@virginmedia As you can imagine, this has been discussed with many of your team, at length, with no resolution. The response is shambolic. Virgin is seemingly incapable of providing any service whatsoever in our case. Disappointing doesn't cover it, shockingly inept is a start.

@virginmedia I haven't confirmed there isn't a problem I telling you I have issues with the Internet reaching my bedrooms so no need to patronise me. Your service cannot provide me to cover a basic house with broadband which it should and not worth the cost and I will chose another company
