    @virginmedia are an absolute disgrace. The broadband has been down more than in use over the last 12 months. My 1 year old would do a better job in the call centre they use.

    @virginmedia Still waiting on a call from 26th April. Spoke to customer services several times. No success. Really annoying that it’s so difficult for somebody to pick the phone up and talk. Perhaps VM know that they are in the wrong. @Ofcom thoughts? Always collect payments in time eh, Dean

    @virginmedia No VM reduced my broadband speed everything else remained more or less the same. So it’s Netflix is the issue. I have a virgin media engineer coming Wednesday to sort out another problem. I assume I will be given a credit for not being able to use Netflix for two weeks.

    @virginmedia Thanks for reply. Landline seems to be sorted now thanks to her neighbours…. Not terribly good service from you as she was very worried about it all for ages. Think you sent a diy pack which obviously she was not able to do it herself. You need to think about ALL your customers.

    @virginmedia This all happened as a direct action of Virgin to swap networks to O2 underneath it’s customers and now it is washing it’s hands of all responsibilities. I was also meant to be called back on making a complaint that never happened either. Great customer relations

    @virginmedia The issue is WiFi drops in and out at random . The landline is refusing to connect , just stops when dialling out . Being refused an engineer by a very rude guy on the phone is NOT acceptable! Been with you many years...not much longer I feel .....
