Cancelling my broadband with @virginmedia after ridiculous price increases every month. Cannot believe how RUDE the guy on the phone was when I told him I still wanted to cancel. Absolutely shocking attitude .. made my decision to leave SO much easier!!

I will definitely be ending my TV Contract with #VirginMedia at the earliest opportunity, I am sick to death of watching stupid adverts on #DiscoveryTV Channels and it’s the same ones every damn time! If the #TLC Channel didn’t exist then it wouldn’t be so bad! 🤬

@virginmedia Whenever I phone it spends a long time telling me to use the web app or the online pages or text service. The last few times I've tried that I've been told to pay £240, or just passed from pillar to post So frustrated for the complete lack of service unless we complain publicly
