Convincing them to do that took an infuriating number of phone calls but it was a satisfactory outcome, I've stuck with them.

Since Friday I've had no WiFi. I tried website chat but got dropped I've tried calling but was waiting too long. I'm getting bored!

If the costomer tells you there's a problem then take their word they're the ones paying you, why would they spend money other than to get what they pay for.
