    @virginmedia my parents virgin media account is under my email, only issue is that I don’t live with them, just signed up with you and now thats under my email too, when I try to sign into my account I get theirs, it says your can’t change an account email either..

    @virginmedia She has forgotten her email address (and is struggling to get access to her acc & not getting much help when she phones up) she uses on her mobile acc as she is looking to cancel or update her mobile phone contract.

    @virginmedia In March when I renewed my contract I was having a lot of issues with my WiFi service, when I called person on the phone suggested I need a booster in my house which they he/she can’t remember now said I should get it within few days, then lockdown happened and understandably

    Just watched the @virginmedia advert they must of used a different provider to get there videos posted as your service is diabolical Like I say monies due next week I cancel direct debit and you will respond with a stupid message.

    @virginmedia It was hard to contact you to follow up, I tried many ways but was getting no where as everything seemed to be on automated, however again in April I was having more issues and it got to a point I went on Twitter and someone responded with a text service but again like always

    @virginmedia have the worst customer service in the world. Reported a fraud case to them 2 months ago and they have done nothing with it. You call there call centre and they just hang up on you. Great work guys 👍🏻

    @virginmedia Lousy technical service lousy failing superhub works okay after they reset it and goes wrong with an hours connectivity on 2G and 5G a spotty at best and drop signals to devices. Poor signal strength in house. None existent outside house. Too higher price. And BT is offering

    @virginmedia I've taken the steps to reset our router, this is as usual an area problem not just our home, but this seems to be a running problem every week, there is always a connection issue with the broadband services even after having all our connections changed.

    @RavNorris @virginmedia Make sure you log this, should be due a refund for the time paid they're failing to provide a service for. If it continues, you should be able to argue a contract termination without penalty too, as they're in breach if not providing said service. I did it recently with EE.

    @virginmedia Yes, I did the check by entering my postcode and surname and there’s an outage in my area - says it will be resolved by 2330…that would’ve been a whole 11 hours without services…poor!

    @virginmedia 20 days I have now been without broadband. Keep getting promised a call back from but never happens. Taken days off work for engineer to turn up but nothing. Not even a phone call. Absolutely disgusting customer service!
