There are going to be *weeks* of follow up at @virginmedia about how the hell they allowed their own status page to be tied to their infrastructure. Pretty useless if your status page goes down when you do.

Loving all the people moaning their virgin media being down. Most being paid for by their parents! Stop moaning! Either they’ve had a major piece of equipment fail or they’ve been hacked. Be patient, and it will be sorted. Or move to another and only get slow 30mb broadband!

It's actually tragic how bad @virginmedia broadband has gotten over the last few days. Hope we are refunded for this period of shocking internet coverage. Still think it's the best service but need to sort out current issues.

@virginmedia Still not helpful once we have paid what you told us after not applying your contract! Been told it’s the agents error on a record call and then saying it’s invalid, and prepared to offer new customer better than current! Massive complaint in writing your staff on phone shocking!

.@virginmedia why do you add random recordings to my TiVo and then not have the interface to allow me to block delete an entire folder of shows. Have you any idea how annoying it is to have to deleted each show 1 at a time. Shockingly bad interface on your TiVo service

@virginmedia Last month you told me if an engineer couldn't fix my poor service you would waiver the early disconnection fee. Engineer visited, problem not fixed. Now you want to send a 2nd engineer to check the 1st one did it correctly. That's not my problem nor do I have time for this
