  @virginmedia Yes I’ve done that. My connection drops out for a minute or so every 30-60 mins. Hard to replicate. My account has notes regarding the reason why the credit was given last time. Ideally I don’t want to wait so long for the same issue to be fixed.

  @KellyQuilt @virginmedia Virgin are hopeless for ease of contact. My daughter was with them and the service wasn’t at all good. This nonsense about calling them at a time to suit them is just ludicrous. They need to admit that they (& others) don’t staff adequately to suit their customers convenience. 🤬

  So fed with @virginmedia. The sky sports plus system has not been working for over a week and they have done nothing to fix it! Starts playing and then crashes, works on the crappy stream box but the quality is poor, works via the apps and website but not on the normal box!
