    @virginmedia getting embarrassing broadband speeds 3 weekends in a row now. Usually sit about 380-400 Mbps and cannot even reach 3mbps. Over £100 a month for unreliability. I tried to check service in my area and tells me I cannot perform checks as this time. Try again later

    @virginmedia Hi VM. Can you help with our broadband? No service since Thursday. VM support say there’s intermittent issues on the line which will be resolved in 24hrs. I have verified this is not my issue as I have two VM hubs one works. It’s been 72hrs….no one seems bothered.

    @virginmedia Of course I have. My email is correct on online account. I get email bills correctly. But my complaint file has an extra character to email address and so I’ve never received acknowledgment of my complaint.

    @virginmedia Is there a current issue in Halesowen? My 1Gig connection which has been stable for the past yr has dropped to 100mbits/s, 1/10th of the bandwidth I pay for. I assume this is due to a fault in the local area, but can you pls confirm?

    @virginmedia @WelshyClare I'm sorry, I'm just in the process of signing up with you @virginmedia and we have been told there is a guaranteed speed! Why out in social media are you saying there isn't? My experience is becoming a new customer so far is appalling!!

    @virginmedia I’m afraid I can’t accept this level of service going forward however. This disruption to connectivity I require to perform my job is unacceptable. I will be in touch with the VM team to cancel my service at the end of the month.
