    @virginmedia They lied and told me that they had called the house phone. They hadn’t. They updated my contact number to my mobile. I chased this 4 days later and was told my number had been updated and the complaint was still open and I will receive a call. Guess what?

    @virginmedia Engineer visit happened last week and I was told I need a new cable fitting outside my property when I have said this to your fault Steen I have tried charging me £25 and now they are just sending out an engineer to look for problems yet again

    @virginmedia Still waiting on a call from 26th April. Spoke to customer services several times. No success. Really annoying that it’s so difficult for somebody to pick the phone up and talk. Perhaps VM know that they are in the wrong. @Ofcom thoughts? Always collect payments in time eh, Dean

    @virginmedia once again on demand not working. How are you supposed to watch a sky movies film when it stops every 10 seconds to spin a wheel for 10 seconds. Service checker says its fine and the box has been rebooted.

    @virginmedia That everything was down Broadband, TV & Phone until 12pm but was all sorted in a way at 1pm broadband still trying to settle its self down but getting better as time goes on but just don’t like the complete lack of communication when there is an issue

    @virginmedia Virgin Media has the worst customer service in town . We have constant dropping of internet and no TV for days. The same old excuses. Lack of investment , no customer accountability and no compensation for lack of service. A disgrace.

    @virginmedia do my head in, they constantly put the price up, despite never getting Sky Atlantic and losing the Disney channels. For the past God knows how many weeks, the on demand service hasn't worked so I've been unable to watch shows I want to.

    @virginmedia I rang costumer service and I was diverted to another dept, who adviced me to change some setting. He said my wifi range will increase but so far no change. Only thing the engineer needed to do was leave longer cable so I have option to move it around. It's on top of radiator
