    @virginmedia Had probs for 8 weeks trying to get engineer out! Still taking £96 a month though Poor internet speed Wifi isn't working Spent 3hrs on phone Sat Currently on hold (3rd time today) cut off twice! On demand stopped working

    Can I ask if anyone else has problems with their @virginmedia wifi?? We both work from home and are on calls most of the day however our wifi drops at 5 past the hour EVERY HOUR - EVERY DAY 😡 Meaning it takes 5 minutes to reload and recall people or rejoin meetings!!

    @virginmedia Some good news. I have just done the magic power it off for a hour, disconnect the network cables. Power it on, connect the network cable and force a re sync to Virgin and it works! the gremlin has left the building.

    @virginmedia The box doesn’t work at all.The number of times you’ve had to come out is ridiculous.She’s been given a new remote,a new box,there’s been a problem up there road…you name it.She was put through to another dept and a voice came up ‘there’s a fault on the line’ and cut her off!

    @virginmedia There have been many. All pushing the fix back and variously claiming engineer on site and engineer in transit. Very poor service especially considering the recent price hike. Not acceptable.

    @virginmedia No.I haven't. I'm assuming if there's no audio record,there'll be no transcript surely.I agreed to the package for £85 pm as per the website. I clarified numerous times the bundle.I wouldn't of agreed to it otherwise as I'm an O2 customer.
