    @virginmedia It is a media issue, I sent off the documents over a month ago confirming new account holder , no reply or confirmation this has been actioned at all. Weeks on end trying to sort one issue that should be easy is unacceptable

    @virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

    @virginmedia not long after that because I immediately received a high bill but was told it takes 30 days to set up, so I accepted that. I've messaged & emailed about all this before & gave up because of poor or non-response. It's frustrating. I'm very busy and don't have time to keep chasing

    @virginmedia I called the mobile team at the start of the year to put a £5 cap on my mobile contract which my daughter uses but have now received a bill for £29 and discovered the cap was never put on. CS on the phone insisted I've never called about this but I know for a fact I did....

    @virginmedia No known issues, there was on 28/04, same thing signal cutting out, supposedly fixed 29/04, but since then there were brief signal losses a couple times a day every day, another known issue raised 06/05 fixed the same day, yesterday had no problems, but today issue is worse

    @virginmedia Thank you, yes, I just called them after it happened again! They are sending a technician out to see if the area fault from last Sunday has caused an issue on my line, as this issue only started then, a tech is coming out on Tuesday

    @BenGaynor2 @virginmedia It would be your biggest regret to join virginmedia. 17th day of unusable internet all over UK and the only think they talk about is Ed Sheeran concerts. They are very poor in service and customer support, many are trying to leave right now.

We are moving as our router is utter crap, can’t use it other than in the front room. They called constantly date we cancelled offering a better deal

    @virginmedia Well the package did not have a one time introductory offer "Volt M250 Fibre Broadband £29.99" Nor does the 500mb for £30 from vodafone. Why would i pay 34 for £350 and £8 for a sim from virgin? but their response was the very same as yours 20 or so year customer, thanks bro.
