    @virginmedia can you please tell me how to ensure that you cancel my contract? I have tried since June! I’ve moved out and you keep on sending me bills and notices of not paying! The chat is useless as no one actually helps! It then disconnects! So disappointed.

    Call number 25 with @virginmedia after the service desk hung up on my after I waited 30 mins to connect and then when I did get through put my on hold and then hung up 😭😬😬 on your call number 26

    So @virginmedia @virginhelp I have spoken to the webchat who told me to call the helpdesk. Helpdesk have told me to write a letter. WILL ANYONE HELP ME!??? I will write to Rachel Barrass but not going to really help when the debt collectors arrive.

    @CliffHague @virginmedia If you have not already ring to disconnect then tell retentions you need 2nd line support. They should be in Scotland or North East and really know their stuff I have Virgin but use gmail as a preferred option Good Luck!

    So #VirginMedia I report a fault this morning, you say repaired by 6pm. 7pm I called as still not working despite txt/email says fixed. 50 mins of listening to music then, "the other person has cleared" Really don't like being lied to. Not good enough, valued customer, my arse!

    @virginmedia Also want to add....I politely asked to speak to a supervisor and was told fine. Put on hold. Guess what. Kept on hold until cut off. Not the first time this has happened. I invite your response. Appalling customer service.

    @A_Holy_Man @virginmedia Current plan is to switch to Three for home as well as mobile, they've got a good deal on with 4G hubs and I've always found their customer service spot on. Thinking about it. Only thing I've 100% decided is that I'm leaving Virgin.

    @virginmedia I'm afraid I have little confidence. Your 'status update' says all resolved. But we still have no service. I rang. Was told in fact 25% of users in our area still have no service and it is a network issue. Am told yet another 24 hours. That will be 3 days and no resolution.

    @Fibutton @virginmedia I had the problem for about a year, held it off because of the pain of getting through to a person. Once i did, the customer service was good. But getting there was a nightmare as i knew it would be. I nearly cancelled my direct debit and waited for them to contact me!
