@virginmedia I think its our router etc we have poor Internet speed all the time no Internet in certain rooms i actually have better signal with next doors Internet, I've been ringing up for months with no help!

@keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

@virginmedia why is your #CustomerService so very poor!! Had an issue and called you charged £10 for the call. Complained... no reply... 28 days later email not addressing the issue with the closure hope this solves your issue if not call us... same number charged on previously!!

Can I ask if anyone else has problems with their @virginmedia wifi?? We both work from home and are on calls most of the day however our wifi drops at 5 past the hour EVERY HOUR - EVERY DAY 😡 Meaning it takes 5 minutes to reload and recall people or rejoin meetings!!

@virginmedia That's great and all. But as my broadband keeps freezing or going off then we have to keep logging back in. Your website says there are no problems. So its very frustrating for me as a parent when my daughter says her teachers keep asking why she keeps going off when she online.
