@virginmedia Ok I did that a optimised then signal. So I will give that a go for now and hopefully it won’t kick me out again. I though it was the online meeting platform but it happened across multiple sites (teams, Skype etc...)

@virginmedia Your marketing bumf highlights how Gig1/new router AND wifi pods could help with customers in-house wifi problems. Also…since you quote BB rate, 1 gig bb not available here. Apparently, 550 is the best we can get. Your T’s & C’s don’t mention that nor the drip feed of pods.

@handley_stephen @virginmedia Don’t waste your time trying to deal with them. I’ve tried for last 5 days & been constantly fobbed off! Agreed 2 deals over phone in last few days - they’ve honoured neither and to make it worse sent a new contract for a deal was never spoken about never mind agreed 😡
