Virgin Media Issues Reports Near Solihull, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Solihull and nearby locations:

  • notdodgy Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England

@virginmedia Your system sent me a satisfaction survey. Needed to complete it using mobile broadband because my virgin broadband doesn't actually work, but is apparently working enough to not qualify as being out of service.

  • AshTuxy JustAsh (@AshTuxy) reported from Birmingham, England

Now is not a good time for @virginmedia to go down 😑

  • notdodgy Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England

@virginmedia Broadband connection and WiFi are stable but connectivity is intermittent-keeps losing connection every few minutes for 30 seconds. This is a network fault but I cannot find an option to report it. B90 1LB

  • MrBrianRoe Brian Roe (@MrBrianRoe) reported from Royal Leamington Spa, England

@virginmedia spent another wasted hour on chat on your site. It crashed multiple times yesterday but you blamed Facebooks outage ...? Are you for real?

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Solihull, England

@O2 @virginmedia Further to this, he has now told me that as I get a £15/month discount for my 1st 6 months with O2, I need to cancel that and pay full price in order to get the extra #Volt speed boost with VM

  • nataliegarrettb natalie garrettbrown (@nataliegarrettb) reported from Coventry, England

  • nataliegarrettb natalie garrettbrown (@nataliegarrettb) reported from Coventry, England

@virginmedia Yes it’s showing problems i our area. Can you confirm please and when it will be resolved. Service has been poor for the last 48 hours.

  • notdodgy Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England

@virginmedia No estimated time. "It's a complex problem". In other words its a network fault not a line fault. Why isn't the number you shared available on your website? The service checker is useless in this scenario. The website says it's working when it isn't.

  • kittykaz13 Caroline (@kittykaz13) reported from Birmingham, England

Trying to sign in to my @virginmedia account and I either get a message saying the page timed out or it says that the page can only be accessed by the primary user, WHICH IS ME!!!!! 😤🤯🤯🤯

  • SteveDeery Steve Deery (@SteveDeery) reported from Solihull, England

@virginmedia any chance we could have one day (just one day) where your broadband stays online? Down for an hour in B90

  • PhilCampbell_ Phil Campbell (@PhilCampbell_) reported from Willenhall, England

Sick to death of the UK's shittest broadband @virginmedia Every night it goes off after midnight. What a Total package of **** you get with this company! 🤬 #virginmedia #broadband

  • MrBrianRoe Brian Roe (@MrBrianRoe) reported from Royal Leamington Spa, England

@virginmedia your badly designed website keeps crashing and giving me a blank page. ( On a Year old MacBook Air). You'd think a billion dollar tech company would have a functional website? #fail.

  • NannieHelen Helen Croft (@NannieHelen) reported from West Bromwich, England

@virginmedia Of course it’s resolved. The football finished. I’m going to call to discuss because I’m not getting the service I pay for.

  • b68baggie Andy the baggie (@b68baggie) reported from West Bromwich, England

    Anybody virgin media gone down

  • MrBrianRoe Brian Roe (@MrBrianRoe) reported from Royal Leamington Spa, England

@virginmedia That's the problem...? Right there in your sentence! You don't provide a high level of service. Reading the tweets and responses on Twitter will prove that. Saying "sorry" is not providing a high level of service. I've left, goodbye.

  • notdodgy Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England

@virginmedia You only pay out for a total loss of service. So it can be unusable but still limping along and you won't pay out. Personally I am hoping for another provider to get around to rolling out fibre in my area.

  • LiteBoxA Litebox Architecture (@LiteBoxA) reported from Nuneaton, England

@virginmedia @VirginMedia_TV our tv service is down and we can not access the app either won’t allow us to login, we have error code S101 we can not find a contact number to call??

  • JamesSuman James Suman (@JamesSuman) reported from Royal Leamington Spa, England

@LPBarbe @virginmedia I just had the exact same problem! 😤

  • weddingfairyNE Alison Etherington (@weddingfairyNE) reported

@virginmedia I’ve just been on hold for 40 minutes tonight only to be told my issue was a national outage and I should have logged in and I would have seen the issue! Did you not think that was the first thing I did? If you have a national outage you need to tell people rather

  • dave_mitchinson David Mitchinson (@dave_mitchinson) reported

@virginmedia our wifi keeps going on and off been doing for 2 days now any help please thank you

  • jouskaneurons zeena (@jouskaneurons) reported

@virginmedia Your 'service credit' amounts to £8 for 2 days for a total loss of service. I pay £33 a month for a service that's been partially & fully disruptive during all of Jan. I've lost out on 3 days of pay, and you haven't the decency to issue me a monthly refund. @jamesmurray_ldn

  • billbloor William Smith (@billbloor) reported

@virginmedia I’m sure you care. The best I will get is a pathetic pro rata return on my bill for the five days it will be down. I should be able to charge back the time spent talking to you idiots. #stayconnected

  • GuseensLV Gusts Golubevs (@GuseensLV) reported

@virginmedia I Just put the reference in my last tweet, and this text will connect me with the same people who I’ve called several times this week..... After a long delay - how will they help? I’ve already been promised call backs... :(

  • DevonLifeEd Andy Cooper (@DevonLifeEd) reported from Exeter District, England

@virginmedia My partner spoke to your customer service team today without much resolution. Suggested we need a booster or a better bundle. Not sure that’s the best answer, given the price we are paying. And service was A1 for 12 months until about 4 weeks ago. There must be a reason for this.

  • forberLUFC Adam (@forberLUFC) reported

@virginmedia hi, using the virgin TV go app on my laptop to watch BT sport and the audio is out of sync with the video and the video is jumpy. It’s always done this but put it down to poor wifi in the past but we’ve just upgraded to the fastest wifi we could get. Any suggestions?

  • nigel670 Captain Cooper (@nigel670) reported
