@virginmedia are absolutely useless. Have over 100 properties with Virgin Media Broadband, and you’d think they’d attempt to fix issues and keep our future custom. Safe to say we’re looking for another supplier if there are any recommendations...

@virginmedia After more than FOUR HOURS on the phone I eventually got someone competent from billing to confirm I am eligible for one free booster and someone else to talk me through fixing the security issue. You seriously need to prioritise vulnerable customers!

@virginmedia First thing I did, and I run them regularly. Only 53.46 Mbps download and just 9.99 upload on a supposedly 100Mbps service! On a wifi laptop right next to the router it’s just 23.43 and 10.08

@virginmedia Yes there's no issue on the checker. The connect app says it's fine except for a few times it's said the connection is poor. But 1mb some nights is ridiculous...

@virginmedia Network security warnings, poor speed (even on direct cabled link to router), and we need a wifi booster which with the broadband, phone and tv package I believe is included. Still on hold after two hours! Wasted yesterday waiting for a response on so-called ‘live chat’!

He reported issues with his router to you, then as if by magic had a call back, "this is virgin media, you've reported an issue with your router" why would he doubt that! We're going to refund you to cover the issues, can you confirm the bank details!

@nwex @virginmedia @adampurnell_ Bottom line is, there's no good reason at all for virgin to limit passwords to 10 chars and letters only. That's fairly stupid in our current security climate. I wouldn't do that on the small company systems I make. Not a chance. Prefer a three or four word phrase ideally.

@virginmedia I appreciate Data protection but surely in an emergency you must be able to buy an add on I’d managed to access he’s emails but was told to change the password takes 24 hrs which wouldn’t of been any help
