    @virginmedia But I need to give my notice within today? How is it possible if you give people no other way to cancel it?! Every other company let’s you do it by clicking an option on the portal. I am an NHS key worker and feel like you are taking advantage of people money time! Let me cancel!

    @virginmedia @Nicebikeman1 Hi @virginmedia how can we speak to them if they are not answering! Feels like you do it on purpose so you can charge people for claiming they have the notice after 30 days, when you just not allowed them to cancel if no one answer and there is no other way!

    @sooby72 @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Exactly. Like I said to Sky before, it's not an issue with Sky users' connection to our broadband (because videos are playing just fine from YouTube and every other video source on the web). There's something wrong with *Sky's* connection to *Twitter*
