-
Stuart McCullagh (@stumccullagh) reported from Birmingham, England@virginmedia But when a contract is agreed like a mortgage or a fixed energy deal surely the agreement should last the full term. I’ve had issues since September & been told I can’t leave due to being under a contract so why should my costs go up when I’ve got an agreement in place until Dec
-
Kev Maslin (@kevmaslin) reported from West Bromwich, England@virginmedia The ideal resolution would have been for VM to return the document as originally promised. We have dealt with other companies in this regard and all have been prompt and professional. Even the DWP accepted a photocopy of the POA. Why VM couldn't is entirely beyond me.
-
Troy (@tr0y1291) reported from West Bromwich, England@virginmedia the most unreliable service going! Sky should be rubbing their hands together knowing that this shower of **** is their main competition.

Jean Thierry 💙 (@MutliRaceMan) reported from Birmingham, England@KellyQuilt @virginmedia Virgin are hopeless for ease of contact. My daughter was with them and the service wasn’t at all good. This nonsense about calling them at a time to suit them is just ludicrous. They need to admit that they (& others) don’t staff adequately to suit their customers convenience. 🤬

Have a message on the phone line also , would solve a lot of problems . Your phone lines were overwhelmed yet that could have been prevented .
-
^Gavstar^ (@Englandgav) reportedHey @virginmedia want to know why I get bills for myself and someone else? My hub is linked to there account and address so I can access there account/bills and upgrade there package. Your customer services seem unwilling to help. GDPR issue

BirchillsBoy (@BirchillsBoy) reportedIt's later this month I can put my notice in with Virgin Media. £40 a month for just broadband is too much. Speed is fast and the service has been good, but I am now running a 5G router alongside from Three at £11 a month rising to £22 next year. Similar speeds. Financial decision.
