    @virginmedia I spent an hour on my mobile to Virgin today as landline isn't working. Spoke to three different people and, finally they told me it was a hardware issue with my phone, not the line. I have borrowed two phones from neighbours and they don't work either #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Half of my channels missing have completed all the trouble shooting measures no joy. Nobody ever picks up the phone 😡 You are not providing the service we are paying for DD is getting cancelled and your equipment is being returned. Have spoken with fair trade

    Cancelling my broadband with @virginmedia after ridiculous price increases every month. Cannot believe how RUDE the guy on the phone was when I told him I still wanted to cancel. Absolutely shocking attitude .. made my decision to leave SO much easier!!

    I will definitely be ending my TV Contract with #VirginMedia at the earliest opportunity, I am sick to death of watching stupid adverts on #DiscoveryTV Channels and it’s the same ones every damn time! If the #TLC Channel didn’t exist then it wouldn’t be so bad! 🤬

    @virginmedia Got my hub3 today.(new customer), Everything all connected but only got got solid Wi-Fi signal and the green flashing light. Checked multiple times over. Tried to talk on live chat and no one replying!

    @virginmedia Whenever I phone it spends a long time telling me to use the web app or the online pages or text service. The last few times I've tried that I've been told to pay £240, or just passed from pillar to post So frustrated for the complete lack of service unless we complain publicly

    @virginmedia My bank will be calling me tomorrow again. I already have complications I am not worried about the ones with Virgin. I don’t want Virgin service or contract anymore I will cancel all services. I would call and do it but I don’t want to be on hold for an hour again

    @virginmedia Why can’t the tech team work on it now and resolve it. I have identified the issue on multiple calls with the team the telephone line only allows for calls to be made and doesn’t receive any calls. What else is needed Tom me on a web chat
