    @virginmedia Yes and all it did was tell me that our kitchen is a WiFi dead zone... The main issue is that we have loads of devices and I think we are overloading our hub’s capabilities.

    @williamtm @virginmedia 1&1, bt, EE, sky, zen and talk talk all support v6 afaik. The ONLY major (by number of subscribers) ISP that doesn’t is virgin. The smallest of the big 4 is talk talk and numbers 5-10 of the top 10 added together are still half the size of talk talk.

    @virginmedia We were offered this and two boxes etc for £89...NINE DAYS AGO and then no one wanted to speak to us!!! Terrible service to a loyal Virgin customer of 8 years...robbery😠

    @PatchworkBoyPW @virginmedia They wont have a clue. I had issues for about 6 months and I was constantly trying to sort it out. Engineers are great but the "customer service" team are based in India and have no customer service skills 🤙

    @Gemgwar @virginmedia Basically.. nobody knows what the process is! Told we had to wait in ALL DAY yesterday for nobody to come (when we apparently now it’s only a package being delivered) STILL! nobody is clear if it’s a package being delivered or an engineer. Shocking service for what we are paying!

    @williamtm @virginmedia So virgin media don’t support it then. that is not “nothing supports it” Yell at virgin. BT is fine, although they do need to differentiate their treatment of ipv4 vs ipv6 icmp in their default firewall rules

    @virginmedia internet down again, youd think I'd be used to this by now 🤣 always an excuse and never get anything back for the lack of usage. I'm barely in the house using it so dread to think how many times it goes down when I'm not in potentially using it 🤙

    @katie_jr @EE I had similar problems with Virginmedia. They wanted me to set up another direct debit with them to close the account. I refused and it took quite a few calls to sort it out.

    @virginmedia @bagpipes16 It doesn't work - clearly that's down too! Frankly, when it is working is it often misleading. I have had VirginMedia on the phone several times when they confirmed there was a problem in the area, but the status tool never indicated any issue. Poor software or misleading info?

    @virginmedia Its WiFi, I checked the service checker it said there were no issues in my area. It said there were tv issues which they were fixing, I assume that’s why there were 2 vans and they’ve turned off the WiFi when fixing it. Not acceptable with no warning and it’s not the first time

    @virginmedia @jai_dee Me too, I haven’t received anything and I’m expecting a delivery today to set up new services. It’s time to change courier and stop using @YodelOnline they don’t care about their customers - they don’t even have their customer service running at a times like this.

    @virginmedia I've also just had sales trying to upgrade me to a gig for an extra £6/mth but as I explained to them. I'm not paying more money for a faster service when this one is currently intermittent and @CityFibre are installing throughout Swindon

    @virginmedia Complaint still active. No update in weeks, was advised it was still open without updates. They were adamant that I must be mistaken and the router was in fact, a remote. Doesn't explain why they've gone ahead an wiped my TV box and rendered it unusable for 3 days though!
