@virginmedia There are known issues in my area. Apparently 2 days in a row at, what i would imagine, are peak times. I seriously need to consider a new provider. This is getting beyond a joke for the money that I pay

Had v patchy internet, when @virginmedia resolved it in April, they connected the wrong cable, cutting off our landline for pt calls (mobile blackspot) Numerous promises frm managers @virginmedia & “urgent service requests” since. Last engineer visited yest. Still not resolved😡

Thanks for the reply @virginmedia but in your instructions following your system check on your site it states you will be sending a signal to my hub to improve something. Nowhere does it date for me to do a pinhole reset. So which is correct because you need to correct something

@virginmedia It always used to. It sees my address from the postcode & gives me the house number and street to choose, then asks me to complete a form for you to contact me to tell me within 10 days if the service is available in my area. It used to be instant, but no-one ever did contact me.

@Angriper @virginmedia @SkyUK If I could get Sky here (at least decent speeds) I'd have switched years ago mate. Although, the way things are going, I'd be better off with poor download speed and uptime, rather than super fast speeds and always down.

@virginmedia Our virgin has been down for 2 days. When phoning, all we get is a message saying 'Sorry the service in your area is intermittent, our engineers are doing their best to fix it. Intermittent???? I wish! We've had no telephone, internet or TV continually for 2 days, 😡

@virginmedia are the worst I’ve known them in 15 yrs! I’ve had no tv for the last few days and an engineer coming in a week! Really! Also have an outstanding contract issue since March 23rd. Promised call back by managers but never comes. Avoid them!!

@virginmedia Not officially complained as hoped it would be resolved due to repeated reassurances I’ve had! Shouldn’t have to log a complaint for your error (verified by your engineers)! Cost of GP Partner husband (&my) time far exceeds cost of line rental we are paying for no landline!
