    @virginmedia Why do you have to continually restart the phone to get rid of the red icon on The phone app icon even when you’ve deleted the voicemail It seems this is a major problem with you I would appreciate you resolving it all as otherwise the phone is not fit for purpose

    @virginmedia Yes it does. Apparently there is a known issue in the area and it won’t be fixed until 12 tonight. This is not good enough

    @virginmedia Yes, security cameras, nest heating, hue bulbs. Less frequently. But still happens. Everything works for a while then something or several things stop. Never everything. We have entirely re-set everything once, which takes hours to sort and is not an answer.

    @andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

    @virginmedia 2/2- just when my wife answered the phone and your employee told her to f**k off when she politely declined any new deals or offers! Absolutely digusting, glad to be leaving and fair to say if that is how you treat customers of 11 years in total we will never be back

    @virginmedia There is no weak signal. I’ve checked all around the house repeatedly. There are no faults in the area. I have checked repeatedly. Customer services have been unhelpful on multiple calls. Had to fight to get an upgraded hub!

    @virginmedia No. It’s usually just one of the connected devices we lose at a time. Most often speakers but sometimes security cameras, sometimes hue bulbs. Never everything at once.

    @virginmedia Literally three years of the same inconsistency. And appalling customer service when you speak to anyone. There is nothing you have done or will do to improve this. As soon as I can get a decent speed from another local company I’ll be gone.

    @virginmedia Yes tried that and just called ur CS centre. Once again the person who took the call couldn’t care less. This is the 2nd time this month it’s gone down without any explanation or compensation

    @virginmedia The link you provide is entirely not the problem. We’ve had the same issue for 2 years. It doesn’t stop being a problem. And every time we contact someone about it, we get the same advice because there’s no continuation. Please read the message chain if you’re going to reply.

    Virgin Media for business you really need to get your act together. Your poor staff what they must have to put up with and getting through can be frustrating to say the least for such a huge company you have some serious flaws. No internet for a week and probably beyond.

    @virginmedia I spoke to a Virgin engineer who was visiting a property. He said there was no issue. It’s been flagged incorrectly. I was told 6 weeks ago an another engineer had visited, and all looked fine but the website still says the same thing. Im not arguing. Your system is shocking.
