@pie1883 @virginmedia Already had multiple calls over years, with poor to not resolution of problems. Then hassle phone calls trying to get us to switch packages when we opted to cancel and failure to respond to complaints and such… It’s like being hounded.

I’ve now had two messages from @virginmedia threatening to Charge us for equipment WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY RETURNED! There is no way to respond to the message and I don’t like being threatened! You customer service is getting worse!

@denfazzer @virginmedia Mate it’s with an investment to bin off the Virgin hub and buy a mesh network like Google WiFi The Virgin hubs are terrible and don’t manage the traffic in the house well at all

@virginmedia If someone does not contact me with a sensible reply that does not involve calling that number that gets nowhere then I will cancel my direct debit today. You're in breach of contract by not actually providing the service I pay for so I won't be paying.
