    @virginmedia It does. The internet will randomly cut out then come back on 2/3 minutes later. I’ve factor reset it via the router setting and a manual factory reset with no luck.

    @virginmedia Yes I did but turned out to be a wider intermittent fault in the area but nothing updated on the status tracker. Your checking service on the APP just went round in circles. It's seemingly resolved within 24hrs.
