Don’t you just hate @virginmedia You phone to report a fault. They tell you your hub is off-line. They then send you a text to help you fix it and the text takes you nowhere because it says too many redirects occur.

You guys haven’t even arranged a delivery yet according to Yodel - is there no way the internet on the old router can be turned back on while we wait? We are paying for the wifi.
