@virginmedia Internet down again (had engineer here Monday). Cut off after a 62 minute wait! Tried the app won't let me log in as my password is wrong and it hasn't sent me any new password link (2 hours ago).

@virginmedia Honestly, it’s poor. You can’t get wifi unless you’re sat next to the router, tv just buffers. I’ve spoken to your team several times who have “upgraded” our internet, but its worse every time. For a pricey package, it’s madness you have to wire into a router for decent signal.
