@virginmedia I’m absolutely disgusted with the mobile messaging chat. I have been trying since 11:30am to speak to an advisor and still not getting anywhere. I’d now like to cancel my new order as I am disgusted with the customer service for a new mobile customer!!!

@virginmedia my WiFi is running at 3.4 download speed. This is the 3rd time I’ve contacted and done tests and still no fix has been made.

@virginmedia It’s the WIFi and what can you do about it? I’ve been a customer for many many years and this issue is causing aggravation. Surely I should expect uninterrupted service all day every day. It’s not cheap either is it??

@virginmedia I’ve tried calling got through being on hold for 30 minutes waiting to speak to a manager as I’ve been told I need to pay for something others have free and been cut out again!!!

@virginmedia Yes this was after I reset. I have been trying a hub reset regularly and it doesn’t help. How do I check the package I am on? Im not sure.

@theMrsH89 @virginmedia l upgraded my internet with Virgin and it’s dreadful. The process still isn’t sorted out lm being charged incorrectly and it won’t be put right until complaints sort it out. I’m still waiting for complaints the service for broadband and the customer is poor and very stressful

Can anyone tell me how you get @virginmedia to respond to and deal with complaints? I am at the end of my tether with them! I have raised 4 complaints now and they have unsatisfactorily responded to 1 which I called back about to keep the complaint open only for them to close...

I think @virginmedia are attempting to outdo @TUIUK for the worst customer services . I’ve spent 45 mins on hold so far waiting to speak to a human . Doesn’t beat 3 and half hours trying Tui but bless Virgin they’re trying. Just appalling 👍

@virginmedia Ill bullet point it for you. Months of complaints about poor service. Ignored complaints from november. Manager call backs within 48hrs not done. Put on hold for over an hour. Refusing to disconnect due to issues. Complaints not handled or resolved from last year. List goes on..
