    @virginmedia To be honest this happens too often then often our speeds are not what we pay for. I work from home so costs me business when this happens. Rather then getting me to check things, I just need yo-yo to provide us with a regular consistent service at the speeds we actually pay for

    @virginmedia I’ve been having issues with my wifi since I got it last year and now we’ve been talked into getting a “pod” for an extra £5 p/m only for the guy to say it still doesn’t guarantee wifi speed. Whatever you lot are smoking please quit.

    @virginmedia Tried, doesn’t work 😣 I’ll spend an hour on the phone again whilst your staff send signals to make it work whilst I’m on the phone then as soon as I sit down to relax I’ll get the usual buffering and error messages. So fed up of this

    @virginmedia Spoken to yoir colleagues on several occasions then when it hasent worked been past from one to the other. I was told it had been successful twice but it hasn't worked. When I rang tonight the cust service said i was talking about my old account number. I dont have an old acc.

    @virginmedia 6 days since moving to Virgin, we are having issues, the WiFi won't reach our outside cameras. After completing the troubleshooting guides + waiting for over an hour for a chat agent + 30 mins on the phone, we still haven't spoken to a human....not impressed
