    Spent 45 mins on the phone to @virginmedia to agree a new contract. I didn’t receive the confirmation email as agreed so rang up to check only to be hold there was no record of it and they couldn’t honour it. 10/10 customer service there 🙄

    @Matey30 @virginmedia Nothing less than I’ve come to expect from them. Service has been so bad which is why we’ve left their tv service. Had to keep the broadband for now due to limitations of other local providers. Now watching freeview…

    @virginmedia Used to work for the company know all about rebooting after a fix. Just done *** and TiVo box again whilst still waiting for someone to answer the phone and it still doesn’t work. Absolutely shocking

    @virginmedia It’s only been in the past few weeks that it’s gotten so bad. I was getting updates 2 weeks ago from @EE saying they were doing work in my area, but have heard nothing since. Shame you don’t have wi-fi calling

    @virginmedia As you can imagine, this has been discussed with many of your team, at length, with no resolution. The response is shambolic. Virgin is seemingly incapable of providing any service whatsoever in our case. Disappointing doesn't cover it, shockingly inept is a start.

    @virginmedia Broken again this morning after being ok eventually yesterday - managed to get through on the phones as it's still early - they are now checking and its been escalated and an engineer booked for Monday - progress of sorts!

    Thats it. That seals the deal. Im no longer with virgin media. I’ve been a virgin media customer since last year. I will no longer use their TV or renew my Internet deal. I’m taking my money to Sky where they actually know how to run good wifi.

    @virginmedia Still not working. Went off around an hour ago and is still not back on, ridiculous for the price for it to constantly not work even though there are ‘no known issues’. Money Supermarket survey from my area had nothing but complaints about Virgin Broadband..

    Ffs @virginmedia I’m losing my **** over here. Internet has not worked properly since we we started with you in October. Ordered boosters. Pay extra for them. Hasn’t fixed issue. Just been on hold for OVER and hour to be HUNG up on. This is an absolute JOKE. 😭 😡 😤!!!!
