  @virginmedia Yes I’ve done that. My connection drops out for a minute or so every 30-60 mins. Hard to replicate. My account has notes regarding the reason why the credit was given last time. Ideally I don’t want to wait so long for the same issue to be fixed.

  @MrBenGrant @virginmedia Ditch them, I did last year. Switched to community fibre, borrowed my mates apple box and now I pay £19 a month instead of the £95 Virgin was going to charge. They even make cancelling tortuous and intrusive. Horrible company with horrible customer service.

  @virginmedia I’m busy composing an email for ofcom about how I’m forced to pay for a phone service to be able to have a package that’s overpriced. Yet when I actually want to use it, it’s broken- repeatedly. Then forced to go through stupid phone menus and wait >30 mins

  @virginmedia service is getting worse by the day nearly a month now and still broadband keeps dropping..apparently engineers are fixing the problem! Every few days get a message saying fixed then next day down again…sick and tired and crap service
