@virginmedia Every time I see these adverts I just laugh, but the sad thing is it isn’t funny paying for a service that constantly disconnects, stutters or is generally inconsistent. Your latest ad slogan ‘stay connected’ is a joke, and your email security is archaic, it’s equally laughable.

@GardenCity_Mark @virginmedia Just to let you know Mark, if your mom is considered vulnerable, the law now states that broadband companies must give priority for fixing issues like this, as it’s often their only or main form of communication. Just in case you encounter problems on Friday

@virginmedia when I resubscribed to your service for 18 months I requested wifi boosters which I was advised would be posted to me. 3 months on nothing received. Can’t get through on the phone or website chat service.

Cancelling my broadband with @virginmedia after ridiculous price increases every month. Cannot believe how RUDE the guy on the phone was when I told him I still wanted to cancel. Absolutely shocking attitude .. made my decision to leave SO much easier!!

@virginmedia Got my hub3 today.(new customer), Everything all connected but only got got solid Wi-Fi signal and the green flashing light. Checked multiple times over. Tried to talk on live chat and no one replying!

@virginmedia I spent an hour on my mobile to Virgin today as landline isn't working. Spoke to three different people and, finally they told me it was a hardware issue with my phone, not the line. I have borrowed two phones from neighbours and they don't work either #virginmedia

@virginmedia had a broadband outage yesterday and now my tv connects to the internet, my amazon devices connect to the wifi just fine, but my phone and tablet won’t connect, keeps saying the password is wrong, but my echo is connected fine using the same password!!

@virginmedia your self help checks to resolve faults is INFURIATING ! Run test on equipment but still a fault on home phone line but cant book an engineer !! I've had a "chat" with a robot and now just have to hope cyberspace is listening !!

@virginmedia Thanks for the response, I accept calls can get dropped but 4 times in a row all when I get put through to the cancellation team - coincidental?? Also the text service doesn’t appear to work as I as eventually advised to call 150 from my landline!!

@virginmedia I have a 350mb broadband subscription that I couldn’t use since December. I’ve tried all the different possibilities to contact someone who can actually look into this problem, but no one gave an explanation or solved the problem. Yet they treated as resolved and started billing.

@virginmedia Did that spoke to your machine that found a fault and is sending a signal to try to fix it, however this is only putting a plaster on the problem, it'll happen again and BBC2 is still unavailable, your service very poor

@virginmedia I’ve also now received an email confirming I’ve agreed to another contract on a new bundle - at no point have I agreed to that, I’ve spent three days trying to cancel the contract so unsure why you feel I’ve now just signed up again, unless you believe customers will just give up

@virginmedia I do this every time it happens and it passes all the tests and says there is no fault yet it still continues to happen. I've figured out a way to fix the issue myself though and that is by charging supplier.

@virginmedia fed up of the bloody wifi constantly dropping out, wake up to find it’s completely off, ran diagnostics and surprise surprise there are no issues! So why no WiFi? Still would like to know why I got switched over without my permission WiFi was perfect before 😡😡
