    @virginmedia Yes tried that and just called ur CS centre. Once again the person who took the call couldn’t care less. This is the 2nd time this month it’s gone down without any explanation or compensation

    Senior manager at @virginmedia has no customer skills what so ever telling me his going to terminate my contract because of an issue with my bank card that they have since taken payment from month after month same issue defo will not reccomend to anyone

    @virginmedia No. It’s usually just one of the connected devices we lose at a time. Most often speakers but sometimes security cameras, sometimes hue bulbs. Never everything at once.

    @virginmedia Yes, security cameras, nest heating, hue bulbs. Less frequently. But still happens. Everything works for a while then something or several things stop. Never everything. We have entirely re-set everything once, which takes hours to sort and is not an answer.

    @virginmedia There is no weak signal. I’ve checked all around the house repeatedly. There are no faults in the area. I have checked repeatedly. Customer services have been unhelpful on multiple calls. Had to fight to get an upgraded hub!

    @virginmedia The link you provide is entirely not the problem. We’ve had the same issue for 2 years. It doesn’t stop being a problem. And every time we contact someone about it, we get the same advice because there’s no continuation. Please read the message chain if you’re going to reply.

    @iwiizkiid @virginmedia Yeah they definitely are. Was going up and down late this morning around 10-11am, accessed the app and it said it'd be fixed by 3pm. Now the app just says there was an issue opening it and doesn't let you go any further (BD8, Allerton area)

    @virginmedia I should not be able to hear the intimate details of the household of my “tech support” advisor! I heard noise louder than being able to hear the advisor! Having to give my personal info into what sounded like a crowded party does not feel safe!!

    @virginmedia lam so upset. At the end of January 2023 my internet went down and got told I need work done keeps being put off and now new date is 27/05/23 also told a surveyor coming to check something and was told they call in to see me or call and l've had nothing. Correct date

    @virginmedia @chrisfelthamuk 3.5 hrs of the “ within the next four hours” of someone remotely getting in touch. Why do I get the odd feeling I won’t get the call and be right back to square one with a service I will, soon, refuse to pay for
