    @AksTailor @virginmedia When I had some issues like that I haggled a month or two of free Internet from Virgin until the issue was resolved. Convincing them to do that took an infuriating number of phone calls but it was a satisfactory outcome, I've stuck with them.

    @virginmedia Always but it makes no difference. There have been issues where I live since the start of lockdown. I have made a complaint but it’s gone no where.

    @virginmedia call dropped AGAIN 3rd time today from technical support, can’t use your online service as it’s saying I am no longer a customer but thanks for taking my bill payment today. That’s another 4 hours I won’t get back why is it so impossible to actually get some help?!?

    @virginmedia After more than FOUR HOURS on the phone I eventually got someone competent from billing to confirm I am eligible for one free booster and someone else to talk me through fixing the security issue. You seriously need to prioritise vulnerable customers!

    @virginmedia 5 days later I’m still waiting on call back from your customer service team to confirm my reduced contract……in the meantime you’ve sent me an email stating contract had been increased……..that’s 5 phone calls totaling 2hrs 34mins out of my life. Appalling service!
