@virginmedia you are next to useless. Broadband playing up all day and virtually unusable - phone up and when eventually get through to someone, they say they will do some checks, put me on hold and then after 15 minutes hang up! Pathetic

@virginmedia Internet out again at 21:54, the fifth or sixth outage since 19:50. Going to call it a night and go read a book. Hope fully better luck with this whole inter webs thing tomorrow. So glad the country is not pinning its hopes on digital technology.

@virginmedia The service has dropped out several times and is out now. There are no reported outages for our post code and when I run your test it finds no fault. I’m resting on a wired Ethernet connection so it’s not the WiFi.

@virginmedia Shocking customer service signed up a few weeks ago for fibre given an installation date called the day before to ask me when I would like to book the install then telling me they have a problem on the site and will get in touch in 7 days.

@virginmedia @virginmedia @Ofcom so when will they try to fix the network fault, this was probably initiated by the power cut in the area as NPg are still there, not a singe VM presence at the network box, next to the isolated substation, what compensation are you offering for your downtime?

@virginmedia Sooo new day it worked in the morning whilst at work same as other days then again 14.50 it goes down so again being close to 3 o clock it goes down through the night peaks times and doesn’t work this is ridiculous

@virginmedia The fact is, that I requested a call from a manager and have had nothing which is the main reason we are looking at other options. The customer service we have received over the past 7/8 years has been woeful.
