    @virginmedia can you please tell me how to ensure that you cancel my contract? I have tried since June! I’ve moved out and you keep on sending me bills and notices of not paying! The chat is useless as no one actually helps! It then disconnects! So disappointed.

    @virginmedia Yes there's no issue on the checker. The connect app says it's fine except for a few times it's said the connection is poor. But 1mb some nights is ridiculous...

    @virginmedia had packet loss for a solid four days now in the ST16 area (Stafford)…any chance of a fix? It’s impacting my ability to work from home and in the evening I’ve not been able to watch YouTube/Netflix/etc without it buffering constantly.

    @virginmedia Apparently it's being dealt with. He phoned it in two months ago. I've being waiting for a manager to call me for approximately 3 months as I've been told on 2 separate occasions I will receive a call. Tempted to fix it ourselves before the winter arrives!

    @tombradby Hi Tom, when I was experiencing endless problems with Virgin media, I looked up the CEOs name, guessed his email address, and asked for his help. On a Saturday. Had a reply from him in an hour, was sorted by the Monday. Worth a try!

    Just had a lovely call from a kind lady at Virgin Media who was telling me that I am such a valued customer they were going to increase my broadband package from 200Mbps to 500Mbps, give me a bunch of TV channels like BT Sport and Discovery all in UHD, and give us extra data

    @hookaduckduck @EE This drives me up the wall! If I want to upgrade my service with @virginmedia I can do that online with no issues, because I'm giving them more money. If I want to cancel or downgrade though I have to call them, so that some support exec can try and talk me out of it.

    @virginmedia While it will let me login now it will not allow me to view the phone upgrades without using your webchat. I know exactly what phone I want and was able to view it just yesterday before all of these issues but now I can't.
