    @virginmedia Already tried it guys, absolutely nothing, it’s also a replacement router that received on the 12th of March, phoned 6 times over the weekend for them to tell me everything is ok when I was experiencing slow connection, now nothing!

    @virginmedia Usually I would swipe down with one finger and it would tell me that I’m on the delete option and I just tap delete to erase the program

    @BluenoseBeau @virginmedia I have 100mbs supply, over 6 months max received 76.4 for one test soon back to mid 20-30 worst being 0.7 I wouldn't mind so much if it was running at Ave 75%, not when it's seems to be around 35% mark. Oh it's constantly dropping the wifi too!

    @virginmedia I have already called that number this morning. They told me there was no available deals. I've put a note in my diary to call back on the 16th. I'm not holding out much hope though considering the poor experience I've had today. I wanted to sort it today on my day off.

    @virginmedia That’s says no known issues. So I think there’s an issue with that too. Broadband doesn’t appear on any searches it’s like it’s disappeared . There’s an engineer coming tomorrow

    @virginmedia Hi, it’s not possible to DM you. Been on the phone to 0345 number to resolve a payment taken from my account. Call eacalated to supervisor for him to be monosyllabic and then leave the call. If I hang up now, it’ll be me still without my £ and having to start again

    @virginmedia OK thanks for that and the screen has gone away after I clicked on the sea terms link but I still have the problem of not being able to swipe to delete on individual programs within a folder as this was possible before the update

    @virginmedia thanks for looking into this in great detail and I only wish that I could go back to the previous version which was fully accessible and user-friendly unlike this version of the app. They shouldn't of updated the app because it wasn't broken in the first place.

    @virginmedia land line and internet is fine however we have 2 mobile phones and neither can make a call can you confirm if there is an issue as there is no answer from the call centre

    @virginmedia I'm an existing customer, I've been with you for coming up 2 years. The colleague I dealt with was so unhelpful and just told me to call back on the 16th. I have a back up plan anyway as I've just spoken to sky and can get a 80mb for £25. I can afford the 20mb loss for £34 saving

    @VirginMobile @virginmedia proved to me that they don’t do customer service. We waited a month for a phone sent to a wrong address, & then had to collect it ourselves. We also proved the phone had a fault from the start, but now we’ve been told to claim on insurance and pay £125!

    @virginmedia @virginhelp It always says that there are no service problems in my area. We had an engineer out a couple of weeks ago and even HE said that the cabinet is over-saturated with virgin customers I’m desperate to get FTTP, how can I go about getting full fibre installed to my home?

    @virginmedia What I can't seem to get across is that other people in other areas of my town have it. It's a full drop of connection and not just bandwidth limitations. I'll probably have to take leave to change my for settings with technical support when the issue is away from my home.

    @DannyWoodwad @SkyUK @virginmedia I left them to come to sky lol! My broadband kept dropping out daily and I got sick of it. The speed and screen quality never faltered though. Seems it’s a trade off with sky, line stays connected but the quality is rubbish

    @virginmedia The engineer changed the bank that my house was connected to in the cabinet, and made the comment to me that ‘there are a lot of customers connected, with splitters everywhere. This isn’t a fix that can be done by a ground-level engineer’. I wasn’t given a fix date.

    @virginmedia And your offer of a temporary internet connection which would cost me £60 I don’t really see as an offer. Why should I have to pay extra for problems that you are causing yourself?
