    @MrDKOz @virginmedia I asked Virgin's technician about the business package when i joined and he specifically said I wouldn't need it because their fibre service is so reliable it'd be a waste of money to go for the business package. I remember that vividly and it turned out to be terrible advice.

    @virginmedia Not officially complained as hoped it would be resolved due to repeated reassurances I’ve had! Shouldn’t have to log a complaint for your error (verified by your engineers)! Cost of GP Partner husband (&my) time far exceeds cost of line rental we are paying for no landline!

    @virginmedia my parents virgin media account is under my email, only issue is that I don’t live with them, just signed up with you and now thats under my email too, when I try to sign into my account I get theirs, it says your can’t change an account email either..

    Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

    Had v patchy internet, when @virginmedia resolved it in April, they connected the wrong cable, cutting off our landline for pt calls (mobile blackspot) Numerous promises frm managers @virginmedia & “urgent service requests” since. Last engineer visited yest. Still not resolved😡

    @virginmedia hi. Trying to get through to you but permanently met with an automated voice. Please can someone contact me. We’ve been having broadband issues for a long time. tried to log into the hub but it says someone else is already logged in. We really need support from you.

    @virginmedia your customer service is the worst I have ever encountered, I have been transferred 9 times and no resolution, utter joke , I will be cancelling all my services with you. What a disgrace

    Just watched the @virginmedia advert they must of used a different provider to get there videos posted as your service is diabolical Like I say monies due next week I cancel direct debit and you will respond with a stupid message.

    @virginmedia are the worst I’ve known them in 15 yrs! I’ve had no tv for the last few days and an engineer coming in a week! Really! Also have an outstanding contract issue since March 23rd. Promised call back by managers but never comes. Avoid them!!

    @virginmedia Morning AR. I wasn’t given a timescale. I’m at work with my daughter because there’s reliable BB there. Otherwise we can’t do work or schoolwork. I had to file an official complaint this AM, it’s 19 days now and MUST be fixed ASAP. Chasing you for fixes is exhausting.

    @virginmedia To discuss intermittent broadband quality the last year. Erratic behaviour of super hub the last year. Unjustified price rise you are wishing to implement during these difficult times. And now the fact I want to cancel my contract and am moving anyway

    @lorenzowood @virginmedia Exactly - we would be told there was no record of a service outage and then be told that it was affecting our whole neighbourhood - often in the space of the same conversation - eventually we just gave up, which I’m now reassured was clearly the right decisions

    @virginmedia @NorthfieldsHome @WENeighbours Patchy internet in London W13 area last few days. Calling 150 states will be sorted by 1020am but no day stated? Kids are having drop outs during home schooling. It’s stated as a service issue. When will this be resolved please?!
