    @virginmedia Sorry for my delay as I'm being treated for a heart attack I had on Valentine's day. When I tested and found v low speeds I could not connect to any internet, so I used my mobile 3g service to check for Virgin internet issues, which came back no issues in my area.

    @BluenoseBeau @virginmedia I have 100mbs supply, over 6 months max received 76.4 for one test soon back to mid 20-30 worst being 0.7 I wouldn't mind so much if it was running at Ave 75%, not when it's seems to be around 35% mark. Oh it's constantly dropping the wifi too!

    @virginmedia Thank you for your message. We seem to have really poor WiFi, it drops out and hardly works. My girlfriend works from home and it’s horrendous. A wired connection is perfect - just the WiFi is terrible. We have reset the router many time and still not any better 🙁

    @virginmedia since virgin media started piggy backing off of vodafone my data signal has been appalling. I pay a lot of money a month and have a lot of data that I can’t use because the signal is so poor.

    Rather than waste time replying to people on social media why doesn’t @virginmedia just address the ****** ******* broadband. ******* sort it out now, genuinely the worst service provider in the UK.
