@virginmedia @Nicebikeman1 Hi @virginmedia how can we speak to them if they are not answering! Feels like you do it on purpose so you can charge people for claiming they have the notice after 30 days, when you just not allowed them to cancel if no one answer and there is no other way!

@virginmedia hi, our v6 box keeps freezing/rebooting and having issues with recordings where they freeze and have to turn it off and restart it before it works again. Hard reset done tonight we couldn’t even turn box off using remote. Can you help please?

@virginmedia I have just switched my parents over to you for broadband along with their 2 mobiles and I have a pending broadband order to be installed next week for my new house. So I’m extremely disappointed in how I’m being treated, I may have no option to cancel the lot.

@virginmedia Sorry my tweet mentioned I contacted customer service via text. Asked for my complaint to be raised to a senior manager to discuss the upgrade process and wording, but was just offered a deadlock letter within 15 days! Not your procedure in your complaints code of practice..

At first they refused saying he was still in contract and then they decided they wanted me to pay cancellation fees as his contract was being ended early 🙄 Icing on the cake was then asking me if I wanted to sign up.

@MicksterNoonan @virginmedia @joelycett I also left as was paying for their super fast broadband but averaged 7mbs. According to their cust service - it is normal to have to reset hub at least once a week. With by now - haven’t reset once
