@virginmedia Yes i have , i cant get through to anyone as i was advised to go on the ap, ive requested a new password still waiting! I wanted to leave because of these problems was talked into having adeal as long(as I've stressed) the wifi was sorted even now writing this im using my phone

@virginmedia and the broadband has gone down again. Every day around midday. Phone app has problems reaching servers, web service status says my broadband is good. Router flashing or sorts of green lights.

@virginmedia I called 2 days ago, saying I wanted to leave, lady tried to say due to COVID other co. Not going into homes. First co.Called can fit when needed. Told only way to cancel contract is to call- last two days called about 10 times all staff busy call. How do I cancel?!

@virginmedia I've been on for nearly 9 hours trying to complain or cancel. Nobody answers the phone. I got put through to retention at 1030 am still no reply on chat and its now disconnected me. I'm cancelling my direct debit.

@virginmedia Nothing ever happens though, complaints have gone unanswered. Every call just ends up with me being fobbed off, "wait 24 hours" or "someone will call in 48 hours", or "your connection is on a 24 hour monitor to find a problem. It's all just bullshit, nothing ever progresses.

@virginmedia I've been over it half a dozen times. Always lots of sympathy - never any action. In a nutshell, wifi on the router is unusable, so everything has to be hard wired. Which is bollox for the price I'm paying :-(

Just realised why everyone told me not to join virgin media broadband, terrible customer service to try and resolve an issue with their speed in my sons room, some attitude they had @virginmedia definitely won’t be switching my tv over now!
