Hey @virginmedia Had a contract with you for years but the TV service is terrible. Called to sort - gave details including PW for account via auto system (all correct). Person said the name on my AC is different??? My bill is in my name! Left hanging on for 28 mins then cut off!

@virginmedia Really poor service today. Loyal customer, since day 1 Spent over an hour on the phone and still paying a lot of money for equipment that doesn't work. Solution, just reset everything, switch it off and on again! Really??? TV box 8 years old! Not a valued customer.

@virginmedia They've said that for last 3mths (cable issues) and we're signed off end of January to say all work completed. Then came j on Saturday 4th March and engineer couldn't complete the installation due to another external cable fault !!
