I will definitely be ending my TV Contract with #VirginMedia at the earliest opportunity, I am sick to death of watching stupid adverts on #DiscoveryTV Channels and it’s the same ones every damn time! If the #TLC Channel didn’t exist then it wouldn’t be so bad! 🤬

@virginmedia Nope; as above I have just been sabotaged and sent a ‘booster’ for the signal I don’t receive anyway. And now you are trying to charge me even more for the privilege; despite already paying 37 which is enough for the 220mb package with a free phone sim, while getting 50 :)

@virginmedia I have not. However it should never have happened in the first instance, given you had over 3 weeks to prevent this. A 45 day waiting period & the subsequent time for a cheque to be processed by a bank is by no means acceptable given the current cost of living. Please review this

@virginmedia Can I get an engineer without having to do that 24 hour thing for the 4th time?? All it does is just fixes the issue for maybe a few hours and then back to less than 40mb... for the last 2 months I've been paying the full price for 1gb package but only getting 27-34mbps...
