Hi @virginmedia any issues I B14 as my Internet is not working. I've done diagnostic tests etc & it reports no issues. My Hub has been flashing green for an hour, the Internet kicks in & then drops out again. I am a home worker and have lost an hours working time so far. Help.

  • RoyKyffin Roy Kyffin (@RoyKyffin) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Hi, why does my 4g signal drop to H when I have or use voice call? Never used to happen when you were tied in with EE. Internet settings are correct. Thanks

  • chadlymasterson Chad Masters (@chadlymasterson) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia @m1kewh1te83 Well you see i have asked multiple times for a replacement HUB and told i was not allowed a HUB 4 unless i bought your 1Gbps service. Now why would i buy that if your current services are down regularly and wont replace my hub? Twice in the same week it has been down!!

  • chadlymasterson Chad Masters (@chadlymasterson) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Superhub 3.0 , it has been giving me grief for years, and had dns / ip resolving issues and so many others. All fixed with a hard reset, don’t wanna be resetting my router constantly

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi. My mobile number starts with 07305. It originally was issued by @virginmedia. I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • moleyfozz paul fouracre (@moleyfozz) reported from Rochester, England

@MrG48 @virginmedia Yep. Turned it all off once came back ok but very hit and miss tonight. Good job not working from home at the moment.

  • CasaSuenosMar Casa Suenos (@CasaSuenosMar) reported

@virginmedia give this company a wide birth. Been a loyal customer for many years but last 18 months been a complete nightmare so gave them my 30 days notice not to renew my contract. Cut off within 12 hours, left with no internet or landline absolute joke 😡😡

  • benzkiVL benz (@benzkiVL) reported

@Skillgap @unsignedVL @virginmedia its genuinely a joke mate, tried basically everything to fix it - happens all the time :)

  • LynetteSzeto Lynette Szeto-Martinez (@LynetteSzeto) reported from Islington, England

@virginmedia It was slightly better, but not much. I WFH, like most ppl and during meeting calls the internet connection is atrocious. It's not professional and frustrating. I end up hotspotting my phone. Thinking of cancelling contract if issue persists #internetIssues

  • mattms1 Matt (@mattms1) reported

@virginmedia @sumaygia Regrettably @virginmedia are not able to do a lot effectively!! I have called, mailed, begged and still they harass me, even though they owe me money. They try to promote themselves as a customer-facing organisation but in my experience they are god awful #reconsider #virginmedia

  • SkyeFra Fra Violet Skye (@SkyeFra) reported

@virginmedia Down again in Bristol.. it's like this every other day (if not every day!) please do something.

  • Jester70 Brian Brooks (@Jester70) reported

@virginmedia 2. I have a phone with a built in answer machine. Could this be interfering with Virgin voicemail? Could u please help me to book an engineering visit to get to the bottom of this. Customer service is impossible to reach due to busy lines. I also have frequently dropping WiFi

  • mattms1 Matt (@mattms1) reported

@virginmedia If @virginmedia had stopped at “We’ll never contact our customers” that would be accurate in my case, unless they are harassing me with more bills rather than sending me my rebate. One of the most regrettable decisions I made was going with #virginmedia #neveragain

  • Tyler_Mason2016 Tyler Mason (@Tyler_Mason2016) reported

******* virgin media internet is so ****🤬 extortionate about a month and it never works, constantly being dropped from uni calls and after 10pm it stops completely. Sort it out @virginmedia

  • feelinkindas yal1979 (@feelinkindas) reported

@virginmedia any reason why my bill has suddenly gone up by nearly £50 as I’ve ‘made changes to my service’ when I’ve done no such thing and have barely in this contract a year?!
