    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

    @virginmedia I had a call today from a man pretending to be from & trying to sell VM service. He got increasingly rude & aggressive when I said not interested. I'm sure he wasn't from Virgin Media but if you'd like the number he called from I will happily send it to you.

    @virginmedia you claim we get 100 whatever’s per second. So tell me. Why my internet doesn’t work. I can’t stay on a zoom as my “internet is unstable” and live tv “jumps” not streams. You sent somebody to resolve last time. It’s now repeated this behaviour again. Why do that?

    CANNOT WAIT until we leave @VirginMedia in a few months time. Non stop internet issues for months now. I’d urge everyone to swerve Virgin Media. Better companies out there who do more and cost less.

    @virginmedia Doesn't matter now, we've terminated the contract and joined Three home broadband. I just think it's disgusting that a customer of over 10 years doesn't get offered a deal as good as a new customer.

    Very pleased to publicly announce we are leaving virgin media. I have never known such a diabolical internet service - current situation our 100mb per whatever it is means our internet is unstable for any zoom session. Utterly ridiculous. Hoorah for us 🙌🏻

    @virginmedia @itsonlymegs virgin says tv had issues but nothing about internet.. Our internet has been unusable all week, I've been unable to attend any work meetings due to the extremely poor internet quality.. So what's up with that, whole week of trouble but guess I'll just pay as usual..

    @virginmedia And now this month's bill has increased by an additional £17.... without any notification. November = £37.50 December = £46.75 January = £57.81 ...and March an imminent additional ~£3.50 Yes I've spoken to customer services, and the best offer is a £3 reduction. Atrocious!

    @virginmedia My bill has increased £17 this month, without warning, having increased £10 last month. Having spoken to customer services with a view to leave, £3 discount! Really!? On top of that i've been charged for a phone call. I don't have a phone! #badservice #ripoff

    @virginmedia I had flood damage in my property and incompetent Virgin media could install my services in temporary accommodation, them requested all services remained in my property and since then I have complained as to why 50 calls did not resolve my complaint and compensation not honoured
