@virginmedia Complaint was raised on the morning of 27th Feb. Was told I’d DEFINITELY hear back within 48hours...105 hours later and still nothing. Nobody was disputing it is virgins mistake but a manager needs to change it to what it should be. I can’t face being on hold for another hour.

@mattvanh @virginmedia hahaha if that was the case mate I wouldn't be pushing numbers behind a desk and become Richard Branson loool I had the same issues in my previous flat. One fibre source from 1 supplier to cover a 1 mile radius which was dogshit enough to make everyone on the plan suffer.

@JRTurnerPhoto @virginmedia We had a problem earlier today.. 1st call automated 2nd call actually spoke to a real human man....and now problem is sorted.. You can book an engineer on the website which we did.. But then they cancelled as it turned out to be an area fault..
