  @virginmedia Yes I’ve done that. My connection drops out for a minute or so every 30-60 mins. Hard to replicate. My account has notes regarding the reason why the credit was given last time. Ideally I don’t want to wait so long for the same issue to be fixed.

  @virginmedia We had issuse with our service, and was told we would need new cables. We the new cables installed. They left cabels hanging in the garden which has since been removed. Our grass is ruined (I have photos) it looks like next doors cable are also under or grass????

  @virginmedia That just doesn't work. It is hugely painful ringing you up or playing blind darts to see which one of 20 accounts a text relates to. Just change things and start putting a postcode or account number or part account number in your texts

  @paulivory1963 @TalkTalk trust me mate leave them, gave us a terrible service for years and was impossible to get hold of someone who actually cared and wanted an issue solved. Cutting us off half the time, switched to Virgin Media this year and was the best choice

  @PharmacistExpat @virginmedia They could - but their website states broadband is only an issue when it’s broadband only deals, it’s it’s broadband and tv - it says any broadband, therefore anything that’s in the “not eligible” below, doesn’t count for them
