    @virginmedia Absolutely atrocious customer service! Waited for my Hub 4 to arrive as we are now paying for highest broadband, it arrives and has wrong power cable inside, phoned to sort, on hold for 20 mins then speak to someone who has IT issues and has put us on 40 mins hold!

    @virginmedia and the broadband has gone down again. Every day around midday. Phone app has problems reaching servers, web service status says my broadband is good. Router flashing or sorts of green lights.

    @virginmedia I’m absolutely disgusted with the mobile messaging chat. I have been trying since 11:30am to speak to an advisor and still not getting anywhere. I’d now like to cancel my new order as I am disgusted with the customer service for a new mobile customer!!!

    @virginmedia It’s not the WiFi, I am hard wired into to the router. So there is no excuse for this poor service.

    I think @virginmedia are attempting to outdo @TUIUK for the worst customer services . I’ve spent 45 mins on hold so far waiting to speak to a human . Doesn’t beat 3 and half hours trying Tui but bless Virgin they’re trying. Just appalling 👍

    @bellso19 @virginmedia I had the full virgin package and was averaging 250mbs but I was paying £150 a month, when I tried to lower the package to get a better ‘deal’ they could only knock £20 off. If I the new hub comes and it’s still **** I’m going to go to sky or bt fibre

    @virginmedia Doesn't seem like there's a service issue in the area. But over the WiFi the speed I get fluctuates dramatically and my bandwidth is appalling when trying to play an online game on console

    @virginmedia It didn't give me the option to cancel... otherwise I would've taken that route. It asked me what my query was about, TV Broadband or phone... and wouldn't let me go any further without choosing one of them.

    @virginmedia Yes we have connection issues on a daily basis. Technical team at Virgin couldn’t figure it out so told me it must be every device in my house?! Engineer confirmed it is a network issue in local area but no resolution. Take our money for an unreliable service

    @virginmedia Hi, tried the Service Status link. Shows no known issues in area. Hub is faulty but can't order a new hub because connections now back. Had visit but prob's not been fixed. Please can you send me a new Hub asap? Thanks

    @virginmedia @virginmedia Promised 100mbps speed but it never crossed 40mbps since i took the connection. Absolutely ridiculous service. Complained about this many times but no use. I was getting 70mbps for £20 with my previous provider, with £27 i am getting 31MBPS. Shame on you.
