    @virginmedia You haven't understood. By the time connection is restored, your service link says everything is fine. Which obviously it would be when service is back. When you're offline, what then? As it's an ongoing problem in my area and there's a recorded message, not since I reported it.

    @virginmedia Finally got in touch with someone and they sent an engineer round who recommended I get the new booster (Pod). I rang customer service to arrange this and they wanted to charge me extra. I explained the situation and they finally agreed to send the Pod.

    @virginmedia We had a broadband outage in the Clontarf area on Friday. Since then our TV service has been affected. Onto your Customer Service this afternoon who tried to run a fix, end result is still no TV but now the broadband has also been knocked off.
