    @virginmedia That might require quite an extensive overall of your infrastructure and servers however you could maybe start by answering the telephone - you are a telecoms company. Or does customer service fly out the window once the direct debits are set up?

    @virginmedia The first agent was so rude the second very helpful said she hoped she had sorted the dates of my contract and the bill. But as yet the bill for March hasn’t changed l have no idea what is happening with the complaints. I’m so worn down by it all.

    @theMrsH89 @virginmedia l upgraded my internet with Virgin and it’s dreadful. The process still isn’t sorted out lm being charged incorrectly and it won’t be put right until complaints sort it out. I’m still waiting for complaints the service for broadband and the customer is poor and very stressful

    Sick of having issues with my Wi-Fi!! At least a couple times a day the router starts flashing and won’t connect anyone in my house to it! Internet speeds are slow all the time 😡 @virginmedia sort it out

    @davesumnersmith @virginmedia I have realised that talking to Twitter teams is of limited value. The responses are scripted and when they’re painted into a corner, they just stop responding. Customer Service has become a contradiction in terms. My daughter has had similar experiences with Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia It’s the WIFi and what can you do about it? I’ve been a customer for many many years and this issue is causing aggravation. Surely I should expect uninterrupted service all day every day. It’s not cheap either is it??

    @virginmedia I’ve called and called l’ve used the chat line numerous times. A agent opened a complaint in early feb l received a letter saying all sorted when it wasn’t there are 2 complaints outstanding and my accounts are still wrong.

    @virginmedia My daughter had to make 2 phone calls to your customer service department to resolve a problem with her new TV box in November last year. She was almost 2 hours on the phone & then an engineer visit solved the problem. Engineer admitted the setup instructions were at fault.

    @virginmedia It was a five minute fix, but she lost one month of TV access as a result. She’s a nurse so arranging a daytime appointment took a while because of her work patterns. It’s her first home of her own and I felt she had been treated in a less than respectable manner.

    @virginmedia @T2Mardybum I wouldn’t use @virginmedia, keep sky tv if you can and opt for another broadband provider. Had problems the last few weeks. Three calls this week, no help. ‘We think it’s a network issue’. Still not fixed.

    @virginmedia resolve and to give him a couple of days. he then ghosted my later attempts to follow up. I was installed a Superhub 3, which I had several years ago on my old, old virgin contact. Which I had the very same issues for 4+ years of being a customer.

    Hi @virginmedia your engineer installed broadband today.He pulled up my blind so hard it came out of the wall and snapped.He wrapped it in insulation tape.I’ve just tried to call and your colleague Sagar told me to disconnect and call back.Not a great start.can you help?

    @virginmedia 1 single room away, with a single layer of brick with no electric wires (interference) and the single strength is down to single bar, which then repeatedly causes drop outs on my tv, Xbox, mobile phone. If I known I was going to get a decade old equipotent, I would of stayed
