@virginmedia The same as they do every day.... crashes every hour... I don’t see a way that you can resolve this as when tests are run the signal etc comes up fine - this seems to be a regular thing having Googled it!

@virginmedia I called 2 days ago, saying I wanted to leave, lady tried to say due to COVID other co. Not going into homes. First co.Called can fit when needed. Told only way to cancel contract is to call- last two days called about 10 times all staff busy call. How do I cancel?!

@YODELhell my neighbour is a @virginmedia customer for years and he's still waiting for his V6 box as they gave him a Tivo box. They say it was delivered by Yodel last year but wasn't. As its showing as delivered at VM they won't send it again. Virtually calling him a liar.
