@virginmedia you are next to useless. Broadband playing up all day and virtually unusable - phone up and when eventually get through to someone, they say they will do some checks, put me on hold and then after 15 minutes hang up! Pathetic

@virginmedia Shocking customer service signed up a few weeks ago for fibre given an installation date called the day before to ask me when I would like to book the install then telling me they have a problem on the site and will get in touch in 7 days.

@virginmedia woke up with no wifi connection and when I tried to connect it back on settings, it said incorrect password. Don’t know what happen, last night was working just fine. Anyone had the same experience, would appreciate any help.

@pie1883 @virginmedia Already had multiple calls over years, with poor to not resolution of problems. Then hassle phone calls trying to get us to switch packages when we opted to cancel and failure to respond to complaints and such… It’s like being hounded.

@virginmedia The service has dropped out several times and is out now. There are no reported outages for our post code and when I run your test it finds no fault. I’m resting on a wired Ethernet connection so it’s not the WiFi.

I’ve now had two messages from @virginmedia threatening to Charge us for equipment WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY RETURNED! There is no way to respond to the message and I don’t like being threatened! You customer service is getting worse!

@virginmedia Internet out again at 21:54, the fifth or sixth outage since 19:50. Going to call it a night and go read a book. Hope fully better luck with this whole inter webs thing tomorrow. So glad the country is not pinning its hopes on digital technology.

@virginmedia The tv service in TW1 is still broke even the website confirms this and states it will be corrected tomorrow. Maybe check before making statements that’s it’s running. I will be making a formal complaint but @Ofcom this is the service @virginmedia customers are receiving.
