    @virginmedia Price rises, overseas call centers, the time spent on the phone listening to the nausiating voice. Suggest you look at social media and learn about your shocking reputation and customer service. Im out !!

    @Gemgwar @virginmedia Basically.. nobody knows what the process is! Told we had to wait in ALL DAY yesterday for nobody to come (when we apparently now it’s only a package being delivered) STILL! nobody is clear if it’s a package being delivered or an engineer. Shocking service for what we are paying!

    @virginmedia Used to work for the company know all about rebooting after a fix. Just done *** and TiVo box again whilst still waiting for someone to answer the phone and it still doesn’t work. Absolutely shocking

    @BankerJase @virginmedia I’ve yet to deal with a Virgin Media team that provide decent customer service. Which is why I’ve given up on TV/Telephone. Broadband will only last if they maintain a service.

    @virginmedia It’s only been in the past few weeks that it’s gotten so bad. I was getting updates 2 weeks ago from @EE saying they were doing work in my area, but have heard nothing since. Shame you don’t have wi-fi calling

    @virginmedia Can you clear this up, my deal is running out soon , and spoken to your team today they was very reluctant to give a good offer. I said I leave and come back in 6 weeks as a new customer and get the much better offers, they said I would not get it as I was already a customer,????

    Virgin Media customer care is a bit like having a filling, followed by root Canal treatment , the clean and brush up on a sensitive tooth and the dentist saying u need another filling on next appointment! Painful 😳

    @virginmedia According to your some of your level 2 techs there is no problem, although the signal to noise ratio is above 40 and the virgin broadband phone cut out when I was talking with your last level 1 tech engineer.
