@BluenoseBeau @virginmedia I have 100mbs supply, over 6 months max received 76.4 for one test soon back to mid 20-30 worst being 0.7 I wouldn't mind so much if it was running at Ave 75%, not when it's seems to be around 35% mark. Oh it's constantly dropping the wifi too!

@virginmedia is actually the worst. Imagine paying money for WiFi which goes off multiple times a day and is slow even when it’s running well🥴

Hey @virginmedia really pleased you are supporting #SaferInternetDay but it’s a bit extreme to shut down our internet and tv completely!!! No service at all 😫

@VirginMobile @virginmedia proved to me that they don’t do customer service. We waited a month for a phone sent to a wrong address, & then had to collect it ourselves. We also proved the phone had a fault from the start, but now we’ve been told to claim on insurance and pay £125!

@virginmedia I have already called that number this morning. They told me there was no available deals. I've put a note in my diary to call back on the 16th. I'm not holding out much hope though considering the poor experience I've had today. I wanted to sort it today on my day off.

@virginmedia Usually I would swipe down with one finger and it would tell me that I’m on the delete option and I just tap delete to erase the program

@virginmedia Hey, turns out you never DMd me. It was a scam artist and I narrrowly avoided getting my card details stolen (although I did give away my home address before I checked the username). That’s not on you; but thought you should know.

@virginmedia No. Customer Services telling her she needs to go collect a new hub from a petrol station, which will be pointless when the issue is likely to be your network,

@virginmedia Sorry for my delay as I'm being treated for a heart attack I had on Valentine's day. When I tested and found v low speeds I could not connect to any internet, so I used my mobile 3g service to check for Virgin internet issues, which came back no issues in my area.

@virginmedia OK thanks for that and the screen has gone away after I clicked on the sea terms link but I still have the problem of not being able to swipe to delete on individual programs within a folder as this was possible before the update

@virginmedia thanks for looking into this in great detail and I only wish that I could go back to the previous version which was fully accessible and user-friendly unlike this version of the app. They shouldn't of updated the app because it wasn't broken in the first place.

@virginmedia I'm an existing customer, I've been with you for coming up 2 years. The colleague I dealt with was so unhelpful and just told me to call back on the 16th. I have a back up plan anyway as I've just spoken to sky and can get a 80mb for £25. I can afford the 20mb loss for £34 saving

@virginmedia They don’t understand what you are saying to them. I had to say my postcode 5 times phonetically. Also on the phone for 45 minutes with no resolution. #badtimes

@virginmedia An email was received that the first complaint had been resolved and closed. I was expecting a phone call from the supervisor and a resolution. The second was regarding the 1st complaint on why it was closed without discussion. So no wasn’t a duplicate complaint.

@virginmedia That's all very well saying if I'm unable to discuss.... I simply can't get through because your customer service is laughable. Re written request, can I back date it to the 27th January when I first started trying to get through?
-
Nathanael Rouillard

@virginmedia That sounds like that's not my problem. After being patronised and insulted, and your business decision not to let us self serve our service cancellations.
-
graeme
(@heygraeme) reported
@virginmedia I can’t tell if it’s new or ongoing, there’s consistently something wrong. Now I just checked the service status online and it says there’s no issue, but there’s still no service. Again, consistently something not right.

@virginmedia 2/2 they were insisting on another 30 days notice until I said I would cancel my direct debit and see them in court. They then agreed to disconnect immediately and after sending another disconnect email, hung up without saying goodbye.

@virginmedia They said it was most likely issues with the network. Yep, wired connections also go down. The thing is, I’ve tried to call, but I keep getting bots send me round in circles, tell me to check my cables visit the website then it hangs up

@virginmedia I wanted to raise a complaint as all I keep getting is conflicting information from members of your team and I have got to the stage that I want to speak to Senior management. I have now terminated our contract from the 25th February and have been a loyal customer for over 20 yrs

@virginmedia So gave my notice to terminate 2 weeks ago and you STILL haven't been in touch. You really don't like to communicate at Virgin do you !?
