    @virginmedia No. Already done it about 7 times without any luck. I refuse to waste more hours in queues, only to rehash my issues to another anonymous operator. I've been assured that this is in the hands of a named handler, who didn't call me back as promised and is ignoring my emails. Fail

    @virginmedia Alternatively, if you feel the urge to actually be helpful, you can search my name and location (it's an uncommon name) and ask a complaints manager to contact me. No security issues or breaches, since the notes I've been assured are on file, will be there to check.

    @KellyQuilt @virginmedia Virgin are hopeless for ease of contact. My daughter was with them and the service wasn’t at all good. This nonsense about calling them at a time to suit them is just ludicrous. They need to admit that they (& others) don’t staff adequately to suit their customers convenience. 🤬

    @virginmedia your treatment of us over a Lasting Power of Attorney issue has been appalling. Your people have actually SHREDDED a document costing hundreds of pounds despite us being told it had been returned. CISAS has been invoked and your CEO will be told . @MoneyTelegraph

    @virginmedia And this is why, I'll be reporting you to trading standards for fraudulent misselling/misrepresentation and then abdicating ALL responsibility/accountability to resolve. There's no security/DPA issues in you giving me a direct dial number via DM. You just don't want to resolve.

    Quite possibly the worst onboarding and customer 'care' experience I've EVER had @virginmedia Unfulfilled promises, failure to deliver contract as agreed and now I'm 'lost' in the system and being ignored. I'm left with no choice other than to 'out' you. #CaveatEmptor

    @virginmedia He has called a few times and I called once. They say there is an issue in the area. He's been without service since July and they said the issue would be resolved on 21st aug. ive been away and it's still not fixed. It looks like an issue with the box to me as a layman

    @virginmedia The ideal resolution would have been for VM to return the document as originally promised. We have dealt with other companies in this regard and all have been prompt and professional. Even the DWP accepted a photocopy of the POA. Why VM couldn't is entirely beyond me.

    @virginmedia Doesn't matter now, we've terminated the contract and joined Three home broadband. I just think it's disgusting that a customer of over 10 years doesn't get offered a deal as good as a new customer.

    @virginmedia I have been but they couldn’t get a good-enough price and directed me to the self-service page but I get “customer-exclusion” at the end of the URL which tells me to use chat.

    @virginmedia Hi. Is it actually possible to speak to someone in person about insanely poor and intermittent broadband over passed 4 months? Tried your number only to routed even time to 'restart router', 'have a signal sent' and use the app. None of which has resolved the issue

    Dear @virginmedia At what point can I cancel my contract because your internet connection is so unstable I've tried calling (wasted 3 hours at least) Rebooted my modem so many times I'm wearing the switch out. Done a pin hole reset This morning my connection has dropped 5 times

    @virginmedia I got it all sorted eventually after lodging an official complaint. Caused us untold stress and we were never compensated. The irony is that we still have our phone contract, but we have had very few problems with that. Just makes me mad that NOW your company pretends to care.

    @virginmedia Can you make sure I get an update today with what the issue is, timescale to fix, number port status and Auto Credit status for downtime. Ofcom must have timescale criteria for fault repairs to be completed? It's been over 2 weeks now :(
