@virginmedia The service has dropped out several times and is out now. There are no reported outages for our post code and when I run your test it finds no fault. I’m resting on a wired Ethernet connection so it’s not the WiFi.

@virginmedia Shocking customer service signed up a few weeks ago for fibre given an installation date called the day before to ask me when I would like to book the install then telling me they have a problem on the site and will get in touch in 7 days.

@virginmedia you are next to useless. Broadband playing up all day and virtually unusable - phone up and when eventually get through to someone, they say they will do some checks, put me on hold and then after 15 minutes hang up! Pathetic

Looool. Virgin Media down again. Go to put our postcode in to see if service is affected in Redditch & apparently it's not a valid postcode. At least for a week every night the internet has gone down for about 20 minutes. Not the end of the world of course but a tad frustrating.

@virginmedia Internet out again at 21:54, the fifth or sixth outage since 19:50. Going to call it a night and go read a book. Hope fully better luck with this whole inter webs thing tomorrow. So glad the country is not pinning its hopes on digital technology.

@virginmedia why does the service outtage repair keep getting delayed in the en9 area. We've been without tv or wifi for 4 or 5 days now and every ETA is pushed back a day... Not great for a bank holiday weekend...
