@virginmedia In the last three days, I have wasted over 2 hours of my life on hold. Customer service, where? They want to raise my BB bill from £39 to £58. Two years ago it was £19. Like others I simply wont pay. Plus why are we subjected to such a rubbish choice of music. I'm 65 not 15.
