@virginmedia Have to assume the cold-calling up-selling team aren't aware when customers have canceled their cable TV just a few months ago with notes to say they're only watching Netflix and want to pay less than £30. I try not to be rude, but seems a bit unfair on the team.

@virginmedia absolutely disgusted with Virgin media’s service and customer service. Bill jumps up £20 form last month and been on the phone trying to speak to someone about it for 52 minutes now. Roll on July 12th when my contract finishes.

One of the worst things i have ever done is move from @EE mobile to @virginmedia mobile as 4g is slower than a slug... currently getting 0.48mbps even my school internet was 2mb 15 years ago pdl 😡😡

@virginmedia Its intermittent in the conservatory, it works then it doesn't, I lose it at one end of the kitchen, the garage. Surely the service you charge for has to cover my property efficiently. Its not a mansion, its an average 3 bed house.

@Molineuxworld @virginmedia I contacted virgin 2 weeks ago as wifi outside of the lounge is virtually non existent their solution was to offer a wifi booster at another £5 a month on top of a already well overpriced service its disgusting & we only have 2 mobiles connected to it
