  • Dazc090861 Darren Coomber (@Dazc090861) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@virginmedia can you tell me what has gone wrong with your company!?!? I have been with you for years, without complaint but, since Dec 21, you change my contract, without my say-so & despite constant calls for 6 months, still nobody will take responsibility & sort it out!!! 😠😠

  • rcolqui1 Rob Colquitt (@rcolqui1) reported

@virginmedia Thankyou for the swift reply! Same issue occurs... Its when I select which box I have

  • markdavemason Mark Mason (@markdavemason) reported

@virginmedia I just wanted to see the bundles and prices but as an existing customer it appears I’m not allowed to do that and must jump through hoops to get any information. I’m going to wait and see what the fibre roll out in this area does for us. Doesn’t make you feel valued though.

  • wanna_be_dj Matty M (@wanna_be_dj) reported

@virginmedia Is that using the MAC address? Apologies haven’t looked at the link. If yes, I tried that before and it caused all kinds of problems.

  • appleblossomBe appleblossomB (@appleblossomBe) reported

@virginmedia I’ve complained I’ve given you the reference I’ve had an email back which bears no relation to my complaint . Your company is appalling . I’ve switched to BT . Your co is trying to get £ out of me until end of July for services I have not & will not receive . Horrendous

  • ArcticFox1977 ArcticFox19779 (@ArcticFox1977) reported

@virginmedia So now we have no Internet for 5 days now. My son can't connect with his tutor and my wife can't do any work/uni assignments because of this rock bottom rubbish service from virgin who claims they are lightning fast. There's nothing lightning about your customer service/ enginee

  • gavhobbs Gavin Hobbs (@gavhobbs) reported

@virginmedia I'm having trouble with your website. Ever since I started using Volt I dont seem to be getting the speeds I should. I also went to downgrade my package as a result of having volt, and the bot that the website uses is useless!

  • mattfoster2010 _mattfoster2010 (@mattfoster2010) reported

@EJsKnitsGB i went out for a lunch and a catch up with a friend earlier, it was nice but it's really hot here, came back and within an hour of being back we had a power cut, apparently Virgin Media had an outage so it might be connected.

  • 4a6d65 Jamie Saunders (@4a6d65) reported

@virginmedia I'm asking, if I was an existing customer now or a new customer about to leave their minimum term, how much are both packages? Surely someone at VM must know without needing access to my account?

  • 4a6d65 Jamie Saunders (@4a6d65) reported

@virginmedia and I'm an existing customer, who has come to an end of an O2 contract (not planning to renew, wasn't for a phone) and I'm not sure I see what Volt benefit I'm getting here?
