Looool. Virgin Media down again. Go to put our postcode in to see if service is affected in Redditch & apparently it's not a valid postcode. At least for a week every night the internet has gone down for about 20 minutes. Not the end of the world of course but a tad frustrating.

@virginmedia The service has dropped out several times and is out now. There are no reported outages for our post code and when I run your test it finds no fault. I’m resting on a wired Ethernet connection so it’s not the WiFi.

@virginmedia woke up with no wifi connection and when I tried to connect it back on settings, it said incorrect password. Don’t know what happen, last night was working just fine. Anyone had the same experience, would appreciate any help.

@virginmedia Shocking customer service signed up a few weeks ago for fibre given an installation date called the day before to ask me when I would like to book the install then telling me they have a problem on the site and will get in touch in 7 days.

Trying to get customer assistance from Virgin Media is impossible. I have spent 2 hours this morning with customer service via WhatsApp - with no assistance whatsoever. Have now just got off the phone 40 meetings later - again with no positive assistance. WTF Virgin Media
