  Had an @virginmedia broadband outage on Sunday for 2 hours. Since then, connection so spotty that I'm getting 10 seconds of completely dropped packets followed by 20 seconds of slow-as-molasses ping times once every 10 minutes.

  @QxPain_ @virginmedia Turn off router, turn off all devices connected via WiFi turn on router & bring up each device at a time & check WiFi & distance then will find which device is causing the issue. A router only has a certain distance will need a pod if drops out due to distance

  @virginmedia we are due to have an engineer come out on Monday to look at the new box and remote which you said we had to have and doesn’t work. We have received a text message that if someone over 18 isn’t in, you will fine us £25. Great customer service.

  @virginmedia Do something about your useless Customer Service. You used to have shops and phone lines so that I could taslkd to a real person. Your automated systems have always been uselss and now you want me to send you an audio or a video message, neither of which works.
