Broadband is an amenity nowadays and your customers should not be without it for this length of time, especially when I'm told it's an upgrade of the infrastructure.

Wanted me to crawl down on the floor and reach behind the cupboard to start unplugging and then plugging things back in again. Explained in the to her that I have arthritis in my spine as an elderly person and it took a real battle to get them to send a Technician out - apart from anything else tiring having to navigate all the various menus to even get to speak to a human being.
