@virginmedia hi, our v6 box keeps freezing/rebooting and having issues with recordings where they freeze and have to turn it off and restart it before it works again. Hard reset done tonight we couldn’t even turn box off using remote. Can you help please?

@virginmedia Yes, it has since been resolved. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue and frequently not getting the speeds I am paying for. Not your happiest customer by any stretch of the imagination!

@virginmedia I have just switched my parents over to you for broadband along with their 2 mobiles and I have a pending broadband order to be installed next week for my new house. So I’m extremely disappointed in how I’m being treated, I may have no option to cancel the lot.

@virginmedia Sorry my tweet mentioned I contacted customer service via text. Asked for my complaint to be raised to a senior manager to discuss the upgrade process and wording, but was just offered a deadlock letter within 15 days! Not your procedure in your complaints code of practice..

@virginmedia Your team tried to sell me on benefits that I don't need. Told them I don't have a landline phone but they told me the offered package would benefit me for landline calls! A sim card was offered but due to you refusing in my first week being a customer I am reluctant to sign up!
