@matt_hanson70 @virginmedia Intermittent for 2.5 days, Sunday always v poor the worst is 0.4mbs with a 250mbs supply. VM's script always saying reboot etc.. Funny though following reporting an issue a week ago I suddenly recorded 256mbs for an hour then it slowly drops to normal! First ever hitting supply.

It was only *this week* that we finally got them to stop. We hope. My wife has spent approx 10 hours on the phone and awful online chat trying to sort.

@LouiCM_ @virginmedia There is your problem, never use their equipment Put the router into Modem mode, buy your own router (netgear nighthawk works well) and problem solved. Can find tutorials online on how to do it. (Virgin even tell you how on their forums)
