    @virginmedia Have to assume the cold-calling up-selling team aren't aware when customers have canceled their cable TV just a few months ago with notes to say they're only watching Netflix and want to pay less than £30. I try not to be rude, but seems a bit unfair on the team.

    Starting to have all the same Connectivity problems with @virginmedia as before even now we have their “best” hub. Fed up of having connectivity issues with our supposedly connected home. One minute it works, the next it stops for no reason. All settings checked and correct.

    @virginmedia absolutely disgusted with Virgin media’s service and customer service. Bill jumps up £20 form last month and been on the phone trying to speak to someone about it for 52 minutes now. Roll on July 12th when my contract finishes.

    One of the worst things i have ever done is move from @EE mobile to @virginmedia mobile as 4g is slower than a slug... currently getting 0.48mbps even my school internet was 2mb 15 years ago pdl 😡😡

    @virginmedia After an hour in a chat session, which involved factory reset of hub, the problem persists. Agent then goes and checks to advise a fault in my area - estimated fix this evening. Wondering if I am now back into the old fortnightly failure cycle..

    @virginmedia I'm trying to get our bill down paying 134 a mouth is to much got the VIP package the first caller said could get it down to 99 then said no because we can't get 500 mb in our area got cut off now been on phone another 50 mins

    @virginmedia We have engineer visit today so hopefully they can resolve. However it is vertically impossible to get to speak to one of your agents. That is really not good customer service. I tried to have the online chat on a weekday btw sonshould have been available after 6

    @virginmedia Trip haziest outside my house cables running to next door which were supposed to be temporary, unstable service, rattling router, some of these issues have been resolved. Others haven’t. I’ve asked for final response but no one will talk to me about this.

    @virginmedia It’s broadband and tv. All I can do is watch recorded shows. Can’t even get bbc itv etc. All I’m told is there’s a complex problem in the area but other people I know seem to have problems with either the tv or internet and nowhere as bad as ours. Extremely frustrating

    I love @virginmedia products, but detest their overseas call centres. Customer service is appalling! Been on the current call for 40 minutes and now I’m apparently being transferred somewhere else! I’m only trying to sort my contract out....
