@virginmedia business installation, been given 6 dates since 17th January. 4 no show or wrong booked, 2 attendance but not equipped to extend installation from 1sf floor to 2nd. even billed for a service which is not even installed yet. Nightmare #virginmedia #broadband

@virginmedia We have done this numerous times. I feel like we are going around in circles. We have 2 boosters as not working at all upstairs and still no good. An engineer has been out, still no better..

@virginmedia The TV goes all distorted I’ve done webchats phone calls the lot nothing has been resolved was told it was a problem in the area , neighbours have had no issues happened still have issues now but not as often but it’s a bit annoying esp when I’ve not had any money off

@virginmedia But when a contract is agreed like a mortgage or a fixed energy deal surely the agreement should last the full term. I’ve had issues since September & been told I can’t leave due to being under a contract so why should my costs go up when I’ve got an agreement in place until Dec

@virginmedia Hi John. We have no broadband connection at all and nor does anyone who has virgin on our rd nor ones nearby. I am only able to tweet as I have had to get my work office opened up for me so that I can use their broadband. We have had no explanation bar there is a problem.
