    @virginmedia 6 week a ago we lost all service, finally got an appt for yesterday to have cable dug up and reconnected. Engineer rang twice to check contractors had done street work - no. Assured by CS it would be done, it wasn't. Now another 2 weeks! You just don't care!

    @KaysGramma @LordSnow @Bjorkian15 @EW Think it would be much higher if it was available on more platforms, in the UK it's only available on sky, so the large customer base on virgin media would not be able to watch until available to stream.

    @virginmedia Don’t use people I was going to be a new customer changed my delivery date as was on holiday told me it’s changed I checked with online chat all good Never turns Up Customer serves were rude its not our fault it’s yours!!!!!!!

    @virginmedia 8 conversations to cancel our service and cxl confirmed by virgin. Cancellation first made on 28 Feb. Just received a bill and you have billed for April and May. What a shambles you are! Get your act together now! I have paid final balance & no more is due!

    @virginmedia The speed is good, but the hardware in the routers has always been bad, reboots at random times, WiFi very unstable with more than 4 devices connected, as most homes do might I add. This is nothing new. This is from installations at 6 different homes and all the router versions.

    @virginmedia No this is customers who call Virgin with an issue with their broadband and told that someone will call back. The person who calls back asks for control of their computer or asks for bank details. Is someone in your Company leaking information?

    @virginmedia are useless, after my contract has ended the price has soared up, i rung up to negotiate a deal which i wasn’t happy with and the person on the phone didn’t want to help at all, i said i wasn’t happy he then put me through to someone else and the hung up the phone.

    @virginmedia just signed up and had my broadband setup. Do you have help page where I can speak to someone. Getting amazing speeds when stood next to router but terrible throughout house. My last broadband was better than this and that was terrible

    @l1vparkinson @virginmedia @YodelOnline Yodel have been complicit in a lot of thefts. They always deny it, but at least 6 of my parcels either disappeared or the parcels were ‘lifted’ by Yodel personnel. Fortunately for me it was never delivered, but unfortunately for the the sellers, they are out of pocket.

    @virginmedia Hi...it ended at 0.88Mbps, wireless connection. I've tried to order the pods off your website but they're never in stock. As mentioned, this happens every day
