    Watching @virginmedia engineers install cabling to a property opposite. Residents moved in yesterday. They’re not in, nor is their neighbour. Didn’t stop the engineers lifting the neighbour’s lawn to drill and feed through cabling. Terrible.

    @virginmedia Yes there's no issue on the checker. The connect app says it's fine except for a few times it's said the connection is poor. But 1mb some nights is ridiculous...

    @VMO2News @virginmedia Gigabyte you cannot even get a stable uptime connection of 100mb here, been going on for months and yet when you want to raise a complaint a manager new rings back , and yet your still charging us for a service that we cannot do anything on.

    @virginmedia We've both tried that, and both been unsuccessful, having to jump through hoops to simply cancel the account, I bet if the direct debit was cancelled you'd be quick to complain
