    @alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia I sincerely hope you don't end up with a fault. I was with @TalkTalk for many years until a fault last year. Quite honestly the worst company of any description I have ever dealt with. Totally failed to resolve, now much happier on @virginmedia

    @alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia If they mess me about, I'll simply move. I was lied to, ignored and never resolved with @TalkTalk - and they have the cheek to send me rubbish about how they "miss" me. Try doing anything with 0.3mbs.

    @virginmedia Yes it’s valid and in use as I’ve been using on my mobile phone. The issue I had was because I needed to access on laptop and couldn’t remember password

    @virginmedia once again your online service status tells me there are no known issues in our area. I call to report I still have the intermittent fault I have had for over a week and told there is a fault in the area which may not be fixed until 12th March.

    @virginmedia Usually I would swipe down with one finger and it would tell me that I’m on the delete option and I just tap delete to erase the program

    @virginmedia OK thanks for that and the screen has gone away after I clicked on the sea terms link but I still have the problem of not being able to swipe to delete on individual programs within a folder as this was possible before the update

    @virginmedia thanks for looking into this in great detail and I only wish that I could go back to the previous version which was fully accessible and user-friendly unlike this version of the app. They shouldn't of updated the app because it wasn't broken in the first place.

    @virginmedia That’s says no known issues. So I think there’s an issue with that too. Broadband doesn’t appear on any searches it’s like it’s disappeared . There’s an engineer coming tomorrow

    @VirginMobile @virginmedia proved to me that they don’t do customer service. We waited a month for a phone sent to a wrong address, & then had to collect it ourselves. We also proved the phone had a fault from the start, but now we’ve been told to claim on insurance and pay £125!

    @virginmedia To be honest, this looks like gobbledegook. Her phone was working fine, now she can't access the internet and it is Virgin's job to give her step by step instructions to resolve the issue, not just send links for a chat room.

    @virginmedia I am astounded at your horrendous customer service. I waited on hold for an hour on Monday to speak to an agent. Was then informed that I would receive a call back on Tues or Wed to resolve the issues. Nearly a week later, I’ve heard nothing. Horrendous service.

    @virginmedia Done that a thousand times. Maybe even a million, I have lost count, it’s the obvious thing to do, turn it off and turn it back on again, and pray it’s works and i go away, but no, works for a few minutes and boom, wii fii signal gone again. HELP PLEASE 😒

    @virginmedia is the best contact for help with my UK virgin mobile account / SIM? My SIM has been disconnected (as new SIM was sent out) but I’m overseas. I can’t access my account or call without an active phone no. Going around in circles - PLEASE HELP.
