    @VirginMobile @virginmedia proved to me that they don’t do customer service. We waited a month for a phone sent to a wrong address, & then had to collect it ourselves. We also proved the phone had a fault from the start, but now we’ve been told to claim on insurance and pay £125!

    @virginmedia thanks for looking into this in great detail and I only wish that I could go back to the previous version which was fully accessible and user-friendly unlike this version of the app. They shouldn't of updated the app because it wasn't broken in the first place.

    @virginmedia Yes it’s valid and in use as I’ve been using on my mobile phone. The issue I had was because I needed to access on laptop and couldn’t remember password

    @virginmedia That’s says no known issues. So I think there’s an issue with that too. Broadband doesn’t appear on any searches it’s like it’s disappeared . There’s an engineer coming tomorrow

    Country being on lockdown....no problem, in the garden tending to the fruit and Veg, keeping safe and isolating....no problem, going shopping for my dad who’s 93....no problem, not being able to watch Netflix because Virgin media is ****..big problem @virginmedia @richardbranson

    @alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia I sincerely hope you don't end up with a fault. I was with @TalkTalk for many years until a fault last year. Quite honestly the worst company of any description I have ever dealt with. Totally failed to resolve, now much happier on @virginmedia

    @virginmedia once again your online service status tells me there are no known issues in our area. I call to report I still have the intermittent fault I have had for over a week and told there is a fault in the area which may not be fixed until 12th March.

    @alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia If they mess me about, I'll simply move. I was lied to, ignored and never resolved with @TalkTalk - and they have the cheek to send me rubbish about how they "miss" me. Try doing anything with 0.3mbs.

    @bt_uk Nope. Doesn't matter as I am leaving you anyway. Had @virginmedia installed today and it is a lot faster and it's not even full fiber. I suggest someone looks at the line and you also improve on your customer service plan. I can pick several wholesale very easily.

    @virginmedia Appalling service - Tried constantly to get support form the Chat on APP - NO REPLY EVER. CALL and get told the support is shut after 5 minutes of pressing buttons. Having to restart useless Hub 3 all night as it keeps throwing my devices out. HOW TO GET HELP?

    @virginmedia Why is it that after nearly 2 weeks every time I call or try find out when my internet will be working I am not able to talk to someone and only get an automated respose to tell me there is an issue.. I know this I would just like more info or a real update!!!!!!!!!!

    @virginmedia Haven’t spoken to anyone physically but have a text that the issue won’t be fixed until 7 Dec! Can I speak to someone about increasing my phone data to help (I’m with virgin mobile) I need to be able to work I’m self employed I could lose my current job

    @virginmedia In the meantime, my mum has had another sim, still has the same problem, phone now cuts off when she goes out her house and sometimes when she goes out the room. The phone and the service is a mess. She is a gnat's knee from leaving.
