@virginmedia Already tried it guys, absolutely nothing, it’s also a replacement router that received on the 12th of March, phoned 6 times over the weekend for them to tell me everything is ok when I was experiencing slow connection, now nothing!

@virginmedia I'm an existing customer, I've been with you for coming up 2 years. The colleague I dealt with was so unhelpful and just told me to call back on the 16th. I have a back up plan anyway as I've just spoken to sky and can get a 80mb for £25. I can afford the 20mb loss for £34 saving

@virginmedia I have already called that number this morning. They told me there was no available deals. I've put a note in my diary to call back on the 16th. I'm not holding out much hope though considering the poor experience I've had today. I wanted to sort it today on my day off.

@virginmedia That’s says no known issues. So I think there’s an issue with that too. Broadband doesn’t appear on any searches it’s like it’s disappeared . There’s an engineer coming tomorrow

@virginmedia Yeah, as I thought. service checker failed to load multiple times directing us to a “we’re doing work on our website” on 1 occasion which makes me suspect it’s struggling with all the traffic. I won’t be calling as the last time I ended up in India with no rudimentary English.

@virginmedia To my knowledge it said that there was apparently an issue with TV in the area that should be resolved by 4 today but a) I don't know what that has to do with WiFi and b) if it's supposed to be resolved later why was it fine for even a brief amount of time earlier
