    I've never had a more frustrating ISP than @virginmedia support lines provide no help and we're stuck in a loop of disconnects whilst being told nothing is wrong.

    Why did I swop to #virgin? 2 months ago and nothing but problems @virginmedia it took over 20 days to get my tel no changed then you change again why did you not tell me! How do you expect anyone to contact me V useless biggest mistake and very £xpensive one with poor WiFi too.

    @virginmedia To be honest this happens too often then often our speeds are not what we pay for. I work from home so costs me business when this happens. Rather then getting me to check things, I just need yo-yo to provide us with a regular consistent service at the speeds we actually pay for

    @virginmedia I put notice in on 12/1/22, but I've received notice of a normal DD going out on 10/2/22. I'm waiting for an email reply to my email sent to CEO Lutz Schüler this afternoon asking for confirmation of service cessation on 11/2/22 and a pro rata final bill of £25.20 not £36.50.

    @virginmedia Absolutely zero progress. Nothing at all had been “escalated” from yesterday and no engineer booked despite what I was promised. What a shambles of a service. I am told an engineer will appear on Friday morning. Can I believe it?
