Windows say object not found error Ox8004010F. VM techs used to help in past at level 2 or 3. Now it's impossible to get past level 1 tech support.

All services down for 2 days, now reinstalled but they've deleted my Sent box on their server so I can't email documents, badly affects work and no technical support. They just cut out and hang up!!!

BUT you seem to have deleted my Sent Box from Virgin email Server. I had 2 sent boxes, but the one deleted is the major one synced to my Windows 10 so can't send imp work documents!!

At least for a week every night the internet has gone down for about 20 minutes. Not the end of the world of course but a tad frustrating.

We know what the problem is but it needs technical support your end to fix it. It would take the right person 2 mins but we cant get past your incredibly poor customer service to get any kind of tech support. So stressful & frustrating.

Seems that it’s ok in the morning time for us, then from 12pm onwards it’s regular drop outs and advice unavailability. As it’s hot, maybe a factor?
