According to online no know issues. Connect app and your online diagnostic tool doesn’t support Hub4 so can even test that way. Done a rest of hub. Nothing. Help!

They should be in Scotland or North East and really know their stuff I have Virgin but use gmail as a preferred option Good Luck!

It takes me switching the router off at the wall and on again for the connection to reestablish itself. First world problems but it’s a pain when I’m working upstairs and the router is downstairs.
