@virginmedia hi, our v6 box keeps freezing/rebooting and having issues with recordings where they freeze and have to turn it off and restart it before it works again. Hard reset done tonight we couldn’t even turn box off using remote. Can you help please?

Probably not going to be on here that much for the forseeable. Thanks to @virginmedia and their messed up attempt to 'improve their network' I'm going to be left without Broadband access until at least Monday afternoon and likely much longer than that.

@virginmedia really are useless. Every week I have some sort of internet connection issue. Then they have the gall to charge people £240 cancellation if they move to an area not covered by virgin. @joelycett was right. Virgin Media are by far the worst for bad internet.
