    @sahinbrum @virginmedia I agree that their compensation policy is bs, I’ve found when I’ve had any outage affect me, they patch it quickly so the service gets intermittent while they work on a full fix, that way they don’t have to compensate, even if service drops out every couple minutes. BS really

    @virginmedia Netflix channel 150 says "Not authorised". Was working ok a couple of days ago. How do I fix this please? Not a problem with my account. Netflix is working fine on my phone.

    @virginmedia No estimated time. "It's a complex problem". In other words its a network fault not a line fault. Why isn't the number you shared available on your website? The service checker is useless in this scenario. The website says it's working when it isn't.

    @virginmedia Netflix came back today. Separately, the movie I recorded last night started 30 mins late but the Virgin box didn't adjust for it. So I missed the ending. Pretty poor service, considering how much I pay every month.

    @virginmedia You only pay out for a total loss of service. So it can be unusable but still limping along and you won't pay out. Personally I am hoping for another provider to get around to rolling out fibre in my area.

    @virginmedia Broadband connection and WiFi are stable but connectivity is intermittent-keeps losing connection every few minutes for 30 seconds. This is a network fault but I cannot find an option to report it. B90 1LB

    @mightymarkuk @virginmedia You can buy cable modems but in all honesty they are expensive, can be difficult to configure and I don't think Virgin would be much help in the event if any issues The hub in modem mode does work really well, it's just the wireless which has always had issues historically

    @Norgans @wanye_m This was my experience with Virgin Media when I had their top tier VIP broadband. Was with them for mobile at the time as well. Never again.

    @virginmedia I subscribed on Saturday and was given this crap over the phone 4 times. Your company is still refusing today. I’ve never known any company say, “you’re not paying us money for this”. You’ve got until the end of today before the direct debit gets cancelled.
