyone nearby has exactly the same problem. We know because we have a WhatsApp group for the road to discuss virgin media broadband issues.
