    @alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia I sincerely hope you don't end up with a fault. I was with @TalkTalk for many years until a fault last year. Quite honestly the worst company of any description I have ever dealt with. Totally failed to resolve, now much happier on @virginmedia

    Virgin Media customer service is non existent. 6 times today I’ve called to make changes to my package. I’ve waited on average 50 minutes each time only to be cut off each time. You can add to your package on line but you can’t remove anything. Just wait till normality returns...

    @virginmedia Yes it’s valid and in use as I’ve been using on my mobile phone. The issue I had was because I needed to access on laptop and couldn’t remember password

    @virginmedia I’m tired of shocking connection. I’m working from home and I need a stable internet connection, not one that keeps cutting out ever few minutes. You’re happy to take our money every month but whenever I call you never fix it

    Loving all the people moaning their virgin media being down. Most being paid for by their parents! Stop moaning! Either they’ve had a major piece of equipment fail or they’ve been hacked. Be patient, and it will be sorted. Or move to another and only get slow 30mb broadband!

    Hi @virginmedia just wanted to get in touch as just got off the phone with the bereavement team. All I wanted is to transfer the account to my mum as my Dad has died. But have been told you have to close the account losing our emails & leaving us without service for up to a week

    Country being on lockdown....no problem, in the garden tending to the fruit and Veg, keeping safe and isolating....no problem, going shopping for my dad who’s 93....no problem, not being able to watch Netflix because Virgin media is ****..big problem @virginmedia @richardbranson

    @alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia If they mess me about, I'll simply move. I was lied to, ignored and never resolved with @TalkTalk - and they have the cheek to send me rubbish about how they "miss" me. Try doing anything with 0.3mbs.

    @virginmedia I was due to get a call back on Tuesday and didn't, so i rang back myself and was told the sales team will call me back within 72hrs... still nothing. Are you purposely wanting customers to leave and find another provider, or just really poor customer services?! 🤔

    @virginmedia @xcsuhayla This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. You can’t get through to anyone over the phone and your “fix estimates” change every couple of hours. Why can’t you provide accurate information? It’s beyond a joke how awful you’ve been for the past 48 hours.

It is now saying it will be fixed at 10am tomorrow, but that doesn't inspire much confidence as we have already had 4 or 5 different fix times already. Is there any possibility of more information?

    @virginmedia how has my internet now been down 2 days and you haven’t contacted me with a reason and your get updates function isn’t working. How can it possibly take 2 days to fix an issue. Your customer service is terrible.

    @virginmedia We have told each team the series of events and how their work last month resulted in our outage, yet it has taken them them 3 weeks to feed a new cable. Shame another team has to physically connect it to the property, which has so far taken another 3 days...
