@virginmedia Thank you for your message. We seem to have really poor WiFi, it drops out and hardly works. My girlfriend works from home and it’s horrendous. A wired connection is perfect - just the WiFi is terrible. We have reset the router many time and still not any better 🙁

@virginmedia absolutely appalling customer service this morning. 2 hours and 5 agents (the first 4 put the phone down on me when I insisted I just want to cancel my package) I expected the usual 'offers' to try to keep me but this was next level!!!

@virginmedia Are you seriously saying broadband and some aspects of TV service in SW19 7AY won’t be fixed until 22 March?
-
Mark Hallas
(@MarkHallas) reported
@virginmedia It’s just that my expectations were that it would be quicker which it’s not and that we’ve had more signal failures that in the 2yrs with Sky. The only wired device we have is the hub everything else is wireless
-
Plastic Paradise
(@PlasticPlanners) reported
@john_seto @KarlOnSea @virginmedia It took me 5 letters to try to cancel and then a few weeks ago I got a call from a company saying they had bought the debt for a final bill I've never seen. I never saw a default notice either or a note sayin debt has been transferred. Total charlatans.
-
Del

@virginmedia Just checking, are your systems being updated atm? I went through 5 agents to try and cancel a service. By the time I got to the 5th they advised I had to call back in 2 hours.

@jivetolkein @SpaceX I’m in Fareham. No 5G, 38mbps fibre FTTC packages only. Only option for fast broadband is virgin media and they’re a rip off. I pre-ordered Starlink two years ago, cancelled when it became clear how expensive and how slow it was, even compared to VM.

It's us against them and we're the many.

@Johnnywas25 @darrengrimes_ The government is not paid for keeping people online you lemon. Ever tried their equivalent of a broadband service because it's terrible. Virgin media, BT, TalkTalk, Starlink, OneWeb, etc are not publicly owned companies.
