@virginmedia After more than FOUR HOURS on the phone I eventually got someone competent from billing to confirm I am eligible for one free booster and someone else to talk me through fixing the security issue. You seriously need to prioritise vulnerable customers!

@virginmedia Network security warnings, poor speed (even on direct cabled link to router), and we need a wifi booster which with the broadband, phone and tv package I believe is included. Still on hold after two hours! Wasted yesterday waiting for a response on so-called ‘live chat’!

Well after 2 months of broken internet, it was fixed for almost 2 weeks now it's gone again. Fix date is 16th Nov and yet they still charge full price... @virginmedia

@virginmedia are absolutely useless. Have over 100 properties with Virgin Media Broadband, and you’d think they’d attempt to fix issues and keep our future custom. Safe to say we’re looking for another supplier if there are any recommendations...

@virginmedia First thing I did, and I run them regularly. Only 53.46 Mbps download and just 9.99 upload on a supposedly 100Mbps service! On a wifi laptop right next to the router it’s just 23.43 and 10.08

@virginmedia I first spoke fault, the staff raised a blank complaint and transferred me to complaint then this very rude and aggressive staff keep blaming me for the problem when I told her your engineer confirmed that the fault is in the main box on the street. She transferred me to account.

@virginmedia I'm so sick of my wifi dropping constantly lately. My job depends on it and I've had to cancel a french lesson too - which I'll still be paying for. All I hear from my dad is that the bill from you keeps going up, but the service just keeps getting worse!
