  @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

  @VirginMedia We’ve had complete loss of internet since 2/5/26 due to broken cable, yet no proper fix or technician visit despite repeated promises. Instead, you sent someone to “clean router” & logged it as speed issue not total outage. This is unacceptable. Plz resolve urgently.
