@KellyQuilt @virginmedia Virgin are hopeless for ease of contact. My daughter was with them and the service wasn’t at all good. This nonsense about calling them at a time to suit them is just ludicrous. They need to admit that they (& others) don’t staff adequately to suit their customers convenience. 🤬

@virginmedia @itsonlymegs virgin says tv had issues but nothing about internet.. Our internet has been unusable all week, I've been unable to attend any work meetings due to the extremely poor internet quality.. So what's up with that, whole week of trouble but guess I'll just pay as usual..

Very pleased to publicly announce we are leaving virgin media. I have never known such a diabolical internet service - current situation our 100mb per whatever it is means our internet is unstable for any zoom session. Utterly ridiculous. Hoorah for us 🙌🏻

CANNOT WAIT until we leave @VirginMedia in a few months time. Non stop internet issues for months now. I’d urge everyone to swerve Virgin Media. Better companies out there who do more and cost less.

@virginmedia Doesn't matter now, we've terminated the contract and joined Three home broadband. I just think it's disgusting that a customer of over 10 years doesn't get offered a deal as good as a new customer.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

@virginmedia I had a call today from a man pretending to be from & trying to sell VM service. He got increasingly rude & aggressive when I said not interested. I'm sure he wasn't from Virgin Media but if you'd like the number he called from I will happily send it to you.

@virginmedia you claim we get 100 whatever’s per second. So tell me. Why my internet doesn’t work. I can’t stay on a zoom as my “internet is unstable” and live tv “jumps” not streams. You sent somebody to resolve last time. It’s now repeated this behaviour again. Why do that?

@virginmedia The “complications” aren’t down to anyone but Virgin, when Kelly Communications spoke to me they understood what I needed, requested a Virgin engineer was sent for a 2nd pre-pull, but now I need Virgin to send the correct plans to my landlord before the Wayleave can be signed.

@virginmedia Your service page used to show what the problems were, where they were and estimated time to fix but of course all that has now gone. Keep the customer in the dark. I'm not happy and wont be a customer for much longer. Dreadful company.

@virginmedia We were told weeks ago pods would fix the problem. Then told if the pods don't you'll send an engineer. The pods don't work so I request an engineer and the person on the phone says it's not likely to be the router. Well SEND AN ENGINEER TO CONFIRM THAT cause the pods don't work
