Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England@virginmedia Yes I’ve done that. My connection drops out for a minute or so every 30-60 mins. Hard to replicate. My account has notes regarding the reason why the credit was given last time. Ideally I don’t want to wait so long for the same issue to be fixed.
-
Brian Cape (@BrianMCape) reported from Birmingham, England@virginmedia No. Already done it about 7 times without any luck. I refuse to waste more hours in queues, only to rehash my issues to another anonymous operator. I've been assured that this is in the hands of a named handler, who didn't call me back as promised and is ignoring my emails. Fail

Andy Form (@AndyFormUK) reported@Benleo @virginmedia We have an issue that’s been going on for 12months. As soon as my wife uses her laptop everything else in the house stop working, Xbox, streaming, even phones. I have 350 GB package and was told I need to upgrade my package to the top one to “fix” the issue. 10 plus calls, hours on hold been past from different departments, engineer visits that don’t turn up and engineers that turn up and say there is a issue with it and someone will be touch when it’s fixed. £40 goodwill I was offered and a call 2 months ago, I’ve even up trying.
