@virginmedia Broadband issues since May 2018. Multiple calls to customer service with no permanent fix. Last time I called I was asked the same questions repeatedly then cut off. Want a new hub that works and a bill review as it’s gone from £65 to £79 since Sept 2018!

@virginmedia Yes but I just tells me there are no problems. It did the same thing a few weeks ago but stopped when I held wifi button down - it's now constantly flashing & that wont stop it & web site says in normal operating all green lights should be off.

Made a complaint to @virginmedia 10 days ago via their online service with a 7 day anticipated response time and yet have heard nothing since the acknowledgement of my complaint. This basically sums up my experience over the past year of ineffective response to our issues.

@virginmedia You're offering text service again but it's offline due to unprecedented demand, what are your wait times? been on over an hour, have to leave the house in an hour & have meetings so will need to hang up. I've also been cut off every time over the weekend before speaking!

@virginmedia I was told they were taking me off the network and putting me back on again to see if that solves the issue. A process that can take up to 5 days apparently. So, I'll give it 5 days. After that, I'm going to have to switch networks I'm afraid. Thanks for your help
