    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @virginmedia I've used the app and followed the tips, in the speed test it fluctuates wildly, sometimes 135mbps down some times 30mbps and sometimes fails to connect

    @virginmedia Ok intermittent problems in area. This amazingly was the answer last time I had this issue. After a month or so of problems we have the same issues as before. The same answers or lack of them until someone is sent out.
