Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Elka (@NineIsTheNumber) reported@NLeespeaking On the other hand, when I reported a fault to Virgin Media they confidently told me it was an issue in my area which would be resolved in 24hrs. It was in fact a broken wire.
-
Niall Moloney (@chiefbaalbec) reported@TonightVMTV Usual limited hang out on Virgin Media.
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
Stephen Maddock (@stephenm68) reportedDay 35 of absolutely no services from @virginmedia and no useful information about when/if the outage in our area will ever get fixed. Let’s hope that @guardian Consumer Champions will look into this - I’ve just written to them. @Ofcom
