@MrDKOz @virginmedia I asked Virgin's technician about the business package when i joined and he specifically said I wouldn't need it because their fibre service is so reliable it'd be a waste of money to go for the business package. I remember that vividly and it turned out to be terrible advice.

@virginmedia Not officially complained as hoped it would be resolved due to repeated reassurances I’ve had! Shouldn’t have to log a complaint for your error (verified by your engineers)! Cost of GP Partner husband (&my) time far exceeds cost of line rental we are paying for no landline!

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@virginmedia are the worst I’ve known them in 15 yrs! I’ve had no tv for the last few days and an engineer coming in a week! Really! Also have an outstanding contract issue since March 23rd. Promised call back by managers but never comes. Avoid them!!

Had v patchy internet, when @virginmedia resolved it in April, they connected the wrong cable, cutting off our landline for pt calls (mobile blackspot) Numerous promises frm managers @virginmedia & “urgent service requests” since. Last engineer visited yest. Still not resolved😡

Never rant on socials but when a company calls you a day before, confirming they’re coming out to install broadband after 6 weeks, and on the day you get a text from CS to state it’s been cancelled due to lack of communication... @virginmedia pissed off is an understatement 🤯

@virginmedia Raised a complaint the resolution on email was speak to customer services to review packages. You don’t care that’s why can never speak to a manager @Ofcom to resolve this level of poor service. Every department makes it up as they go along. It’s a circus 🎪

@virginmedia Documents that don't match. So contact back to find again it was set up with the whole package o2 and virgin 78 that it was actually 78 to virgin and 25 to o2. So again it's been set up differently to how it was sold to me. I've had tp again phone o2 and cancel the contract

Been ongoing issues from the 26th of May for broadband and Virgin Media has said it’ll be rectified soon. Been left with no wifi and I was told last week ‘it could take until 20/6 but it won’t be that long’. 2 days to go and it’s looking very unlikely I’ll have wifi back up.

@virginmedia . My mother is moving into residential care next Friday and I want to close her account. She is visually impaired so is unable to find her notes, or passwords. Although I have LPA for her, I have spent the last 36 hours via 6 teams so far. Can anyone help me ?
