    @coopersalty I strongly suggest you invest in Sky or Virgin media then. Having an old TV with only 5 channels is the problem here!!

    does anybody else have a really bad time with @virginmedia broadband? my bill has gone up a couple of pounds recently but the internet is actually the worst it’s ever been 🥴

    @virginmedia Yes, everyone is sorry and everyone understands but no one wants to help. I still haven’t cancelled and you ask me to pay early cancellation fees after raising the prices. If not talking about the current contract I stayed a customer for almost 4 years even with the abuse I got.

    @virginmedia No there isn’t and the only issue is with audio description, it’s driving me mad. I’ve switched it off but it makes no difference.

    @ThatLyndsey @priddy @virginmedia We sent it as advised as a tracked delivery with proof of postage. That's why it's £11. And they're charging £10 admin fee to disconnect our phone line. Absolutely shambolic service. #utilitywarehouse

    @virginmedia seems to supply only just above half of the country, but if you change address to an area they don't supply YOU have to pay £240 exit fee. Do not use them if you can't see into the future and know for sure that you will never move. Insane!

    Well done @virginmedia screwed up again.. even on an online chat when it is written down infront of you you end up removing elements of my package I have specifically asked you to keep on 😡 it would be nice to have one good experience with you. How do I log a complaint?

    @virginmedia such bad service from day one, nothing but problems and frustrations, an active complaint now been running for all of 2021 and so far I’ve received no contact, I have called in at least 6 times each time I get promised it will be sorted but still waiting? Shocking!!

    In addition to the cost of a new home that I have to furnish fully top to bottom, @virginmedia is trying to charge me £240 exit fee when THEY don't supply the new address. This is seriously getting me down. I can't even afford necessities.

    @virginmedia hi, since we’ve upgraded to 1gb and hub 4 we’ve had problems connecting @Tesla M3 to WiFi. Advised the Plume mesh might fix it and we can receive FOC but been out of stock all year it seems. Any idea when they might be back in stock to try and fix our issues please?

    @virginmedia Morning! So I checked the app for status and was fine, but on the website it said known issue all services. So I subscribed to the SMS alerts and it was "back" at 22:03. Hopefully it stays that way!

    @shannonkeatingx @virginmedia Guessing you tweeted them after there closing hours. Ring them up make an official complaint this is an error that many fall short off. Plus you have the option of switching. @richardbranson name dragged through mud with these telecoms business

    About to cancel my @virginmedia every morning and evening I seem to have no Internet connection. I had an engineer booked for today. I checked my account and had to rebook for Friday instead because it was not showing that one was coming today. Aarrrgghh

    I've loved moving from virginmedia to @fibrehop but every couple of months I run into an issue where their radius servers **** the bed and I can't authenticate anymore. This usually happens overnight but always requires me to call and log a ticket to get fix. Super annoying.
