    @virginmedia I took a walk to clear my mind and decided all the hassle isn’t worth it. So I just rang to cancel the TV order. If you’d honoured the original request, you’d be getting an extra £7/month from me (and probably more if I upgraded my channels). I can live without it though

    @virginmedia Tbh, the TV channel deal was the only thing keeping us with virgin. The broadband is poor and I think we're better off with a supplier who can guarantee 4G coverage which Virgin has consistently failed to do. We have been with you for 16 years but no longer.

    @virginmedia We’re both out at work, so I don’t know if virgin called our landline again. Last nights call really shook us up. Nearly all calls in the night/ 4.00 am are very bad news. Wr thought they’d been a death. We don’t even need or want this 02 SIM card!

    @virginmedia are a joke of a company!! I’m paying for a package where most of the channels are unavailable and now I’ve had a bill come through for a SIM card that isn’t even activated. Customer service are useless as always 👍🏻

    @virginmedia @MissLondon199 No area issues. Reset hub multiple times. Diagnostics showing hub 3 issues. Recommended factory reset. Dropping 20+ times a day. Working from home #nhs REALLY NEED HELP PLEASE!
