    Not the best #customerservice from @virginmedia switched services nad have nothing but trouble since, my number still not been ported almost 2 months in and I am paying both providers. Tried calling VM and got nowhere and was hung up on not once but twice!

    @libertyglobal Why dont you take a look at Virgin Media terrible customer services. I am appalled at how hard it is to contact them , especially if like me you are not yet a customer. Scripted sales , nobody wanting to tackle an issue. Maybe the VM CEO should read emails sent

    @virginmedia Your link asks me to go to the “service checker” which then shows no issues in my area. Thus not allowing me to make a claim. However when I speak to customer service they inform me that they know of an issue. Why does your service checker not reflect the actual status?
